Abstract
本发明公开了一种甘草桔梗颗粒,其原料按重量份包括:甘草14‑16份、桔梗10‑13份、桑叶3‑5份、紫苏5‑7份、山楂2‑4份、香橼2‑4份、矫味剂6‑9份、阿拉伯胶20‑25份、麦芽糊精8‑10份和添加剂。本发明还公开了上述甘草桔梗颗粒的制备方法。本发明选用合适的中药,并结合适宜的辅料和制备工艺,使得本发明具有良好的保健效果和较高的得粉率,且避免了喷雾干燥容易黏壁的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及固体饮料技术领域,尤其涉及一种甘草桔梗颗粒及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们对健康养生的重视,用药食同源的中药制备功能性饮料越来越多。饮料分为固体饮料和液体饮料。在制备含有中药成分的固体饮料时,通常先提取中药成分,再干燥得到固体饮料。
喷雾干燥是物料干燥常用的一种方法,该方法与烘干、真空干燥和冷冻干燥比较,干燥速度快,干燥产品含水量低,是中药提取液干燥的首选方法。但喷雾干燥过程中,一些中药提取液喷雾干燥时易出现黏壁,导致收粉率降低的问题,且会降低有效成分的含量,影响其效果。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种甘草桔梗颗粒及其制备方法,本发明选用合适的中药,并结合适宜的辅料和制备工艺,使得本发明具有良好的保健效果和较高的得粉率,且避免了喷雾干燥容易黏壁的问题。
本发明提出的一种甘草桔梗颗粒,其原料按重量份包括:甘草14-16份、桔梗10-13份、桑叶3-5份、紫苏5-7份、山楂2-4份、香橼2-4份、矫味剂6-9份、阿拉伯胶20-25份、麦芽糊精8-10份和添加剂。
甘草能清热解毒,润肺止咳,调和诸药;桔梗能开宣肺气,祛痰排脓;紫苏能散寒解表,理气宽中;桑叶能疏散风热,清肺润燥,清肝明目;山楂能消食积,化滞瘀;香橼能理气降逆,宽胸化痰,上述各物质以适宜比例相互配合,达到润肺止咳、清热解毒、缓解止痛、消食理气、宽胸化痰、缓和药性的功效。
优选地,添加剂为微粉硅胶、β-环糊精和轻质氧化镁。
优选地,矫味剂为山梨糖醇、木糖醇、乳粉和食用香精。
上述食用香精可以为水果香精等。
优选地,微粉硅胶、β-环糊精和轻质氧化镁的重量比1.5-2.5:1:1。
优选地,山梨糖醇、木糖醇、乳粉和食用香精的重量比为2-3:1-2:3-4:0.1-0.3。
本发明还提出了上述甘草桔梗颗粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、取甘草粉碎后与水混匀,进行超微粉碎得到甘草混悬液;
S2、取桔梗按照S1的操作得到桔梗混悬液;
S3、将甘草混悬液、桔梗混悬液与阿拉伯胶水溶液、麦芽糊精水溶液混匀,喷雾干燥得到中间物料1;
S4、取桑叶、紫苏、山楂、香橼粉碎混匀,然后用水回流提取得到提取液,减压浓缩得到浓缩液,向浓缩液中加入添加剂混匀,喷雾干燥得到中间物料2;将中间物料1、中间物料2和矫味剂混匀得到甘草桔梗颗粒。
优选地,甘草混悬液、桔梗混悬液中,甘草、桔梗的粒径均≤500nm。
优选地,甘草混悬液中,甘草的质量分数为8-10wt%。
优选地,桔梗混悬液中,桔梗的质量分数为8-10wt%。
优选地,在S1中,超微粉碎时的温度为室温。
优选地,在S3中,阿拉伯胶水溶液的质量分数为35-40wt%,麦芽糊精水溶液的质量分数为2-4wt%。
优选地,在S3中,喷雾干燥的进口温度为100-110℃,喷雾气流量为370-390L/h,进料速度为3.0-3.5ml/min。
优选地,在S4中,浓缩液的密度为1.12-1.15g/ml。
优选地,在S4中,浓缩液和添加剂的重量比为10:1.5-2。
