太阳光谱中的紫外线不仅使纺织品褪色和脆化,过量照射人体,也可使人体皮肤晒伤老化,产生黑色素和色斑,严重的还会诱发癌变,严重危害人类健康;防止紫外线对人体的危害,已经被越来越多的消费者所重视;为了保护人体避免紫外线的过量辐射,开发防紫外线纺织品是极其必要的,而现有的防紫外线织物功能单一,不能满足人们功能性织物的需求。炎热的夏季,在烈日的炙烤下,人们不仅会晒伤还会汗流浃背,而普通的织物导湿、放湿难,且织物紧贴皮肤,妨碍了皮肤和衣物与外界环境之间的热交换和湿交换,令人产生闷热感。为此,我们需要一种技能防紫外线又能够解决吸湿速干问题的织物。

本发明的目的是为了满足人们对多功能织物的需求,具体是提供一种防紫外线吸湿速干织物及其制备方法。为了解决这个技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种防紫外线吸湿速干织物,包括表层织物和里层织物,表层织物是防紫外线层,里层织物是吸湿速干织物层,吸湿速干织物层由异形 涤纶编织而成,防紫外线层由60-80wt%棉、 8-25wt%的聚酯纤维和8-25wt%的氨纶制成。

优选地,所述的吸湿速干剂由以下重量份的组分组成:聚乙二醇70份、聚乙二醇和聚苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的共聚物27份、乙二醇18份、聚醚6份、水分散性聚氨酯复合物16份、吐温60为4份、氧化锌-季铵盐聚合物复合物5份、溶剂水,吸湿速干剂的浓度为30g/L。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:本发明中的织物能够有效地吸收紫外线,防止紫外线对人体皮肤的伤害,同时,该织物还具有吸湿速干性能,本发明的里层织物为异形 涤纶丝,利用其异形沟槽的毛细效应可以将皮肤表面的汗水扩散到面料的内表面,同时里层织物经过了吸湿速干处理,采用化学方法进一步增强了里层织物对汗水的扩散作用,即本发明采用了物理吸湿速干和化学吸湿速干相结合的方式提高了面料的吸湿速干效果;而表层织物棉纤维的良好的吸湿性和扩散性可以将汗水散发到空气中,解决了织物在使用过程中的憋闷问题,满足了消费者对多功能织物的需求。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明的具体实施方案是:
一种防紫外线吸湿速干织物,包括表层织物和里层织物,表层织物是防紫外线层,里层织物是吸湿速干织物层,吸湿速干织物层由异形 涤纶编织而成,防紫外线层由60-80wt%棉、 8-25wt%的聚酯纤维和8-25wt%的氨纶制成。
一种防紫外线吸湿速干织物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备防紫外线剂:防紫外线剂由以下重量份的组分组成:苯并三唑及其衍生物20-45 份、氧化锌微粒10-35份、氧化钛微粒10-35份、氧化铈微粒10-35份和氧化锆微粒10-35份、溶剂水,防紫外线剂的浓度为40-60g/L,防紫外线剂的浓度过低,则所得织物的防紫外线效果不理想,而防紫外线剂的浓度过高,则所得织物以发硬,影响织物的舒适性,故较优的防紫外线剂的浓度为50g/L,较优的防紫外线剂的配方是苯并三唑及其衍生物30份、氧化锌微粒25份、氧化钛微粒22份、氧化铈微粒24份和氧化锆微粒25份。
(2)制备吸湿速干剂:吸湿速干剂由以下重量份的组分组成:聚乙二醇50-90份、聚乙二醇和聚苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的共聚物20-30份、乙二醇14-23份、聚醚4-10份、水分散性聚氨酯复合物10-20份、吐温60为2-6份、氧化锌-季铵盐聚合物复合物2-8份、溶剂水,吸湿速干剂的浓度为20-40g/L;随着吸湿速干剂浓度的提高,织物的吸湿速干性能也会得到明显提高,这是因为吸湿速干整理剂浓度的提高使得织物表面的亲水性链段分子增加,但是当吸湿速干剂浓度达到一定值后,由于吸湿速干整理剂分子之间产生部分交联现象,堵塞了织物的毛细孔,使水分子的进入受阻,影响了亲水效果,从而使织物的吸湿速干效果下降。因此,较为理想的吸湿速干剂的浓度可选用35g/L,吸湿速干剂的配方组分较优的为:聚乙二醇 70份、聚乙二醇和聚苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的共聚物27份、乙二醇18份、聚醚6份、水分散性聚氨酯复合物16份、吐温60为4份、氧化锌-季铵盐聚合物复合物5份。
