本发明公开了一种高速电火花线切割全合成液组合物及其制备工艺,其配方组成包括:醇醚羧酸盐:5~15%;复合酸酰胺:3%~8%;复合羧酸盐:3%~8%;pH值调节剂:3~5%;铜缓蚀剂0.3~1%;低泡清洗剂:3~5%;纯净水:余量。这种线切割液抗硬水能力达到4000PPM,不需添加消泡剂就能到达无泡效果,特别试用于采用高压共轨对置喷射的线切割机床及硬水地区。采用该发明加工的工件有表面光亮、无换向条纹,代替了早期使用的乳化液和半合成微乳液,减轻了油类加工带来的操作环境污染,同时,超长的使用寿命,降低加工成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于中走丝线切割工作液组合物及其制备工艺,其具有极强的抗硬水能力,较高的防锈性和冷却洗涤性能,能够满足稳定电导率条件,使加工表面光洁度和加工精度达到合格标准,保护工厂环境的要求,降低废液处理。
技术背景
早期的线切割电加工机发明于1960年的苏联,运用的线切割液还是矿物质油,其绝缘性好,极间距离小,加工速度低于现在,因此实用性受到限制。随着时代的发展,线切割技术的完善,为了适应不同工艺而呈现出多种化加工液。线切割液又称线切割冷却液,是一种具有良好的冷却、润滑、清洗和防锈的功能,并且有一定的电介强度、去游离、灭弧、防止断丝和使用寿命长、安全无毒等性能的液体。
线切线割液国内外第一类产品主要是以矿物油为主要成份的油性切割液,完全由矿物油和油溶性物质构成,使用时直接添加而不能兑水,例如:极压切割油、电火花液。此类产品对环境污染较大,易燃,同时清洗工件需要非极性氯的烷烃溶剂,对人体有毒副作用,此类切割液已基本淘汰。
目前国内叫广泛使用的是第二类产品水性切割液或水乳型切割液,此类产品可以溶于水或被水分散形成乳化液。乳化型主要由矿物油、乳化剂、必要的添加剂构成,这一类污染大,冷却性能较差;半合成型由乳化剂、矿物油、水溶性防锈剂等构成,污染大,防锈性能差;合成型则是完全由水溶性物质构成,介电性能不好稳定。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种中走丝线切割液,具有优异抗硬水性能,可在光大的水质硬度大的地区使用,本发明涉及的中走丝线切割液,利用水溶性醇醚羧酸盐与复合酸酰胺的抗硬水特性,使得抗硬水能力达到2000PPM。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种高速电火花线切割全合成液组合物,其配方组成如下:
复合油酸皂:8~20%、 多元酸酰胺:3%~15%、复合硼酸盐:3%~10%、pH值调节剂:5~15%、铜缓蚀剂0.3~1%、聚醚类:1~5%、消泡剂:0.05~0.15%、 纯净水:余量。

A、在80~90℃下,将油酸与氢氧化钠溶液按比例制作成油酸钠皂,油酸钠皂再与醇胺按一定比例加热至透明;
B、在125~130℃下,将二元酸与二乙醇胺按比例加热搅拌;
C、把上述的复合油酸皂和二元酸酰胺,加入少量水混合搅拌至均匀透明状态,再加入pH值调节剂、余量水,搅拌均匀透明为止;
D、再依次加入复合硼酸盐、聚醚、铜缓蚀剂搅拌至均匀透明;
E、加入消泡剂,搅拌至均匀透明。
本发明涉及的全合成线切割液还具有较长的防锈性能,是一种具有稳定电导率的线切割液。
本发明涉及的中走丝线切割液,其特征在于利用水溶性醇醚羧酸盐与复合酸酰胺的抗硬水特性,复合羧酸盐的高防锈特性及低泡清洗剂的抑泡特性,形成了一种对中走丝切割加工具有优异的防锈性能的环境友好型线切割工作液。
这种线切割液抗硬水能力达到2000PPM,不需添加消泡剂就能到达无泡效果,特别试用于采用高压共轨对置喷射的线切割机床及硬水地区。采用该发明加工的工件有表面光亮、无换向条纹,代替了早期使用的乳化液和半合成微乳液,减轻了油类加工带来的操作环境污染,同时,超长的使用寿命,降低加工成本。

本发明采用上述方案,与现有的水基线切割液相比有更好的润滑性和防锈性,与乳化液相比具有更长的使用寿命和切割速度,具体实验数据如表1。

注:表中“5%溶液”为产品与水的重量百分比为1∶20;切割速度是在保证相同的表面光洁度条件下获得的。
从表1中可知,本发明的产品具有以下优点:1、良好的导电性和润滑性能:可有效提高表面精度; 2、优良的清洗、排屑性能:可有效提高加工速度;3、极佳的灭弧效果,可有效延长钼丝使用寿命。4、耐硬水性大为提高。