优选地,在S4中,喷雾干燥的进口温度为130-140℃,喷雾气流量为550-600L/h,进料速度为3.5-4.0ml/min。
有益效果:
本发明选用甘草、桔梗、紫苏、桑叶、山楂、香橼以适宜比例相互配合,达到润肺止咳、清热解毒、缓解止痛、消食理气、宽胸化痰、缓和药性的效果;并选用山梨糖醇、木糖醇、乳粉和食用香精相互配合,改善本发明的口感和气味,使其具有更好的适口性,并且山梨糖醇还可以增加本发明的稳定性;
在制备过程中,将甘草、桔梗进行超微粉碎,破坏其细胞壁和细胞膜,使其粒径均≤500nm,从而使得甘草、桔梗中的有效成分能够快速有效溶出,另外选用适宜比例的阿拉伯胶和麦芽糊精相互配合对甘草和桔梗颗粒包膜,可以提高其有效成分的稳定性,且阿拉伯胶和麦芽糊精相互配合,还可以保持有效成分的良好释放,并且可以避免在喷雾干燥时出现黏壁的问题;
山楂、香橼中含有有机酸、小分子糖等物质,其水提液在喷雾干燥时容易黏壁,通过对紫苏、桑叶、山楂、香橼进行水提,其水提液经浓缩后与微粉硅胶、β-环糊精、轻质氧化镁以适宜比例相互配合进行喷雾干燥,可以解决喷雾干燥容易黏壁的问题;
并且本发明通过调节2种喷雾干燥的参数,使得本发明具有良好的得粉率,提高本发明的保健效果。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种甘草桔梗颗粒,其原料按重量份包括:甘草14份、桔梗13份、桑叶3份、紫苏7份、山楂2份、香橼4份、矫味剂6份、阿拉伯胶25份、麦芽糊精8份和添加剂;
其中,添加剂为微粉硅胶、β-环糊精和轻质氧化镁,微粉硅胶、β-环糊精和轻质氧化镁的重量比2.5:1:1;
矫味剂为山梨糖醇、木糖醇、乳粉和食用香精,山梨糖醇、木糖醇、乳粉和食用香精的重量比为2:2:3:0.3。
上述甘草桔梗颗粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、取甘草粉碎至80目,然后与水混匀,于室温进行超微粉碎得到甘草混悬液,其中,甘草混悬液中,甘草的粒径≤500nm,甘草的质量分数为8wt%;
S2、取桔梗按照S1的操作得到桔梗混悬液,其中,桔梗混悬液中,桔梗的粒径≤500nm,桔梗的质量分数为8wt%;
S3、将甘草混悬液、桔梗混悬液与质量分数为40wt%阿拉伯胶水溶液、质量分数为2wt%麦芽糊精水溶液混匀,喷雾干燥得到中间物料1,其中,喷雾干燥的进口温度为110℃,喷雾气流量为370L/h,进料速度为3.5ml/min;
S4、取桑叶、紫苏、山楂、香橼粉碎至80目混匀,然后用水回流提取得到提取液,减压浓缩得到密度为1.12g/ml的浓缩液,向浓缩液中加入添加剂混匀,喷雾干燥得到中间物料2;将中间物料1、中间物料2和矫味剂混匀得到甘草桔梗颗粒,其中,浓缩液和添加剂的重量比为10:2,喷雾干燥的进口温度为130℃,喷雾气流量为600L/h,进料速度为3.5ml/min。
实施例2
一种甘草桔梗颗粒,其原料按重量份包括:甘草16份、桔梗10份、桑叶5份、紫苏5份、山楂4份、香橼2份、矫味剂9份、阿拉伯胶20份、麦芽糊精10份和添加剂;
其中,添加剂为微粉硅胶、β-环糊精和轻质氧化镁,微粉硅胶、β-环糊精和轻质氧化镁的重量比1.5:1:1;
矫味剂为山梨糖醇、木糖醇、乳粉和食用香精,山梨糖醇、木糖醇、乳粉和食用香精的重量比为3:1:4:0.1。
上述甘草桔梗颗粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、取甘草粉碎至80目,然后与水混匀,于室温进行超微粉碎得到甘草混悬液,其中,甘草混悬液中,甘草的粒径≤500nm,甘草的质量分数为10wt%;
S2、取桔梗按照S1的操作得到桔梗混悬液,其中,桔梗混悬液中,桔梗的粒径≤500nm,桔梗的质量分数为10wt%;