(3)表层织物后整理:将表层织物浸轧在防紫外线剂中,二浸二轧,每次的轧液率为 70-90%,并对浸轧后的织物高压喷涂所述的防紫外线剂,得到防紫外线层织物;
(4)里层织物后整理:将里层织物浸轧在吸湿速干剂中,二浸二轧,每次的轧液率为 70-80%,并对浸轧后的织物高压喷涂所述的吸湿速干剂,得到吸湿速干层织物;
(5)将表层织物和里层织物叠合缝制在一起;
(6)烘干:将烘干机温度设为70-100℃,烘干3-5分钟;
(7)烘焙:在170℃下烘焙30s,烘焙是为了确保防蚊虫整理剂能够充分反应并与织物之间相结合。
为了使得防紫外线织物层和吸湿速干织物层具有良好的耐久性,可以在防紫外线剂、吸湿速干剂均添加固着剂,所添加的固着剂的浓度均为20-40g/L,固着剂优选为AF6100,购自赫特国际集团有限公司。
本发明的里层织物为异形 涤纶丝,利用其异形沟槽的毛细效应可以将皮肤表面的汗水扩散到面料的内表面,同时里层织物经过了吸湿速干处理,采用化学方法进一步增强了里层织物对汗水的扩散作用,即本发明采用了物理吸湿速干和化学吸湿速干相结合的方式提高了面料的吸湿速干效果。
实施例1
一种防紫外线吸湿速干织物,包括表层织物和里层织物,表层织物是防紫外线层,里层织物是吸湿速干织物层,吸湿速干织物层由异形 涤纶编织而成,防紫外线层由75wt%棉、 10wt%的聚酯纤维和15wt%的氨纶制成,其制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)制备防紫外线剂:防紫外线剂由以下重量份的组分组成:苯并三唑及其衍生物20份、氧化锌微粒10份、氧化钛微粒10份、氧化铈微粒10份和氧化锆微粒10份以及一定量的AF6100、溶剂水,防紫外线剂的浓度为40g/L,AF6100的浓度为20g/L。(2)制备吸湿速干剂:吸湿速干剂由以下重量份的组分组成:聚乙二醇50份、聚乙二醇和聚苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的共聚物20份、乙二醇 14份、聚醚4份、水分散性聚氨酯复合物10份、吐温60为2份、氧化锌-季铵盐聚合物复合物2份以及一定量的溶剂水和AF6100,AF6100的浓度为20g/L,吸湿速干剂的浓度为20g/L; (3)表层织物后整理:将表层织物浸轧在防紫外线剂中,二浸二轧,每次的轧液率为70%,并对浸轧后的织物高压喷涂所述的防紫外线剂,得到防紫外线层织物;(4)里层织物后整理:将里层织物浸轧在吸湿速干剂中,二浸二轧,每次的轧液率为70%,并对浸轧后的织物高压喷涂所述的吸湿速干剂,得到吸湿速干层织物;(5)将表层织物和里层织物叠合缝制在一起; (6)烘干:将烘干机温度设为70℃,烘干3分钟;(7)烘焙:在170℃下烘焙30s。
实施例2
一种防紫外线吸湿速干织物,包括表层织物和里层织物,表层织物是防紫外线层,里层织物是吸湿速干织物层,吸湿速干织物层由异形 涤纶编织而成,防紫外线层由80wt%棉、10wt%的聚酯纤维和10wt%的氨纶制成,其制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)制备防紫外线剂:防紫外线剂由以下重量份的组分组成:苯并三唑及其衍生物45份、氧化锌微粒35份、氧化钛微粒35份、氧化铈微粒35份和氧化锆微粒35份以及一定量的AF6100、溶剂水,防紫外线剂的浓度为60g/L,AF6100的浓度为40g/L。