Abstract
本发明公开了一种高弹、防汗羊毛混纺纱线,按照质量份计,羊毛混纺纱线由40‑60份羊毛纤维、20‑35份涤纶纤维和15‑25份氨纶纤维混纺而成;羊毛纤维预先经防缩改性处理,具体处理步骤为:(1)氧化处理:将羊毛纤维置于氧化处理溶液中氧化处理;(2)还原处理:使用还原处理液对经过氧化处理后的羊毛纤维进行还原处理;(3)酶水解处理:将经过还原处理后的羊毛纤维浸泡至由纯碱和蛋白分解酶混合的pH值为7.6‑8的碱性水溶液中,然后经水洗干燥即得防缩改性处理的羊毛纤维。该羊毛混纺纱线制成的面料柔软舒适,弹性优异,可贴身穿着,保暖性好,并具有优异的透气吸湿性。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种高弹、防汗羊毛混纺纱线及面料。
背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对服装的功能性要求日趋重视,健康舒适越来越成为人们对服装的基本要求,而纱线面料是制造服装的基本材料,纱线面料的结构将直接影响服装的功能性和舒适性。
羊毛纱线具有手感柔滑、色泽光洁,而且保暖性好,是作为衣服面料的首选原料,但是现有的羊毛纱线的主要原料为羊毛,其耐磨性较差,面料的表面在摩擦下容易起球,影响美观性,羊毛的吸湿透气性差、在湿润条件下容易发生收缩,而且羊毛表面存在一种由细胞碎片和软角质蛋白原生质构成的蛋白质污染物(PCL),俗称角质(或鳞片),其与纤维间存在较强的氢键结合力,它的残存使洗净毛色泽黯沉,质地较硬,采用传统的洗毛方法很难完全去除,且其与皮肤直接接触会刺痒、手感差,使得其无法直接制作贴身面料或运动服面料,限制了其的应用。
发明内容
为了解决上述背景技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种高弹、防汗羊毛混纺纱线及面料,其柔软舒适,弹性优异,可贴身穿着,保暖性好,并具有优异的透气吸湿性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明提供的第一方面,提供一种高弹、防汗羊毛混纺纱线,按照质量份计,所述羊毛混纺纱线由40-60份羊毛纤维、20-35份涤纶纤维和15-25份氨纶纤维混纺而成;
所述羊毛纤维预先经防缩改性处理,具体处理步骤为:
(1)氧化处理:将羊毛纤维置于氧化处理溶液中氧化处理20-30min,氧化处理温度为30-40℃,其中所述氧化处理溶液由氧化剂、渗透剂和水混合而成,氧化剂的用量为待处理羊毛纤维重量的3-10%,渗透剂的用量为待处理羊毛纤维重量的1-2%;
(2)还原处理:使用还原处理液对经过氧化处理后的羊毛纤维进行还原处理,所述还原处理液中还原剂的用量为待处理羊毛纤维重量的5-8%,还原处理时间为20-40min,还原处理温度为30-50℃;
(3)酶水解处理:将经过还原处理后的羊毛纤维浸泡至由纯碱和蛋白分解酶混合的pH值为7.6-8的碱性水溶液中,酶水解处理温度为40-50℃,处理时间为30-40min,然后经水洗干燥即得防缩改性处理的羊毛纤维。
优选地,所述氧化处理过程中氧化剂为过硫酸钠,所述渗透剂为异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钠盐。
优选地,所述还原处理液由还原剂、pH值调节剂和水混合而成,所述还原处理液的pH值为8-9.5,所述还原剂为亚硫酸钠或焦亚硫酸钠,所述pH值调节剂为硼酸-硼砂缓冲对、甘氨酸-氢氧化钠缓冲对或碳酸钠-碳酸氢钠缓冲对。
