根据ISO 6330 5A程序评估经处理和未经处理的超薄超弹排汗保暖睡衣内衣面料的毡缩收缩率,将织物在Wascator中进行多次洗涤和滚筒干燥循环。其中5A洗涤周期的条件是:21L水浴体积(低水平),每个循环在40±3℃洗涤15min,漂洗4个循环(漂洗时间分别为3min,3min,2min和2min),并且在烘筒中干燥5min。随后将织物置于60℃以下烘箱中干燥。测试结果表示为松弛后织物毡缩的百分比。

从表1可以看出,本发明实施例1制备得到的超薄超弹排汗保暖睡衣内衣面料的毡缩率为12.9%。其原因在于:采用氧化处理结合蛋白酶的高效性、专一性、温和性,剥去羊毛表面部分鳞片组织,不仅能降低羊毛的刺痒感及毡缩率。本发明还采用将3-(2-吡啶基二硫代)丙酸通过酯化偶联到淀粉上来合成硫醇化淀粉,与预活化的羊毛纤维进行接枝反应,接枝成功后的羊毛纤维应用于本发明的超薄超弹排汗保暖睡衣内衣面料能够进一步降低其毡缩率。其原因在于:硫醇化淀粉与羊毛纤维通过硫醇-二硫键交换反应,接枝效果更好,接枝更稳定。
测试例3
染色性能测试:
将染色后布样置于Premier 8400测色仪上测量其K/S值,每块布样在不同部位测三次,取其平均值。
耐摩擦色牢度测试:
按照参考标准GB/T 3920-2008对超薄超弹排汗保暖睡衣内衣面料测试其干摩擦牢度。采用AtlaS公司型号为CM-5的耐摩擦色牢度试验机,按样品的长度方向与仪器的行程方向一致将织物牢固在试验机底板位置。将干、湿摩擦布包裹在仪器的摩擦头上,保持织物的经向与摩擦头移动方向一致。每秒摩擦一次,总共摩擦十次。同时,根据参考标准GB/T251-2008来评定织物沾色等级。

从表2可以看出,本发明采用将3-(2-吡啶基二硫代)丙酸通过酯化偶联到淀粉上来合成硫醇化淀粉,与预活化的羊毛纤维进行接枝反应,接枝成功后的羊毛纤维应用于本发明的超薄超弹排汗保暖睡衣内衣面料能够有效提升其染色效果与耐摩擦色牢度。其原因可能在于:染料分子与处理后羊毛纤维发生了共价结合,牢固的共价键使得面料具有优异的耐摩擦色牢度。
以上详细描述了本发明的较佳具体实施例。应当理解,本领域的普通技术人员无需创造性劳动就可以根据本发明的构思作出诸多修改和变化。因此,凡本技术领域中技术人员依本发明的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案,皆应在由权利要求书所确定的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种超薄超弹排汗保暖睡衣内衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1按浴比1:(15~30)g/mL将羊毛纤维加入到氧化处理液中,在40~60℃的条件下搅拌40~60min,取出后用水冲洗干净,在40~60℃的条件下干燥18~48h;按浴比1:(15~30)g/mL将氧化处理后的羊毛加入到酶溶液中,在40~60℃下处理30~50min,然后升温至70~85℃灭酶5~15min,取出后用水冲洗干净,在40~60℃的条件下干燥18~48h,得到预处理后的羊毛;
S2将莫代尔纤维、吸湿排汗纤维、腈纶纤维、预处理后的羊毛纤维按照重量比例(10~50):(10~50):(10~50):(5~30)混合均匀后用双股紧密纺混纺得到混纺纱线,将混纺纱线和莱卡纱线纬编针织织造得到面料坯布;
S3将步骤S2得到的面料胚布按浴比1:(30~50)g/mL加入到染液中在10~35℃下保温10~30min,接着以1℃/min的速率升温至90~98℃,在90~98℃的条件下保温20~50min;冷却至室温;取出面料后用水冲洗干净,在40~60℃的条件下干燥18~48h,得到染色后的面料;
S4染色后的面料经蚀毛、剪毛、机械预缩整理后,得到超薄超弹排汗保暖睡衣内衣面料。