(2)制备吸湿速干剂:吸湿速干剂由以下重量份的组分组成:聚乙二醇90份、聚乙二醇和聚苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的共聚物30份、乙二醇 23份、聚醚10份、水分散性聚氨酯复合物20份、吐温60为6份、氧化锌-季铵盐聚合物复合物8份以及一定量的溶剂水和AF6100,AF6100的浓度为40g/L,吸湿速干剂的浓度为40g/L; (3)表层织物后整理:将表层织物浸轧在防紫外线剂中,二浸二轧,每次的轧液率为90%,并对浸轧后的织物高压喷涂所述的防紫外线剂,得到防紫外线层织物;(4)里层织物后整理:将里层织物浸轧在吸湿速干剂中,二浸二轧,每次的轧液率为80%,并对浸轧后的织物高压喷涂所述的吸湿速干剂,得到吸湿速干层织物;(5)将表层织物和里层织物叠合缝制在一起; (6)烘干:将烘干机温度设为100℃,烘干3-5分钟;(7)烘焙:在170℃下烘焙30s。
实施例3
一种防紫外线吸湿速干织物,包括表层织物和里层织物,表层织物是防紫外线层,里层织物是吸湿速干织物层,吸湿速干织物层由异形 涤纶编织而成,防紫外线层由80wt%棉、8wt%的聚酯纤维和12wt%的氨纶制成,其制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)制备防紫外线剂:防紫外线剂由以下重量份的组分组成:苯并三唑及其衍生物30份、氧化锌微粒25份、氧化钛微粒 22份、氧化铈微粒24份和氧化锆微粒25份以及一定量的AF6100、溶剂水,防紫外线剂的浓度为50g/L,AF6100的浓度为30g/L。(2)制备吸湿速干剂:吸湿速干剂由以下重量份的组分组成:聚乙二醇70份、聚乙二醇和聚苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的共聚物27份、乙二醇18份、聚醚6份、水分散性聚氨酯复合物16份、吐温60为4份、氧化锌-季铵盐聚合物复合物5份以及一定量的溶剂水和AF6100,AF6100的浓度为20-40g/L,吸湿速干剂的浓度为35g/L;(3)表层织物后整理:将表层织物浸轧在防紫外线剂中,二浸二轧,每次的轧液率为90%,并对浸轧后的织物高压喷涂所述的防紫外线剂,得到防紫外线层织物;(4)里层织物后整理:将里层织物浸轧在吸湿速干剂中,二浸二轧,每次的轧液率为75%,并对浸轧后的织物高压喷涂所述的吸湿速干剂,得到吸湿速干层织物;(5)将表层织物和里层织物叠合缝制在一起;(6)烘干:将烘干机温度设为00℃,烘干4分钟;(7)烘焙:在170℃下烘焙30s。
实施例4
一种防紫外线吸湿速干织物,包括表层织物和里层织物,表层织物是防紫外线层,里层织物是吸湿速干织物层,吸湿速干织物层由异形 涤纶编织而成,防紫外线层由67wt%棉、 25wt%的聚酯纤维和8wt%的氨纶制成,其制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)制备防紫外线剂:防紫外线剂由以下重量份的组分组成:苯并三唑及其衍生物25份、氧化锌微粒15份、氧化钛微粒15份、氧化铈微粒18份和氧化锆微粒16份以及一定量的AF6100、溶剂水,防紫外线剂的浓度为48g/L,AF6100的浓度为25g/L。(2)制备吸湿速干剂:吸湿速干剂由以下重量份的组分组成:聚乙二醇60份、聚乙二醇和聚苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的共聚物22份、乙二醇16 份、聚醚5份、水分散性聚氨酯复合物14份、吐温60为3份、氧化锌-季铵盐聚合物复合物 4份以及一定量的溶剂水和AF6100,AF6100的浓度为28g/L,吸湿速干剂的浓度为25g/L。 (3)表层织物后整理:将表层织物浸轧在防紫外线剂中,二浸二轧,每次的轧液率为80%,并对浸轧后的织物高压喷涂所述的防紫外线剂,得到防紫外线层织物;(4)里层织物后整理:将里层织物浸轧在吸湿速干剂中,二浸二轧,每次的轧液率为75%,并对浸轧后的织物高压喷涂所述的吸湿速干剂,得到吸湿速干层织物;(5)将表层织物和里层织物叠合缝制在一起;(6)烘干:将烘干机温度设为80℃,烘干5分钟;(7)烘焙:在170℃下烘焙30s。
