技术领域
本发明属于保健品技术领域,尤其涉及一种防治痛风的营养膳食粉。
背景技术
痛风是体内呤代谢紊乱及/或尿酸排泄减少所引起的一组疾病。当细胞核被分解后,其中的嘌呤分解代谢产物是尿酸;倘若体内泛酸等营养素充足,尿酸会及时转化成尿素和胺,并很快随尿排出体外。若尿酸结合钠则生成尿酸钠晶体,这钟结晶类似针会破坏组织细胞,且会在关节周国的软组织内游移,引起关节发炎,并感觉有如千万只针在刺痛一般,十分痛苦。痛风在临床上表现为高尿酸血症、急慢性痛风关节炎、急慢性泌尿系尿酸接结石、尿酸性肾病、痛风石和痛风结节。痛风常常伴有腹型肥胖、高脂血症、高血压、II糖尿病及心血管病等表现。现代研究表明,营养素与痛风的发生发展密切相关,营养治疗痛风也成现代保健医学研究的重点。
目前市场上防治痛风的保健药品众多,但是大多数防治痛风的保健药品都是将各种保健中药或者营养素直接混合而成,人体吸收利用效率低;而且纯中药制成的防治痛风保健品,患者依从性差,长期服用也会造成人体的脏腑、气血、阴阳功能失常。
如申请号为CN201811522851.7的专利公开了一种一种调理四高、瘦身和调理亚健康的代餐粉,由大豆、燕麦、大麦、苦荞、玉米、黑芝麻、白芝麻、黑米、糯米、小米、薏苡仁、枸杞子、紫薯、荷叶、黄瓜子、杏仁、莲子、槐花、火麻仁、茯苓、山楂、山药、槐米、丁香、紫苏籽粉、刀豆、平菇干粉、木瓜干粉、猴头菇干粉、橘皮、桃仁、酸枣仁等中80多种绿色、药食同源的原材料粉碎、炒熟制成。本发明采用80多种绿色、药食同源的原材料合理搭配,不仅营养均衡,且口感很好,大人小孩老人都可以食用,兼有调血压、调血脂、调血糖、调尿酸、排毒排宿便、减肥、调理亚健康等作用,防治糖尿病及其并发症。该专利申请是用于调血压、调血脂、调血糖、调尿酸、排毒排宿便等作用,防治糖尿病及其并发症。该专利是通过众多原料的营养保健成分的叠加来发挥保健作用,各原料的营养保健成分不能充分发挥其保健作用;而且吸收效率差。
又如申请号为CN201811113247.9公开了一种降尿酸的保健茶,由以下原料按照重量份制备而成:猫须草30-45份、鱼腥草20-30份、金钱草15-25份、菊苣10-23份、桑叶12-15份、玉米须5-17份;通过将原料粉碎后提取或炒制成保健茶。本发明制备的降尿酸袋泡保健茶,针对引致高尿酸的内在病邪,辨症施治,针对性强,原料来源广,成本低,具有通经活络、排浊化瘀、降尿酸止痹痛的功效,可用于防治通风及其并发症。该专利是将原料粉碎后提取或炒制成保健茶,原料中营养成分的吸收利用率也较差;而且改善痛风相关的肝脏代谢功能失调、免疫糸统低下的效果不显著。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种防治痛风的营养膳食粉,具体是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种防治痛风的营养膳食粉,按重量份计由以下原料制成:0.5-1份松子仁粉、1-3份白香果粉、1-3份草莓粉、4-9份黎麦粉、2-4份核桃仁粉、1-3份冰糖、2-4份苡仁米粉、1-3份黑葡萄干粉、1-3份枸杞粉、1-3份红枣粉、1-3份百合粉、1-3份莲子粉、1-3份玉米须粉、1-3份鱼星草粉、1-3份桑叶粉、1-3份水芹菜粉、1-3份桔皮粉、2-4份白云豆粉、2-4份土豆粉、2-4份绿豆粉、2-4份红豆粉、0.5-1份苦瓜籽粉、0.5-1份冬瓜籽粉、0.5-1份丝瓜籽粉、2-4份山药粉、2-4份苦荞麦粉。
需要说明的是,上述原料粉是将原材料直接干燥粉碎制成。
优选地,所述防治痛风的营养膳食粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将苡仁米粉、黑葡萄干粉、枸杞粉、红枣粉、百合粉、莲子粉、玉米须粉、鱼星草粉、桑叶粉、水芹菜粉、桔皮粉、苦瓜籽粉、冬瓜籽粉、丝瓜籽粉混合粉碎,制得混合物1;向混合物1中加入人工模拟胃液中进行微波提取,滤出,制得提取液1和滤渣1;并将滤渣1加到人工模拟肠液中进行二次微波提取,制得提取液2和滤渣2;并将提取液1和提取液2混,制得营养液1;
