本发明公布了一种水陆两栖汽车混合动力驱动系统,所述动力驱动系统包括发动机、ISG电机、离合器、前后电驱桥、车轮、喷水推进器、动力电池及油箱;所述发动机为汽油机或柴油机;所述ISG电机为集成式起动和发电一体机,并集成在发动机上,通过壳体与发动机飞轮壳螺栓连接,其转子与发动机飞轮通过联轴器相连,转子的另一端与离合器通过螺栓相连,所述离合器的另一端与喷水推进器的驱动轴通过螺栓相连;所述ISG电机通过高压线束将电量供给动力电池和前后电驱桥,前后电驱桥通过传动半轴与车轮相连,实现驱动和能量回收。

Description

一种水陆两栖汽车混合动力驱动系统
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车动力驱动系统,具体涉及一种水陆两栖汽车混合动力驱动系统,属于水路两栖汽车领域。
背景技术
目前,水陆两栖汽车动力系统以传统动力,即柴油发动机或汽油发动机为主,配置变速器和分动箱进行全轮驱动。同时,整车动力传动总成数量多,整体可靠性低,且导致整车重量过大;且各总成布置难度较大,轴向尺寸要求高,影响整车长度和最小离地间隙等。由于存在这些问题,因此目前的水陆两栖汽车整体传动层级多、动力传动效率低下,导致能耗高、续航能力差、动力性衰减严重,从而导致需要更大的动力源,更充足的燃料,进一步增加整车重量。
且,由于发动机噪声较大,且考虑动力性能,排气背压小,整车噪声较大,特殊使用场景下无法实现静谧行驶(无纯电行驶功能),导致车辆适应能力不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种水陆两栖汽车混合动力驱动系统,能够使整车动力性能更强、油耗更低,同等条件下的续航高、整车活动范围更大。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种水路两栖汽车混合动力驱动系统,所述动力驱动系统包括发动机、ISG电机、离合器、前后电驱桥、车轮、喷水推进器、动力电池及油箱;
所述发动机为汽油机或柴油机;所述ISG电机为集成式起动和发电一体机,并集成在发动机上,通过壳体与发动机飞轮壳螺栓连接,其转子与发动机飞轮通过联轴器相连,转子的另一端与离合器的通过螺栓相连,所述离合器的另一端与喷水推进器的驱动轴通过螺栓相连;所述ISG电机通过高压线束将电量供给动力电池和前后电驱桥,前后电驱桥通过传动半轴与车轮相连,实现驱动和能量回收。
进一步的,所述动力驱动系统分为水上及陆地两路传动。
进一步的,所述水上传动系统由发动机、ISG电机、离合器及喷水推进器共同参与实现驱动;所述发动机运转,带动ISG电机转子转动,此时离合器闭合,通过喷水推进器驱动轴带动喷水推进器工作,实现水上驱动。
进一步的,所述陆地传动系统由发动机、ISG电机、前后电驱桥及车轮共同参与实现驱动;所述陆上驱动包括四种工作模式,分别为纯发电模式、纯电驱动模式、能量回收模式及混合驱动模式。
进一步的,当处于纯发电模式时,发动机运转,带动转子转动,此时离合器打开,喷水推进器动力被断开,发动机仅带动ISG电机发电,发出的电量通过高压线束传递给动力电池,实现在整车怠速状态下为动力电池充电。
进一步的,当处于纯电驱动模式时,动力电池的电量通过高压线束输送给前电驱桥生成动力,前电驱桥通过前驱动半轴将动力传递给前轮,实现前轮驱动;动力电池的电量通过高压线束输送给后电驱桥生成动力,后电驱桥通过后驱动半轴将动力传递给后轮,实现后轮驱动;动力电池的电量通过高压线束输送给前后电驱桥生成动力,前后电驱桥通过前后驱动半轴将动力传递给前后轮,实现四轮驱动。所述纯电驱动模式包括但不限于前驱、后驱、四驱方式行驶。
