技术领域
本发明属于混合动力变速箱技术领域,具体涉及一种能够实现多种控制模式的双电机双离合混合动力变速箱。
背景技术
混合动力汽车利用电池或发动机发电给电机提供动力来源,并通过电机来调节发动机的工作点,可以有效降低油耗和排放,进一步提高整车动力性和经济性。不同的混合动力系统构型方案可以实现不同的扭矩分配功能。
大多数混合动力耦合机构是在传统的DCT、AT和CVT等变速箱的结构上增加电机,例如吉利领克P2/P2.5系统、BYD P2和现代起亚P2结构等,技术复杂,制造成本高。而全新专用变速箱,具有结构简单、性价比高的特点,符合混合动力发展的初衷,是目前混合动力系统产品发展的趋势。
而为了更有效发挥混合动力汽车,在多种工作状况下成本更低、结构更为紧凑,动力性和经济性更高,亟待设计更灵活的双电机混动架构。
发明内容
针对现有技术所存在的上述不足,本发明目的是提供新型的混合动力变速箱,结构紧凑,成本较低,控制逻辑简单,能够实现多种控制模式,无动力中断换挡,纯电动工况下可以实现双电机驱动,有效提高整车的动力性及经济性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种双电机双离合混合动力变速箱,包括箱体、发动机、驱动电机、发电机、第一机械泵、第二机械泵,汽车驱动轴、发动机的输出轴设置在箱体上,
所述发电机的电机轴一与发动机的输出轴之间通过齿轮联接,
所述发动机的输出轴与汽车驱动轴之间设置有第一换挡机构,所述第一换挡机构包括传动轴一、同步器;所述同步器安装在输出轴上,传动轴一上设置有设置有与同步器、差速器配合的齿轮,

本发明的有益效果:
本发明所述的双电机双离合混合动力变速箱,相比一般其他双电机混合动力系统,除了能实现串并联驱动及驻车发电功能外,此系统还可以实现发动机两挡位驱动、电机两挡位切换驱动的功能,分别设置传动轴一、传动轴二,增加了并联与串联的动力模式,实现十六种工况模式,可以更好的覆盖高低车速的动力加速性,使得覆盖各种城市路况及城市高架公路。通过共用轴系驱动机械泵的联动,轴系更少,成本及重量更低,有效降低机械泵消耗,提升总成效率。

本发明的工作原理:
本发明所述的双电机双离合混合动力变速箱,集成两个电机方案,其中发动机1通过同步器8实现两挡驱动,发电机2与发动机1直连,驱动电机3通过双离合器7实现两挡驱动。本发明结构紧凑轴向尺寸小,通过共用轴系驱动机械泵实现轴系少,成本及重量低的优点。本方案结构简单容易控制,可实现多种驱动方式:纯电、串联、并联、驻车发电等。其中两个机械泵可提供总成冷却及润滑足够流量和提供控制离合器所需液压压力,无需额外增加控制电机等控制部件。一个机械泵与发动机1轴联动,另一个与差速器4轴联动,实现合理分配机械泵运行工况,有效降低机械泵消耗,提升总成效率。
本发明包括以下工作模式:
1、纯电模式一:动力流如图2所示,当车处于某一速段时,驱动电机3直接对整车进行驱动,发动机1端同步器8置于空挡,驱动电机3端双离合器7置于一挡,通过电机轴二A5、传动轴二A4到差速器4至车轮,保证一定的整车经济性和动力性;
2、纯电模式二:动力流如图3所示,当车处于某一速段时,驱动电机3直接对整车进行驱动,此时,发动机1端同步器8置于空挡,驱动电机3端双离合器7置于二挡,通过电机轴二A5、传动轴二A4到差速器4至车轮,保证一定的整车经济性和动力性;
3、串联模式一:动力流如图4所示,发动机1端同步器8置于空挡,驱动电机3端双离合器7置于一挡,通过电机轴二A5、传动轴二A4到差速器4驱动车轮。发动机1通过减震器、输出轴A2到电机轴一A1驱动发电机2进行发电;
4、串联模式二:动力流如图5所示,发动机1端同步器8置于空挡,驱动电机3端双离合器7置于二挡,通过电机轴二A5、传动轴二A4到差速器4驱动车轮。发动机1通过减震器、输出轴A2到电机轴一A1驱动发电机2进行发电;
5、并联模式一:动力流如图6所示,同步器8置于一挡,发动机1动力通过减震器、输出轴A2、传动轴一A3到差速器4输出;双离合器7置于一挡,驱动电机3动力通过电机轴二A5、传动轴二A4到差速器4输出;
6、并联模式二:动力流如图7所示,同步器8置于一挡,发动机1动力通过减震器、输出轴A2、传动轴一A3到差速器4输出;双离合器7置于二挡,驱动电机3动力通过电机轴二A5、传动轴二A4到差速器4输出;
7、并联模式三:动力流如图8所示,同步器8置于二挡,发动机1动力通过减震器、输出轴A2、传动轴一A3到差速器4输出;双离合器7置于一挡,驱动电机3动力通过电机轴二A5、传动轴二A4到差速器4输出;
8、并联模式四:动力流如图9所示,同步器8置于二挡,发动机1动力通过减震器、输出轴A2、传动轴一A3到差速器4输出;双离合器7置于二挡,驱动电机3动力通过电机轴二A5、传动轴二A4到差速器4输出;
9、发动机1直联模式一:动力流如图10所示,当车达到某一低速段时,同步器8置于一挡,发动机1动力通过减震器、输出轴A2、传动轴一A3到差速器4输出;
10、发动机1直联模式一:动力流如图11所示,当车达到某一低速段时,同步器8置于二挡,发动机1动力通过减震器、输出轴A2、传动轴一A3到差速器4输出;
11、发动机1直联且发电模式一:动力流如图12所示,同步器8置于一挡,发动机1动力通过减震器、输出轴A2、传动轴一A3到差速器4输出;发动机1动力同时通过输出轴A2轴到电机轴一A1输出到发电机2进行发电;
12、发动机1直联且发电模式一:动力流如图13所示,同步器8置于二挡,发动机1动力通过减震器、输出轴A2、传动轴一A3到差速器4输出;发动机1动力同时通过输出轴A2轴到电机轴一A1输出到发电机2进行发电;
13、制动能量回收模式一:动力流如图14所示,双离合器7置于一挡,动力通过汽车驱动轴A6到差速器4、传动轴二A4、电机轴二A5到驱动电机3进行能量回收;
14、制动能量回收模式二:动力流如图15所示,双离合器7置于二挡,动力通过汽车驱动轴A6到差速器4、传动轴二A4、电机轴二A5到驱动电机3进行能量回收;
15、驻车发电模式:动力流如图16所示,当车辆停车时,同步器8置于空挡,动力通过发动机1、减震器、输出轴A2、电机轴一A1到发电机2进行发电;驱动电机3处于零扭矩、零转速状态。
以上各个模式切换时,发动机驱动时在高低挡位换挡过程中可以穿插电驱动高低挡位介入辅助驱动或发电机辅助驱动,来避免换挡动力中断或者提升离合器寿命;当电驱动进行高低挡位变换驱动时,发动机驱动或发电机驱动也会在电驱动换挡过程中进行辅助驱动,避免换挡过程中动力中断。