本发明的第二方面,提供一种羊毛面料,包括由上述高弹、防汗羊毛混纺纱线制成的空气层,所述空气层内侧设有亲肤层,所述亲肤层包括内芯和包覆在内芯外侧的外层,所述内芯为大豆纤维,所述外层为牛奶蛋白纤维。
优选地,所述空气层和所述亲肤层的重量比为1:(0.3-0.5)。
优选地,所述空气层面料的加工过程如下:
S1、胚布的制备:将羊毛混纺纱线经过织造制成胚布;
S2、胚布预处理:采用生物酶助剂对胚布进行预处理,其中生物酶助剂由质量比为1:(0.8-1):(0.4-0.7)的木瓜蛋白酶,果胶酶和丝氨酸蛋白酶混合而成;
S3、染色处理:对经过预处理后的胚布进行染色处理,得到染色布;
S4、水洗和烘干处理:对染色布进行水洗,并在水洗后烘干,得到空气层面料。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明中的羊毛混纺纱线由羊毛纤维、涤纶纤维和氨纶纤维混纺而成,既保持了羊毛纤维保暖舒适的优点,还具有氨纶纤维的高弹性、耐磨性及涤纶纤维良好的吸湿透气性和柔软性,发挥了不同纤维的长处,提高了产品的功能性,满足羊毛纱线市场不同需求,通过羊毛纤维采用氧化处理、还原处理和酶水解处理工序进行改性,可有效改善羊毛的缩绒性,提高了最终羊毛制品的尺寸稳定性。
本发明中的面料由空气层和亲肤层制成,空气层由羊毛混纺纱线制成,具有很好的保暖,吸湿防潮、透气吸湿性,且弹性优异,亲肤层由大豆纤维和牛奶蛋白纤维制成,质感光滑,舒适度高,可用于制作贴身面料或运动服面料;在空气层面料制备过程中,对胚布采用生物酶助剂进行预处理,可洗去羊毛表面的角质及蛋白质污染物,使得羊毛更加柔顺,亲肤性更好且易于染色。

具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例中高弹、防汗羊毛混纺纱线,由520g羊毛纤维、350g涤纶纤维和180g氨纶纤维混纺而成;
上述羊毛混纺纱线的制备过程如图1所示:
步骤一:对羊毛纤维预先进行防缩改性处理,具体处理流程如图2所示:
(1)氧化处理:将羊毛纤维置于氧化处理溶液中氧化处理20min,氧化处理温度为40℃,其中氧化处理溶液由氧化剂、渗透剂和水混合而成,氧化剂的用量为待处理羊毛纤维重量的5%,渗透剂的用量为待处理羊毛纤维重量的1%,其中,氧化剂为过硫酸钠,渗透剂为异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钠盐;
(2)还原处理:使用还原处理液对经过氧化处理后的羊毛纤维进行还原处理,还原处理液中还原剂的用量为待处理羊毛纤维重量的5%,还原处理时间为30min,还原处理温度为50℃,其中还原处理液由还原剂、pH值调节剂和水混合而成,还原处理液的pH值为9,还原剂为亚硫酸钠,pH值调节剂为碳酸钠-碳酸氢钠缓冲对;
(3)酶水解处理:将经过还原处理后的羊毛纤维浸泡至由纯碱和蛋白分解酶混合的pH值为7.6的碱性水溶液中,酶水解处理温度为40℃,处理时间为30min,然后经水洗干燥即得防缩改性处理的羊毛纤维;
步骤二:将经过改性处理的羊毛纤维、涤纶纤维和氨纶纤维进行混合,生产混合均匀的混合条;
步骤三:利用针板、精梳机、圆梳对混合条进行3-5次的合并、牵伸和梳理,得到纱线条干;
步骤四:对纱线条干纺纱的过程中,采用反捻纱技术,得到羊毛混纺纱线。
本实施例中羊毛面料,包括由上述羊毛混纺纱线制成的空气层1,空气层1内侧设有亲肤层2(如图3所示),其中,空气层1和亲肤层2的重量比为1:0.4,亲肤层2包括内芯3和包覆在内芯3外侧的外层4(如图4所示),内芯3为大豆纤维,外层4为牛奶蛋白纤维。
