本发明提供了一种阻燃氯化聚乙烯防水卷材,由PVC防水层、加强筋层和土工布层组成,其中PVC防水层的原料包括松香改性酚醛树脂、固化剂、亚磷酸酯、聚乙烯醇、增粘剂、润滑剂、铝酸酯偶联剂;本发明的制备方法,先塑炼再混炼,塑炼温度75℃,时间5min;混炼温度80℃,时间20min后,以2℃/min的速度降温至65℃;本发明的防水卷材,采用松香改性酚醛树脂、亚磷酸酯和铝酸酯偶联剂组成新型协同阻燃体系阻燃效率高,且同时具有良好的拉伸性能、低温弯折性、耐磨性能和抗冲击性能;采用本发明的配方及制备方法,以提高各个配方之间的相容性,促进反应进程和混合的均匀度,降低施工难度、扩大应用范围。

技术领域
本发明属于防水卷材技术领域,涉及一种阻燃氯化聚乙烯防水卷材,具体涉及一种阻燃氯化聚乙烯防水卷材及制备方法。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯简称PVC,商品名称简称为“氯塑”,由氯乙烯单体聚合而成的,是常用的热塑性塑料之一,这些热塑性聚合物通过挤压、注模、压模和其它热成型方法加工成有用的制品。聚氯乙烯具有优异的耐酸、耐碱、耐腐蚀性,质轻,搬运、装卸、施工便利,节省人工;采用聚氯乙烯作为建筑防水材料,主要存在耐候性、收缩性、加工流动性、成本等方面问题。
目前,现有技术中的阻燃氯化聚乙烯防水卷材在防水性能上不断优化,阻燃性的防水卷材是通过添加阻燃成分来实现的,添加阻燃成分后阻燃性能会大大提升,但由于聚氯乙烯本身的特点,会同时带来氯化聚乙烯防水卷材抗冲击性能太差,卷材不软、特别是到冬天就不软了,脆性变大,不能抵抗低温等方面的缺陷,这种缺陷在一定程度上制约了产品的施工难度、应用范围和发展。
综上所述,如何进一步优化阻燃性氯化聚乙烯防水卷材的综合性能,成为本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明针对以上不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种阻燃氯化聚乙烯防水卷材及其制备方法。本发明可以实现以下发明目的:
本发明的一种阻燃氯化聚乙烯防水卷材,同时具有以下机械性能以及良好的阻燃性能:
(1)本发明的阻燃氯化聚乙烯防水卷材,拉伸性能得以提升;
(2)低温弯折性为-30℃无裂纹;
(3)热老化性好,经热老化处理后,外观上无起泡,裂纹,分层、粘结和空洞;
(4)PVC防水层耐磨损力强;
(5)在较强的冲击力下不发生渗水,抗冲击性能好;
(6)阻燃效率高,总燃烧时间短,能够有效控制火灾的蔓延和扩散。
本发明的阻燃氯化聚乙烯防水卷材,采用松香改性酚醛树脂、固化剂、亚磷酸酯和铝酸酯偶联剂组成新型协同阻燃体系阻燃效率高,且同时具有良好的拉伸性能,热老化性、低温弯折性、耐磨性能和抗冲击性能等特点;采用本发明的配方及其制备方法,以提高各个配方之间的相容性,促进反应进程和混合的均匀度,得到了性能优良的阻燃氯化聚乙烯防水卷材。
为解决上述技术问题,采用以下技术方案:
一种阻燃氯化聚乙烯防水卷材的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)按配比将PVC树脂、松香改性酚醛树脂、丁苯橡胶、丁腈胶乳、亚磷酸酯、聚乙烯醇、润滑剂、1-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、丙烯酰氯和固化剂质量的一半,置于高速均质机中混合20min,搅拌混合均匀制成混合料,缓慢加热至70-80℃;
(b)待开始融化后,加入固化剂叶腊石粉质量的另一半,转入到炼胶机塑炼再混炼;
(c)进入过滤挤出机过滤挤出并经粉碎,通过100目的过滤网,得粒料;
(d)将粒料加入成型挤出机,出片,得PVC防水层,与加强筋层和土工布层经过85-90℃加温轧辊压光成本发明的防水卷材。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,所述(b)中,塑炼温度控制在75℃,塑炼时间为5min。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,所述(b)中,塑炼完成之后,加入铝酸酯偶联剂、甲苯二异氰酸酯和增粘剂,继续加热,温度控制在80℃,混炼时间20min后,以2℃/min的速度降温至65℃。

作为本发明优选的技术方案,所述松香改性酚醛树脂,软化点为145-151℃,酸值为20mgKOH/g;
所述固化剂为叶腊石粉,所述叶腊石粉,细度为1000目,熔点1685-1695℃,粒度为1-3mm,Al2O3含量25-30% ,SiO2含量42-45.5% ,Fe2O3含量0.4-0.45%。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,所述亚磷酸酯,熔点为183-187℃,灰份≤0.3%,挥发份≤0.5%,2,4-B含量≤0.2%;425nm下透光率≥98%,500nm下透光率≥98%。

