Abstract

本发明涉及一种结合套式组合构型混合动力系统,系统包括驱动单元以及相互连接的能量单元和控制单元,其中控制单元与驱动单元相连。能量单元包括动力电池组、发动机与ISG电机组成的增程器;驱动单元包括驱动电机、发动机、ISG电机、结合套、同步器、减速器和差速器。发动机和ISG电机之间通过结合套连接,ISG电机和减速器之间通过同步器连接,驱动电机和减速器直连。与现有混动构型技术相比,本发明结构紧凑、传动效率高、能量补充方式多样、组合构型可以弥补各种单独混动构型的缺陷,并且该组合构型可以满足多种类型的车辆动力需求。

一种结合套式组合构型混合动力系统
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车动力系统技术领域,尤其是涉及一种结合套式组合构型混合动力系统。
背景技术
由于新能源汽车具有燃油消耗率低、排放污染少和能量补充方式多等特点,现已成为汽车行业的重要发展方向。但鉴于目前电池技术瓶颈尚未突破,纯电动汽车普遍存在续航里程短、能量补充时间长、制造成本高等缺点。常规混合动力汽车虽能达到节能减排的目的,但仍存在能量转化效率低和排放效果差的不足。
增程式汽车综合了纯电动汽车和混合动力汽车的优点,纯电动驾驶可以满足市区短途的通勤需求,增程模式则摆脱了续航里程短和能量补充时间长的问题,同时发动机工作实时处于高效区间,改善了发动机的经济性和排放性。
并联式混合动力汽车构型主要根据电机的摆放位置分为P0、P1、P2、P3、P4这五种构型,P0、P1构型的主要缺点是发动机仍作为动力输出的绝对主力,且电机完全不可解耦,这类构型只能改善发动机的经济性及动力性,大多是作为弱混;P2构型虽然已经和发动机动力解耦,但是由于其对轴向尺寸的严格需求,电机亦无法做大。很多汽车企业为了使用P2构型,选用三缸发动机来平衡多出的轴向尺寸,增加了车辆NVH优化难度;P3、P4与发动机及变速箱完全解耦,大幅增加了电动机的使用场景。但是若这两种构型单独使用,发动机缺乏ISG电机,其工作区域就会因为考虑经济性而被限制在较小范围。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种结合套式组合构型混合动力系统,采用组合构型可以弥补各种单独混动构型的缺陷,并且组合构型可以适配多种强度的混动,包括弱混、中混、强混、插电混。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种结合套式组合构型混合动力系统,该系统包括彼此相互连接的能量单元、控制单元和驱动单元,所述能量单元包括动力电池组、ISG电机和发动机,所述驱动单元包括结合套、同步器、驱动电机和减速器,所述ISG电机与所述发动机之间通过所述结合套相连接,所述ISG电机与所述减速器之间通过所述同步器相连接,所述驱动电机与所述减速器直连。
进一步地,所述动力电池组与所述ISG电机和所述发动机组成增程器。
进一步地,所述的驱动单元还包括与所述减速器相连接的差速器,所述差速器还通过前轴与车轮相连接。
进一步地,所述的控制单元包括整车控制器以及与其相连接的驱动电机控制器、ISG电机控制器和电池管理控制器,所述驱动电机控制器与所述驱动电机相连接,所述ISG电机控制器与所述ISG电机相连接,所述电池管理控制器与所述动力电池组相连接。
进一步地,所述的动力电池组还分别与所述ISG电机控制器和所述驱动电机控制器相连接。
进一步地,该混合动力系统的运行模式包括:单电机模式、双电机模式、并联模式、增程模式和能量回收模式,所述单电机模式具体包括:所述同步器分离,所述动力电池组给所述驱动电机供电以单独驱动车辆。
进一步地,所述的双电机模式具体包括:所述同步器接合,所述结合套分离,所述动力电池组同时给所述驱动电机和所述ISG电机供电以进行驱动。
进一步地,所述的并联模式具体包括:所述同步器接合,所述结合套接合,所述发动机、所述ISG电机和所述驱动电机同时参与直驱车辆。
进一步地,所述的增程模式具体包括:所述同步器分离,所述结合套接合,所述发动机带动所述ISG电机发电。
进一步地,所述的能量回收模式具体包括:当车辆主动减速时,所述同步器分离,利用所述驱动电机进行能量回收。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明的结合套式组合构型混合动力系统使用减速器替代了变速器,节约了整车动力系统的布置空间,降低了控制难度,节约成本;
(2)ISG电机与发动机可断开连接,ISG电机与驱动电机组成双电机驱动模式,动力性强且能耗低;
(3)能量补充方式多样,可以通过加油、外接电网充电和制动回收来进行能量补充;
(4)采用组合构型相对可以弥补各种单独构型的缺陷,并且组合构型可以适配多种车型,满足不同车型的动力需求;
(5)通过对结合套和同步器的协调控制,丰富了动力系统的工作模式,满足了不同行驶工况下的动力需求和能量经济性。

