Abstract

本发明公开了一种电动装载机变速箱总成;箱体润滑油道一侧装润滑油管接头并由螺封堵,另一侧连接输入轴端盖进油孔;箱体挡位油道一侧连接挡位油管接头,另一侧连接操纵阀进油孔;通过连接座将变速箱总成固定在电动装载机上;外置泵将箱底润滑油通过滤芯器总成抽到润滑系统进入箱体的润滑和挡位油道,对变速箱内部零件润滑和通过操纵阀对挡位进行操控;轴承一右侧装有过油套,输入轴中部设润滑油道,箱体上的润滑油道、输入轴端盖进油孔、过油套的过油孔及输入轴的润滑油道连通在一起,实现润滑油对变速箱内部的倒挡行星排总成、一挡行星排总成和三轴总成的强制润滑。本发明解决了现有技术中电动装载机用变速箱总成挡位多、成本高的问题。

本发明涉及装载机变速箱总成,具体涉及电动装载机变速箱总成。
背景技术
随着能量消耗的不断增加,特别是空气污染的日趋严重,节能减排已成为当今中国最为迫切解决的问题之一。工程机械作为大排放机械,技能减排势在必行。因此,电动装载机应运而生。电动装载机是指将动力电池或网电等作为能量源为整机提供动力以驱动整机作业行驶的装载机机型。电动装载驱动强劲、驾驶体验舒适、绿色环保无污染、适用于港口、矿区、钢铁、煤炭各大领域,特别适用于砂石和混凝土行业。其高效驱动电机与成熟双变系统以及毫秒的响应速度,使电机动力来源更直接,实现零排放无污染。
变速箱是用来改变来自发动机的转速和转矩的机构,它能固定或分挡改变输出轴和输入轴的传动比,是电动装载机的核心传动部件之一。目前电动装载机在国内处于起步阶段,普遍借用原有的变速箱总成,并没有一款适合的变速箱用于电动装载机,因电动装载机采用电机输入,电机的转速可以达到很高,要求变速箱的挡位数少,而现有的变速箱总成存在挡位多,制作与维护成本高,为此需要提出一种电动装载机变速箱总成来解决此问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述缺陷,提供一种结构简单、制造与维护成本低、使用高效可靠的电动装载机变速箱总成,以解决现有技术中电动装载机用变速箱总成挡位多、成本高的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明电动装载机变速箱总成包括输入轴总成1、箱体2、倒挡行星排总成3、一挡行星排总成4、太阳轮5、三轴总成6、制动器总成7、输出轴总成8、螺塞9、润滑油管接头10、连接座11、挡位油管接头12、操纵阀13、加油管14、滤芯器总成15、尼龙自锁螺母16、垫圈17、密封环一18、法兰19、输入轴20、防尘罩21、油封22、轴承一23、输入轴端盖24、过油套25、挡圈26、轴承二27和密封环二28;所述箱体2上设有润滑油油道和挡位油油道;润滑油油道一侧安装有润滑油管接头10并由螺塞9封堵,另一侧与输入轴端盖25上的进油孔连接;挡位油油道一侧连接安装有挡位油管接头12,另一侧与操纵阀13的进油孔连接,操纵阀13安装在箱体2的右侧面;输入轴总成1安装在箱体2的前侧面;倒挡行星排总成3安装在箱体2内部,倒挡行星排总成3右侧安装有一挡行星排总成4,一挡行星排总成4右侧安装有三轴总成6;输入轴总成1通过太阳轮5与倒挡行星排总成3、一挡行星排总成4和三轴总成6连接;三轴总成6的下方安装有输出轴总成8,输出轴总成8安装在箱体的下方;制动器总成7的固定板安装在箱体2上,制动器总成7中的制动器安装在输出轴总成8的制动盘上;连接座11安装在箱体2中间的左、右侧面,通过连接座11将变速箱总成固定在电动装载机上;滤芯器总成15安装在箱体2下方的左侧面,外置泵将变速箱底部的润滑油通过滤芯器总成15抽取到润滑系统中,分别进入到箱体2上的润滑油油道和挡位油油道,进行对变速箱内部零件润滑和通过操纵阀13对挡位进行操控;加油管14安装在箱体2下方的右侧面,用于加入润滑油;输入轴总成1中的输入轴20右侧通过轴承二27安装在箱体2上,并通过挡圈26限位;输入轴20左侧安装有轴承一23,轴承一23的左侧通过花键安装有法兰19,法兰19的左侧安装有密封环一18,并通过垫圈17和尼龙自锁螺母16锁紧;输入轴端盖24的内孔与轴承一23外圈配合安装,输入轴端盖24的外圆与箱体2配合安装并通过螺栓锁紧,输入轴端盖24左侧安装有油封22,油封22的内圆与法兰19的外圆配合密封,法兰19的右侧安装有防尘罩21;轴承一23的右侧安装有过油套25,输入轴20的中部设有润滑油油道,润滑油油道的右侧设有密封环二28,密封环28的外圆与过油套25配合,箱体2上的润滑油油道、输入轴端盖24上的进油孔、过油套25上的过油孔以及输入轴20的润滑油油道连通在一起,以实现润滑油对变速箱内部的倒挡行星排总成3、一挡行星排总成4和三轴总成6的强制润滑。
上述结构的电动装载机变速箱总成,具有以下技术特点和有益效果:
1、设计了可用于电动装载机的变速箱总成,实现二前一倒三个挡位,解决了现有电动装载机用变速箱总成挡位多,成本高的问题,大大提高了企业效益和产品的市场竞争力;
2、箱体上设有润滑油油道,对箱体内部的倒挡行星排总成、一挡行星排总成和三轴总成进行强制润滑,大大提高了产品质量。