(2)将黎麦粉、核桃仁粉、苡仁米粉、白云豆粉、土豆粉、绿豆粉、红豆粉、山药粉、苦荞麦粉、松子仁粉混合,炒制成熟,获得炒制物;将百香果粉、草莓粉与炒制物混合制成混合物2;将混合物2加入人工模拟胃液中进行搅拌提取,滤出,制得提取液3和滤渣3;并将滤渣3加到人工模拟肠液中进行二次搅拌提取,制得提取液4和滤渣4;并将提取液3和提取液4混合,制得营养液2;
(3)将滤渣2和滤渣4混合成混合滤渣,向混合滤渣加入其质量倍10倍的水、其质量0.3-0.5%的复合酶,酶解处理2-3h,灭酶,过滤,制得酶解液和酶解渣;
(4)将酶解液和营养液2混合制得营养液3,向营养液3中加入改性剂进行改性处理后,制得改性改性营养液;将改性营养液与营养液1混合,制得复合营养液;
(5)将酶解渣用清水多次洗涤至水澄清透明,烘干后,超微粉碎;再将超微粉碎物加有机酸液中进行酸解,滤出,加到高压均质机,在30MP下均质,制得纳米纤维素渣;
(6)将纳米纤维素渣与海藻酸钠按1:1混合,加到复合营养液中,加入冰糖,在60-70℃下搅拌处理40-50min,干燥,制得膳食粉。

本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明采用人工模拟胃液、人工模拟肠液对原料中的营养成分进行仿生提取处理,能有效提高原料中营养成分在人体内的适应吸收,同时采用有机酸对营养液进行改性处理,能提高营养液中部分营养成分的活性;将提取后的滤渣经酶解、酸解、高压均质处理后,纳米纤维素渣,然后采用纳米纤维素渣、海藻酸钠作为营养液的纳米负载材料对营养液进行负载处理,在辅料的作用下,营养液中的成分能充分吸附、包埋在纳米纤维素渣中,能进一步营养成分的吸收利用率,减少吸收过程中营养成分的损失。
本发明提供的营养膳食粉,营养全面、合理,营养成分吸收利用率高,保健作用显著,鸡松子仁、白香果、草莓、黎麦、核桃仁、冰糖、苡仁米、黑葡萄干、枸杞、红枣、百合、莲子、玉米须、鱼星草、桑叶、水芹菜、桔皮、白云豆、土豆等协同作用,具有调理肝肾脏的正常功能、促进肝脏的免疫糸统、促进肾脏其主水液代谢的正常功能功效,促使人体嘌呤(尿酸)正常排泄;苦瓜籽、冬瓜籽、丝瓜籽、山药、苦荞麦、绿豆、红豆等等协同作用,具有减少或控制嘌呤量、改善或减少痛风患者痛苦作用;各原料共同作用具有调理、改善痛风肝肾脏功能失调和肝脏免疫系统的作用,达到散湿邪、解热痹毒、降尿酸等功效,对痛风患者具有良好的防治作用。

下面结核具体的实施方式来对本发明的技术方案做进一步的限定,但要求保护的范围不仅局限于所作的描述。
实施例1
组分:0.5份松子仁粉、1份白香果粉、1份草莓粉、4份黎麦粉、2份核桃仁粉、1份冰糖、2份苡仁米粉、1份黑葡萄干粉、1份枸杞粉、1份红枣粉、1份百合粉、1份莲子粉、1份玉米须粉、1份鱼星草粉、1份桑叶粉、1份水芹菜粉、1份桔皮粉、2份白云豆粉、2份土豆粉、2份绿豆粉、2份红豆粉、0.5份苦瓜籽粉、0.5份冬瓜籽粉、0.5份丝瓜籽粉、2份山药粉、2份苦荞麦粉。
制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将苡仁米粉、黑葡萄干粉、枸杞粉、红枣粉、百合粉、莲子粉、玉米须粉、鱼星草粉、桑叶粉、水芹菜粉、桔皮粉、苦瓜籽粉、冬瓜籽粉、丝瓜籽粉混合,制得混合物1;向混合物1中加入人工模拟胃液中进行微波提取,滤出,制得提取液1和滤渣1;并将滤渣1加到人工模拟肠液中进行二次微波提取,制得提取液2和滤渣2;并将提取液1和提取液2混,制得营养液1;
(2)将黎麦粉、核桃仁粉、苡仁米粉、白云豆粉、土豆粉、绿豆粉、红豆粉、山药粉、苦荞麦粉、松子仁粉混合,炒制成熟,获得炒制物;将百香果粉、草莓粉与炒制物混合制成混合物2;将混合物2加入人工模拟胃液中进行搅拌提取,滤出,制得提取液3和滤渣3;并将滤渣3加到人工模拟肠液中进行二次搅拌提取,制得提取液4和滤渣4;并将提取液3和提取液4混合,制得营养液2;
