本发明公开了一种用于机械加工的半合成水溶性切削液,涉及一种切削液领域,由以下原料按照重量百分比复合而成,包括:蒸馏水40‑50%;基础油10‑20%;聚醚4‑7%;油酸皂1‑4%;多元羧酸1‑4%;三乙醇胺10‑12%;杀菌剂0.3‑1%;硫化猪油1‑4%;硼酸酯1‑4%;聚乙二醇脂3‑7%;亲水表面活性剂7‑10%;石油磺酸钠、石油磺酸钡和二壬基萘磺酸钡共3‑7%,本发明的半合成水溶性切削液极压润滑效果出色5%‑10%工作液可以满足大部分金属材料的磨削、铣削加工,优异的黑色金属防锈效果,有色金属不氧化,原液透明;工作液半透明,使用寿命长达半年,可以满足同时加工黑色金属和有色金属。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种切削液领域,特别涉及一种用于机械加工的半合成水溶性切削液。
背景技术
切削液是一种用在金属切削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体,切削液由多种超强功能助剂经科学复合配合而成,同时具备良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、除油清洗功能、防腐功能、易稀释特点,但是现有的切削液无法满足同时加工黑色金属和有色金属,同时还存在使用寿命短、价格高的问题。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种可以满足同时加工黑色金属和有色金属、使用寿命长的用于机械加工的半合成水溶性切削液。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种用于机械加工的半合成水溶性切削液,由以下原料按照重量百分比复合而成,包括:

进一步的是:所述石油磺酸钠、石油磺酸钡和二壬基萘磺酸钡间的比例为45:40:15。
进一步的是:所述三乙醇胺的浓度为80%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的半合成水溶性切削液极压润滑效果出色5%-10%工作液可以满足大部分金属材料的磨削、铣削加工,优异的黑色金属防锈效果,有色金属不氧化,原液透明;工作液半透明,使用寿命长达半年,可以满足同时加工黑色金属和有色金属。

本发明公开了一种用于机械加工的半合成水溶性切削液,由以下原料按照重量百分比复合而成,包括:

在上述基础上,所述石油磺酸钠、石油磺酸钡和二壬基萘磺酸钡间的比例为45:40:15;
在上述基础上,所述三乙醇胺的浓度为80%;
所述蒸馏水的作用为载体;
所述基础油的作用为润滑及作为载体使用;
所述聚醚作为乳化剂使用并具有润滑的效果;
所述油酸皂的作用为润滑、防锈和乳化;
所述多元羧酸的作用为防锈;
所述三乙醇胺(80%含量)的作用为防锈、润滑、PH调整和保持;
所述杀菌剂的作用为防腐;
所述硫化猪油的作用为润滑和极压;
所述硼酸酯的作用为润滑和铝防护;
所述聚乙二醇脂的作用为润滑;
所述亲水表面活性剂7-10%的作用为乳化和HLB调整;
所述石油磺酸钠、石油磺酸钡和二壬基萘磺酸钡复配的作用为防锈。
本发明的半合成水溶性切削液极压润滑效果出色5%-10%工作液可以满足大部分金属材料的磨削、铣削加工,优异的黑色金属防锈效果,有色金属不氧化,原液透明;工作液半透明,使用寿命长达半年,可以满足同时加工黑色金属和有色金属。
