Abstract
一种防辐射保护视力的饮料,是由如下重量份数的原料组成的:蓝莓10-50份、枸杞子10-30份、决明子10-30份、桑叶5-20份、菟丝子5-25份、车前子5-15份、女贞子5-15份、人参3-8份、罗汉果5-15份、千里光1-10份、谷精草1-10份、密蒙花2-11份、乌梅5-20份、菊花10-30份、叶黄素0.5-2份、牛磺酸0.2-2份、视黄醇0.2-2份、维生素E?0.3-1份、β-胡萝卜素0.2-2份、木糖醇5-20份、苹果酸5-15份、纯净水27-160份。本发明还提供防辐射保护视力饮料的制备方法,在保留各种物质营养成分和保健功能的基础上进行加工,具有生产工艺简单、成品品质比较稳定的特点,它们中的营养物质起到协同增效的作用,既可有效预防又可治疗眼病,见效快,治疗好,价格低,无毒副作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健功能饮料领域,尤其涉及一种防辐射保护视力的饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着计算机、手机、电视、电影等涉及影像技术的不断进步,人们对于视觉观感的要求越来越高,大强度的视觉刺激,必然会导致过度用眼,使人们产生视疲劳,严重的还会导致视力缺陷或者疾病,给人的身心健康造成极大的伤害。另外,某些疾病及其并发症也会影响人们的正常视力水平,给患者正常的工作生活造成很多不便之处。
国内针对视力产生的问题都会采取后期治疗的手段。单纯由于视力疾病引起的视力障碍的部分患者,会采取手术治疗的方法来恢复视力。这些方法对于视力的恢复有一定的帮助作用,但也会有一定程度的不良影响。
目前市场上关于保护视力的保健饮料琳琅满目、品种繁多,但采用中药保健原理制备的眼保健功能饮料却寥寥无几,因此,亟需开发一种具有保健功效、生产成本低廉的保护视力饮料,以满足人们的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种营养丰富、具有保健功效、生产工艺简单、成品品质稳定的防辐射保护视力饮料及其制备方法。
为实现本发明的上述目的,本发明提供一种防辐射保护视力的饮料,是由如下重量份数的原料组成的:蓝莓10-50份、枸杞子10-30份、决明子10-30份、桑叶5-20份、菟丝子5-25份、车前子5-15份、女贞子5-15份、人参3-8份、罗汉果5-15份、千里光1-10份、谷精草1-10份、密蒙花2-11份、乌梅5-20份、菊花10-30份、叶黄素0.5-2份、牛磺酸0.2-2份、视黄醇0.2-2份、维生素E0.3-1份、β-胡萝卜素0.2-2份、木糖醇5-20份、苹果酸5-15份、纯净水27-160份。
本发明还提供一种防辐射保护视力饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤。
步骤1、按配方比例将蓝莓、枸杞子、决明子、桑叶、菟丝子、车前子、女贞子、人参、罗汉果、千里光、谷精草、密蒙花、乌梅、菊花、叶黄素、牛磺酸、视黄醇、维生素E、β-胡萝卜素、木糖醇混合,得原料混合物。
步骤2、向原料混合物中加纯净水进行均质,均质后过滤。
步骤3、向过滤后的混合液中加入苹果酸,调节体系的pH值为5.5-6.5。
