技术领域
本发明涉及中药配方领域,具体涉及一种醒酒健身的速溶固体饮料配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
中国制酒文化源远流长,渗透于整个中华五千年的文明史中,而且品种繁多,名酒荟萃。适量饮酒可 以舒筋活血,对身体有益。然而,现代人相聚无酒不成席,经常过量饮酒,会损害大脑、心脏、肝、胃、 脾等器官,急性大量饮酒可引起恶心、呕吐、记忆力减退、注意力不集中、精细运动能力受损和情绪不稳 定等症状,甚至导致急性死亡,近年来,酒驾更是造成许多车祸的原因。并且,一些癌症也与过量饮酒紧 密相关。临床研究发现,醉酒是因饮酒过量,使乙醇在体内的吸收率大于氧化代谢率,较多的乙醇经血液 循环进入人体大脑内,作用于中枢神经系统;同时,乙醇因代谢生成的大量乙醛没有得到及时处理而累积; 酒精代谢累积大量的自由基o-2、oh-、h2o2、c2h5o形成自由基反应,刺激神经系统,导致自律神经平衡 失调引起心跳加速,血液中水分与电解质平衡失调,最终造成头痛、晕眩、局部皮肤过敏,肠胃不适等酒 后症状。
中国传统医学名著《灵枢.论勇》中有日:“酒者,水谷之精,熟谷之液也,其气傈悍,其入于胃中, 则胃胀,气上逆,满于胸中,肝浮胆横。与勇士同类,不知为之,名曰酒悖也"。首先,白酒属于湿热之 品,饮酒过量,为湿热蓄积,湿热酿痰,会上蒙清窍,引起神志不.清醒。其次,饮酒时必然伴随着暴饮暴 食,膏粱厚味,“肥者令人内热,甘者令人中满”,“酒气与谷气相薄,热盛于中”,湿热郁于体内,阻 滞气机,清阳不升,清窍失养,也会引起头脑昏昏沉沉,身体闷热不清爽。从症状_上来看,醉酒后表现 为神志时清时昧,似清似昧,反应迟钝,问答偶有清楚之词,昏则谵语乱言,神志模糊不清,步履不稳, 昏昏欲睡,神识昏蒙;清醒之时,表情淡漠,耳聋目暝,苔浊腻,脉濡滑数,类似于湿热酿痰蒙蔽心包证。
因此,发明一种醒酒健身、既有利于发扬中国的传统酒文化、又能克服饮酒造成的一系列副作用的伴 酒饮料是相关领域内技术人员急需解决的问题。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种醒酒健身的速溶固体饮料配方,由以下质量份 的原料组成:葛根8-14份、玫瑰茄8-14份、刺老芽8-13份、罗汉果3-6份、枳椇子4-6份、栀子4-7份、 茯苓3-6份、佛手4-6份、甜叶菊4-6份、普洱熟茶15-25份、冻干杨梅15-25份。
优选地,由以下质量份的原料组成:葛根10份、玫瑰茄10份、刺老芽10份、罗汉果5份、枳椇子5 份、栀子5份、茯苓5份、佛手5份、甜叶菊5份、普洱熟茶20份、冻干杨梅20份。
优选地,其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)根据配方选取原料,将原料混合均匀并使用纯水浸泡;
(2)将步骤(1)浸泡后的原料使用超声波细胞破壁设备对原料进行破壁处理;
(3)将步骤(2)破壁处理后的混合药材使用真空低温提取设备进行提取处理;
(4)将步骤(3)真空低温处理后的混合药材使用微粒喷雾干燥设备进行干燥处理,最后进行分装入 库即可。

