Abstract
The invention discloses a bacteriostatic liquid band-aid capable of quickly forming a film, which comprises a film forming agent and a bacteriostatic agent, wherein the film forming agent comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 0.5-5.0% of polyvinyl alcohol and 0.5-5.0% of water-soluble chitosan; the bacteriostatic agent comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 0.5-3.0% of pseudo-ginseng root extract, 0.5-3.0% of purslane extract and 0.05-0.40% of chlorhexidine acetate. Also discloses a preparation method of the bacteriostatic liquid band-aid capable of quickly forming a film. Compared with other types of band-aid, the liquid band-aid prepared by the invention can quickly form a film on a wound surface, can prevent microorganisms from invading the wound surface and wound surface infection, and can inhibit microorganisms.

Background

According to the invention, through reasonable compounding of the film forming material and addition of the pseudo-ginseng extract, the prepared liquid band-aid can greatly shorten plasma recalcification time and promote wound hemostasis, and the prepared liquid band-aid can be rapidly diffused, can be rapidly dried and forms a breathable and waterproof elastic protective film, instantly seals a wound surface and prevents wound infection and bacterial invasion. However, the invention contains a large amount of low-toxicity and flammable solvents (such as amyl acetate, butyl acetate and ethanol), has strong irritation, and can generate severe stabbing pain at the moment of smearing the wound surface.
Chinese patent CN109157673A discloses a liquid band-aid, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-8 parts of matrine, 1-8 parts of propolis, 5-20 parts of film forming agent, 50-150 parts of solvent and 0.1-18 parts of bioactive glass. The liquid band-aid prepared by the invention has short film forming time and good resilience after film forming, and can bring satisfactory comfort to users. In addition, the liquid band-aid prepared by the invention physically blocks moisture and harmful substances, contains a large amount of medicinal components capable of promoting wound healing, and can promote wound healing quickly. However, the liquid band-aid is not added with antibacterial components, has no antibacterial effect, is not aseptically provided, and only physically blocks harmful substances.
Therefore, it is desirable to provide a novel bacteriostatic liquid band-aid capable of forming a film rapidly and a preparation method thereof to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a bacteriostatic liquid band-aid capable of quickly forming a film and a preparation method thereof, when the bacteriostatic liquid band-aid is used by smearing a skin wound surface, the bacteriostatic liquid band-aid has good film-forming property and ductility, can naturally fall off, prevents the wound surface from continuously bleeding, promotes wound surface healing, is waterproof and breathable, and blocks microorganisms from invading the wound surface and wound surface infection.

Further, the humectant is 1, 2, 3-glycerol or 1, 2-propylene glycol.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention adopts another technical scheme that: the preparation method of the bacteriostatic liquid band-aid capable of quickly forming the film is provided, and comprises the following steps:
step 1: uniformly mixing purified water and polyvinyl alcohol under the condition of heating and stirring to prepare uniform and transparent liquid;
step 2: adding water-soluble chitosan, 1, 2, 3-propanetriol and 1, 2-propanediol into the mixed solution obtained in the step (1) under the condition of stirring to prepare uniform and transparent liquid, and beginning to cool after heat preservation for 20 min;
and step 3: adding the pseudo-ginseng root extract, the purslane extract, chlorhexidine acetate and phenoxyethanol into the mixed solution obtained in the step 2 under the condition of stirring, stirring until the solution is completely dissolved, and obtaining the antibacterial liquid band-aid after the preparation is finished.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the stirring speed is 300-500 rpm.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in step 1, the heating temperature is 75-85 ℃.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the film forming agent in the bacteriostatic liquid band-aid capable of quickly forming the film comprises polyvinyl alcohol and water-soluble chitosan, the composition can quickly form the film, and the film has the advantages of good ductility, natural falling, water resistance and air permeability; compared with other types of band-aids, the composition is not affected by the shape and size of wound surface, and the film has air permeability, and can naturally fall off to prevent wound surface continuous bleeding and promote wound surface healing;
(2) the bacteriostatic agent in the bacteriostatic liquid band-aid capable of quickly forming the film comprises pseudo-ginseng root extract, purslane extract and chlorhexidine acetate, and the plant extract bacteriostatic agent and the chemical bacteriostatic agent are compounded for use, so that the addition amount of the chemical bacteriostatic agent in a formula is reduced, and the possible adverse effects of microorganisms on a wound surface are inhibited and prevented;
(3) the composition system has the pH of 5.0-7.0, is neutral and weakly acidic, can be directly applied to superficial wound surfaces such as small wounds, bruises, cut wounds and the like, does not influence the normal healing of the wound surfaces, is harmless to the health of human bodies, and has good safety.

step 2: adding water-soluble chitosan, 1, 2, 3-propanetriol and 1, 2-propanediol into the mixed solution obtained in the step (1) under the condition that the stirring speed is 300rpm to prepare uniform and transparent liquid, and beginning to cool to 45 ℃ after heat preservation for 20 min;
and step 3: adding the pseudo-ginseng root extract, the purslane extract, the chlorhexidine acetate and the phenoxyethanol into the mixed solution obtained in the step 2 under the condition that the stirring speed is 300rpm, stirring until the solution is completely dissolved, and obtaining the bacteriostatic liquid band-aid after the preparation is finished.

