技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,尤其涉及一种脱氢表雄酮保健食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,妊娠期胎儿生长发育所需的营养全部来源于母体,孕妇除了需要维持自身代谢和胎儿生长发育所需的营养之外,还需为分娩和哺乳储备养料,其营养的优劣对子代的近远期均有影响,营养素的不合理供给更可致孕妇产科严重并发症,由于胚胎在不同孕期的发育速率不同,孕妇的生理状态、机体代谢变化和对营养需求也不同,孕早期胎儿各器官处在分化形成阶段、生长相对缓慢;孕中期是胎儿生长发育及大脑发育迅速时期;妊娠晚期是胎儿生长更为迅速与脑功能完善期,脱氢表雄酮(DHEA)是人体内含量最多的荷尔蒙之一,具有抗衰老、抗肿瘤、抑制肥胖、调节人体激素等作用,同时也是用于制造甾体激素类药物的中间体,因此,我们提出了一种脱氢表雄酮保健食品。
经检索,中国专利申请号为CN201910720702.X的专利,公开了一种孕妇月子乳清牦牛乳蛋白粉及其制备方法,包含以下原料:乳清蛋白粉26-33g,酪蛋白26-33g,全脂牦牛乳乳粉(脱膻)32-38g,低聚果糖(FOS)3.0-4.0g,钾(碳酸氢钾750-810mg),硫酸镁200-230mg,碳酸钙1150-1190mg。上述专利中的改善营养性贫血保健食品及其制备方法存在以下不足:针对妊娠期女性身体的营养性贫血及缺少的维生素等无法补足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种脱氢表雄酮保健食品及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种脱氢表雄酮保健食品,包括以下重量组成分:DHEA50mg、叶酸400mg、葡萄糖20mg、维生素A1.2mg、维生素B6为2.6mg、维生素B12为4ug、维生素B1为1.6mg、维生素C为100mg、硫酸钙10mg、乙基纤维素20份、明胶20份、微晶纤维素7份、乳糖50份、甘露糖35份、硬脂酸镁3份、滑石粉2份、二氧化钛3份、羟丙基甲基纤维素5份,余量为水。
优选地:所述DHEA的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S21:将新鲜山药削皮清洗去杂,搅浆,向山药浆中加入20%重量的处理液,10℃下搅拌4.5h,然后用水将山药浆洗涤至中性后过滤,然后加入1.6倍重量的水并用胶体磨研磨40min,离心,将所得沉淀在60℃条件下水浴12h;
S22:再加入2%重量的浓硫酸在90℃条件下水解12h,冷却至室温后,用氢氧化钠溶液调节pH至中性,离心取沉淀物;
S23:向沉淀物中加入8倍重量的石油醚,超声浸提1.5h后过滤,收集提取液并压缩为浓缩液;
S24:将浓缩液上硅胶柱,用体积比为1:1的丙酮和石油醚混合溶液进行洗脱,收集洗脱液并喷雾干燥后,得到脱氢表雄酮DHEA。
优选地:所述处理液为重量浓度为8%的氢氧化钠、8%的尿素和3%氯化钙混合溶液。
优选地:所述叶酸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S31:将蚕沙去杂后用盐酸溶出,调整PH值为4.8,时间为4h;
S32:溶液用盐酸调PH为3,加入活性炭,搅拌30min,滤去活性炭;
S33:加氨水使叶酸解析,再经浓缩蒸干即成。
优选地:所述微晶纤维素的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S41:在装有搅拌的搪玻璃夹层反应锅内,将盐酸配成1.5的浓度,用量为浆的6倍,在反应锅内加热至60摄氏度,在搅拌状态下将除髓后的甘蔗渣放进去,加热至100℃回流保温15min,冷却至常温,放于耐酸池内静置4h,微晶纤维素即沉淀出;
S42:将静置沉淀下来的微晶纤维素用氢氧化钠中和,再水洗至中性,将氯化物洗除;
S43:将清洗后的微晶纤维素糊状物放入离心机内甩水,再放于颗粒机内碎成湿颗粒;
S44:将湿颗粒在80℃环境下烘干干燥,最后磨碎成适宜压片的粉末。
一种脱氢表雄酮保健食品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:分别按重量份称取DHEA、叶酸、维生素A、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素B1、维生素C经150℃环境下15s超高温瞬时灭菌,真空冷冻干燥后,混合,研磨,过200目筛,得细沫状原料;
