Abstract
本发明涉及发动机底盘技术领域,具体是一种串联混动机场消防车专用底盘,所述底盘包括有发动机、发电机、底盘传动系统和若干个驱动电机,所述发电机还电性连接有动力电池,所述底盘传动系统包括有矩形结构的底盘架和若干个驱动桥,所述底盘架上还设置有水泵电机,本发明采用发动机和驱动电机串联混合驱动,采用前后双驱动电机驱动,解决了发动机启动加速性能较差的问题,发动机不参与直接驱动,通过转化为电能参与车辆的驱动,启动后的发动机可在燃油经济性区输出功率和扭矩,提高了整车燃油经济性,降低了排放,在车辆出车库时,车载动力电池给驱动电机供电,发动机暂不启动,解决了车库废气排放的问题。

本发明涉及发动机底盘技术领域,具体是一种串联混动机场消防车专用底盘。
背景技术
产品为机场消防车专用底盘,用于机场消防救援,目前,典型的机场消防车专用底盘都是具有一个或者两个大马力发动机,采用一个发动机则需安装功率分配器,发动机可以同时驱动车辆和消防泵,采用两个发动机则其中一个发动机既可以作为车辆驱动也可以驱动消防水泵,启动加速性能较差,发动机排放影响环境,在停车车库启动产生的废气需要专门进行处理。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种串联混动机场消防车专用底盘,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种串联混动机场消防车专用底盘,所述底盘包括有发动机、发电机、底盘传动系统和若干个驱动电机,所述发电机与发动机的输出端传动连接,所有驱动电机均与发电机电性连接,所述发电机还电性连接有动力电池,所述动力电池与所有驱动电机电性连接,所述底盘传动系统包括有矩形结构的底盘架和若干个与驱动电机传动配合的驱动桥,所有驱动桥间隔分布在底盘架上,所述发动机安装在底盘架的端部上方,所述底盘架上还设置有水泵电机,所述发电机和动力电池均与水泵电机电性连接。
进一步的,所有所述驱动电机分为前驱动电机和后驱动电机,所述前驱动电机输出端通过第一变速箱与远离柴油发动机的驱动桥传动配合,后驱动电机输出端通过第二变速箱与靠近柴油发动机的驱动桥传动配合。
进一步的,所有远离所述前驱动电机的驱动桥通过传动轴一一传动配合,所述前驱动电机和后驱动电机均安装在底盘架的中部。
进一步的,所述前驱动电机和后驱动电机的输出轴轴向相反。
进一步的,所述水泵电机的输出端传动安装有的消防泵。
进一步的,所述发动机马力为500hp~700hp,发电机额定功率为200kw~350KW,所述驱动电机的额定功率至少为200kw。
本发明通过改进在此提供一种串联混动机场消防车专用底盘,与现有技术相比,具有如下改进及优点:
其一:本发明采用发动机和驱动电机串联混合驱动,采用前后双驱动电机驱动,解决了发动机启动加速性能较差的问题。
其二:本发明发动机不参与直接驱动,通过转化为电能参与车辆的驱动,启动后的发动机可在燃油经济性区输出功率和扭矩,提高了整车燃油经济性,降低了排放。
其三:本发明在车辆出车库时,车载动力电池给驱动电机供电,发动机暂不启动,解决了车库废气排放的问题。

