Description

Organic fertilizer liquid using livestock and poultry manure as raw material and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of organic fertilizers, in particular to an organic fertilizer liquid taking livestock and poultry manure as a raw material and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the continuous improvement of the intensification degree of the animal husbandry in China, the scale of the animal husbandry cultivation is gradually increased. The consequent negative effect is that the quantity of livestock manure increases year by year. Because the livestock manure is not properly stacked and the manure is not properly washed and managed, a large amount of pollutants enter a water body, the loss rate of the livestock manure entering the water body is up to 25-30%, the COD (chemical oxygen demand) emission is close to the total COD emission amount of industrial wastewater, and the N, P loss is greater than the fertilizer loss amount, so that the method is one of the main causes of non-point source pollution in rural areas. If the livestock and poultry manure cannot be treated in time, the surrounding environment and water sources are seriously polluted, and the ecological environment is seriously influenced, so the manure generated by animal husbandry becomes one of important factors restricting the deep development of breeding enterprises. In addition, a great deal of agricultural wastes such as straws, bean pulp, branches and the like and industrial wastes such as mushroom fungus residues, kelp residues, phosphoric citric acid residues, cassava residues, furfural residues and the like are also accumulated in a great deal, thereby causing waste.
At present, although livestock and poultry manure, agricultural wastes, industrial wastes and the like are partially utilized to prepare organic fertilizers, a certain amount of harmful substances such as heavy metals, pesticides, feed additives, antibiotics and the like may exist. When applied to soil, these harmful substances are also carried into the soil and the environment, and can have negative effects on the environment. In addition, although the organic fertilizer has more component types, the content of each nutrient is relatively less, the utilization rate is low, and the number of germs is large.
Therefore, the problem to be solved by those skilled in the art is how to provide an organic fertilizer solution using livestock and poultry manure as raw material and a preparation method thereof