步骤4、在125℃的温度下进行灭菌,然后降温至30-40℃灌装,最后用微波二次灭菌,检质,贴标,装箱。
所述步骤2中的纯净水温度为65-70℃。
所述步骤2中均质压力为25-35Mpa。
在本发明组方中。
蓝莓:属杜鹃花科,越橘属植物。其功效为:(1)保护视力,消除疲劳。蓝莓中含有丰富的“花青素”,是维护眼睛健康、预防视力受损的重要元素,其功能在于保护眼睛的微血管,进而促进血液循环;同时更有加速视紫质朴再生的能力,而视紫质朴正是良好的视力不可或缺的东西。(2)预防疾病。蓝莓含有丰富的花青素。美国的一份研究报告指出,蓝莓含有的花青素是所有的水与蔬菜之中含量最高的,而且蓝莓的花青素最丰富的部分就是在它特有的紫色果皮部位。花青素对血管硬化、心脏疾病、减缓衰老,增强记忆力都有显著功效,尤其可以增加胶原蛋白,可降低眼压,缓解眼睛疲劳,有益于青光眼和白内障。蓝莓吸收自由基的能力(ORAC值)很高,可以减少氧自由基对细胞膜、DNA(又称脱氧核糖核酸,是颜色太的主要化学成分,同时也是组成基因的材料,有时被称为“遗传微粒”。)和其它的细胞成分的损害,预防体内功能紊乱和许多老年疾病的发生。(3)营养丰富。蓝莓果实营养丰富。据测定,每百克蓝莓鲜果中含蛋白质400-700毫克、脂肪500-600毫克、碳水化合物12.3-15.3克、维生素A高达81-100IU(国际单位),除含有常规的糖、酸、维生素C、矿物元素外,蓝莓果实中还含有尼克酸、SOD((超氧化物歧化酶)是一种源于生命体的活性物质,能消除生物体在新陈代谢过程中产生的有害物质;对人体不断地补充SOD具有抗衰老的特殊效果)、黄酮(黄酮类化合物泛指两个具有酚烃基的苯环(A-与B-环)通过中央三碳原子相互连接而成的一系列化合物黄酮类化合物结构中常连接有份羟基、甲氧基、甲基、异戊烯基等官能团。此外,它还常与糖结合成苷。)等特殊成分。由此可见,蓝莓果实不仅是具有良好的防脑神经老化、强心、抗癌等保健作用,而且是营养丰富的果品。蓝浆果还是一种高纤维食品,根据USDA的数据,145g蓝浆果中至少含有2.9g纤维,因此可以作为日常饮食中纤维的良好来源。蓝浆果还是一种低热量的食品,1/2杯蓝浆果仅含42卡路里的热量。(4)增强与防止。增强人体免疫力,助眠,激活人体细胞、促进微循环、延缓衰老、防止心脑血管发生病变。抗氧化,对人体上皮细胞有增生作用,从而可以达到美容养颜之功效。具有抗溃疡、抗炎、润面之功能,可预防早期肠癌。祛风除湿、强筋骨、滋阴补肾,提高人体活力。
决明子:是豆科植物决明或小决明的干燥成熟种子,味苦、甘、咸,性微寒,入肝、肾、大肠经。其功效为:清热明目,润肠通便,降脂降压等。用于目赤涩痛,羞明多泪,头痛眩晕,目暗不明,大便秘结。有减肥之功效,治风热赤眼,青盲,雀目,高血压,肝炎,肝硬化腹水,习惯性便秘。
枸杞子:为茄科植物枸杞的成熟果实,性甘、平,归肝肾经。其功效为:滋补肝肾,养肝明目;能壮阳、防治疾病、降血压、降血糖、降血脂。
菊花:在植物分类学中是菊科、菊属的多年生宿根草本植物,味甘苦,性微寒。其功效为:散风清热,清肝明目和解毒消炎等作用,对口干,火旺,目涩或由风、寒、湿引起的肢体疼痛、麻木的疾病均有一定的疗效。菊花对治疗眼睛疲劳、视力模糊亦有疗效。
β-胡萝卜素:是一种抗氧化剂,具有解毒的作用,是维护人体健康不可缺少的营养素,在抗癌、预防心血管疾病,白内障及抗氧化上有显著的功能,并进而防止老化和衰老引起的多种退化性疾病。
