Abstract
本发明提供防止向发光部和受光部喷出气体的喷出部堵塞并进行稳定监测的凝聚状态监测传感器。该凝集状态监测传感器具有:发光部(3),向测量凝集状态的测量区域(S)照射激光;以及,受光部(4),接收在与所述发光部(3)的光轴方向交叉的方向散射的光,在所述凝集状态监测传感器中,使空气从喷嘴(21)、(31)向发光部(3)、受光部(4)喷出以进行清洗。在清洗期之间向喷嘴(21)、(31)供给少量空气来进行絮凝物等的清除。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于测定凝集处理液中的凝集状态的凝集状态监测传感器,特别是涉及向水中照射光并接收散射光从而测定凝集状态的凝集状态监测传感器。
背景技术
专利文献1记载了向水中发出激光并接收由水中的絮凝物等散射的散射光来测定凝集状态的凝集状态监测传感器。
该凝集状态监测传感器由于使用像激光、LED那样的光进行检测,因此重要的是确保光的光路,因而需要间歇地进行用于去除附着在发光部和受光部的SS成分的清洗。
为了进行该清洗,在预先设定的时间(timing)由喷出部向发光部和受光部喷出空气,进行对发光部、受光部的清洗。
但是,由于凝集状态监测传感器的检测部(探针)经常浸渍在水中,因此在停止向喷出部供给空气时,水进入该喷出部,有时絮凝物等生成从而堵塞喷出部。
即,由于在进入了喷出部的水中包含SS成分和添加的凝集剂,因此,滞留在喷出部内部时,通过凝集反应产生凝集物。只要该凝集物在清洗时(喷出空气时)不从喷出部排出,就残留在喷出部内部,随着时间的经过,凝集物的量增加,在喷出部内凝固或固定,从而来自喷出部的空气喷出量逐渐减少。由此,发光部和受光部的清洗不充分。
如果增加清洗时的空气喷出压力以从喷出部内排出凝聚物,则喷出的空气、气液混相流会强烈撞击发光部和受光部,发光部和受光部有可能损伤。虽然也考虑了延长空气的喷出时间、增加清洗频率等对策,但在这种情况下,凝聚状态监测传感器的测量时间相应地缩短。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
本发明的目的在于,提供防止向发光部和受光部喷出气体的喷出部的堵塞并进行稳定的监测的凝聚状态监测传感器。
用于解决问题的手段
本发明的凝集状态监测传感器,具有:发光部,向测量凝集状态的测量区域照射光;受光部,接收在与所述发光部的光轴方向交叉的方向散射的光;发光部用清洗喷嘴,使气体向所述发光部喷出;受光部用清洗喷嘴,使气体向所述受光部喷出;以及控制机构,对来自各喷嘴的气体喷出进行控制,所述凝集状态监测传感器的特征在于,所述控制机构以进行清洗期及清除期的方式进行控制,所述清洗期是使气体从所述发光部用喷嘴向发光部喷出或者使气体从所述受光用喷嘴向受光部喷出,所述清除期是在所述清洗期之间使气体从所述喷嘴以低于清洗期的流速流出。
在本发明的一种方式中,分别通过电磁阀向所述喷嘴供给气体,清除期的间隔相对于所述清洗期的清洗间隔为5~20%。
发明的效果
在本发明的凝聚状态监测传感器中,在从喷出部喷出气体来清洗发光部和受光部的清洗期之间,向所述喷出部供给少量的气体,清除(排出)喷出部内的水、絮凝物。由此,防止喷出部中凝聚物的生成、生长,在清洗期能够充分清洗发光部和受光部。
清除时向喷出部供给气体的时间短,来自喷出部的排出气体等不会强烈地撞击发光部、受光部。另外,由于清除期的时间短,因此凝聚状态监测传感器的测量期也几乎不会减少。

具体实施方式
下面,参照图1a、1b对实施方式进行说明。
构成凝集状态监测传感器的探针1,在壳体2的前端侧设有向凝集处理液(添加凝集剂并根据需要搅拌的液体)的测量区域S照射激光的发光部3。另外,将受光光轴设为与该发光部3的发光光轴正交的方向的受光部4面向所述测量区域S设置。在发光部3和受光部4的前表面分别设有透明板3a、4a,各透明板3a、4a的周缘部水密地被密封。
在探针1内设有发光电路5、检波电路6以及测量电路7。测量电路7具有定时电路8、A/D转换部9、运算部10等。
与专利文献1同样地,从发光部3向测量区域S照射的激光被测量区域S内的粒子散射,该散射光在受光部4被接收,基于该受光强度测量凝集状态。
发光电路5根据来自定时电路的信号向发光部发送具有固定的调制频率的电信号,使进行激光发光。发光部3根据来自发光电路5的信号而发出激光。受光部4接受激光撞击水中悬浮物而产生的散射光,并转换为电信号。检波电路6从来自受光部4的电信号中去除调制成分,输出与散射光强度相应的受光电压。
