Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of health-care food, in particular to a rice ceramide-containing oral liquid for moisturizing, beautifying, detoxifying and beautifying and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the development of economy and the improvement of living standard, people are more and more urgent to pursue beauty, and the beauty and the young are continuously maintained through cosmetics and skin care products. However, in recent years, more and more women have recognized that cosmetic skin care products alone cannot solve all the problems of beauty, and only by conditioning from the inside, beauty from the inside to the outside can be fundamentally realized. Therefore, the oral beauty drink is more and more concerned and pursued by women loving beauty. In the oral beauty market, collagen is unique, and collagen products are full of line on the market, however, most of the collagen products in the market only have the effects of whitening and tendering skin, and the oral moisturizing products are basically ignored.
With age, the normal stratum corneum water content is reduced. If the skin is dried without paying attention to the moisture retention, the increase of wrinkles is inevitably caused. After long-term development, wrinkles are inevitably distributed on the skin. When the water content in our skin stratum corneum is less than 10%, it is an indication that our skin has begun to run out of water. Skin is more likely to be skinned as it is drier. When the skin dries to a normal state, it is difficult to relieve it again by daily care. Skin that is skinned for a long time not only looks like a lack of spirit, but also affects mental health. Chronic dry skin is also a cause of several diseases such as psoriasis, ichthyosis, etc.
It is well known that women are more likely to constipation than men, and that constipation leads to the production of daily unused waste in the human gut, which accumulates to form "stubborn stool". The stubborn stool accumulated in the intestines can cause symptoms of abdominal distension, halitosis, dizziness, inappetence, hypodynamia and the like, and the stubborn stool accumulated in the intestines is continuously fermented and decayed due to the action of bacteria to generate harmful toxin gas which is absorbed into blood to stimulate and poison the skin, thereby causing skin diseases such as facial freckles, acnes, pustules, pimples, rough skin and the like. Therefore, to achieve the beauty from inside to outside fundamentally, moistening the intestines and freeing the bowels is the first step.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides the rice ceramide-containing oral liquid for moisturizing, beautifying, detoxifying and beautifying, which can relax bowel and relieve constipation and also can moisturize and beautify the skin;
the invention also provides a preparation method of the rice ceramide-containing oral liquid for moisturizing, beautifying, detoxifying and beautifying, the method is simple and easy to implement, the raw materials are specially processed, the nutritional ingredients in the raw materials are fully extracted, the taste and the nutrition are richer, the product success rate is high, and the industrial mass production is facilitated.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a rice ceramide-containing oral liquid for moisturizing, beautifying, detoxifying and beautifying comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
100-300 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 100-300 parts of galacto-oligosaccharide, 10-100 parts of xylo-oligosaccharide, 10-100 parts of inulin, 10-100 parts of lotus leaf, 10-100 parts of fructus cannabis, 0.1-6 parts of rice ceramide, 10-60 parts of pomegranate juice, 1-50 parts of citric acid, 0.5-50 parts of sodium citrate and 0.5-5 parts of edible essence; meanwhile, the water-based coating material comprises a proper amount of water, and the weight parts of the raw materials and the water are 950-1050 parts.
Preferably, the weight sum of the fructo-oligosaccharide and the inulin is 11-30% of the weight of the raw materials except water.
Rice ceramide is a ceramide extracted and refined from rice, is N-acyl sphingosine, is a compound formed by combining sphingosine and fatty acid through amide bonds, and has the functions of whitening, moisturizing, resisting aging, protecting skin and the like. Ceramide is the main component of intercellular lipid of stratum corneum, and is about 40-60% of the total amount; its excellent hydrophilic performance and unique arrangement mode can effectively prevent water loss. The content of ceramide in the horny layer is reduced along with the aging, meanwhile, the content of ceramide in the horny layer can be reduced due to atopic dermatitis and the like, and the ceramide in the skin can be increased after the rice ceramide is orally taken, so that the water holding capacity of the skin is improved.
Pomegranate contains rich antioxidant bioactive substances such as tannin, anthocyanin, flavonoid, etc., wherein the most important are ellagic acid tannin punicalagin and ellagic acid. Ellagic acid is a well-known significant whitening ingredient and was published and approved by the world health organization as a new whitening ingredient in 2004. Has obvious anti-saccharification effect: inhibiting the generation of AGEs, promoting the decomposition of AGEs, resisting oxidation, and inhibiting melanin deposition.