桑叶:是桑科植物桑的干燥叶。味苦、甘,性寒;归肺、肝经。其功效为:清肺润燥,清肝明目。用于风热感冒,肺热燥咳,头晕头痛,目赤昏花。
菟丝子:是一年生寄生草本植物,味甘,性温。其功效为:滋补肝肾,固精缩尿,安胎,明目,止泻。用于阳痿遗精,尿有余沥,遗尿尿频,腰膝酸软,目昏耳鸣,肾虚胎漏,胎动不安,脾肾虚泻;外治白癜风。
车前子:为车前科植物车前或平车前的干燥成熟种子。甘、微寒;归肝、肾、肺、小肠经。其功效为:清热利尿,渗湿通淋,明目祛痰。用于水肿胀满,热淋涩痛,暑湿泄泻,目赤肿痛,痰热咳嗽。
女贞子:为木犀科植物女贞的干燥成熟果实。其功效为:益肝肾,清虚热,明目。主治头昏目眩,腰膝酸软,遗精须发早白,骨蒸潮热,目暗不明,肝肾阴虚,腰酸耳鸣,须发早白,眼目昏暗,视物昏暗,阴虚发热,胃病及通风和高尿酸血症。
人参:味甘、微苦,性温、平;归脾、肺经、心经。其功效为:(1)调节中枢神经系统。人参能调节中枢神经系统,改善大脑的兴奋与抑制过程,使之趋于平衡;能提高脑力与体力劳动的能力,提高工作效率,并有抗疲劳的作用。(2)促进大脑对能量物质的利用,可以提高学习记忆能力。人参中增强学习和记忆能力的有效成分为人参皂苷,其中人参皂苷Re1和Rg1,对学习和记忆功能均有良好影响。人参根皂苷对正常大鼠学习。记忆过程有促进作用,而人参静叶皂苷对电休克所致的大鼠记忆障碍有明显的改善作用。两者均使正常大鼠不同脑区的单胺类递质含量明显增多。这些研究工作,对合理应用人参植物资源有一定参考价值。(3)改善心脏功能。人参能增加心肌收缩力,减慢心率,增加心输出量与冠脉血流量,可抗心肌缺血与心律失常。对心脏功能、心血管、血流都有一定的影响。人参有明显的耐缺氧作用,其制剂可有效地对抗窦性心律失常。人参皂苷可加快脂质代谢,并具有明显降低高胆固醇的作用。不同的人参制剂对离体蟾蜍心脏及在体兔、猫、犬心脏皆有增强其功能的作用,并可改善其心室纤颤时的心肌无力。(4)降血糖作用。人参中含有人参皂苷和人参多糖。尤其是人参皂苷Rb2有明显的降血糖作用,此外人参多糖(或糖肽类)是人参中另一类降血糖成分。(5)增强机体的免疫功能。人参皂苷和人参多糖是人参调节免疫功能的活性成分,不但对正常人,而且对免疫功能低下的人均有提高免疫功能作用。人参多糖是人参中提纯的高分子酸性多糖,是一种免疫增强剂。经过动物实验和人体临床实验观察,证实能显著增强人体免疫力,对恶性肿瘤有一定疗效;临床实验可见同样延长病人生存时间,提高机体细胞免疫功能,且减轻放疗的毒副作用,加快损伤组织的修复。经过临床观察证实:人参多糖有明显的升白细胞作用,与放化疗同时应用,能够减小放疗的毒副作用,预防白细胞减少使病人顺利的完成治疗。应用人参多糖过程中无副作用,证明该药是安全、可靠的。(6)提高对有害刺激的抵御能力,可增强机体的应激能力和适应性。人参中含有人参苷,可以提高抗应激作用。可以抗缺氧、耐高温和低温的能力。(7)抗肿瘤作用。人参中皂苷、人参多糖、人参烯醇类、人参炔三醇和挥发油类物质。这些物质对肿瘤有一定的抑制作用,但是机理是十分复杂的。(8)抗氧化作用。人参中含有多种抗氧化物质,人参皂苷、人参聚乙炔类化合物和人参二醇皂苷等。这些化合物有抗脂质过氧化作用,是抗衰老作用的基础。除了抗衰老作用外,对神经、内分泌、免疫功能及物质代谢等生理功能有调节作用。此外,人参还具有抗病毒、抗休克、减肥等多方面的作用。