Compound amino acid oral solution for dogs and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of animal husbandry and veterinary medicine, and particularly relates to a compound amino acid oral solution for dogs and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The weak and sick dogs mostly show symptoms such as appetite reduction, feed intake reduction, physical weakness and the like, and nutrient substances in the dogs are greatly lost due to the symptoms over time, if the symptoms are not timely improved, the dogs grow slowly and even die.
At present, the replenisher for enhancing the body energy of dogs is mainly glucose and sodium chloride injection, and the injection mainly has the balance effects of supplementing water and energy and regulating electrolyte of organisms, and cannot effectively regulate the feed intake of animals and improve the nutritional status of dogs. Particularly, in weak and sick dogs, the appetite of the dogs is enhanced and the eating is promoted by supplementing amino acid, so that the nutrient deficiency symptom of the dogs is improved and the recovery of the dogs is promoted.

As a further limitation of the invention, the compound amino acid powder comprises 0.05-0.15 part of ethylparaben.
As a further limitation of the invention, the composite amino acid powder comprises 0.1 part of ethylparaben.
As a further limitation of the invention, the water is purified water.
As a further limitation of the invention, the scorched rice sprout is an externally purchased traditional Chinese medicine decoction piece.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the compound amino acid oral solution for dogs, which comprises the following steps in sequence:
s1, smashing the scorched rice sprouts, removing kernels, removing impurities and cleaning the Chinese dates; mixing to prepare composite amino acid powder;
s2, mixing the charred rice sprout and the Chinese date micro powder, dissolving and sterilizing;
and S3, adding the compound amino acid powder, fixing the volume, stirring and filtering to obtain the compound amino acid oral solution for dogs.
As a further limitation of the preparation method of the invention:
the step S1 includes: respectively carrying out superfine grinding on the scorched rice sprouts and the cleaned jujubes after removing kernels and impurities, and sieving by a sieve of 300-800 meshes to respectively obtain scorched rice sprouts and jujube micro powder; uniformly mixing leucine, isoleucine, valine, glycine, proline, alanine, lysine hydrochloride, arginine hydrochloride, serine, threonine, histidine hydrochloride, methionine, phenylalanine, tryptophan, sucrose and ethylparaben according to a formula ratio to prepare composite amino acid powder;
the step S2 includes: mixing the charred rice sprout and the Chinese date superfine powder, adding water with the weight part of 2-4 times of the total weight parts of the charred rice sprout and the Chinese date superfine powder, stirring at the rotating speed of 100-500 rpm at the temperature of 80-90 ℃ for 5-10 min, and sterilizing at 115 ℃ for 30 min;
the step S3 includes: cooling to 60-70 ℃, adding the composite amino acid powder, and stirring for 10-20 min at a rotation speed of 100-500 rpm in a heat preservation manner; and cooling to room temperature, adding water to a constant volume, stirring at a rotating speed of 100-500 rpm for 5-10 min, and filtering to obtain the compound amino acid oral solution for dogs.

Starting from two aspects of supplying nutrient substances externally, promoting the feeding of the dogs and automatically taking in the nutrients, the nutrient deficiency symptom of the dogs is improved, and the recovery of the dogs is promoted.
The compound amino acid oral solution is optimized according to the dosage of the dog, and is suitable for the dog to drink from the physiological perspective of the dog.
The invention adds ethylparaben as preservative, thus avoiding the problem that common preservatives such as benzoic acid and sodium benzoate can only play a role in corrosion prevention in an acidic environment, and having better corrosion prevention effect.
Fourthly, the preparation method of the invention gives consideration to the solubility and stability of each amino acid in the composite amino acid powder, for example, the content of tryptophan dissolved in a solution at 60-70 ℃ is higher, but the content of tryptophan is greatly reduced by continuously raising the temperature.
The method is simple to operate, low in production cost, and the prepared product is good in stability and suitable for batch production.
The invention is suitable for providing the compound amino acid oral solution for dogs, and the compound amino acid oral solution is suitable for the dogs in weak and sick stages.