测量电路7向发光电路5发送用于发光的信号(特定的频率调制波),并且,将来自检波电路6的信号转换为数字信号,进行逻辑运算从而输出与凝集有关的信息。
在探针1的前端部安装有喷嘴外壳12和阀外壳13。喷嘴外壳12隔着测量区域S配置在受光部4的相反侧。在喷嘴外壳12设有用于向发光部3的透明板3a喷出气泡并通过气液混合流清洗该透明板3a的喷嘴31以及用于向受光部4的透明板4a喷出气泡并通过气液混合流清洗该透明板4a的喷嘴21。
喷嘴21、31分别通过腔室22、32、配管23、33、电磁阀24、34以及配管25、35与供气配管42连接。供气配管42通过安全阀41和柔性软管40与压缩机(省略图示)等压缩空气供给源连接。
电磁阀24、34由阀控制电路50控制。需要说明的是,该阀控制电路50可以与所述测量电路7搭载于相同的电路基板。
参照图1b对电磁阀24的开闭控制进行说明。
在时刻t1~t2之间(清洗期)电磁阀24打开,通过气液混合流清洗受光部4的透明板4a。在时刻t2电磁阀24关闭后,在时刻t3~t4之间(清除期),电磁阀24仅短时间打开,将进入到腔室22和喷嘴21内的水(包含SS)挤出至测量区域S来清除。
时刻t1、t2之间的时间通常优选为2~10秒,特别优选为3~5秒左右。优选清洗期(时刻t1~t2之间的清洗)以每5~60分钟一次左右的频率进行,特别优选以每10~20分钟一次左右的频率进行。
时刻t3~t4之间的清除期的时间为6~50毫秒,特别优选为8~15毫秒左右。优选清除期以每0.5~5分钟一次、特别是每1~2分钟一次左右的频率进行。
电磁阀34的开闭也优选与上述同样地进行。
优选打开电磁阀34并清洗发光部的透明板3a的时间与透明板4a的清洗时间不重叠。喷嘴21和腔室22的清除期与喷嘴31和腔室32的清除期既可以重叠,也可以错开。
如上所述,在时刻t1~t2之间喷出空气后,如果电磁阀24或34关闭,则随着时间的经过,水逐渐浸入喷嘴21或31或者进一步进入腔室22、32内。然后,不久因侵入的水中的SS成分和溶解的药品(凝集剂)而导致凝集物(絮凝物)在喷嘴21、31内、腔室22、32内形成。该絮凝物生长至比喷嘴21、31的直径更大时,清洗时的压缩空气喷出阻力增加。
在该实施方式中,通过在清洗期之间实施清除期,将喷嘴21、31、腔室22、32内的滞留水、絮凝物清除至区域S,因此,防止来自喷嘴21、31的空气喷出阻力的增大,能够长期稳定地进行测量(监测)。另外,由于清除期短、其频率也小,因此,能充分地进行监测。另外,由于清除期短,因此,在清除期从喷嘴21、31流出的流体速度小,喷出流体完全不会或几乎不会撞击板3a、4a,板3a、4a不会损坏甚至摩耗。
在上述实施方式中,通过电磁阀的很短的“打开”时间来实现清除动作,但也能够采用在清洗用空气流路设置阻力物或者另行追加清洗用压力流路等方法来实现。但是,在这些方法中,结构比本发明更复杂,而且推测制造成本也会上升,因此本发明的优势明显。
上述实施方式是本发明的一个示例,本发明也可以是上述以外的构成。
使用特定的实施方式对本发明进行了详细说明,但是,本领域技术人员知晓,在不脱离本发明的意图与范围的情况下能进行各种变更。

Claims (5)
1.一种凝集状态监测传感器,
其具有:发光部,向测量凝集状态的测量区域照射光;
受光部,接收在与所述发光部的光轴方向交叉的方向散射的光;
发光部用清洗喷嘴,使气体向所述发光部喷出;
受光部用清洗喷嘴,使气体向所述受光部喷出;以及
控制机构,对来自各喷嘴的气体喷出进行控制,
所述凝集状态监测传感器的特征在于,
所述控制机构以进行清洗期及清除期的方式进行控制,
所述清洗期是使气体从所述发光部用喷嘴向发光部喷出或者使气体从所述受光用喷嘴向受光部喷出,
所述清除期是在所述清洗期之间使气体从所述喷嘴以低于清洗期的流速流出。
2.如权利要求1所述的凝集状态监测传感器,其中,分别通过电磁阀向所述喷嘴供给气体。
3.如权利要求2所述的凝集状态监测传感器,其中,在所述各喷嘴与各电磁阀之间分别设有腔室。
4.如权利要求1~3中任一项所述的凝集状态监测传感器,其中,所述清洗期的时间为2~10秒,所述清除期的时间为6~50毫秒。
5.如权利要求4所述的凝集状态监测传感器,其中,所述清洗期以每5~60分钟一次的频率进行,所述清除期以每0.5~5分钟一次的频率进行。