人参虽然是价值较高的补品,但并非人人适用。人参中的蛋白质因子能抑制脂肪分解,加重血管壁脂质沉积,故有冠心病、高血压、脑血管硬化、糖尿病、脉管炎害应慎服人参。血液黏稠度升高,会使血液流通不畅,中医称之为血瘀。人参有促进红细胞生长的作用,红细胞增多,血液站稠度会更高。人参有中枢神经兴奋作用,它会使失眠者大脑皮层兴奋与抑制平衡失调,加重失眠。现已查明,很多胃病的罪魁祸首是幽门螺旋杆菌,而人参对该病菌有保护作用,不利于药物对它的杀灭。人参有类雌激素样作用,能抑制胆道排泄胆汁使胆汁变稠。调查证明,长期服人参害胆结石发病率明显升高。人参比较安全,但用量过大会产生“人参滥用综合征”等不良反应,故应慎用:①心血管系统:对冠状动脉、脑血管、眼底血管均有扩张作用,可引起心悸、血压升高,甚至发生高血压危象以及出血等症状,亦有少数人表现为低血压;②神经系统:可引起中枢神经兴奋和刺激症状;③消化系统:可见恶心、呕吐,严重的可引起上消化道出血;④水、电解质代谢:口服能产生抗利尿作用,与去氧皮质醇作用相似;⑤过敏反应:可引起面部及全身皮肤潮红、丘疹、瘙痒等过敏症状。
罗汉果:为葫芦科植物罗汉果的干燥果实。味甘,性凉;归肺、脾经。其功效为:清肺利咽,化痰止咳,润肠通便;主治痰火咳嗽,咽喉肿痛,伤暑口渴,肠燥便秘。
千里光:味苦、性寒;归肺、肝、大肠经。功效:清热解毒,清肝明目。药理作用:具有较强的广谱抗菌活性,对革兰氏阳性菌及阴性细菌有明显的抑制作用,其中对福氏痢疾杆菌、志贺氏痢疾杆菌及卡他奈氏球菌尤为敏感。
谷精草:辛、甘、平;功效:具有散风、明目、退翳。用于风热目赤、角膜云翳,眼干燥症,结膜炎,夜盲症。
密蒙花:性甘、凉,气微香,无毒;入肝经。功效:祛风、凉血、润肝、明目。
乌梅:为蔷薇科植物梅的干燥近成熟果实。味酸、微涩,性平;归肝、脾、肺、胃、大肠经。其功效为:抗氧化,清血,增加能量。用于肺虚久咳,久痢滑肠,虚热消渴,蛔厥呕吐腹痛,胆道蛔虫症。
叶黄素:是一种抗氧化物,可以吸收蓝光等有害光线。其功效为:保护视力,抗氧,降低白内障的发生率,延缓动脉硬化,抗癌。
牛磺酸:是一种含硫的非蛋白氨基酸,在体内以游离状态存在,不参与体内蛋白的生物合成。其功效为:牛黄气清香,味微苦而后甜,性凉;可用于解热解毒,定惊。
视黄醇:又称维生素A,是一个具有脂环的不饱和一元醇。它是人体必需的13种维生素之一,是一种脂溶性抗氧化剂,在人体中可以维持视力并且促进骨骼成长。
维生素E:是一种脂溶性维生素,其水解产物为生育酚,是最主要的抗氧化剂之一,可防止脂肪化合物、维生素A、硒(Se)两种硫氨基酸和维生素C的氧化作用。功效为:(1)延缓细胞氧化而老化,保持青春的容姿;(2)供给体内氧气,使您更有耐久力;(3)和维生素A一起作用,抵御大气污染,保护肺脏;(4)防止血液凝固;(5)减轻疲劳;(6)是局部性外伤用药(可透过皮肤被表皮吸收)和内服药,皆可防止留下疤痕;(7)加速灼伤的康复;(8)以利尿剂的作用来降低血压;(9)防止流产;(10)有助于减轻腿抽筋和手足僵硬的状况;(11)降低患者缺血心脏病的机会。