进一步的,当处于能量回收模式时,行驶过程中,给前电驱桥施加负扭矩,负扭矩通过传动半轴传递给车轮实现减速,前电驱桥通过施加的负扭矩,起到发电的功能,在减速过程中发电,并将发出的电量通过高压线束传递到动力电池中,从而进行前轮能量回收;给后电驱桥施加负扭矩,负扭矩通过传动半轴传递给车轮实现减速,后电驱桥通过施加的负扭矩,起到发电的功能,在减速过程中发电,并将发出的电量通过高压线束传递到动力电池中,从而进行后轮能量回收;给前后电驱桥施加负扭矩,负扭矩通过传动半轴传递给车轮实现减速,前后电驱桥通过施加的负扭矩,起到发电的功能,在减速过程中发电,并将发出的电量通过高压线束传递到动力电池中,从而进行四轮能量回收。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、整车结构简单,布置难度小、可靠性高、重量轻、离地间隙大;
2、该动力系统构型性能优越、整体传动层级少、动力传动效率高,从而使动力性能更强、油耗更低,同等条件下的续航高、整车活动范围更大;
3、动力系统工作模式多样,包括纯发电模式、纯电驱动模式、能量回收模式、混合驱动模式等,可满足包括水上/陆地、两驱/四驱、纯电/混动等各种使用工况,同时还能满足特殊场景使用需求(如静谧模式)。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
如图所示,一种水路两栖汽车混合动力驱动系统,其动力驱动系统包括发动机、ISG电机、离合器、前后电驱桥、车轮、喷水推进器、动力电池及油箱;发动机为汽油机或柴油机;所述ISG电机为集成式起动和发电一体机,并集成在发动机上,通过壳体与发动机飞轮壳螺栓连接,其转子与发动机飞轮通过联轴器相连,转子的另一端与离合器的通过螺栓相连,所述离合器的另一端与喷水推进器的驱动轴通过螺栓相连;所述ISG电机通过高压线束将电量供给动力电池和前后电驱桥,前后电驱桥通过传动半轴与车轮相连,实现驱动和能量回收。
该动力驱动系统分为水上及陆地两路传动。
水上传动系统如图2所示,由发动机、ISG电机、离合器及喷水推进器共同参与实现驱动;当发动机运转时,带动ISG电机转子转动,此时离合器闭合,通过喷水推进器驱动轴带动喷水推进器工作,实现水上驱动。
此时,发动机到喷水推进器之间的功率损失很小,最大限度的满足水上驱动需求,结构简单,可靠性高。
陆地传动系统由发动机、ISG电机、前后电驱桥及车轮共同参与实现驱动。陆上驱动包括四种工作模式,分别为纯发电模式、纯电驱动模式、能量回收模式及混合驱动模式。
当处于纯发电模式时,如图3所示,发动机运转,带动转子转动,此时离合器打开,喷水推进器动力被断开,发动机仅带动ISG电机发电,发出的电量通过高压线束传递给动力电池,实现在整车怠速状态下为动力电池充电。
此时,充电功率大、效率高,可以满足怠速状态下其他设备的大功率用电需求。
当处于纯电驱动模式时,如图4所示,动力电池的电量通过高压线束输送给前电驱桥生成动力,前电驱桥通过前驱动半轴将动力传递给前轮,实现前轮驱动;动力电池的电量通过高压线束输送给后电驱桥生成动力,后电驱桥通过后驱动半轴将动力传递给后轮,实现后轮驱动;动力电池的电量通过高压线束输送给前后电驱桥生成动力,前后电驱桥通过前后驱动半轴将动力传递给前后轮,实现四轮驱动。
此时,整车可以实现静谧行驶,满足特殊的使用需求;该模式可以包括前驱、后驱、四驱等不同方式行驶。