S2:在搅拌容器中放入硫酸钙,添加质量为400的水搅拌溶解,得溶解物;
S3:将细沫状原料缓慢加入溶解物中混合搅拌20min,依次加入乙基纤维素、微晶纤维素、乳糖、硬脂酸镁、二氧化钛和羟丙基甲基纤维素,在1000转/min状态下搅拌混合30min;
S4:加入药材重量8倍的水,煎煮2h,趁热过滤,收集滤液,再加入药材重量6倍的水煎煮1h,过滤弃渣,合并两次滤液,减压浓缩至相对密度为1.15-1.25的溶液;
S5:添加明胶、甘露糖、滑石粉和葡萄糖继续搅拌混合溶解,得到保健产品;
S6:将保健产品按照规格定量包装,或压制成片,或造粒干燥成颗粒,或填充为胶囊即可。
优选地:所述保健产品中含有矿物元素钙0.125g、镁0.1g、磷0.125g、铜1mg、铁60mg、镁1mg、锌7.5mg。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.通过添加DHEA、叶酸、各种维生素和各种辅料等制成,用于妊娠期和哺乳期妇女补充维生素、矿物质和微量元素的需求,帮助胎儿大脑和神经系统正常发育,促进红细胞形成,提高孕期女性机体免疫力,并适用于妊娠期缺铁和叶酸的情况,满足妊娠期和哺乳期女性每日对于其他营养成分的特殊要求,全面补充该类人群日常所需的各种维生素及其他微量元素,从而达到改善贫血的目的。
2.制备DHEA时酸水解的主要作用是得到薯蓣皂甙元,且利用超声波具有的机械效应、空化效应和热效应,通过增大介质分子的运动速度、增大介质的穿透力以充分提取生物有效成分。
3.所制得的成品口感好,安全有效,适合哺乳期内产妇长期饮用,可制成不同规格的药剂,服用、携带均方便。

实施例1:
一种脱氢表雄酮保健食品,如图1所示,包括以下重量组成分:DHEA50mg、叶酸400mg、葡萄糖20mg、维生素A1.2mg、维生素B6为2.6mg、维生素B12为4ug、维生素B1为1.6mg、维生素C为100mg、硫酸钙10mg、乙基纤维素20份、明胶20份、微晶纤维素7份、乳糖50份、甘露糖35份、硬脂酸镁3份、滑石粉2份、二氧化钛3份、羟丙基甲基纤维素5份,余量为水。
所述DHEA的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S21:将新鲜山药削皮清洗去杂,搅浆,向山药浆中加入20%重量的处理液,10℃下搅拌4.5h,然后用水将山药浆洗涤至中性后过滤,然后加入1.6倍重量的水并用胶体磨研磨40min,离心,将所得沉淀在60℃条件下水浴12h;
S22:再加入2%重量的浓硫酸在90℃条件下水解12h,冷却至室温后,用氢氧化钠溶液调节pH至中性,离心取沉淀物;
S23:向沉淀物中加入8倍重量的石油醚,超声浸提1.5h后过滤,收集提取液并压缩为浓缩液;
S24:将浓缩液上硅胶柱,用体积比为1:1的丙酮和石油醚混合溶液进行洗脱,收集洗脱液并喷雾干燥后,得到脱氢表雄酮DHEA。
进一步的,所述处理液为重量浓度为8%的氢氧化钠、8%的尿素和3%氯化钙混合溶液。
所述叶酸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S31:将蚕沙去杂后用盐酸溶出,调整PH值为4.8,时间为4h;
S32:溶液用盐酸调PH为3,加入活性炭,搅拌30min,滤去活性炭;
S33:加氨水使叶酸解析,再经浓缩蒸干即成。
所述微晶纤维素的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S41:在装有搅拌的搪玻璃夹层反应锅内,将盐酸配成1.5的浓度,用量为浆的6倍,在反应锅内加热至60摄氏度,在搅拌状态下将除髓后的甘蔗渣放进去,加热至100℃回流保温15min,冷却至常温,放于耐酸池内静置4h,微晶纤维素即沉淀出;
S42:将静置沉淀下来的微晶纤维素用氢氧化钠中和,再水洗至中性,将氯化物洗除;
S43:将清洗后的微晶纤维素糊状物放入离心机内甩水,再放于颗粒机内碎成湿颗粒;
S44:将湿颗粒在80℃环境下烘干干燥,最后磨碎成适宜压片的粉末。
一种脱氢表雄酮保健食品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:分别按重量份称取DHEA、叶酸、维生素A、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素B1、维生素C经150℃环境下15s超高温瞬时灭菌,真空冷冻干燥后,混合,研磨,过200目筛,得细沫状原料;