下面对本发明进行详细说明,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明通过改进在此提供一种串联混动机场消防车专用底盘,如图1-图2所示,所述底盘包括有发动机1、发电机2、底盘传动系统8和若干个驱动电机,所述发电机2与发动机1的输出端传动连接,所有驱动电机均与发电机2电性连接,所述发电机2还电性连接有动力电池3,所述动力电池3与所有驱动电机电性连接,所述底盘传动系统8包括有矩形结构的底盘架81和若干个与驱动电机传动配合的驱动桥82,所有驱动桥82间隔分布在底盘架81上,所述发动机1安装在底盘架81的端部上方,所述底盘架81上还设置有水泵电机4,所述发电机2和动力电池3均与水泵电机4电性连接,底盘采用发动机1和驱动电机串联混动,发动机1驱动发电机2发电,所产生的电能若过剩时,一部分直接参与车辆和水泵驱动,另一部分储存到动力电池3中;若不足时,动力电池3补充能量,用于驱动底盘。
所有所述驱动电机分为前驱动电机5和后驱动电机6,所述前驱动电机5输出端通过第一变速箱9与远离柴油发动机1的驱动桥82传动配合,后驱动电机6输出端通过第二变速箱9与靠近柴油发动机1的驱动桥82传动配合,采用前后双电机驱动,解决了发动机1启动加速性能较差的问题。
所有远离所述前驱动电机5的驱动桥82通过传动轴7一一传动配合,所述前驱动电机5和后驱动电机6均安装在底盘架81的中部,如此安装,能够实现底盘传动系统8的传动力快速反应。
所述前驱动电机5和后驱动电机6的输出轴轴向相反,大大简化传动系统的占用空间,提高底盘空间利用率。
所述水泵电机4的输出端传动安装有的消防泵,所述水泵电机4驱动消防泵工作进行打水操作。
所述发动机1马力为500hp~700hp,发电机2额定功率为200kw~350KW,发动机1不能直接驱动底盘,所述驱动电机的额定功率至少为200kw。
方案由发动机1、发电机2与驱动电机和驱动底盘组成串联混动,代替目前市场上普遍采用的一个发动机1或者两个发动机1驱动。
方案选取发动机1马力为500hp-700hp,发电机2额定功率为200kw-350kw。发动机1不能直接驱动底盘,只能通过发电机2给动力电池3充电或者驱动电机。
方案需要安装两个驱动电机用于驱动底盘,驱动电机额定功率为200kw-350kw,最大功率为350kw-500kw,并带4-6档变速箱9。
方案需安装一个驱动电机用于驱动上装消防泵,电机4额定功率为200-300kw。
所有驱动电机可以由发动机1、发电机2与动力电池3联合驱动,也可以单独由发动机1和发电机2或者动力电池3单独驱动。
工作原理:
加速工况:发动机1、发电机2与动力电池3联合给驱动电机、提供能量驱动底盘行驶。
行车打水工况:发动机1和发电机2负责提供能量给驱动电机、驱动底盘行驶,同时给水泵电机4提供能量驱动水泵工作,优先保证电机正常工作,动力电池3可以根据行驶功率需求情况来确定是否给电机、供电。
停车打水工况:发动机1通过发电机2给电机提供能量用于驱动水泵,同时若动力电池3电量较低,则发动机1通过发电机2同时给动力电池3充电。
普通行驶工况:发动机1通过发电机2给驱动电机、提供能量驱动底盘行驶,同时若动力电池3电量较低,则发动机1通过发电机2同时给动力电池3充电。
出库工况:此时完全由动力电池3提供能量给驱动电机、驱动出库,确保车库中无发动机1尾气排放。

1.一种串联混动机场消防车专用底盘,其特征在于:所述底盘包括有发动机(1)、发电机(2)、底盘传动系统(8)和若干个驱动电机,所述发电机(2)与发动机(1)的输出端传动连接,所有驱动电机均与发电机(2)电性连接,所述发电机(2)还电性连接有动力电池(3),所述动力电池(3)与所有驱动电机电性连接,所述底盘传动系统(8)包括有矩形结构的底盘架(81)和若干个与驱动电机传动配合的驱动桥(82),所有驱动桥(82)间隔分布在底盘架(81)上,所述发动机(1)安装在底盘架(81)的端部上方,所述底盘架(81)上还设置有水泵电机(4),所述发电机(2)和动力电池(3)均与水泵电机(4)电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种串联混动机场消防车专用底盘,其特征在于:所有所述驱动电机分为前驱动电机(5)和后驱动电机(6),所述前驱动电机(5)输出端通过第一变速箱(9)与远离柴油发动机(1)的驱动桥(82)传动配合,后驱动电机(6)输出端通过第二变速箱(9)与靠近柴油发动机(1)的驱动桥(82)传动配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种串联混动机场消防车专用底盘,其特征在于:所有远离所述前驱动电机(5)的驱动桥(82)通过传动轴(7)一一传动配合,所述前驱动电机(5)和后驱动电机(6)均安装在底盘架(81)的中部。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种串联混动机场消防车专用底盘,其特征在于:所述前驱动电机(5)和后驱动电机(6)的输出轴轴向相反。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种串联混动机场消防车专用底盘,其特征在于:所述水泵电机(4)的输出端传动安装有的消防泵。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种串联混动机场消防车专用底盘,其特征在于:所述发动机(1)马力为500hp~700hp,发电机(2)额定功率为200kw~350KW,所述驱动电机的额定功率至少为200kw。