实施例5
一种防紫外线吸湿速干织物,包括表层织物和里层织物,表层织物是防紫外线层,里层织物是吸湿速干织物层,吸湿速干织物层由异形 涤纶编织而成,防紫外线层由63wt%棉、 12wt%的聚酯纤维和25wt%的氨纶制成,其制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)制备防紫外线剂:防紫外线剂由以下重量份的组分组成:苯并三唑及其衍生物35份、氧化锌微粒30份、氧化钛微粒28份、氧化铈微粒28份和氧化锆微粒29份以及一定量的AF6100、溶剂水,防紫外线剂的浓度为45g/L,AF6100的浓度为28g/L。(2)制备吸湿速干剂:吸湿速干剂由以下重量份的组分组成:聚乙二醇80份、聚乙二醇和聚苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的共聚物28份、乙二醇 20份、聚醚8份、水分散性聚氨酯复合物18份、吐温60为5份、氧化锌-季铵盐聚合物复合物6份以及一定量的溶剂水和AF6100,AF6100的浓度为38g/L,吸湿速干剂的浓度为38g/L; (3)表层织物后整理:将表层织物浸轧在防紫外线剂中,二浸二轧,每次的轧液率为85%,并对浸轧后的织物高压喷涂所述的防紫外线剂,得到防紫外线层织物;(4)里层织物后整理:将里层织物浸轧在吸湿速干剂中,二浸二轧,每次的轧液率为78%,并对浸轧后的织物高压喷涂所述的吸湿速干剂,得到吸湿速干层织物;(5)将表层织物和里层织物叠合缝制在一起; (6)烘干:将烘干机温度设为100℃,烘干5分钟;(7)烘焙:在170℃下烘焙30s。
实施例6
一种防紫外线吸湿速干织物,包括表层织物和里层织物,表层织物是防紫外线层,里层织物是吸湿速干织物层,吸湿速干织物层由异形 涤纶编织而成,防紫外线层由80wt%棉、 10wt%的聚酯纤维和10wt%的氨纶制成,其制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)制备防紫外线剂:防紫外线剂由以下重量份的组分组成:苯并三唑及其衍生物42份、氧化锌微粒32份、氧化钛微粒34份、氧化铈微粒31份和氧化锆微粒30份以及一定量的AF6100、溶剂水,防紫外线剂的浓度为60g/L,AF6100的浓度为40g/L。(2)制备吸湿速干剂:吸湿速干剂由以下重量份的组分组成:聚乙二醇85份、聚乙二醇和聚苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的共聚物25份、乙二醇 20份、聚醚10份、水分散性聚氨酯复合物12份、吐温60为6份、氧化锌-季铵盐聚合物复合物3份以及一定量的溶剂水和AF6100,AF6100的浓度为27g/L,吸湿速干剂的浓度为32g/L。 (3)表层织物后整理:将表层织物浸轧在防紫外线剂中,二浸二轧,每次的轧液率为90%,并对浸轧后的织物高压喷涂所述的防紫外线剂,得到防紫外线层织物;(4)里层织物后整理:将里层织物浸轧在吸湿速干剂中,二浸二轧,每次的轧液率为80%,并对浸轧后的织物高压喷涂所述的吸湿速干剂,得到吸湿速干层织物;(5)将表层织物和里层织物叠合缝制在一起; (6)烘干:将烘干机温度设为90℃,烘干4分钟;(7)烘焙:在170℃下烘焙30s,烘焙是为了确保防蚊虫整理剂能够充分反应并与织物之间相结合。
实验数据
(1)防紫外线性能
将上述实施例制成的织物进行防紫外线性能测试,采用BS EN13758-1:2002服装面料抗太阳紫外线测试方法,测量其紫外线防护系数(UPF)和UVA的透过率值,具体测试数据见表1,由表1可知,本发明的织物符合紫外线防护标准。

(2)吸湿速干性能测试