ISG电机用以快速启动发动机、发电和驱动车辆。
ISG电机发电具体指:当SOC低于设定值且动力需求小时,结合套接合,同步器分离,发动机启动,发动机带动ISG电机发电;当SOC低于设定值且动力需求大时,结合套接合,同步器接合,发动机启动+驱动电机驱动车辆,ISG电机发电。
外接充电器与电池管理控制器相连,可以通过外部电网对动力电池组充电。
整车控制器分别与电池管理控制器、控制单元进行通信。
该系统根据驾驶工况,通过协调控制各部件,可以实现多种工作模式,包括:
单电机模式:当同步器分离,结合套分离,由驱动电机单独驱动车辆;
双电机模式:当同步器接合,结合套分离,由驱动电机和ISG电机共同驱动车辆;
增程模式:当结合套接合,同步器分离,发动机带动ISG电机发电;
并联模式:当同步器接合,结合套接合,发动机、ISG电机、驱动电机同时驱动车辆;
能量回收模式:当车辆主动减速时,电机进行能量回收。
图2和图3为纯电驱动,此时电池SOC高于设定值,当正常行驶时系统采取单电机驱动,当动力需求大时,ISG电机介入与驱动电机共同驱动车辆。
图4为增程模式,当电池SOC低于设定值且动力需求较小时,系统切换至该模式。在该模式下,结合套接合,同步器分离,ISG电机将发动机的动能转化为电能给动力电池组充电。其能量流示意图如图4所示。
图5为并联模式,当需求转矩较大时,系统切换至该模式。在该模式下,结合套接合,同步器接合,发动机、ISG电机、驱动电机共同驱动车辆。其能量流示意图如图5所示。
图6为制动能量回收模式,当车辆主动减速时,系统切换至该模式。在该模式下,同步器分离,制动产生的动能经驱动电机转化为电能并给动力电池组充电,从而实现制动能量回收。其能量流示意图如图6所示。

Claims (10)

1.一种结合套式组合构型混合动力系统,其特征在于,该系统包括彼此相互连接的能量单元、控制单元和驱动单元,所述能量单元包括动力电池组、ISG电机和发动机,所述驱动单元包括结合套、同步器、驱动电机和减速器,所述ISG电机与所述发动机之间通过所述结合套相连接,所述ISG电机与所述减速器之间通过所述同步器相连接,所述驱动电机与所述减速器直连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种结合套式组合构型混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述动力电池组与所述ISG电机和所述发动机组成增程器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种结合套式组合构型混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述的驱动单元还包括与所述减速器相连接的差速器,所述差速器还通过前轴与车轮相连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种结合套式组合构型混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述的控制单元包括整车控制器以及与其相连接的驱动电机控制器、ISG电机控制器和电池管理控制器,所述驱动电机控制器与所述驱动电机相连接,所述ISG电机控制器与所述ISG电机相连接,所述电池管理控制器与所述动力电池组相连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种结合套式组合构型混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述的动力电池组还分别与所述ISG电机控制器和所述驱动电机控制器相连接。
6.根据权利要求1~5所述的一种结合套式组合构型混合动力系统,其特征在于,该混合动力系统的运行模式包括:单电机模式、双电机模式、并联模式、增程模式和能量回收模式,所述单电机模式具体包括:所述同步器分离,所述动力电池组给所述驱动电机供电以单独驱动车辆。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种结合套式组合构型混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述的双电机模式具体包括:所述同步器接合,所述结合套分离,所述动力电池组同时给所述驱动电机和所述ISG电机供电以进行驱动。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种结合套式组合构型混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述的并联模式具体包括:所述同步器接合,所述结合套接合,所述发动机、所述ISG电机和所述驱动电机同时参与直驱车辆。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种结合套式组合构型混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述的增程模式具体包括:所述同步器分离,所述结合套接合,所述发动机带动所述ISG电机发电。
10.根据权利要求6所述的一种结合套式组合构型混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述的能量回收模式具体包括:当车辆主动减速时,所述同步器分离,利用所述驱动电机进行能量回收。
