Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of food processing, and particularly relates to an oral gel for clearing damp, invigorating stomach and improving immunity and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Moisture is a theoretical concept of traditional Chinese medicine. According to traditional Chinese medicine, the climate dampness, diet and daily life irregularity in the nature are the source of the moisture, and the excessive dampness tends to damage yang qi and damage the body. Irregular daily life of food, food pollution and less exercise amount can cause yin exuberance and yang deficiency of a body, so that dampness in the body is stagnated, the spleen and the stomach can be injured if the dampness in the body is accumulated, the spleen and the stomach have the function of transporting and transforming the dampness, and the spleen and the stomach are injured by the dampness, so that the dampness can not be completely transported and transformed and accumulated in the body.
The long-term overweight of the damp can not only damage the spleen and the stomach, but also reduce the immunity of the human body, so that the human body is in a sub-health state for a long time. Immune competence is the body's own defense mechanism, and is the body's ability to recognize and destroy any foreign body (virus, bacteria, etc.) invaded from the outside, to treat aged, damaged, dead, denatured self cells, and to recognize and treat mutant cells and virus-infected cells in the body.
Therefore, eliminating dampness and strengthening the stomach are the key points for improving the immunity and avoiding the generation of sub-health. Clinically, the syndrome of dampness generation in the spleen and stomach and dampness retention in the spleen and stomach is usually treated with spleen invigorating and dampness eliminating, so called "treating dampness does not treat spleen and stomach, but not treating it. Traditional Chinese medicine considers that moisture can be regulated by taking traditional Chinese medicines, but traditional Chinese medicines boiled in the traditional Chinese medicine cannot meet the life rhythm of modern people, so that functional health food is more and more popular. Gel foods are popular among more and more consumers due to the characteristics of low calorie, easy digestion, elastic mouthfeel, easy chewing and the like. The existing gel food mainly adopts pure candies, and cannot meet the requirements of people on body regulation, dampness elimination and stomach strengthening, so that the health edible gel prepared by adding medicinal and edible plants or medicinal materials is required to meet the requirements of people on body regulation, dampness elimination, stomach strengthening and immunity improvement.

It is commonly used to characterize fever, measles without adequate eruption, fever with thirst, yin deficiency with thirst, heat diarrhea and dysentery, spleen deficiency with diarrhea, etc. Has the effects of improving hepatocyte regeneration ability, recovering normal liver skill, promoting bile secretion, and preventing fat accumulation in liver. Promoting metabolism, enhancing liver detoxification function, and preventing alcohol damage to liver. Radix Puerariae can also be used for preventing and treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, and cerebral arteriosclerosis by improving myocardial ischemia state. By strengthening the autoimmune function of the hepatobiliary cells, the virus invasion is resisted.
Poria is dried sclerotium of Poria cocos (Schw.) wolf of Polyporaceae. Contains beta-pachyman, pachymic acid, 3 beta-hydroxy lanostane trienoic acid, lecithin, lipase, protease, etc. Excrete dampness and promote diuresis, benefit spleen and stomach, calm heart and induce tranquilization. It is indicated for difficulty in micturition, edema, abdominal distention, expectoration, emesis, diarrhea, spermatorrhea, stranguria with turbid urine, palpitation, and amnesia.
Coix seed is a traditional health food used as both medicine and food in China. The Coicis semen has effects of inducing diuresis, relieving swelling, invigorating spleen, eliminating dampness, clearing heat, expelling pus, relieving inflammation and pain, and enhancing immunity. Coix seed polysaccharide is rich in polysaccharide, wherein A, B, C sugar in the polysaccharide has blood sugar lowering effect. The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) compared with gel candies added with concentrated juice on the market, the oral gel has the effects of improving the immunity of the health-care medicinal materials, protecting the liver and preventing cardiovascular diseases, and is particularly suitable for middle-aged and elderly people with low immunity and cardiovascular diseases needing health care and prevention. Is also suitable for white-collar workers with fast pace of life, frequent drinkers with much reward, crowds with hypertension, hyperlipidemia and the like.
(2) Compared with the common gel candies in the market, the oral gel prepared by the invention has the characteristics of high elasticity and low sugar, and is added with fructo-oligosaccharide to help digestion. The fructo-oligosaccharide will not be decomposed by various digestive enzymes in human digestive tract, and can be selectively utilized by beneficial bacteria such as acidophilic lactobacillus and Bacillus bifidus in intestinal tract, so that they can rapidly and massively propagate. The probiotics as microecological regulator has effects of promoting absorption of nutrient substances, enhancing immunity, preventing and treating constipation and diarrhea, reducing blood lipid, inhibiting intestinal tract pathogenic and putrefactive microorganism growth, and decomposing carcinogen. And the fructo-oligosaccharide is the best nutrient for the probiotics. The elderly are deficient in probiotics, and the appropriate supplementation of fructo-oligosaccharides is more helpful to maintain the balance of intestinal flora.
(3) Compared with the medicines or health products with the effect of eliminating dampness in the market, the oral gel prepared by the invention not only covers the bitter taste of the traditional Chinese medicine, but also has better taste and elasticity, and is convenient to carry and take. Also has low sugar content, and can regulate probiotic flora and promote digestion. It also has effects in invigorating spleen, benefiting stomach, and improving immunity.
(4) In the invention, the kudzuvine root contains a large amount of puerarin which belongs to flavonoid substances, has the functions of reducing the body mass and reducing the blood sugar, and can improve the expression of leptin receptor genes so as to play a role in losing weight; puerarin can promote cholesterol to be converted into cholic acid, and then is discharged out of the body, so that TC level is reduced; puerarin can also reduce oxygen consumption of cardiac muscle by slowing down heart rhythm and reducing total peripheral resistance of heart, and further improve working efficiency of essential muscle; puerarin also has anti-inflammatory effect by influencing the secretion of inflammatory factors.
In the invention, the coix seed and the phaseolus calcaratus contain phytosterol, and the phytosterol has a plurality of benefits to human health. Researches show that the phytosterol has the effects of reducing blood cholesterol, preventing and treating prostatic hyperplasia, inhibiting tumors, inhibiting hyperplasia of mammary glands, regulating immunity and the like. Hyperlipidemia refers to the phenomenon of excessive high level of Total Cholesterol (TC) or Triglyceride (TG) or low level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in serum. The phytosterol has similar structure to cholesterol, and can inhibit the absorption of cholesterol in small intestine, thereby effectively reducing TC and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in blood serum
In the compatibility of the invention, puerarin and phytosterol jointly act, cholesterol is precipitated and replaced, the two compete with each other to hinder the absorption of the cholesterol, and then the expression of 7 alpha-hydroxylase (CYP 7A1) is up-regulated, so that the conversion of the cholesterol to cholic acid is promoted, and the cholesterol is discharged from the body, thereby playing the roles of losing weight, reducing fat and regulating intestines and stomach.