本发明组方的配伍释义:中医养生理论认为“肝开窍于目”,也就是说护眼同时也要护肝。(1)蓝莓、枸杞子均具有防衰老,治疗眼睛的功效;枸杞子清肝明目,蓝莓含有大量花青素可以促进视网膜中的视紫质再生。(2)人参、罗汉果、菊花、枸杞子具有补阴、清咽利喉、润肺、清火的功能。(3)车前子、决明子、菊花配伍清肝明目。若肝肾不,两眼昏花,迎风流泪等可配伍枸杞子、蓝莓、桑叶、菟丝子;若肝肾上亢,头目眩晕可配伍谷精草、桑叶、决明子、菊花平肝潜阳。(4)枸杞子、菟丝子、女贞子配伍平补肝肾、明目。(5)千里光、谷精草、决明子配伍使用具有清肝明目之效。(6)密蒙花、决明子可治结膜炎。密蒙花、菊花、桑叶、决明子可治目赤翳障。密蒙花、菟丝子、山药治肝虚目暗、视物昏花。密蒙花、菊花、决明、枸杞子治眼羞明,肝胆虚损,瞳仁不清。本发明十三味中药合用具有清肝明目,润肺清火,补阴、清咽利喉之功效。经常饮用,对于眼疲劳、视物模糊、双眼干涩、酸胀疼痛等症状具有良好的缓释和治愈效果。
与现有技术相比本发明的有益效果。
本发明提供的防辐射保护视力的饮料及其制备方法,在保留了蓝莓、枸杞子、决明子、桑叶、菟丝子、车前子、女贞子、人参、罗汉果、千里光、谷精草、密蒙花、乌梅、菊花、叶黄素、牛磺酸、视黄醇、维生素E、β-胡萝卜素的营养成分和保健功能的基础上,将各种物质进行加工,具有生产工艺简单、成品品质比较稳定的特点,它们中的营养物质起到协同增效的作用,营养更加丰富,口感更细腻,且富含花青素、视黄素,具有扶正固本,解毒化瘀,滋阴降火,养肝明目的功效,既可有效预防又可治疗眼病,见效快,治疗好,价格低,无毒副作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例进一步详细说明本发明。
实施例1。
本实施例1提供一种防辐射保护视力的饮料,是由如下重量份数的原料组成的:蓝莓10份、枸杞子15份、决明子10份、桑叶8份、菟丝子10份、车前子10份、女贞子8份、人参3份、罗汉果8份、千里光2份、谷精草2份、密蒙花3份、乌梅10份、菊花10份、叶黄素0.6份、牛磺酸1份、视黄醇0.4份、维生素E0.7份、β-胡萝卜素1份、木糖醇8份、苹果酸5份、纯净水100份。
请参阅图1,本实施例1还提供一种防辐射保护视力饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤。
步骤1、按配方比例将蓝莓、枸杞子、决明子、桑叶、菟丝子、车前子、女贞子、人参、罗汉果、千里光、谷精草、密蒙花、乌梅、菊花、叶黄素、牛磺酸、视黄醇、维生素E、β-胡萝卜素、木糖醇混合,得原料混合物。
步骤2、向原料混合物中加纯净水进行均质,均质后过滤(300目)。
步骤3、向过滤后的混合液中加入苹果酸,调节体系的pH值为6.0。
步骤4、在125℃的温度下进行灭菌(转速为每分钟15转,出口温度65℃);然后降温至34℃灌装,最后用微波二次灭菌(转速为每分钟15转,出口温度65℃),检质,贴标,装箱。
所述步骤2中的纯净水温度为65℃。
所述步骤2中均质压力为30Mpa。
为进一步说明本发明的有益效果,以下提供临床应用报告中的试验案例。
试验例1。
应用本实施例1的防辐射保护视力饮料对随机抽选的80名电脑族进行临床的自身对照观察,观察15天后,结果视疲劳症状改善率达97.86%,视力不良的改善率达75.2%,近点调节改善率达78.3%,因此,认为该饮料具有改善和预防视疲劳,保护视力的作用。
试验例2。
