Description
Technical Field
The invention discloses a garlic skin ferment compound fertilizer and a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of flower fertilizers.
Background
China is the country with the largest flower cultivation area in the world and has a wide consumption market. Due to the limitation of specific environmental conditions, when the soil can not maintain the normal growth of the flowers, the flowers have the conditions of yellow leaves, thin and weak branches, thin and weak flowers, small fruits and the like, and even withering and withering phenomena occur, so that the ornamental value is reduced, and the flowers need to be fertilized frequently. Before fertilization, the type of the fertilizer and the fertilization method need to be determined according to the flower variety, habit, fertilization purpose and the lack of elements. The common fertilizers for flowers are divided into organic fertilizers and inorganic fertilizers.
The organic fertilizer is prepared by rotting and fermenting the residues of animals and plants. The organic fertilizer is also called as complete fertilizer, which not only contains three important elements of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium which are more in the growth and development requirements of flowers, but also contains other major elements, trace elements and growth stimulating substances, wherein a large amount of organic matters are decomposed to generate organic acid which can dissolve insoluble fertilizers such as calcium phosphate. Humus in the organic matter can improve the soil structure, increase the fertilizer-keeping, water-retaining and permeability of the soil, and has the advantages of long and soft fertilizer effect and the like. However, the fertilizer efficiency of the organic fertilizer is slow, the source is difficult, and the processing and the treatment are troublesome.
The inorganic fertilizer mainly refers to commercial chemical fertilizers, such as urea, ammonium sulfate, calcium superphosphate and the like. The plant ash is a natural inorganic fertilizer. The inorganic fertilizer has the advantages of simple fertilizer, quick fertilizer effect and the like, but also has the characteristics of non-persistence, easy loss and the like, is easy to cause short-term overgrowth of flowers, is difficult to master the using amount, and often leads to plant death if the using concentration is improper.
Therefore, the existing organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer have respective advantages, but are both basic fertilizers, and the green plants which are withered and withered often cannot take effect, and are difficult to germinate and return green again.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a garlic skin ferment compound fertilizer and a preparation method and application thereof.
The technical scheme is as follows: in order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a garlic skin enzyme compound fertilizer is mainly a compound liquid fertilizer prepared by taking garlic skin, bean pulp and seaweed as raw materials and adding high fructose corn syrup, yeast extract powder, beer yeast and edible urea for fermentation, wherein the mass ratio of the garlic skin, the bean pulp and the seaweed is (4-8): (2-4): 1.
preferably, the garlic skins are prepared by subjecting fresh garlic skins to microwave sterilization, coarse grinding and then smoking with fruit trees.
Preferably, the bean pulp needs to be processed by the following steps before use: pulverizing soybean meal, sprinkling water, stirring to make its water content reach 38-46%, stacking, covering with organic agricultural film, and allowing Maillard reaction to brown soybean protein for 18-22 days.
The preparation method of the garlic skin ferment compound fertilizer comprises the following steps:
(1) adding purified water into Bulbus Allii skin, soybean meal and Sargassum, mixing to obtain mixed raw material solution, adding fructose syrup, yeast extract powder, cerevisiae Fermentum and edible urea, mixing, adding lemon water to adjust pH to 4-7, and filtering;
(2) naturally fermenting for 25-35 days, performing plate-type filter pressing, and sterilizing at high temperature to obtain fermentation liquor;
(3) and (3) continuing naturally fermenting the fermentation liquor for 30-40 days, performing plate-type filter pressing, centrifugally separating liquid, and inactivating at high temperature to obtain the garlic skin ferment compound fertilizer.
Preferably, in the step (1), purified water is added according to the solid-liquid volume ratio of (3-5) to 1.
Preferably, in the step (1), the addition amount of the high fructose corn syrup is 12-18% of the volume of the mixed raw material liquid; the adding amount of the yeast extract powder is 0.1-0.3% of the mass of the mixed raw material liquid; the addition amount of the beer yeast is 0.3-0.7% of the mass of the mixed raw material liquid; the adding amount of the edible urea is 3-7% of the mixed raw material liquid by mass.
The invention also provides application of the garlic skin ferment compound fertilizer as a green plant fertilizer, in particular application in promoting withered flowers to sprout again and grow green leaves.
Has the advantages that: compared with the prior art, the fertilizer provided by the invention takes the garlic skins, the bean pulp and the seaweed as main raw materials, wherein the garlic skins and the bean pulp are specially treated and combined with 4 additives, through two times of natural fermentation, effective components, especially garlic skin enzyme, can be extracted and converted, and the garlic skin enzyme is chelated with other effective components, and the obtained fertilizer has excellent performance, and especially can enable flowers which wither and wither to regenerate new buds and grow green leaves. And the preparation process is simple, the cost is low, and the method is worthy of further popularization.

From the results in table 1, for the Chinese roses which naturally wither and wither, the garlic skin ferment compound fertilizer obtained by the invention can effectively promote the flowers to re-sprout and grow green leaves, and especially, the garlic skin ferment compound fertilizer obtained in example 1 has an effective rate of 93.3% and has an extremely obvious effect. The two control groups have no pretreatment on the raw materials of the garlic skins and the soybean meal, and the obtained fertilizer has certain effect, but has obvious effect difference compared with the fertilizer obtained by pretreating the garlic skins and the soybean meal.
Finally, it should be noted that the above mentioned embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications and equivalents may be made without departing from the technical solution of the present invention, and these modifications and equivalents should also be considered as the protection scope of the present invention.