本发明的一种阻燃氯化聚乙烯防水卷材自上而下包括PVC防水层、加强筋层和土工布层,加强筋层采用聚酯纤维织物;本发明的阻燃氯化聚乙烯防水卷材的制备步骤,如下:
(a)按配比将PVC树脂、松香改性酚醛树脂、丁苯橡胶、丁腈胶乳、亚磷酸酯、聚乙烯醇、润滑剂、1-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、丙烯酰氯和固化剂质量的一半,置于高速均质机中混合20min,搅拌混合均匀制成混合料,缓慢加热至70-80℃;
(b)待开始融化后,加入固化剂叶腊石粉质量的另一半,转入到炼胶机塑炼再混炼,塑炼温度控制在75℃,塑炼时间为5min;加入铝酸酯偶联剂、甲苯二异氰酸酯和增粘剂,继续加热,温度控制在80℃,混炼时间20min后,以2℃/min的速度降温至65℃;
(c)进入过滤挤出机过滤挤出并经粉碎,通过100目的过滤网出来并经粉碎后的粒料,干净无杂质而且均匀,光滑,流体阻力小,与同配方的普通工艺得到的粒料相比,其粗糙系数降低了85%,耐水压强度、耐外压强度、耐冲击强度分别提高了24%、20%和15%;
所述的普通工艺为,开始融化后加入铝酸酯偶联剂、甲苯二异氰酸酯和增粘剂转入到炼胶机塑炼,75℃下塑炼25min,未经过混炼和降温;
(d)将粒料加入成型挤出机,进入成型挤出机的粒料受热受压后,出片,得PVC防水层,与加强筋层和土工布层经过85-90℃加温轧辊压光成本发明的防水卷材。

其中,表格中实施例1和对比例1-5所对应的数据由实施例1和对比例1-5的配方按照实施例2所述的制备方法制备得到。

由以上数据可知:
(一)本发明实施例1的阻燃氯化聚乙烯防水卷材的各项机械性能都同时得到较大的提高:
(1)本发明的阻燃氯化聚乙烯防水卷材,拉伸性能得以提升,最大拉力时伸长率为22%,拉力为348N/cm;
(2)低温弯折性为-30℃无裂纹;
(3)热老化性好,经热老化处理后,最大拉力保持率为98.1%,最大拉力时伸长率保持率为96.5%,低温弯折性为-28℃无裂纹;外观上无起泡,裂纹,分层、粘结和空洞;
(4)PVC防水层耐磨损力强,可耐10023rad;
(5)具有较强的抗冲击性能,0.9kg.m,不发生渗水;
(6)阻燃效率高,总燃烧时间为0.01s。
(二)由实施例1和对比例1-5可知,本发明的阻燃氯化聚乙烯防水卷材,采用松香改性酚醛树脂、固化剂、亚磷酸酯和铝酸酯偶联剂组成新型协同阻燃体系阻燃效率高,且同时具有良好的拉伸性能,热老化性、低温弯折性、耐磨性能和抗冲击性能等特点;采用实施例2专用的制备方法,以提高各个配方之间的相容性,促进反应进程和混合的均匀度,得到了性能优良的阻燃氯化聚乙烯防水卷材。

(a)按配比将PVC树脂、松香改性酚醛树脂、丁苯橡胶、丁腈胶乳、亚磷酸酯、聚乙烯醇、润滑剂、1-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、丙烯酰氯和固化剂质量的一半,置于高速均质机中混合20min,搅拌混合均匀制成混合料,缓慢加热至70-80℃;
(b)待开始融化后,加入固化剂叶腊石粉质量的另一半,转入到炼胶机塑炼再混炼;
(c)进入过滤挤出机过滤挤出并经粉碎,通过100目的过滤网,得粒料;
(d)将粒料加入成型挤出机,出片,得PVC防水层,与加强筋层和土工布层经过85-90℃加温轧辊压光成本发明的防水卷材。

所述阻燃氯化聚乙烯防水卷材,由PVC防水层、加强筋层和土工布层组成,其中PVC防水层的原料包括PVC树脂和松香改性酚醛树脂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种阻燃氯化聚乙烯防水卷材,其特征在于,
所述原料包括:PVC树脂、松香改性酚醛树脂、丁苯橡胶、丁腈胶乳、固化剂、亚磷酸酯、聚乙烯醇、增粘剂、润滑剂、铝酸酯偶联剂、1-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、甲苯二异氰酸酯、丙烯酰氯。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种阻燃氯化聚乙烯防水卷材,其特征在于,
所述原料,按重量份,包括PVC树脂70份、松香改性酚醛树脂35份、丁苯橡胶20份、丁腈胶乳10份、固化剂15份、亚磷酸酯3份、聚乙烯醇8份、增粘剂12份、润滑剂6份、铝酸酯偶联剂0.02份、1-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮3份、甲苯二异氰酸酯6份、丙烯酰氯1份。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种阻燃氯化聚乙烯防水卷材,其特征在于,
所述松香改性酚醛树脂,软化点为145-151℃,酸值为20mgKOH/g;
所述固化剂为叶腊石粉,所述叶腊石粉,细度为1000目,熔点1685-1695℃,粒度为1-3mm,Al2O3含量25-30% ,SiO2含量42-45.5% ,Fe2O3含量0.4-0.45%。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种阻燃氯化聚乙烯防水卷材,其特征在于,
所述亚磷酸酯,熔点为183-187℃,灰份≤0.3%,挥发份≤0.5%,2,4-B含量≤0.2%;425nm下透光率≥98%,500nm下透光率≥98%。
9.根据权利要求4所述的一种阻燃氯化聚乙烯防水卷材,其特征在于,
所述润滑剂,为聚醚改性二甲基硅氧烷共聚体溶液,其质量百分浓度为20%,溶剂为二甲苯。
10.根据权利要求4所述的一种阻燃氯化聚乙烯防水卷材,其特征在于,
所述阻燃氯化聚乙烯防水卷材,最大拉力时伸长率为22%,拉力为348N/cm,抗冲击性能为0.9kg.m不发生渗水。