The fructo-oligosaccharide can promote the growth of beneficial bacteria such as lactobacillus and bifidobacterium in the intestinal tract, and the beneficial bacteria can generate short-chain fatty acids, wherein the short-chain fatty acids are mainly acetic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid, and can maintain the acidic environment of the intestinal tract, thereby inhibiting the growth and reproduction of pathogenic bacteria and maintaining the microecological balance of the intestinal tract.
Galacto-oligosaccharide is one of the functional oligosaccharides that have been developed internationally at present, and it is a functional oligosaccharide with natural properties. In nature, animal milk contains trace amount of galactooligosaccharide, human breast milk contains more galactooligosaccharide, and the establishment of bifidobacterium flora in infants depends on the galactooligosaccharide component in the breast milk to a great extent. It is an important prebiotic in breast milk and its safety has been widely recognized. The galactooligosaccharide has the effects of proliferating intestinal Bacillus bifidus and lactobacillus simultaneously, inhibiting growth of harmful bacteria, promoting gastrointestinal peristalsis, and improving intestinal function. Galactooligosaccharides are the only ones that can be utilized by the 8 large beneficial bacteria in the human intestine.
Xylo-oligosaccharide is the oligosaccharide which is found to be effective in the minimum dosage at present, and the effective intake is 0.7-1.5 g/d. The xylo-oligosaccharide has high selective proliferation effect on probiotics such as bifidobacterium, lactobacillus and the like, but has obvious inhibition effect on pathogenic bacteria such as escherichia coli, enterococcus, clostridium and the like. The capacity of proliferating bifidobacteria is 20 times higher than other oligosaccharides.
Lotus leaves, recorded in compendium of materia Medica, "lotus leaves are fit to be thin and bad". Modern pharmacological research shows that the lotus leaf has multiple biological activities of resisting oxidation, reducing fat, losing weight, treating cardiovascular diseases and the like. The main active ingredients of the lotus leaves are flavonoids and alkaloids substances, and the lotus leaves can effectively decompose fat in vivo and can be discharged out of the body strongly. Nuciferine can be strongly and densely distributed on the intestinal wall of a human body to form a fat isolation film to prevent fat absorption and fat accumulation, and has a strong fat rejection effect, so that people can gradually feel dislike meat, fishy and greasy food. Therefore, has excellent weight-losing efficacy and excellent lipid-lowering effect.
Huo Ma ren, recorded in Shen nong Ben Cao Jing (Shen nong's herbal), is listed as the top grade, has the effects of nourishing yin, tonifying deficiency, moistening dryness, lubricating intestines, tonifying middle-jiao and Qi, etc. Fructus Cannabis has bidirectional therapeutic effect on constipation and diarrhea. Fructus cannabis can stimulate intestinal mucosa, increase secretion, accelerate peristalsis, reduce water absorption of large intestine and has purgative effect, and traditional Chinese medicine is commonly used as a formula component for treating constipation clinically and can also be used for treating constipation symptoms caused by psychotropic drugs.
The oral liquid has the advantages that the raw materials are simple and easy to obtain and moderate in cost, the formula is used for carrying out a large number of experiments on the screening of the types of the raw materials, the used raw materials are compared with the products and the processes of various suppliers, the taste is selected through comparative evaluation, the proportion is also the optimal dosage scientifically optimized through a large number of scientific experimental designs and practices, and the health of the preparation can be guaranteed only on the premise of adding the raw materials and the proportion of the raw materials; especially, the addition amount of fructo-oligosaccharide and inulin is required to be between 11% and 30%, no body feeling exists below 11%, and body feeling is too strong above 30%, so that the experience of consumers is seriously influenced.
A preparation method of an oral liquid containing rice ceramide for moisturizing, beautifying, detoxifying and beautifying comprises the following steps:
a) extracting lotus leaves and fructus cannabis: crushing lotus leaves and fructus cannabis, then leaching with hot water, filtering after leaching, and concentrating the filtrate to obtain the concentrated juice with the density of 1.02-1.08 g/cm3Obtaining concentrated solution of lotus leaves and fructus cannabis for later use;