织物的吸湿性测试采用日本JIS1907-02检测标准,从织物的纵向和横向分别选取5个大小均为300mm×25mm的布片,底端栓有3.0g重的玻璃棒,浸入到KMnO4溶液中,在该状态下放置10min,测定由于毛细管现象溶液的上升高度,取其纵向和横向高度的平均值。织物的快干性测试采用台湾纺拓会标准TTFFO007《吸湿速干纺织服饰品》中提供的测试方法,试验时,将6cm×6cm试样置于烧杯口部,匝紧,试验表面须平整且经纬纱不能有扭曲。将其放置在温度20℃、相对湿度(65±2)%的环境下平衡24h,然后放在精确度0.001的电子天平上,以滴定管口从距离试样表面1cm的高度滴0.05ml的水于试样表面,测试12min后其水分蒸发率,其中空白对照的织物在整理过程中未添加吸湿速干整理剂。织物的吸湿性能和快干性能测试结果见下表2。

由表2可知,经过本发明方法整理后,涤棉梭织物的毛细高度从3.2cm上升到16.8cm,水分蒸发率从22%上升到100%,涤棉梭织物达到了很好的吸湿速干效果。同时,当吸湿速干剂含量为35g/L时,涤棉梭织物的毛细高度和水分蒸发率达到最大值。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明整体构思前提下,还可以作出若干改变和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种防紫外线吸湿速干织物,其特征在于:包括表层织物和里层织物,表层织物是防紫外线层,里层织物是吸湿速干织物层,吸湿速干织物层由异形 涤纶编织而成,防紫外线层由60-80wt%棉、8-25wt%的聚酯纤维和8-25wt%的氨纶制成;
该防紫外线吸湿速干织物的制备方法包括以下步骤:(1)制备防紫外线剂:防紫外线剂由以下重量份的组分组成:苯并三唑及其衍生物20-45份、氧化锌微粒10-35份、氧化钛微粒10-35份、氧化铈微粒10-35份和氧化锆微粒10-35份、溶剂水,防紫外线剂的浓度为40-60g/L;(2)制备吸湿速干剂:吸湿速干剂由以下重量份的组分组成:聚乙二醇50-90份、聚乙二醇和聚苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的共聚物20-30份、乙二醇14-23份、聚醚4-10份、水分散性聚氨酯复合物10-20份、吐温60为2-6份、氧化锌-季铵盐聚合物复合物2-8份、溶剂水,吸湿速干剂的浓度为20-40g/L;(3)表层织物后整理:将表层织物浸轧在防紫外线剂中,二浸二轧,每次的轧液率为70-90%,并对浸轧后的织物高压喷涂所述的防紫外线剂,得到防紫外线层织物;(4)里层织物后整理:将里层织物浸轧在吸湿速干剂中,二浸二轧,每次的轧液率为70-80%,并对浸轧后的织物高压喷涂所述的吸湿速干剂,得到吸湿速干层织物;(5)将表层织物和里层织物叠合缝制在一起;(6)烘干:将烘干机温度设为70-100℃,烘干3-5分钟;(7)烘焙:在170℃下烘焙30s。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外线吸湿速干织物,其特征在于:所述的防紫外线剂、吸湿速干剂均包括固着剂,固着剂的浓度均为20-40g/L。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防紫外线吸湿速干织物,其特征在于:所述的固着剂为AF6100。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外线吸湿速干织物,其特征在于:所述的防紫外线剂由以下重量份的组分组成:苯并三唑及其衍生物30份、氧化锌微粒25份、氧化钛微粒22份、氧化铈微粒24份和氧化锆微粒25份、溶剂水,防紫外线剂的浓度为50g/L。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外线吸湿速干织物,其特征在于:所述的吸湿速干剂由以下重量份的组分组成:聚乙二醇70份、聚乙二醇和聚苯二甲酸乙二醇酯的共聚物27份、乙二醇18份、聚醚6份、水分散性聚氨酯复合物16份、吐温60为4份、氧化锌-季铵盐聚合物复合物5份、溶剂水,吸湿速干剂的浓度为30g/L。