The preparation method of the composition comprises the following steps:
step 1: uniformly mixing purified water and polyvinyl alcohol under the conditions that the heating temperature is 80 ℃ and the stirring speed is 500rpm to prepare uniform and transparent liquid;
step 2: adding water-soluble chitosan, 1, 2, 3-propanetriol and 1, 2-propanediol into the mixed solution obtained in the step (1) under the condition of stirring speed of 500rpm to prepare uniform and transparent liquid, and cooling to 40 ℃ after heat preservation for 20 min;
and step 3: adding the pseudo-ginseng root extract, the purslane extract, the chlorhexidine acetate and the phenoxyethanol into the mixed solution obtained in the step 2 under the condition of stirring speed of 500rpm, stirring until the solution is completely dissolved, and obtaining the bacteriostatic liquid band-aid after preparation.
Example 3:

step 1: uniformly mixing purified water and polyvinyl alcohol under the conditions that the heating temperature is 85 ℃ and the stirring speed is 400rpm to prepare uniform and transparent liquid;
step 2: adding water-soluble chitosan, 1, 2, 3-propanetriol and 1, 2-propanediol into the mixed solution obtained in the step (1) under the condition of stirring speed of 400rpm to prepare uniform and transparent liquid, and cooling to 35 ℃ after heat preservation for 20 min;
and step 3: adding the pseudo-ginseng root extract, the purslane extract, the chlorhexidine acetate and the phenoxyethanol into the mixed solution obtained in the step 2 under the condition of stirring speed of 400rpm, stirring until the solution is completely dissolved, and obtaining the bacteriostatic liquid band-aid after preparation.
The composition can be made into aqueous solution spray, viscous gel, etc.

referring to fig. 5(a), the liquid band-aid prepared in comparative example 2 has good film forming property and is peelable; but no bacteriostatic effect, see fig. 5 (b).
From the above 5 examples the following conclusions can be drawn:
in examples 1 to 3, the test sample was completely dried in 60 seconds after being applied to the skin, and the skin was peeled off after drying. In a bacteriostasis test, the bacteriostasis rate to escherichia coli reaches over 95.0 percent, which shows that the embodiment has good film forming performance and bacteriostasis performance;
in comparative example 1, the liquid did not form a film after the test sample was applied to the skin. In a bacteriostasis test, the bacteriostasis rate to escherichia coli reaches over 95.0 percent, which shows that the comparative example has no film-forming property but good bacteriostasis performance;
in comparative example 2, the test sample was completely dried in 60 seconds after being applied to the skin, and after drying, it was peeled off from the skin. In a bacteriostasis test, no inhibition effect on escherichia coli shows that the film forming performance of the comparative example is not the bacteriostasis effect on the escherichia coli.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. The bacteriostatic liquid band-aid capable of quickly forming a film is characterized by comprising a film-forming agent and a bacteriostatic agent, wherein the film-forming agent comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 0.5-5.0% of polyvinyl alcohol and 0.5-5.0% of water-soluble chitosan; the bacteriostatic agent comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 0.5-3.0% of pseudo-ginseng root extract, 0.5-3.0% of purslane extract and 0.05-0.40% of chlorhexidine acetate.
2. The bacteriostatic liquid band-aid capable of rapidly forming a film according to claim 1, wherein the composition further comprises the following materials in parts by weight: 0.3-1.0% of preservative, 0.5-5.0% of humectant and the balance of purified water.
3. The bacteriostatic liquid band-aid capable of quickly forming a film according to claim 2, wherein the preservative is phenoxyethanol.
4. The bacteriostatic liquid adhesive bandage capable of quickly forming a film according to claim 2, wherein the humectant is 1, 2, 3-propanetriol or 1, 2-propanediol.
5. A method for preparing the bacteriostatic liquid adhesive bandage capable of quickly forming a film according to any one of claims 1 to 4, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: uniformly mixing purified water and polyvinyl alcohol under the condition of heating and stirring to prepare uniform and transparent liquid;
step 2: adding water-soluble chitosan, 1, 2, 3-propanetriol and 1, 2-propanediol into the mixed solution obtained in the step (1) under the condition of stirring to prepare uniform and transparent liquid, and beginning to cool after heat preservation for 20 min;
and step 3: adding the pseudo-ginseng root extract, the purslane extract, chlorhexidine acetate and phenoxyethanol into the mixed solution obtained in the step 2 under the condition of stirring, stirring until the solution is completely dissolved, and obtaining the antibacterial liquid band-aid after the preparation is finished.
6. The method for preparing the bacteriostatic liquid adhesive bandage capable of quickly forming film according to claim 5, wherein the stirring speed is 300-500 rpm.
7. The method for preparing the bacteriostatic liquid adhesive bandage capable of rapidly forming film according to claim 5, wherein the heating temperature in step 1 is 75-85 ℃.
8. The method for preparing the bacteriostatic liquid adhesive bandage capable of quickly forming the film according to claim 5, wherein in step 2, the temperature is reduced to below 45 ℃.
