技术领域
本发明涉及一种光伏连接器后罩原料定量称取输送装置。
背景技术
光伏连接器是光伏电缆线中的其中一连接部件,而光伏连接器尾端往往由塑料的后罩锁紧。现有光伏连接器后罩在生产过程中往往是由塑料粒子熔融模压成型,为了保证产品质量统一,往往需要对每一份原料进行称取使用,需要工作人员一边称量一边注塑,劳动强度大,注塑效率一般。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单、合理、可靠,采用环形分布的输送线在定量称取的储料箱内进行取料,以满足工作人员及时用料,提高注塑效率,降低劳动强度的光伏连接器后罩原料定量称取输送装置。
本发明的技术方案是,一种光伏连接器后罩原料定量称取输送装置,包括工作台、控制柜、计量称、储料箱、输送线以及料罐,所述控制柜设置于工作台一侧,所述计量称和输送线并排设置于工作台上,所述储料箱设置于计量称上方,所述储料箱的内腔底部呈倾斜设置,所述储料箱的侧壁在内腔底部位于倾斜端下方一侧设置有出料口,所述储料箱的外侧壁上通过顶升气缸设置有盖板与出料口对应设置,所述储料箱在出料口设置有斜向下的导料板,所述导料板的下端位于输送线上方,所述料罐对应设置于输送线上。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述控制柜分别控制计量称、顶升气缸和输送线。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述输送线呈环形结构设置。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述料罐设置有多个并间隔分布设置于输送线上。
本发明所述为一种光伏连接器后罩原料定量称取输送装置,本发明结构简单、合理、可靠,采用环形分布的输送线在定量称取的储料箱内进行取料,以满足工作人员及时用料,提高注塑效率,降低劳动强度。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明为一种光伏连接器后罩原料定量称取输送装置,如图1所示,包括工作台1、控制柜2、计量称3、储料箱4、顶升气缸5、输送线6以及料罐7。
所述控制柜2设置于工作台1一侧并分别控制计量称3、顶升气缸5和输送线6,通过对控制柜2单独设置计量称3的放料量、顶升气缸5的伸缩间隔及输送线6的运行间隔,以此实现整个原料称取、送料的不间断运行。
所述计量称3和输送线6并排设置于工作台1上,计量称用于称量原料的重量,输送线6用于对料罐7进行输送。
所述储料箱4设置于计量称3上方,用以时刻记录储料箱4的重量。
所述储料箱4的内腔8底部呈倾斜设置,使得原料可在倾斜端下方自动堆积。
所述储料箱4的侧壁在内腔8底部位于倾斜端下方一侧设置有出料口9,以方便原料的放料。
所述储料箱4的外侧壁上通过顶升气缸5设置有盖板10与出料口9对应设置,通过预先测试注塑产品所需原料的量需要多少时间,以便于顶升气缸5及时驱动盖板10封住出料口9。
所述储料箱4在出料口9设置有斜向下的导料板11,所述导料板11的下端位于输送线6上方,以方便下料至输送线6上方的料罐7内。
所述输送线6呈环形结构设置,以实现循环往复输送,另外,所述料罐7设置有多个并间隔分布设置于输送线6上,通过间歇性运行以方便工作人员可时刻有原料进行注塑成型。
本发明为一种光伏连接器后罩原料定量称取输送装置,本发明结构简单、合理、可靠,采用环形分布的输送线在定量称取的储料箱内进行取料,以满足工作人员及时用料,提高注塑效率,降低劳动强度。

1.一种光伏连接器后罩原料定量称取输送装置,包括工作台、控制柜、计量称、储料箱、输送线以及料罐,其特征在于:所述控制柜设置于工作台一侧,所述计量称和输送线并排设置于工作台上,所述储料箱设置于计量称上方,所述储料箱的内腔底部呈倾斜设置,所述储料箱的侧壁在内腔底部位于倾斜端下方一侧设置有出料口,所述储料箱的外侧壁上通过顶升气缸设置有盖板与出料口对应设置,所述储料箱在出料口设置有斜向下的导料板,所述导料板的下端位于输送线上方,所述料罐对应设置于输送线上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光伏连接器后罩原料定量称取输送装置,其特征在于:所述控制柜分别控制计量称、顶升气缸和输送线。