上述空气层面料的加工过程如图5所示:
S1、胚布的制备:将羊毛混纺纱线经过织造制成胚布;
S2、胚布预处理:采用生物酶助剂对胚布进行预处理,其中生物酶助剂由质量比为1:0.9:0.6的木瓜蛋白酶,果胶酶和丝氨酸蛋白酶混合而成;
S3、染色处理:通过复合染料对经过预处理后的胚布进行染色处理,染色温度为40-120℃,得到染色布,复合染料由质量比为1:0.5的涤氨专用染料大爱尼克司分散染料Dianix dyes和Lanasol dyes活性羊毛染料混合配置而成;
S4、水洗和烘干处理:对染色布进行水洗,并在水洗后烘干,得到空气层面料。
实施例2
本实施例中高弹、防汗羊毛混纺纱线,由400g羊毛纤维、280g涤纶纤维和250g氨纶纤维混纺而成;
上述羊毛混纺纱线的制备过程如图1所示:
步骤一:对羊毛纤维预先进行防缩改性处理,具体处理流程如图2所示:
(1)氧化处理:将羊毛纤维置于氧化处理溶液中氧化处理30min,氧化处理温度为30℃,其中氧化处理溶液由氧化剂、渗透剂和水混合而成,氧化剂的用量为待处理羊毛纤维重量的3%,渗透剂的用量为待处理羊毛纤维重量的2%,其中,氧化剂为过硫酸钠,渗透剂为异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钠盐;
(2)还原处理:使用还原处理液对经过氧化处理后的羊毛纤维进行还原处理,还原处理液中还原剂的用量为待处理羊毛纤维重量的8%,还原处理时间为20min,还原处理温度为30℃,其中还原处理液由还原剂、pH值调节剂和水混合而成,还原处理液的pH值为8,还原剂为亚硫酸钠,pH值调节剂为硼酸-硼砂缓冲对;
(3)酶水解处理:将经过还原处理后的羊毛纤维浸泡至由纯碱和蛋白分解酶混合的pH值为8的碱性水溶液中,酶水解处理温度为40℃,处理时间为30min,然后经水洗干燥即得防缩改性处理的羊毛纤维;
步骤二:将经过改性处理的羊毛纤维、涤纶纤维和氨纶纤维进行混合,生产混合均匀的混合条;
步骤三:利用针板、精梳机、圆梳对混合条进行3-5次的合并、牵伸和梳理,得到纱线条干;
步骤四:对纱线条干纺纱的过程中,采用反捻纱技术,得到羊毛混纺纱线。
本实施例中羊毛面料,包括由上述羊毛混纺纱线制成的空气层1,空气层1内侧设有亲肤层2(如图3所示),其中,空气层1和亲肤层2的重量比为1:0.5,亲肤层2包括内芯3和包覆在内芯3外侧的外层4(如图4所示),内芯3为大豆纤维,外层4为牛奶蛋白纤维。
上述空气层面料的加工过程如图5所示:
S1、胚布的制备:将羊毛混纺纱线经过织造制成胚布;
S2、胚布预处理:采用生物酶助剂对胚布进行预处理,其中生物酶助剂由质量比为1:0.8:0.7的木瓜蛋白酶,果胶酶和丝氨酸蛋白酶混合而成;
S3、染色处理:通过复合染料对经过预处理后的胚布进行染色处理,染色温度为40-120℃,得到染色布,复合染料由质量比为1:0.8的涤氨专用染料大爱尼克司分散染料Dianix dyes和Lanasol dyes活性羊毛染料混合配置而成;
S4、水洗和烘干处理:对染色布进行水洗,并在水洗后烘干,得到空气层面料。
实施例3
本实施例中高弹、防汗羊毛混纺纱线,由580g羊毛纤维、300g涤纶纤维和210g氨纶纤维混纺而成;
上述羊毛混纺纱线的制备过程如图1所示:
步骤一:对羊毛纤维预先进行防缩改性处理,具体处理流程如图2所示:
(1)氧化处理:将羊毛纤维置于氧化处理溶液中氧化处理20min,氧化处理温度为30℃,其中氧化处理溶液由氧化剂、渗透剂和水混合而成,氧化剂的用量为待处理羊毛纤维重量的10%,渗透剂的用量为待处理羊毛纤维重量的1%,其中,氧化剂为过硫酸钠,渗透剂为异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钠盐;
(2)还原处理:使用还原处理液对经过氧化处理后的羊毛纤维进行还原处理,还原处理液中还原剂的用量为待处理羊毛纤维重量的5%,还原处理时间为30min,还原处理温度为40℃,其中还原处理液由还原剂、pH值调节剂和水混合而成,还原处理液的pH值为9.5,还原剂为亚硫酸钠,pH值调节剂为碳酸钠-碳酸氢钠缓冲对;
(3)酶水解处理:将经过还原处理后的羊毛纤维浸泡至由纯碱和蛋白分解酶混合的pH值为7.6的碱性水溶液中,酶水解处理温度为50℃,处理时间为30min,然后经水洗干燥即得防缩改性处理的羊毛纤维;
步骤二:将经过改性处理的羊毛纤维、涤纶纤维和氨纶纤维进行混合,生产混合均匀的混合条;
步骤三:利用针板、精梳机、圆梳对混合条进行3-5次的合并、牵伸和梳理,得到纱线条干;
步骤四:对纱线条干纺纱的过程中,采用反捻纱技术,得到羊毛混纺纱线。

S3、染色处理:通过复合染料对经过预处理后的胚布进行染色处理,染色温度为40-120℃,得到染色布,复合染料由质量比为1:1的涤氨专用染料大爱尼克司分散染料Dianix dyes和Lanasol dyes活性羊毛染料混合配置而成;
S4、水洗和烘干处理:对染色布进行水洗,并在水洗后烘干,得到空气层面料。
实施例4
本实施例中高弹、防汗羊毛混纺纱线,由600g羊毛纤维、200g涤纶纤维和150g氨纶纤维混纺而成;
上述羊毛混纺纱线的制备过程如图1所示:
步骤一:对羊毛纤维预先进行防缩改性处理,具体处理流程如图2所示:
(1)氧化处理:将羊毛纤维置于氧化处理溶液中氧化处理30min,氧化处理温度为30℃,其中氧化处理溶液由氧化剂、渗透剂和水混合而成,氧化剂的用量为待处理羊毛纤维重量的3%,渗透剂的用量为待处理羊毛纤维重量的2%,其中,氧化剂为过硫酸钠,渗透剂为异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钠盐;
(2)还原处理:使用还原处理液对经过氧化处理后的羊毛纤维进行还原处理,还原处理液中还原剂的用量为待处理羊毛纤维重量的6%,还原处理时间为20min,还原处理温度为30℃,其中还原处理液由还原剂、pH值调节剂和水混合而成,还原处理液的pH值为8,还原剂为焦亚硫酸钠,pH值调节剂为碳酸钠-碳酸氢钠缓冲对;
(3)酶水解处理:将经过还原处理后的羊毛纤维浸泡至由纯碱和蛋白分解酶混合的pH值为8的碱性水溶液中,酶水解处理温度为40℃,处理时间为30min,然后经水洗干燥即得防缩改性处理的羊毛纤维;
步骤二:将羊毛纤维、涤纶纤维和氨纶纤维进行混合,生产混合均匀的混合条;
步骤三:利用针板、精梳机、圆梳对混合条进行3-5次的合并、牵伸和梳理,得到纱线条干;
步骤四:对纱线条干纺纱的过程中,采用反捻纱技术,得到羊毛混纺纱线。

对比例1
对比例1为实施例1的对比实验例,两者区别点在于:对比例1中未对羊毛纤维预先进行防缩改性处理,其余均与实施例1相同。
对比例2
对比例2为实施例1的对比实验例,两者区别点在于:对比例1羊毛面料中空气层面料制备过程中未采用生物酶助剂对胚布进行预处理,其余均与实施例1相同。
实验例
分别对实施例1至实施例4、对比例1、对比例2中制得的羊毛面料进行防缩性能测试,并对面料的手感进行测试,测试结果见表1。