(3)将滤渣2和滤渣4混合成混合滤渣,向混合滤渣加入其质量倍10倍的水、其质量0.3%的复合酶,酶解处理3h,灭酶,过滤,制得酶解液和酶解渣;其中,复合酶由碱性脂肪酶与α-淀粉酶按1:1的质量比组成;
(4)将酶解液和营养液2混合制得营养液3,向营养液3中加入其中质量3%的酒石酸,在50-60℃下改性处理下改性处理15min,制得改性改性营养液;将改性营养液与营养液1混合,制得复合营养液;
(5)将酶解渣用清水多次洗涤至水澄清透明,烘干后,超微粉碎;再将超微粉碎物加加到其质量5倍的浓度30%的酒石酸溶液中,在70-80℃下水解处理1h,滤出,加到高压均质机,在30MPa下均质,制得纳米纤维素渣;
(6)将纳米纤维素渣与海藻酸钠按1:1混合,加到复合营养液中,加入冰糖,在60-70℃下搅拌处理40min,干燥,分装成35g/袋,得膳食粉。

制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将苡仁米粉、黑葡萄干粉、枸杞粉、红枣粉、百合粉、莲子粉、玉米须粉、鱼星草粉、桑叶粉、水芹菜粉、桔皮粉、苦瓜籽粉、冬瓜籽粉、丝瓜籽粉混合粉碎,制得混合物1;向混合物1中加入人工模拟胃液中进行微波提取,滤出,制得提取液1和滤渣1;并将滤渣1加到人工模拟肠液中进行二次微波提取,制得提取液2和滤渣2;并将提取液1和提取液2混,制得营养液1;
(2)将黎麦粉、核桃仁粉、苡仁米粉、白云豆粉、土豆粉、绿豆粉、红豆粉、山药粉、苦荞麦粉、松子仁粉混合,炒制成熟,获得炒制物;将百香果粉、草莓粉与炒制物混合制成混合物2;将混合物2加入人工模拟胃液中进行搅拌提取,滤出,制得提取液3和滤渣3;并将滤渣3加到人工模拟肠液中进行二次搅拌提取,制得提取液4和滤渣4;并将提取液3和提取液4混合,制得营养液2;
(3)将滤渣2和滤渣4混合成混合滤渣,向混合滤渣加入其质量倍10倍的水、其质量0.5%的复合酶,酶解处理2h,灭酶,过滤,制得酶解液和酶解渣;其中,复合酶由碱性脂肪酶与α-淀粉酶按1:1的质量比组成;
(4)将酶解液和营养液2混合制得营养液3,向营养液3中加入其中质量3-4%的酒石酸,在50-60℃下改性处理下改性处理20min,制得改性改性营养液;将改性营养液与营养液1混合,制得复合营养液;
(5)将酶解渣用清水多次洗涤至水澄清透明,烘干后,超微粉碎;再将超微粉碎物加加到其质量5倍的浓度40%的酒石酸溶液中,在70-80℃下水解处理1.5h,滤出,加到高压均质机,在30MPa下均质,制得纳米纤维素渣;
(6)将纳米纤维素渣与海藻酸钠按1:1混合,加到复合营养液中,加入冰糖,在60-70℃下搅拌处理50min,干燥,分装成35g/袋,制得膳食粉。

制备方法同实施例1。
对比例1
对比例1与实施例1的区别在于制备方法不同:是将各原料炒制成熟后,再超微粉碎制成营养膳食粉。
对比例2
对比例2与实施例1的区别在于制备方法不同,是将酶解渣干燥后添加到复合营养液中,且不加入海藻酸钠,其余过程相同。
对比例3
对比例3与实施例1的区别在于步骤(1)、步骤(2)中采用水进行提取,其余过程相同。
试验例1膳食粉对尿酸代谢的影响研究
实验动物:SD雄性大鼠70只,体重180-220g。
实验方法:将70只昆明小鼠统一饲养一周后,随机二分为7组,每组10只,1-6组为实验组,分别灌胃实施例1-4和对比例1-3所制得的膳食粉,每天上午灌胃10g/kg,膳食粉加水制成悬浮液进行灌胃,下午灌胃嘌呤+乙醇胺悬浮液(腺嘌呤100mg+乙醇胺250mg,溶于10ml水中配制而成)造模;7组为模型对照组,每天上午灌胃与膳食粉悬浮液等量的生理盐水,下午灌胃嘌呤+乙醇胺悬浮液(腺嘌呤100mg+乙醇胺250mg,溶于10ml水中配制而成)造模;连续7d。末次给药后1h,用摘眼球法取血,将血样本离心,取血清,检测其血尿酸值。检测其中血尿酸值,结果如表1所示。