S3、将甘草混悬液、桔梗混悬液与质量分数为35wt%阿拉伯胶水溶液、质量分数为4wt%麦芽糊精水溶液混匀,喷雾干燥得到中间物料1,其中,喷雾干燥的进口温度为100℃,喷雾气流量为390L/h,进料速度为3.0ml/min;
S4、取桑叶、紫苏、山楂、香橼粉碎至80目混匀,然后用水回流提取得到提取液,减压浓缩得到密度为1.15g/ml的浓缩液,向浓缩液中加入添加剂混匀,喷雾干燥得到中间物料2;将中间物料1、中间物料2和矫味剂混匀得到甘草桔梗颗粒,其中,浓缩液和添加剂的重量比为10:1.5,喷雾干燥的进口温度为140℃,喷雾气流量为550L/h,进料速度为4.0ml/min。
实施例3
一种甘草桔梗颗粒,其原料按重量份包括:甘草15份、桔梗12份、桑叶4份、紫苏6份、山楂3份、香橼3份、矫味剂7份、阿拉伯胶23份、麦芽糊精9份和添加剂;
其中,添加剂为微粉硅胶、β-环糊精和轻质氧化镁,微粉硅胶、β-环糊精和轻质氧化镁的重量比2:1:1;
矫味剂为山梨糖醇、木糖醇、乳粉和食用香精,山梨糖醇、木糖醇、乳粉和食用香精的重量比为2.5:1.5:3.5:0.2。
上述甘草桔梗颗粒的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、取甘草粉碎至80目,然后与水混匀,于室温进行超微粉碎得到甘草混悬液,其中,甘草混悬液中,甘草的粒径≤500nm,甘草的质量分数为9wt%;
S2、取桔梗按照S1的操作得到桔梗混悬液,其中,桔梗混悬液中,桔梗的粒径≤500nm,桔梗的质量分数为9wt%;
S3、将甘草混悬液、桔梗混悬液与质量分数为37wt%阿拉伯胶水溶液、质量分数为3wt%麦芽糊精水溶液混匀,喷雾干燥得到中间物料1,其中,喷雾干燥的进口温度为105℃,喷雾气流量为380L/h,进料速度为3.2ml/min;
S4、取桑叶、紫苏、山楂、香橼粉碎至80目混匀,然后用水回流提取得到提取液,减压浓缩得到密度为1.13g/ml的浓缩液,向浓缩液中加入添加剂混匀,喷雾干燥得到中间物料2;将中间物料1、中间物料2和矫味剂混匀得到甘草桔梗颗粒,其中,浓缩液和添加剂的重量比为10:1.7,喷雾干燥的进口温度为135℃,喷雾气流量为570L/h,进料速度为3.5ml/min。
对比例1
一种甘草桔梗颗粒,其原料按重量份包括:甘草15份、桔梗12份、阿拉伯胶23份、麦芽糊精9份。
其制备方法为:
S1、取甘草粉碎至80目,然后用水回流提取得到甘草水提液;其中,甘草占甘草和水总重的9wt%;
S2、取桔梗粉碎至80目,然后用水回流提取得到桔梗水提液;其中,桔梗占桔梗和水总重的9wt%;
S3、将甘草水提液、桔梗水提液与质量分数为37wt%阿拉伯胶水溶液、质量分数为3wt%麦芽糊精水溶液混匀,按照实施例3中S3的参数喷雾干燥得到甘草桔梗颗粒。
对比例2
一种甘草桔梗颗粒,其原料按重量份包括:甘草15份、桔梗12份。
其制备方法为:
S1、取甘草粉碎至80目,然后用水回流提取得到甘草水提液;其中,甘草占甘草和水总重的9wt%;
S2、取桔梗粉碎至80目,然后用水回流提取得到桔梗水提液;其中,桔梗占桔梗和水总重的9wt%;
S3、将甘草水提液、桔梗水提液混匀,按照实施例3中S3的参数喷雾干燥得到甘草桔梗颗粒。
对比例3
一种桑叶紫苏山楂香橼颗粒,其原料按重量份包括:桑叶4份、紫苏6份、山楂3份、香橼3份。
其制备方法为:
取桑叶、紫苏、山楂、香橼粉碎至80目混匀,然后用水回流提取得到提取液,减压浓缩得到密度为1.13g/ml的浓缩液,取浓缩液按照实施例3中S4的参数喷雾干燥得到桑叶紫苏山楂香橼颗粒。
考察制备实施例3的中间物料1、中间物料2、对比例1-3的颗粒时,喷雾设备的黏壁情况和得粉率,结果如表1所示:

由表1可以看出,本发明在喷雾干燥时选用合适的辅料与中药材相互配合,可以避免中药材成分黏壁的问题,且具有较高的得粉率。
取实施例3中的中间物料1、对比例1的颗粒各1g,分别置于装有50ml甲醇的容量瓶中,超声提取30min,经0.45μm微孔滤膜过滤,收集滤液,检测各滤液中甘草黄酮、甘草多糖、桔梗皂苷D的含量,比较实施例3的中间物料1、对比例1的颗粒中各成分的含量差异,结果如表2所示:

由表2可以看出,甘草和桔梗经本发明工艺处理后,可以提高其有效成分的释放,提高本发明的功能性效果。

1.一种甘草桔梗颗粒,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:甘草14-16份、桔梗10-13份、桑叶3-5份、紫苏5-7份、山楂2-4份、香橼2-4份、矫味剂6-9份、阿拉伯胶20-25份、麦芽糊精8-10份和添加剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述甘草桔梗颗粒,其特征在于,添加剂为微粉硅胶、β-环糊精和轻质氧化镁。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述甘草桔梗颗粒,其特征在于,矫味剂为山梨糖醇、木糖醇、乳粉和食用香精。
4.根据权利要求2所述甘草桔梗颗粒,其特征在于,微粉硅胶、β-环糊精和轻质氧化镁的重量比1.5-2.5:1:1。
5.根据权利要求3所述甘草桔梗颗粒,其特征在于,山梨糖醇、木糖醇、乳粉和食用香精的重量比为2-3:1-2:3-4:0.1-0.3。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述甘草桔梗颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、取甘草粉碎后与水混匀,进行超微粉碎得到甘草混悬液;
S2、取桔梗按照S1的操作得到桔梗混悬液;
S3、将甘草混悬液、桔梗混悬液与阿拉伯胶水溶液、麦芽糊精水溶液混匀,喷雾干燥得到中间物料1;
S4、取桑叶、紫苏、山楂、香橼粉碎混匀,然后用水回流提取得到提取液,减压浓缩得到浓缩液,向浓缩液中加入添加剂混匀,喷雾干燥得到中间物料2;将中间物料1、中间物料2和矫味剂混匀得到甘草桔梗颗粒。
7.根据权利要求6所述甘草桔梗颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,甘草混悬液、桔梗混悬液中,甘草、桔梗的粒径均≤500nm;优选地,甘草混悬液中,甘草的质量分数为8-10wt%;优选地,桔梗混悬液中,桔梗的质量分数为8-10wt%;优选地,在S1中,超微粉碎时的温度为室温。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述甘草桔梗颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,在S3中,阿拉伯胶水溶液的质量分数为35-40wt%,麦芽糊精水溶液的质量分数为2-4wt%;优选地,在S3中,喷雾干燥的进口温度为100-110℃,喷雾气流量为370-390L/h,进料速度为3.0-3.5ml/min。
9.根据权利要求6-8任一项所述甘草桔梗颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,在S4中,浓缩液的密度为1.12-1.15g/ml;优选地,在S4中,浓缩液和添加剂的重量比为10:1.5-2。
10.根据权利要求6-9任一项所述甘草桔梗颗粒的制备方法,其特征在于,在S4中,喷雾干燥的进口温度为130-140℃,喷雾气流量为550-600L/h,进料速度为3.5-4.0ml/min。
