本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种用于不锈钢冲压的挥发性在线碳氢清洗冲压油,由以下原料按照重量百分比复合而成,包括:

所述二壬基萘磺酸钡的作用为防锈、防腐,润滑;
所述石油磺酸钡的作用为黑色金属防锈,防腐;
所述深度加氢的饱和多环芳烃基础油的作用为润滑、载体;
所述异构烷烃溶剂的作用为清洗、载体。
本发明的用于不锈钢冲压的挥发性在线碳氢清洗冲压油在配方中不含氯系极压剂的情况下能够满足不锈钢冲压对模具润滑保护的苛刻要求,能够符合欧盟环保要求。