从表2中可知,实验组(组1-组6)与模型对照组(组7)相比,尿酸值明显降低,差异显著。由此可见,本发明膳食粉对高尿酸血症小鼠模型有降血酸的作用。
试验例2膳食粉对高尿酸症小鼠肾损伤的保护作用研究
实验动物:70只昆明小鼠,雌雄各半,6周龄。
实验方法:将70只昆明小鼠统一饲养一周后,随机二分为7组,每组10只,雌雄各半;1-6组为实验组,7组为模型组。实验组,模型组以酵母30g/kg灌胃造模,连续1W。第6天灌胃给药,1-6组分别灌胃给实施例1-3以及对比例1-3的膳食粉(按10g/kg加水制成悬浮液灌胃给药),模型组灌胃等量生理盐水,连续10d。于实验第17d,给药后30min,各组动物眼眶后静脉丛取血,测定小鼠血清肌酐、尿素氮。结果如表2所示。
从表2中可知,实验组(组1-组6)与模型对照组(组7)相比,清肌酐尿素氮水平降低,差异显著。由此可见,本发明膳食粉对高尿酸血症小鼠的肾损伤有保护作用,可用于防治痛风。
在此有必要指出的是,以上实施例和试验例仅限于对本发明的技术方案做进一步的阐述和理解,不能理解为对本发明的技术方案做进一步的限定,本领域技术人员作出的非突出实质性特征和显著进步的发明创造,仍然属于本发明的保护范畴。
Claims (9)
1.一种防治痛风的营养膳食粉,其特征在于,按重量份计由以下原料制成:0.5-1份松子仁粉、1-3份白香果粉、1-3份草莓粉、4-9份黎麦粉、2-4份核桃仁粉、1-3份冰糖粉、2-4份苡仁米粉、1-3份黑葡萄干粉、1-3份枸杞粉、1-3份红枣粉、1-3份百合粉、1-3份莲子粉、1-3份玉米须粉、1-3份鱼星草粉、1-3份桑叶粉、1-3份水芹菜粉、1-3份桔皮粉、2-4份白云豆粉、2-4份土豆粉、2-4份绿豆粉、2-4份红豆粉、0.5-1份苦瓜籽粉、0.5-1份冬瓜籽粉、0.5-1份丝瓜籽粉、2-4份山药粉、2-4份苦荞麦粉。
2.如权利要求1所述的防治痛风的营养膳食粉的制备方法,,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将苡仁米粉、黑葡萄干粉、枸杞粉、红枣粉、百合粉、莲子粉、玉米须粉、鱼星草粉、桑叶粉、水芹菜粉、桔皮粉、苦瓜籽粉、冬瓜籽粉、丝瓜籽粉混合,制得混合物1;向混合物1中加入人工模拟胃液中进行微波提取,滤出,制得提取液1和滤渣1;并将滤渣1加到人工模拟肠液中进行二次微波提取,制得提取液2和滤渣2;并将提取液1和提取液2混,制得营养液1;
(2)将黎麦粉、核桃仁粉、苡仁米粉、白云豆粉、土豆粉、绿豆粉、红豆粉、山药粉、苦荞麦粉、松子仁粉混合后,炒制成熟,获得炒制物;将百香果粉、草莓粉与炒制物混合制成混合物2;将混合物2加入人工模拟胃液中进行搅拌提取,滤出,制得提取液3和滤渣3;并将滤渣3加到人工模拟肠液中进行二次搅拌提取,制得提取液4和滤渣4;并将提取液3和提取液4混合,制得营养液2;
(3)将滤渣2和滤渣4混合成混合滤渣,向混合滤渣加入其质量倍10倍的水、其质量0.3-0.5%的复合酶,酶解处理2-3h,灭酶,过滤,制得酶解液和酶解渣;
(4)将酶解液和营养液2混合制得营养液3,向营养液3中加入改性剂进行改性处理后,制得改性改性营养液;将改性营养液与营养液1混合,制得复合营养液;
(5)将酶解渣用清水多次洗涤至水澄清透明,烘干后,超微粉碎;再将超微粉碎物加有机酸液中进行酸解,滤出,加到高压均质机,在30MP下均质,制得纳米纤维素渣;
(6)将纳米纤维素渣与海藻酸钠按1:1混合,加到复合营养液中,加入冰糖,在60-70℃下搅拌处理40-50min,干燥,制得膳食粉。
3.如权利要求2所述的防治痛风的营养膳食粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述人工模拟胃液为:取稀盐酸16.4ml,加水800ml与胃蛋白酶5g,充分溶解后,调节pH至1.2,定容至1000ml即可。
