Abstract
本发明公开了一种防锈切削液,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油20‑30份,乳化剂15‑25份,防锈剂10‑12份,有机硼酸酯4‑8份,纳米二氧化硅2‑4份,消泡剂0.2‑0.4份,杀菌剂1‑3份,水30‑40份;其中,乳化剂的原料包括:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基磺酸钠、吐温80。本发明具有良好的渗透性、防锈性、润滑性、稳定性和适中的粘度,方便切削。

技术领域
本发明涉及切削液技术领域,尤其涉及一种防锈切削液。
背景技术
切削液是一种用在金属切削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体。切削液分为油基金属切削液和水基金属切削液。水基金属切削液有三种类型,分别为乳化油型、合成液型和半合成液型。其中,半合成液型金属切削液同时兼有乳化液良好的润滑性和合成液良好的清洗性特点,又具有合适的极压性能,而得到广泛使用。但是目前市售的半合成金属切削液的渗透性、润滑性、防锈性和稳定性不能相互协调,从而限制了其应用。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种防锈切削液,本发明具有良好的渗透性、防锈性、润滑性、稳定性和适中的粘度,方便切削。
本发明提出的一种防锈切削液,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油20-30份,乳化剂15-25份,防锈剂10-12份,有机硼酸酯4-8份,纳米二氧化硅2-4份,消泡剂0.2-0.4份,杀菌剂1-3份,水30-40份;
其中,乳化剂的原料包括:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基磺酸钠、吐温80。
优选地,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基磺酸钠、吐温80的重量比为0.7-0.9:2-3:0.2-0.3。
优选地,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基磺酸钠、吐温80的重量比为0.75-0.85:2.2-2.8:0.22-0.28。
优选地,防锈剂的原料包括:N-甲基二乙醇胺、苯并三氮唑、钼酸钠。
优选地,防锈剂的原料包括:N-甲基二乙醇胺、苯并三氮唑、钼酸钠,其中,N-甲基二乙醇胺、苯并三氮唑、钼酸钠的重量比为2-3:1-2:0.3-0.5。
优选地,有机硼酸酯含有S元素。
优选地,消泡剂为乳化硅油、聚二甲基硅氧烷或聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚中的一种或两种以上组成的混合物。
优选地,杀菌剂为对氯间二甲基酚。
本发明选用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基磺酸钠、吐温80相互配合,并与矿物油以合适比例相互配合,能形成稳定的微乳液,保证本发明在具有均一外观和适中粘度的同时,避免了表面张力高、渗透性低的问题,使得本发明具有较低的表面张力和良好的渗透性;并且脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基磺酸钠、吐温80与消泡剂相互配合,使得本发明具有良好的低泡性并具有很低的表面张力,从而进一步增加本发明的渗透性;选用N-甲基二乙醇胺、苯并三氮唑、钼酸钠相互配合,钼酸钠与金属相互作用形成并不致密具有孔隙的薄膜,沉淀在金属表面,阻止铁离子向溶液中扩散并阻止腐蚀介质向金属表面迁移,并能降低电流密度,提高了抗孔蚀性能,N-甲基二乙醇胺、苯并三氮唑可通过薄膜中的孔径吸附在金属表面,形成第二层保护膜,从而大大增加了本发明的防锈蚀性能;乳化剂与防锈剂相互配合,可使防锈剂均匀分散在本发明中,从而进一步增加本发明的均一性、稳定性和防锈性;有机硼酸酯、纳米二氧化硅相互配合可使本发明具有良好的减磨抗磨性能和极压性能,从而大大增加本发明的润滑性能;杀菌剂可以增加本发明的杀菌防腐性能;上述各物质相互配合,使得本发明具有良好的渗透性、防锈性、润滑性、稳定性和适中的粘度,方便切削。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种防锈切削液,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油25份,乳化剂20份,防锈剂11份,有机硼酸酯6份,纳米二氧化硅3份,消泡剂0.3份,杀菌剂2份,水35份;
其中,乳化剂的原料包括:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基磺酸钠、吐温80。
实施例2
一种防锈切削液,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油20份,乳化剂25份,防锈剂10份,有机硼酸酯8份,纳米二氧化硅2份,乳化硅油0.4份,对氯间二甲基酚1份,水40份;
其中,乳化剂的原料包括:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基磺酸钠、吐温80,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基磺酸钠、吐温80的重量比为0.7:3:0.2;