S2:在搅拌容器中放入硫酸钙,添加质量为400的水搅拌溶解,得溶解物;
S3:将细沫状原料缓慢加入溶解物中混合搅拌20min,依次加入乙基纤维素、微晶纤维素、乳糖、硬脂酸镁、二氧化钛和羟丙基甲基纤维素,在1000转/min状态下搅拌混合30min;
S4:加入药材重量8倍的水,煎煮2h,趁热过滤,收集滤液,再加入药材重量6倍的水煎煮1h,过滤弃渣,合并两次滤液,减压浓缩至相对密度为1.15-1.25的溶液;
S5:添加明胶、甘露糖、滑石粉和葡萄糖继续搅拌混合溶解,得到保健产品;
S6:将保健产品按照规格定量包装,或压制成片,或造粒干燥成颗粒,或填充为胶囊即可。

本实施例在使用时,制备DHEA时酸水解的主要作用是得到薯蓣皂甙元,且利用超声波具有的机械效应、空化效应和热效应,通过增大介质分子的运动速度、增大介质的穿透力以充分提取生物有效成分,通过添加DHEA、叶酸、各种维生素和各种辅料等制成,用于妊娠期和哺乳期妇女补充维生素、矿物质和微量元素的需求,帮助胎儿大脑和神经系统正常发育,促进红细胞形成,提高孕期女性机体免疫力,并适用于妊娠期缺铁和叶酸的情况,满足妊娠期和哺乳期女性每日对于其他营养成分的特殊要求,全面补充该类人群日常所需的各种维生素及其他微量元素,从而达到改善贫血的目的,口感好,安全有效,适合哺乳期内产妇长期饮用,可制成不同规格的药剂,服用方便。
实施例2:
一种脱氢表雄酮保健食品,如图1所示,包括以下重量组成分:DHEA45mg、叶酸350mg、葡萄糖25mg、维生素A1.0mg、维生素B6为2.5mg、维生素B12为5ug、维生素B1为2.0mg、维生素C为110mg、硫酸钙7mg、乙基纤维素20份、明胶18份、微晶纤维素6份、乳糖50份、甘露糖40份、硬脂酸镁2份、滑石粉2份、二氧化钛3份、羟丙基甲基纤维素4份,余量为水。
所述DHEA的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S21:将新鲜山药削皮清洗去杂,搅浆,向山药浆中加入20%重量的处理液,10℃下搅拌4.5h,然后用水将山药浆洗涤至中性后过滤,然后加入1.6倍重量的水并用胶体磨研磨40min,离心,将所得沉淀在60℃条件下水浴12h;
S22:再加入2%重量的浓硫酸在90℃条件下水解12h,冷却至室温后,用氢氧化钠溶液调节pH至中性,离心取沉淀物;
S23:向沉淀物中加入8倍重量的石油醚,超声浸提1.5h后过滤,收集提取液并压缩为浓缩液;
S24:将浓缩液上硅胶柱,用体积比为1:1的丙酮和石油醚混合溶液进行洗脱,收集洗脱液并喷雾干燥后,得到脱氢表雄酮DHEA。
进一步的,所述处理液为重量浓度为8%的氢氧化钠、8%的尿素和3%氯化钙混合溶液。
所述叶酸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S31:将蚕沙去杂后用盐酸溶出,调整PH值为4.8,时间为4h;
S32:溶液用盐酸调PH为3,加入活性炭,搅拌30min,滤去活性炭;
S33:加氨水使叶酸解析,再经浓缩蒸干即成。
所述微晶纤维素的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S41:在装有搅拌的搪玻璃夹层反应锅内,将盐酸配成1.5的浓度,用量为浆的6倍,在反应锅内加热至60摄氏度,在搅拌状态下将除髓后的甘蔗渣放进去,加热至100℃回流保温15min,冷却至常温,放于耐酸池内静置4h,微晶纤维素即沉淀出;
S42:将静置沉淀下来的微晶纤维素用氢氧化钠中和,再水洗至中性,将氯化物洗除;
S43:将清洗后的微晶纤维素糊状物放入离心机内甩水,再放于颗粒机内碎成湿颗粒;
S44:将湿颗粒在80℃环境下烘干干燥,最后磨碎成适宜压片的粉末。
一种脱氢表雄酮保健食品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:分别按重量份称取DHEA、叶酸、维生素A、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素B1、维生素C经150℃环境下15s超高温瞬时灭菌,真空冷冻干燥后,混合,研磨,过200目筛,得细沫状原料;
S2:在搅拌容器中放入硫酸钙,添加质量为400的水搅拌溶解,得溶解物;
S3:将细沫状原料缓慢加入溶解物中混合搅拌20min,依次加入乙基纤维素、微晶纤维素、乳糖、硬脂酸镁、二氧化钛和羟丙基甲基纤维素,在1000转/min状态下搅拌混合30min;
