背景技术
现有的用于不锈钢冲压的挥发性在线碳氢清洗冲压油中含有氯系极压剂,在使用时不环保,达不到环保要求。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种不含有氯系极压剂,能够满足不锈钢冲压对模具润滑保护的苛刻要求,能够达到环保要求的用于不锈钢冲压的挥发性在线碳氢清洗冲压油。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种用于不锈钢冲压的挥发性在线碳氢清洗冲压油,由以下原料按照重量百分比复合而成,包括:
进一步的是:所述A剂由蓖麻油和油酸按照50:50的比例混合而成。
进一步的是:所述异构烷烃溶剂的闪点为80度。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在配方中不含氯系极压剂的情况下能够满足不锈钢冲压对模具润滑保护的苛刻要求,能够符合欧盟环保要求。

本发明公开了一种用于不锈钢冲压的挥发性在线碳氢清洗冲压油,由以下原料按照重量百分比复合而成,包括:
在上述基础上,所述A剂由蓖麻油和油酸按照50:50的比例混合而成。
在上述基础上,所述异构烷烃溶剂的闪点为80度。
所述A剂的作用为润滑抗磨损;
所述磷酸三甲酚酯的作用为极压抗磨损、抗烧结;
所述二壬基萘磺酸钡的作用为防锈、防腐,润滑;
所述石油磺酸钡的作用为黑色金属防锈,防腐;
所述深度加氢的饱和多环芳烃基础油的作用为润滑、载体;
所述异构烷烃溶剂的作用为清洗、载体。
本发明的用于不锈钢冲压的挥发性在线碳氢清洗冲压油在配方中不含氯系极压剂的情况下能够满足不锈钢冲压对模具润滑保护的苛刻要求,能够符合欧盟环保要求。