2.如权利要求1所述超薄超弹排汗保暖睡衣内衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中氧化处理液的制备方法为:用pH为8~9、浓度0.1~0.5moL/L的PBS缓冲液将20~40mL 30wt%H2O2、2~6g Na2SiO3定容至1000mL制备得到。
3.如权利要求1所述超薄超弹排汗保暖睡衣内衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中所述酶溶液的制备方法为:用pH为9.0~11.0、浓度0.1~0.5moL/L的PBS缓冲液将10~30g碱性蛋白酶定容至1000mL制备得到。
4.一种超薄超弹排汗保暖睡衣内衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
X1按浴比1:(15~30)g/mL将羊毛纤维加入到还原处理液中,在40~60℃、100~300rpm的条件下振荡1~3h,取出后用水冲洗干净,在40~60℃的条件下干燥18~48h;得到预活化的羊毛;按浴比1:(15~30)g/mL将预活化的羊毛加入到生物聚合物溶液中在10~40℃、100~300rpm的条件下振荡12~36h,用水冲洗干净,在40~60℃的条件下干燥18~48h,得到预处理后的羊毛;
X2将莫代尔纤维、吸湿排汗纤维、腈纶纤维、预处理后的羊毛纤维按照重量比例(10~50):(10~50):(10~50):(5~30)混合均匀后用双股紧密纺混纺得到混纺纱线,将混纺纱线和莱卡纱线纬编针织织造得到面料坯布;
X3将步骤X2得到的面料胚布按浴比1:(30~50)g/mL加入到染液中在10~35℃下保温10~30min,接着以1℃/min的速率升温至90~98℃,在90~98℃的条件下保温20~50min;冷却至室温;取出面料后用水冲洗干净,在40~60℃的条件下干燥18~48h,得到染色后的面料;
X4染色后的面料经蚀毛、剪毛、机械预缩整理后,得到超薄超弹排汗保暖睡衣内衣面料。
5.如权利要求4所述超薄超弹排汗保暖睡衣内衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述吸湿排汗纤维为Coolmax纤维、Coolplus纤维、WELLKEY纤维、Sweatsensor多微孔四叶形截面聚酯纤维、Aerocool聚酯纤维、Coolbst聚酯纤维中的任意一种。
6.如权利要求4所述超薄超弹排汗保暖睡衣内衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤X1中还原处理液的制备方法为:用pH为4.5~6.0、浓度0.1~0.5moL/L的PBS缓冲液将1~3g NaBH4、12~18g NaHSO3定容至1000mL制备得到。
7.如权利要求4所述超薄超弹排汗保暖睡衣内衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤X1中所述生物聚合物溶液的制备方法为:用pH为4.5~6.0、浓度0.1~0.5moL/L的PBS缓冲液将25~50g硫醇化小麦淀粉、5~30g阿拉伯胶定容至1000mL制备得到。
8.如权利要求4所述超薄超弹排汗保暖睡衣内衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中所述染液的制备方法为:将酸性染料5~15g、亲水硅油1~5g、渗透剂JFC 1~3g、平平加O 0.1~1g加入到1000mL水中,用柠檬酸调节pH至5.0,得到所述染液。
9.如权利要求4所述超薄超弹排汗保暖睡衣内衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤X3中所述染液的制备方法为:将酸性染料5~15g、亲水硅油1~5g、渗透剂JFC 1~3g、平平加O 0.1~1g加入到1000mL水中,用柠檬酸调节pH至5.0,得到所述染液。
10.一种超薄超弹排汗保暖睡衣内衣面料,其特征在于:采用如权利要求1~9中任一项所述的方法制备而成。