取100只体重25g-28g小鼠,分成5组,每组20只。第一组(对照组)不作辐射线照射,灌服生理盐水。第二、三、四、五组分别接受单次7.5Gy(致死量)的60Coy射线全身照射后,第二组(单放组)灌服生理盐水,第三组灌服本实施例1饮料低剂量(1mL/kg),第四组灌服本实施例1饮料中剂量(3mL/kg),第五组灌服本实施例1饮料高剂量(5mL/kg),每天1次,连续30天。
结果存活率为第一、二、三、四、五组分别为100%、0%、45%、50%、70%。
由此可见,本实施例1的防辐射保护视力饮料具有防辐射的作用。
典型病例。
1、李某,女,2012年8月升初中二年级时体检,左眼0.5,右眼0.4;2012年9月起开始使用本实施例1饮料,每天服20mL,一日三次,两个月后,再次进行视力测试,左、右眼均接近1.0,随访半年未见视力下降。
2、张某,男,2012年4月检查严重结膜炎,上了多种眼药,未有好转,患者使用本实施例1饮料,每天服35mL,一日三次,两个半月后结膜炎治好。
3、王某,男,2011年6月因家中有事,眼睛一下视物昏花,多方医治未见效,患者使用本实施例1饮料,每天服用20mL,一日三次,三个月后视力逐渐能看到物体,再继续服用半年视力恢复正常。
实施例2。
本实施例2提供一种防辐射保护视力的饮料,是由如下重量份数的原料组成的:蓝莓35份、枸杞子20份、决明子15份、桑叶15份、菟丝子18份、车前子8份、女贞子10份、人参6份、罗汉果10份、千里光3份、谷精草3份、密蒙花4份、乌梅5份、菊花20份、叶黄素1份、牛磺酸0.6份、视黄醇1份、维生素E0.8份、β-胡萝卜素0.8份、木糖醇12份、苹果酸8份、纯净水40份。
本实施例2还提供一种防辐射保护视力饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤。
步骤1、按配方比例将蓝莓、枸杞子、决明子、桑叶、菟丝子、车前子、女贞子、人参、罗汉果、千里光、谷精草、密蒙花、乌梅、菊花、叶黄素、牛磺酸、视黄醇、维生素E、β-胡萝卜素、木糖醇混合,得原料混合物。
步骤2、向原料混合物中加纯净水进行均质,均质后过滤(300目)。
步骤3、向过滤后的混合液中加入苹果酸,调节体系的pH值为5.8。
步骤4、在125℃的温度下进行灭菌,然后降温至32℃灌装,最后用微波二次灭菌,检质,贴标,装箱。
所述步骤2中的纯净水温度为65℃。
所述步骤2中均质压力为25Mpa。
实施例3。
本实施例3提供一种防辐射保护视力的饮料,是由如下重量份数的原料组成的:蓝莓45份、枸杞子25份、决明子25份、桑叶15份、菟丝子20份、车前子15份、女贞子10份、人参8份、罗汉果10份、千里光4份、谷精草4份、密蒙花5份、乌梅20份、菊花20份、叶黄素0.6份、牛磺酸0.5份、视黄醇1份、维生素E0.6份、β-胡萝卜素0.7份、木糖醇15份、苹果酸10份、纯净水150份。
本实施例3还提供一种防辐射保护视力饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤。
步骤1、按配方比例将蓝莓、枸杞子、决明子、桑叶、菟丝子、车前子、女贞子、人参、罗汉果、千里光、谷精草、密蒙花、乌梅、菊花、叶黄素、牛磺酸、视黄醇、维生素E、β-胡萝卜素、木糖醇混合,得原料混合物。
步骤2、向原料混合物中加纯净水进行均质,均质后过滤(300目)。
步骤3、向过滤后的混合液中加入苹果酸,调节体系的pH值为6.3。