Claims (6)
1.一种双电机双离合混合动力变速箱,包括箱体(10)、发动机(1)、驱动电机(3)、发电机(2)、第一机械泵(5)、第二机械泵(6),汽车驱动轴(A6)、发动机(1)的输出轴(A2)设置在箱体(10)上,
其特征在于:所述发电机(2)的电机轴一(A1)与发动机(1)的输出轴(A2)之间通过齿轮联接,
所述发动机(1)的输出轴(A2)与汽车驱动轴(A6)之间设置有第一换挡机构,所述第一换挡机构包括传动轴一(A3)、同步器(8);所述同步器(8)安装在输出轴(A2)上,传动轴一(A3)上设置有与同步器(8)、差速器(4)配合的齿轮,
所述驱动电机(3)的电机轴二(A5)与汽车驱动轴(A6)通过第二换挡机构相联接,所述第二换挡机构包括双离合器(7)、传动轴二(A4),所述双离合器(7)安装在电机轴二(A5)上,传动轴二(A4)上设置有与双离合器(7)、差速器(4)配合的齿轮,
所述第一机械泵(5)安装在输出轴(A2)上并受输出轴(A2)驱动,所述第二机械泵(6)安装在传动轴一(A3)上并受传动轴一(A3)驱动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双电机双离合混合动力变速箱,其特征在于:所述电机轴一(A1)上设置有第一齿轮(901),发动机(1)的输出轴(A2)上设置有第二齿轮(902),所述第一齿轮(901)与第二齿轮(902)啮合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种双电机双离合混合动力变速箱,其特征在于:所述第一换挡机构还包括设置在传动轴一(A3)上的第三齿轮(903)、第四齿轮(904)、第五齿轮(905),所述第三齿轮(903)、第四齿轮(904)分别与同步器(8)上的两个动力输出齿轮啮合,所述第五齿轮(905)与汽车驱动轴(A6)上的第九齿轮(909)啮合,通过同步器(8)可实现发动机(1)不同挡位的连接和断开;当发动机(1)不需要驱动车轮端时,同步器(8)断开;当发动机(1)需要切换不同挡位驱动车轮端时,同步器(8)接合不同的动力输出齿轮。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种双电机双离合混合动力变速箱,其特征在于:所述第二换挡机构还包括设置在传动轴二(A4)上的第六齿轮(906)、第七齿轮(907)、第八齿轮(908),所述第七齿轮(907)、第八齿轮(908)分别与双离合器(7)上的两个动力输出齿轮啮合,所述第六齿轮(906)与汽车驱动轴(A6)上的第九齿轮(909)啮合,通过双离合器(7)可实现发动机(1)不同挡位的连接和断开;当发动机(1)不需要驱动车轮端时,双离合器(7)断开;当发动机(1)需要切换不同挡位驱动车轮端时,双离合器(7)接合不同的动力输出齿轮。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种双电机双离合混合动力变速箱,其特征在于:所述双离合器(7)为湿式双离合器。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种双电机双离合混合动力变速箱,其特征在于:所述电机轴一(A1)、电机轴二(A5)、发动机(1)的输出轴(A2)、传动轴一(A3)、传动轴二(A4)、汽车驱动轴(A6)均轴向并行设置。