本发明中:
1、葛根:甘、辛,凉;归脾、胃、肺经;解肌退热,生津止渴,透疹,升阳止泻,通经活络,解酒 毒;
其药理作用:(1)对冠状循环的作用:葛根总黄酮和葛根素有明显的扩张冠状血管的作用,可使正 常和痉挛状态的冠状血管扩张;(2)对平滑肌的作用:有很强的收缩平滑肌的作用。可抑制由药物引起 的回肠的收缩,对处于正常状态下的回肠也具有明显的松弛作用;(3)降血压、调节血浆内皮质激素及 一氧化氮含量、降低儿茶酚胺含量减慢心率和抗心律失常作用;(4)改善心肌代谢保护缺血心肌;(5) 抗血小板聚集作用;(6)舒张脑血管,促进脑循环;(7)改善微循环障碍。
2、玫瑰茄:酸,凉;归肾经;具有敛肺止咳,降血压,解酒的功效;
其药理作用:(1)可降低血压和抗痉挛作用;(2)有效降低人体内胆固醇、甘油三酯含量,提高低 密度脂蛋白的抗氧化性、抑制血栓的形成、减少动脉硬化,降低心血管疾病的发生;(3)对肠道肌肉有 解痉作用,促进胆汁分泌、降低血液浓度、刺激肠壁蠕动;(4)能够有效的抑制因亚砷酸钠(SA)所致 的肝损伤。
3、刺老牙为产于我国东北地区的一种山野菜,深受当地民众喜爱,近年来大量出口日本及韩国;
其药理作用:调节血糖,有抑制血糖吸收的作用;有很强的抑制乙醇吸收的作用。
4、枳椇子味甘、酸,性平;归脾经;具有利水消肿,解酒毒的功效;
其药理作用:有显著利尿作用。
5、栀子苦,寒;归心、肺、三焦经;泻火除烦,清热利湿,凉血解毒;
其药理作用:(1)对神经系统的作用:研究表明栀子中的环烯醚萜类成分对神经系统具有作用,其 中的主要化学成分京尼平苷具有抗焦虑活性;(2)对心血管系统的作用,可有效的防止血管疾病的发生, 如动脉粥样硬化,可以改善高脂血症;(3)保肝作用:从栀子中分离得到的京尼平D-氨基半乳糖和脂多 糖(LPS)对肝细胞凋亡和肝功能衰竭具有保护作用,能够减轻急性胰腺炎引起的肝损伤;(4)抗氧化作 用:栀子提取物及其成分熊果酸和京尼平有较强的酸中和能力和抗氧化活性,并能抑制幽门螺杆菌的生长。
6、佛手辛、苦、酸,温;归肝、脾、胃、肺经;疏肝理气,和胃止痛,燥湿化痰;
其药理作用:(1)对胃肠道平滑肌有明显抑制作用;(2)对心血管系统的作用:显著增加冠脉流量 和提高耐缺氧能力;(3)平喘、祛痰作用:所含柠檬内酯有平喘作用,挥发油具有祛痰作用;(4)有解 痉、免疫调节和抗肿瘤的功效。
7、罗汉果;甘,凉;归肺、大肠经;清热润肺,利咽开音,滑肠通便;
其药理作用:(1)罗汉果对肠管运动功能有双向调节作用;(2)罗汉果提取物有镇咳平喘祛痰、通 便、解痉作用;(3)罗汉果提取物的降血脂作用;(4)罗汉果提取物对糖尿病的作用,具有抑制小肠麦 芽糖酶的活性;(5)对运动造成的肝组织及其膜性结构损伤有明显的保护作用。
8、茯苓甘、淡,平。归心、肺、脾、肾经;利水渗湿,健脾,宁心。
其药理作用:(1)抗炎作用,三蕲类化合物是获苓抗炎作用的主要药效物质;(2)降血糖作用:获 苓多糖具有抗糖尿病的作用,可改善糖尿病“三多一少”的症状;对血糖升高具有明显的拮抗作用。
9、普洱熟茶味甘,性平;入胃、肾经;具有降低血脂、减肥、抑菌助消化、暖胃、生津、止渴、醒 酒解毒等多种功效。
其药理作用:(1)主要的活性成分是红茶素、黄茶素、茶褐素、没食子酸和维生素C,能够提高人 体的免疫功能,含有维生素P,可以防止血管硬化;(2)可以减肥降脂;(3)有暖胃、助消化的功效, 可以促进食物的吸收消化,消除腹胀,促进食欲;(4)有抗菌的功效,临床上可辅助治疗痢疾、肠炎、 咽喉炎等疾病;(5)具有醒酒解毒的功效,对于酗酒、过量饮酒导致的醉酒,有醒酒的作用;(6)有抗 衰老、延年益寿、提神、改善记忆力的功效。
10、冻干杨梅味酸、甘、性平;归肺、胃经;生津止渴,用于口干,食欲不振;
其药理作用:(1)祛暑生津止渴、和中消食,解除烦渴;(2)含有的花青素及维生素C有很好的抗 氧化功能,有提高免疫力、抗自由基、预防衰老、抑制癌症的作用;(3)含果酸能阻止体内的糖向脂肪 转化的功能,有助于减肥,是减肥的理想水果。

一、配方感官实验
对比配方1,采用以下质量份的原料:葛花15份、砂仁花10份、玫瑰茄10份、菊花5份、玫瑰花5 份、橘皮5份、罗汉果5份、甜叶菊5份、薄荷5份、白茶35份;
对比配方2,采用以下质量份的原料:葛花15份、玫瑰茄15份、佛手花10份、百合花5份、茉莉花 5份、罗汉果5份、橘皮5份、薄荷5份、甜叶菊5份、白茶30份;
实验配方,采用以下质量份的原料:葛根10份、玫瑰茄10份、刺老芽10份、罗汉果5份、枳椇子5 份、栀子5份、茯苓5份、佛手5份、甜叶菊5份、普洱熟茶20份、冻干杨梅20份。
实验结论:对比配方1和对比配方2均显示汤色微淡,略显浑浊,药味偏重;实验配方色泽呈淡玫瑰 红,清亮,有清香味,故采用3号配方。
二、配方功效实验
1、实验样品:1号使用本发明配方作为实验样品,2号采用色泽和味道与实验样品相近似的山花媚茶 作为对比样品;
2、实验方法
采用对照实验,随机分桌,样品桌用1号实验样品,即本发明配方茶,对照桌用2号实验样品,即山 花媚茶,饮用者事先均不清楚所饮用的是哪一种茶;两组均采取随意饮酒的同时配合饮用实验茶水,饮酒 结束对饮用者逐个询问饮酒后的自我感觉,且提示要与平时饮用同样酒量的感觉相对比,询问资料分类统 计,最后揭示实验结果。
3、实验结果
本实验共观察82人,其中饮用本发明茶的43人,饮用对照茶的39人,实验统计结果如下表:

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种醒酒健身的速溶固体饮料配方,其特征在于,由以下质量份的原料组成:葛根10份、玫瑰茄10份、刺老芽10份、罗汉果5份、枳椇子5份、栀子5份、茯苓5份、佛手5份、甜叶菊5份、普洱熟茶20份、冻干杨梅20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种醒酒健身的速溶固体饮料配方,其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)根据配方选取原料,将原料混合均匀并使用纯水浸泡;
(2)将步骤(1)浸泡后的原料使用超声波细胞破壁设备对原料进行破壁处理;
(3)将步骤(2)破壁处理后的混合药材使用真空低温提取设备进行提取处理;
(4)将步骤(3)真空低温处理后的混合药材使用微粒喷雾干燥设备进行干燥处理,最后进行分装入库即可。