当处于能量回收模式时,如图5所示,行驶过程中,给前电驱桥施加负扭矩,负扭矩通过传动半轴传递给车轮实现减速,前电驱桥通过施加的负扭矩,起到发电的功能,在减速过程中发电,并将发出的电量通过高压线束传递到动力电池中,从而进行前轮能量回收;给后电驱桥施加负扭矩,负扭矩通过传动半轴传递给车轮实现减速,后电驱桥通过施加的负扭矩,起到发电的功能,在减速过程中发电,并将发出的电量通过高压线束传递到动力电池中,从而进行后轮能量回收;给前后电驱桥施加负扭矩,负扭矩通过传动半轴传递给车轮实现减速,前后电驱桥通过施加的负扭矩,起到发电的功能,在减速过程中发电,并将发出的电量通过高压线束传递到动力电池中,从而进行四轮能量回收。此时,将车轮上的动能转化为电能,提升经济性能,还有利于制动和操控性能。
当处于混合驱动模式时,如图6所示,在动力电池电量充足的情况下,发动机运转,带动转子转动,此时离合器打开,喷水推进器动力被断开,发动机带动ISG电机发电,发出的电量通过高压线束传递给前电驱桥,此时动力电池的电量通过高压线束输送给前电驱桥生成动力,前电驱桥通过前驱动半轴将动力传递给前轮,实现混合驱动模式下的前轮驱动;在动力电池电量充足的情况下,发动机运转,带动转子转动,此时离合器打开,喷水推进器动力被断开,发动机带动ISG电机发电,发出的电量通过高压线束传递给后电驱桥,此时动力电池的电量通过高压线束输送给后电驱桥生成动力,后电驱桥通过后驱动半轴将动力传递给后轮,实现混合驱动模式下的后轮驱动;在动力电池电量充足的情况下,发动机运转,带动转子转动,此时离合器打开,喷水推进器动力被断开,发动机带动ISG电机发电,发出的电量通过高压线束传递给前后电驱桥,此时动力电池的电量通过高压线束输送给前后电驱桥生成动力,前后电驱桥通过前后驱动半轴将动力传递给前后轮,实现混合驱动模式下的四轮驱动;
在动力电池电量不足的情况下,发动机运转,带动转子转动,此时离合器打开,喷水推进器动力被断开,发动机带动ISG电机发电,发出的电量通过高压线束同时传递给动力电池充电和前电驱桥生成动力,前电驱桥通过前驱动半轴将动力传递给前轮,实现混合驱动模式下的前轮驱动;在动力电池电量不足的情况下,发动机运转,带动转子转动,此时离合器打开,喷水推进器动力被断开,发动机带动ISG电机发电,发出的电量通过高压线束同时传递给动力电池充电和后电驱桥生成动力,后电驱桥通过后驱动半轴将动力传递给后轮,实现混合驱动模式下的后轮驱动;在动力电池电量不足的情况下,发动机运转,带动转子转动,此时离合器打开,喷水推进器动力被断开,发动机带动ISG电机发电,发出的电量通过高压线束同时传递给动力电池充电和前后电驱桥生成动力,前后电驱桥通过前后驱动半轴将动力传递给前后轮,实现混合驱动模式下的四轮驱动。

9.根据权利要求4所述的水路两栖汽车混合动力驱动系统,其特征在于:当处于混合驱动模式时,在动力电池电量充足的情况下,发动机运转,带动转子转动,此时离合器打开,喷水推进器动力被断开,发动机带动ISG电机发电,发出的电量通过高压线束传递给前电驱桥,此时动力电池的电量通过高压线束输送给前电驱桥生成动力,前电驱桥通过前驱动半轴将动力传递给前轮,实现混合驱动模式下的前轮驱动;在动力电池电量充足的情况下,发动机运转,带动转子转动,此时离合器打开,喷水推进器动力被断开,发动机带动ISG电机发电,发出的电量通过高压线束传递给后电驱桥,此时动力电池的电量通过高压线束输送给后电驱桥生成动力,后电驱桥通过后驱动半轴将动力传递给后轮,实现混合驱动模式下的后轮驱动;在动力电池电量充足的情况下,发动机运转,带动转子转动,此时离合器打开,喷水推进器动力被断开,发动机带动ISG电机发电,发出的电量通过高压线束传递给前后电驱桥,此时动力电池的电量通过高压线束输送给前后电驱桥生成动力,前后电驱桥通过前后驱动半轴将动力传递给前后轮,实现混合驱动模式下的四轮驱动;
