技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚丙烯纤维布复合板,属于高分子材料技术领域。
背景技术
聚丙烯(PP)属于热塑性树脂,是五大通用树脂之一。外观为白色粒料,无味、无毒,由于晶体结构规整,具备易加工、抗冲击强度、抗挠曲性以及电绝缘性好等优点,在汽车工业、家用电器、电子、包装及建材家具等方面具有广泛的应用。
而现有技术中的聚丙烯纤维布复合板,其采用双层结构,即由一层聚丙烯板以及固定设置在聚丙烯板上的纤维布构成,纤维布为玻璃布或涤纶布。这种结构的聚丙烯纤维布复合板强度有限,适用范围比较小。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种聚丙烯纤维布复合板,使用了增强型聚丙烯膜,有效地提供了更高强度的聚丙烯纤维布复合板,扩大了该产品的使用范围。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种聚丙烯纤维布复合板,其采用三层结构,上层和下层为增强型聚丙烯膜,中间层为微孔发泡聚丙烯,通过热加工将增强型聚丙烯膜附在微孔发泡聚丙烯上下表面形成聚丙烯纤维布复合板。
一种聚丙烯纤维布复合板,增强型聚丙烯膜包括如下组成成分:
聚丙烯 10~50%
聚苯醚 10~20%
三氟丙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物 5~20%
黄麻纤维 20~35%
纳米碳酸钙 10~15%
偶联剂 0.5~1%
增韧剂 3~10%
分散剂 1~3%
助剂 1~3%
无机物 1~3%

增强型聚丙烯膜的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)、将上述的各个比例的不同组分混合后,加入稀释剂制得铸膜液;
(2)、将铸膜液经过过滤器过滤;
(3)、将过滤后的铸膜液输送至喷丝头中,喷丝头挤出后经过降温冷却,固化得到增强型聚丙烯膜前体;
(4)、将增强型聚丙烯膜前体送入卷绕机收卷后,用萃取剂萃取,得到增强型聚丙烯膜。
优选地,上述萃取剂为丙酮。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
1、出色的耐高温冲击韧性。
2、邵氏硬度达到D级。
3、满足军工、汽车、航天等要求,适用广泛。

实施例1:
一种聚丙烯纤维布复合板,其采用三层结构,上层和下层为增强型聚丙烯膜,中间层为微孔发泡聚丙烯,通过热加工将增强型聚丙烯膜附在微孔发泡聚丙烯上下表面形成聚丙烯纤维布复合板。
增强型聚丙烯膜包括如下组成成分:
聚丙烯 :20%;聚苯醚15%;三氟丙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物:15% ;黄麻纤维:30%;纳米碳酸钙10%;乙烯基硅烷偶联剂1%;增韧剂6%;分散剂1%;抗氧剂1%;二氧化硅1%。
上述比例为质量百分比。
增强型聚丙烯膜的制作方法:
(1)、将上述的各个比例的不同组分混合后,加入稀释剂制得铸膜液;
(2)、将铸膜液经过过滤器过滤;
(3)、将过滤后的铸膜液输送至喷丝头中,喷丝头挤出后经过降温冷却,固化得到增强型聚丙烯膜前体;
(4)、将增强型聚丙烯膜前体送入卷绕机收卷后,用萃取剂萃取,得到增强型聚丙烯膜。
实施例2:

聚丙烯 :10%;聚苯醚15%;三氟丙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物:20% ;玻璃纤维:35%;纳米碳酸钙10%;乙烯基硅烷偶联剂2%;增韧剂3%;分散剂2%;抗氧剂2%;二氧化硅1%。
上述比例为质量百分比。
增强型聚丙烯膜的制作方法:
(1)、将上述的各个比例的不同组分混合后,加入稀释剂制得铸膜液;
(2)、将铸膜液经过过滤器过滤;
(3)、将过滤后的铸膜液输送至喷丝头中,喷丝头挤出后经过降温冷却,固化得到增强型聚丙烯膜前体;
(4)、将增强型聚丙烯膜前体送入卷绕机收卷后,用萃取剂萃取,得到增强型聚丙烯膜。
实施例3:
一种聚丙烯纤维布复合板,其采用三层结构,上层和下层为增强型聚丙烯膜,中间层为微孔发泡聚丙烯,通过热加工将增强型聚丙烯膜附在微孔发泡聚丙烯上下表面形成聚丙烯纤维布复合板。
增强型聚丙烯膜包括如下组成成分:
聚丙烯 :50%;聚苯醚10%;三氟丙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物: 5% ;玻璃纤维:15%;镁盐晶10%;乙烯基硅烷偶联剂1%;增韧剂6%;分散剂1%;色粉1%;二氧化硅1%。
上述比例为质量百分比。
增强型聚丙烯膜的制作方法:
(1)、将上述的各个比例的不同组分混合后,加入稀释剂制得铸膜液;
(2)、将铸膜液经过过滤器过滤;

6.根据权利要求2-4任一权利要求所述的一种聚丙烯纤维布复合板,其特征在于:所述助剂为抗氧剂或色粉。
7.根据权利要求2-4任一权利要求所述的一种聚丙烯纤维布复合板,其特征在于:所述无机物为二氧化硅。
8.权利要求2-4任一权利要求所述的增强型聚丙烯膜的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)、将权利要求2-4所述的各个比例的不同组分混合后,加入稀释剂制得铸膜液;
(2)、将铸膜液经过过滤器过滤;
(3)、将过滤后的铸膜液输送至喷丝头中,喷丝头挤出后经过降温冷却,固化得到增强型聚丙烯膜前体;
(4)、将增强型聚丙烯膜前体送入卷绕机收卷后,用萃取剂萃取,得到增强型聚丙烯膜。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,所述萃取剂为丙酮。
