技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属加工切削液,具体是一种低VOCs环保微乳化切削液及其制备方法。
背景技术
切削液是金属各种切削加工中使用于加工区域起润滑、冷却和清洗工件与刀具作用的工业用液体,高性能的切削液应具备良好的加工性能、理化性能和环卫性能,如润滑、冷却、防锈、除油清洗、防腐等。
金属切削液在给人类带来巨大经济效益的同时也对环境和操作者带来了一定的危害,如使用过的切削废液可能会对水、大气及土壤造成污染;含磷的防锈组分会使水体富营养化等。
切削液按油品化学组成分为非水溶性(油基)液和水溶性(水基)液两大类。油基切削液的润滑性能较好,冷却效果较差。水基切削液与油基切削液相比润滑性能相对较差,冷却效果较好。
微乳化切削液是研究开发的一种介于乳化油和合成切削液之间的新型金属加工液产品,它既具有乳化油的润滑性,又有合成切削液的清洗性。由于微乳化液特有的组成特点,使得它兼有乳化液和合成液两者的优点,润滑、冷却、清洗、防锈性能均较好,且其使用寿命比乳化液要长4~6倍。微乳化切削液具有多用途,应用广,综合性能好,稳定性较好,寿命长,兑水后呈半透明或透明状;因此,发达国家已经走过了从乳化液向合成液,再向微乳化液发展的过程,微乳化液得到了前所未有的发展和应用。随着高速加工时代的到来,加工效率的提高,对加工件光洁度的要求也越来越高,而现有的微乳化切削液在防锈、润滑、使用寿命、稳定性等方面仍显得不足,并且以往的微乳化切削液基础油一般是以石油为原料,由于矿物油基的切削液生物降解能力差,长期滞留在水和土壤中,会对环境造成不良影响。
硼酸盐抗极压能力远大于硫磷型和氯铅型添加剂,是一种新型的润滑脂极压添加剂。采用发动机上最新使用的纳米硼酸及硼氮配合物类减压抗磨剂,作为切削液的极压剂,各项润滑、减摩擦、冷却、清洗功能等指标优于皂化油。使用高标号基础油,及避免使用醇醚类耦合剂,极大地降低VOCs的生成,对环境不污染等特点,且成本低,对于发展我国机械制造行业具有重要意义。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种低VOCs环保微乳化切削液及其制备方法,该切削液无色透明切削液,兼顾高温润滑性及清洗性。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:

本发明的低VOCs环保微乳化切削液原液颜色全为浅黄色透明液体,pH为8.5~8.7,5%稀释液为白色乳状液,不析油、不析皂,防锈性能达到A级标准(GB/T6144-2010),防锈、消泡性能极佳。由此表明,本发明的环保微乳化金属切削液在稳定性、润滑性、防锈性、冷却性等方面也都具有优越性能。
本发明人意外发现,本发明由基础油、非离子表面活性剂、防锈剂、极压剂、植物油酸、环烷酸锌、甘油、聚乙二醇、苯甲酸钠、乳化硅油和卡松组成的微乳化切削液兼顾高温润滑性及清洗性,同时具有良好的抗磨性、极压性、及防锈性。在使用过程中,26#或32#机油,白油,或变压器油作为基础油,易乳化;环烷酸锌使基础油的乳化能力更强,纳米硼酸类物质或纳米硼氮类配合物极压剂的添加,可以调出超高极压型微乳化切削液,乳化颗粒细小,产品更加稳定,解决了中高温加工的极压润滑要求,适合加工温度更宽的机加工;防锈性采用石油磺酸钠进行补强,使防锈效果达到最佳;基础油及水性润滑剂PEG400,尽可能地提高高速切削下的油性及水性润滑状态,使产品在高温状态下保持良好稳定的润滑性,同时保持对人体健康和环境的友好性,极大地避免了VOCs的产生,本发明的基础油、非离子表面活性剂、防锈剂、极压剂、植物油酸、环烷酸锌、甘油、聚乙二醇、苯甲酸钠、乳化硅油和卡松各物质的组成比例是本领域的技术人员经过长期的实验摸索得到的,尤其是基础油、非离子表面活性剂、防锈剂、极压剂、植物油酸、环烷酸锌、甘油、聚乙二醇的比例,兼顾高温润滑性及清洗性,同时具有良好的抗磨性、极压性、及防锈性,石油磺酸钠进行补强,使防锈效果达到最佳;防腐性能强,对细菌、真菌抑菌、杀菌能力强,大大提高了产品的使用寿命;通过以上原料调出的金属加工液性能全面,适合各种机加工,如切削、车削、钻孔、磨削、镗、铣等高难加工工艺。
上述低VOCs环保微乳化切削液的制备方法,包括步骤如下:
1)将苯甲酸钠、PEG400、柠檬酸钠、卡松溶液水溶性物质加入水中,搅拌溶解;制得混合物水溶液;
2)把植物油酸、环烷酸锌、抗磨剂T202、极压剂、除锈剂油溶性物质加入基础油中,搅拌溶解,油性混合物;
3)把混合物水溶液加入到油性混合物中,混合并持续搅拌,用pH调节剂把混合液pH值调节到9.5~10;得混合物;
4)向混合物中加入Span80搅拌;然后加入耦合剂甘油,持续搅拌5~20分钟;
5)在搅拌状态下,加入Tween80、AOE9、OP10、TX100中的一种,直至溶液变为半透明或透明状态,并持续搅拌5~20分钟上;
6)加入乳化硅油消泡剂,得产品。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明所述的微乳化无色透明环保切削液,由基础油,极压剂,防锈剂以及表面活性剂等各类功能助剂组成,其中基础油质量百分含量为20-30%,水含量25~35%,成本低,具有良好的抗磨性、极压性、清洗性及防锈性,极大地避免了VOCs的产生,不污染环境,同时满足铝合金、铸铁、碳钢、不锈钢、铜加工过程中润滑和冷切需求。
2、本发明使用高标号基础油及水性润滑剂PEG400,尽可能地提高高速切削下的油性及水性润滑状态,使产品在高温状态下保持良好稳定的润滑性,同时保持对人体健康和环境的友好性。
3、本发明使用石油磺酸钠作为防锈剂,使用T202、含硼类极压物质降低切削过程中的摩擦阻力,不含对人体有害的亚硝酸钠、乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、氯化石蜡等致癌物质,对人体完全无害。

10.权利要求1所述的低VOCs环保微乳化切削液的制备方法,包括步骤如下:
1)将苯甲酸钠、PEG400、柠檬酸钠、卡松溶液水溶性物质加入水中,搅拌溶解;制得混合物水溶液;
2)把植物油酸、环烷酸锌、抗磨剂T202、极压剂、除锈剂油溶性物质加入基础油中,搅拌溶解,油性混合物;
3)把混合物水溶液加入到油性混合物中,混合并持续搅拌,用pH调节剂把混合液pH值调节到9.5~10;得混合物;
4)向混合物中加入Span80搅拌;然后加入耦合剂甘油,持续搅拌5~20分钟;
5)在搅拌状态下,加入Tween80、AOE9、OP10、TX100中的一种,直至溶液变为半透明或透明状态,并持续搅拌5~20分钟上;
6)加入乳化硅油消泡剂,得产品。