防锈剂的原料包括:N-甲基二乙醇胺、苯并三氮唑、钼酸钠,其中,N-甲基二乙醇胺、苯并三氮唑、钼酸钠的重量比为3:1:0.5。
实施例3
一种防锈切削液,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油30份,乳化剂15份,防锈剂12份,有机硼酸酯4份,纳米二氧化硅4份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.2份,对氯间二甲基酚3份,水30份;
其中,乳化剂的原料包括:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基磺酸钠、吐温80,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基磺酸钠、吐温80的重量比为0.9:2:0.3;
防锈剂的原料包括:N-甲基二乙醇胺、苯并三氮唑、钼酸钠,其中,N-甲基二乙醇胺、苯并三氮唑、钼酸钠的重量比为2:2:0.3。
实施例4
一种防锈切削液,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油22份,乳化剂23份,防锈剂10.5份,有机硼酸酯7份,纳米二氧化硅2.5份,消泡剂0.35份,对氯间二甲基酚1.5份,水38份;
其中,乳化剂的原料包括:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基磺酸钠、吐温80,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基磺酸钠、吐温80的重量比为0.75:2.8:0.22;
防锈剂的原料包括:N-甲基二乙醇胺、苯并三氮唑、钼酸钠,其中,N-甲基二乙醇胺、苯并三氮唑、钼酸钠的重量比为2.7:1.2:0.45;
消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚组成的混合物。
实施例5
一种防锈切削液,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油28份,乳化剂17份,防锈剂11.5份,有机硼酸酯5份,纳米二氧化硅3.5份,消泡剂0.25份,对氯间二甲基酚2.5份,水32份;
其中,乳化剂的原料包括:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基磺酸钠、吐温80,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基磺酸钠、吐温80的重量比为0.85:2.2:0.28;
防锈剂的原料包括:N-甲基二乙醇胺、苯并三氮唑、钼酸钠,其中,N-甲基二乙醇胺、苯并三氮唑、钼酸钠的重量比为2.3:1.8:0.35;
消泡剂为乳化硅油、聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚组成的混合物。

1.一种防锈切削液,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:矿物油20-30份,乳化剂15-25份,防锈剂10-12份,有机硼酸酯4-8份,纳米二氧化硅2-4份,消泡剂0.2-0.4份,杀菌剂1-3份,水30-40份;
其中,乳化剂的原料包括:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基磺酸钠、吐温80。
2.根据权利要求1所述防锈切削液,其特征在于,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基磺酸钠、吐温80的重量比为0.7-0.9:2-3:0.2-0.3。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述防锈切削液,其特征在于,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基磺酸钠、吐温80的重量比为0.75-0.85:2.2-2.8:0.22-0.28。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述防锈切削液,其特征在于,防锈剂的原料包括:N-甲基二乙醇胺、苯并三氮唑、钼酸钠。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述防锈切削液,其特征在于,防锈剂的原料包括:N-甲基二乙醇胺、苯并三氮唑、钼酸钠,其中,N-甲基二乙醇胺、苯并三氮唑、钼酸钠的重量比为2-3:1-2:0.3-0.5。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述防锈切削液,其特征在于,有机硼酸酯含有S元素。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述防锈切削液,其特征在于,消泡剂为乳化硅油、聚二甲基硅氧烷或聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚中的一种或两种以上组成的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述防锈切削液,其特征在于,杀菌剂为对氯间二甲基酚。