其中防缩性能测试具体为:根据国际羊毛纺织品组织(IWTO)的测试方法TM31对未经处理的和经过五次水洗处理后的羊毛面料的防毡缩性能进行评价,实验结果为羊毛面料松弛后的毡缩百分比,计算公式如下:面积收缩率(%)=W.S+L.S-W.S×L.S/100,其中W.S为纬向毡缩率(%),L.S为径向毡缩率(%)。
面料手感测试具体为:使用羊毛面料手感仪对羊毛面料的手感进行检测,面料手感分为Ⅰ-Ⅴ级,其中Ⅰ级柔软度最优。
表1实施例1至实施例4、对比例1、对比例2中制得的羊毛面料的性能测试结果
由表1中测试结果及图6中各面料的面积毡缩率变化曲线图可看出,实施例1至实施例4中面料的毡缩率明显低于对比例1,即通过对羊毛纤维采用氧化处理、还原处理和酶水解处理工序进行改性,可有效改善羊毛的缩绒性,提高了最终羊毛制品的尺寸稳定性,且实施例1至实施例4中面料手感度明显优于对比例2中面料,即表示在空气层1面料制备过程中,对胚布采用生物酶助剂进行预处理,可洗去羊毛表面的角质及蛋白质污染物,使得羊毛更加柔顺,亲肤性更好。

Claims (6)
1.一种高弹、防汗羊毛混纺纱线,其特征在于,按照质量份计,所述羊毛混纺纱线由40-60份羊毛纤维、20-35份涤纶纤维和15-25份氨纶纤维混纺而成;
所述羊毛纤维预先经防缩改性处理,具体处理步骤为:
(1)氧化处理:将羊毛纤维置于氧化处理溶液中氧化处理20-30min,氧化处理温度为30-40℃,其中所述氧化处理溶液由氧化剂、渗透剂和水混合而成,氧化剂的用量为待处理羊毛纤维重量的3-10%,渗透剂的用量为待处理羊毛纤维重量的1-2%;
(2)还原处理:使用还原处理液对经过氧化处理后的羊毛纤维进行还原处理,所述还原处理液中还原剂的用量为待处理羊毛纤维重量的5-8%,还原处理时间为20-40min,还原处理温度为30-50℃;
(3)酶水解处理:将经过还原处理后的羊毛纤维浸泡至由纯碱和蛋白分解酶混合的pH值为7.6-8的碱性水溶液中,酶水解处理温度为40-50℃,处理时间为30-40min,然后经水洗干燥即得防缩改性处理的羊毛纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高弹、防汗羊毛混纺纱线,其特征在于,所述氧化处理过程中氧化剂为过硫酸钠,所述渗透剂为异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钠盐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高弹、防汗羊毛混纺纱线,其特征在于,所述还原处理液由还原剂、pH值调节剂和水混合而成,所述还原处理液的pH值为8-9.5,所述还原剂为亚硫酸钠或焦亚硫酸钠,所述pH值调节剂为硼酸-硼砂缓冲对、甘氨酸-氢氧化钠缓冲对或碳酸钠-碳酸氢钠缓冲对。
4.一种羊毛面料,其特征在于,包括由权利要求1至3中任一项所述的高弹、防汗羊毛混纺纱线制成的空气层,所述空气层内侧设有亲肤层,所述亲肤层包括内芯和包覆在内芯外侧的外层,所述内芯为大豆纤维,所述外层为牛奶蛋白纤维。
5.根据权利要求4所述的羊毛面料,其特征在于,所述空气层和所述亲肤层的重量比为1:(0.3-0.5)。

S1、胚布的制备:将羊毛混纺纱线经过织造制成胚布;
S2、胚布预处理:采用生物酶助剂对胚布进行预处理,其中生物酶助剂由质量比为1:(0.8-1):(0.4-0.7)的木瓜蛋白酶,果胶酶和丝氨酸蛋白酶混合而成;
S3、染色处理:对经过预处理后的胚布进行染色处理,得到染色布;
S4、水洗和烘干处理:对染色布进行水洗,并在水洗后烘干,得到空气层面料。