S4:加入药材重量8倍的水,煎煮2h,趁热过滤,收集滤液,再加入药材重量6倍的水煎煮1h,过滤弃渣,合并两次滤液,减压浓缩至相对密度为1.15-1.25的溶液;
S5:添加明胶、甘露糖、滑石粉和葡萄糖继续搅拌混合溶解,得到保健产品;
S6:将保健产品按照规格定量包装,压制成片,或造粒干燥成颗粒,或填充为胶囊即可。
所述保健产品中含有矿物元素钙0.125g、镁0.1g、磷0.125g、铜1mg、铁60mg、镁1mg、锌7.5mg。

Claims (7)
1.一种脱氢表雄酮保健食品,其特征在于,包括以下重量组成分:DHEA50mg、叶酸400mg、葡萄糖20mg、维生素A1.2mg、维生素B6为2.6mg、维生素B12为4ug、维生素B1为1.6mg、维生素C为100mg、硫酸钙10mg、乙基纤维素20份、明胶20份、微晶纤维素7份、乳糖50份、甘露糖35份、硬脂酸镁3份、滑石粉2份、二氧化钛3份、羟丙基甲基纤维素5份,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种脱氢表雄酮保健食品,其特征在于,所述DHEA的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S21:将新鲜山药削皮清洗去杂,搅浆,向山药浆中加入20%重量的处理液,10℃下搅拌4.5h,然后用水将山药浆洗涤至中性后过滤,然后加入1.6倍重量的水并用胶体磨研磨40min,离心,将所得沉淀在60℃条件下水浴12h;
S22:再加入2%重量的浓硫酸在90℃条件下水解12h,冷却至室温后,用氢氧化钠溶液调节pH至中性,离心取沉淀物;
S23:向沉淀物中加入8倍重量的石油醚,超声浸提1.5h后过滤,收集提取液并压缩为浓缩液;
S24:将浓缩液上硅胶柱,用体积比为1:1的丙酮和石油醚混合溶液进行洗脱,收集洗脱液并喷雾干燥后,得到脱氢表雄酮DHEA。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种脱氢表雄酮保健食品,其特征在于,所述处理液为重量浓度为8%的氢氧化钠、8%的尿素和3%氯化钙混合溶液。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种脱氢表雄酮保健食品,其特征在于,所述叶酸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S31:将蚕沙去杂后用盐酸溶出,调整PH值为4.8,时间为4h;
S32:溶液用盐酸调PH为3,加入活性炭,搅拌30min,滤去活性炭;
S33:加氨水使叶酸解析,再经浓缩蒸干即成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种脱氢表雄酮保健食品,其特征在于,所述微晶纤维素的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

6.一种脱氢表雄酮保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:分别按重量份称取DHEA、叶酸、维生素A、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素B1、维生素C经150℃环境下15s超高温瞬时灭菌,真空冷冻干燥后,混合,研磨,过200目筛,得细沫状原料;
S2:在搅拌容器中放入硫酸钙,添加质量为400的水搅拌溶解,得溶解物;
S3:将细沫状原料缓慢加入溶解物中混合搅拌20min,依次加入乙基纤维素、微晶纤维素、乳糖、硬脂酸镁、二氧化钛和羟丙基甲基纤维素,在1000转/min状态下搅拌混合30min;
S4:加入药材重量8倍的水,煎煮2h,趁热过滤,收集滤液,再加入药材重量6倍的水煎煮1h,过滤弃渣,合并两次滤液,减压浓缩至相对密度为1.15-1.25的溶液;
S5:添加明胶、甘露糖、滑石粉和葡萄糖继续搅拌混合溶解,得到保健产品;
S6:将保健产品按照规格定量包装,或压制成片,或造粒干燥成颗粒,或填充为胶囊即可。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种脱氢表雄酮保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述保健产品中含有矿物元素钙0.125g、镁0.1g、磷0.125g、铜1mg、铁60mg、镁1mg、锌7.5mg。