步骤4、在125℃的温度下进行灭菌,然后降温至38℃灌装,最后用微波二次灭菌,检质,贴标,装箱。
所述步骤2中的纯净水温度为70℃。
所述步骤2中均质压力为35Mpa。

1.一种防辐射保护视力的饮料,其特征在于,是由如下原料组成的:蓝莓10-50份、枸杞子10-30份、决明子10-30份、桑叶5-20份、菟丝子5-25份、车前子5-15份、女贞子5-15份、人参3-8份、罗汉果5-15份、千里光1-10份、谷精草1-10份、密蒙花2-11份、乌梅5-20份、菊花10-30份、叶黄素0.5-2份、牛磺酸0.2-2份、视黄醇0.2-2份、维生素E0.3-1份、β-胡萝卜素0.2-2份、木糖醇5-20份、苹果酸5-15份、纯净水27-160份。
2.如权利要求1所述的防辐射保护视力的饮料,其特征在于,是由如下原料组成的:蓝莓10份、枸杞子15份、决明子10份、桑叶8份、菟丝子10份、车前子10份、女贞子8份、人参3份、罗汉果8份、千里光2份、谷精草2份、密蒙花3份、乌梅10份、菊花10份、叶黄素0.6份、牛磺酸1份、视黄醇0.4份、维生素E0.7份、β-胡萝卜素1份、木糖醇8份、苹果酸5份、纯净水100份。
3.如权利要求2所述的防辐射保护视力的饮料,其特征在于,是由如下重量份数的原料组成的:蓝莓35份、枸杞子20份、决明子15份、桑叶15份、菟丝子18份、车前子8份、女贞子10份、人参6份、罗汉果10份、千里光3份、谷精草3份、密蒙花4份、乌梅5份、菊花20份、叶黄素1份、牛磺酸0.6份、视黄醇1份、维生素E0.8份、β-胡萝卜素0.8份、木糖醇12份、苹果酸8份、纯净水40份。
4.如权利要求3所述的防辐射保护视力的饮料,其特征在于,是由如下重量份数的原料组成的:蓝莓45份、枸杞子25份、决明子25份、桑叶15份、菟丝子20份、车前子15份、女贞子10份、人参8份、罗汉果10份、千里光4份、谷精草4份、密蒙花5份、乌梅20份、菊花20份、叶黄素0.6份、牛磺酸0.5份、视黄醇1份、维生素E0.6份、β-胡萝卜素0.7份、木糖醇15份、苹果酸10份、纯净水150份。
5.如权利要求1-4所述的防辐射保护视力的饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、按配方比例将蓝莓、枸杞子、决明子、桑叶、菟丝子、车前子、女贞子、人参、罗汉果、千里光、谷精草、密蒙花、乌梅、菊花、叶黄素、牛磺酸、视黄醇、维生素E、β-胡萝卜素、木糖醇混合,得原料混合物;
步骤2、向原料混合物中加纯净水进行均质,均质后过滤;
步骤3、向过滤后的混合液中加入苹果酸,调节体系的pH值为5.5-6.5;
步骤4、在125℃的温度下进行灭菌,然后降温灌装,最后用微波二次灭菌,检质,贴标,装箱。
6.如权利要求1所述的防辐射保护视力的饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2中的纯净水温度为65-70℃。
7.如权利要求1所述的防辐射保护视力的饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2中均质压力为25-35Mpa。
8.如权利要求1所述的防辐射保护视力的饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4中降温至30-40度。
