Description

一种石墨烯锂电池极片的涂布装置及其涂布方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂布技术领域,尤其涉及一种石墨烯锂电池极片的涂布装置及其涂布方法。
背景技术
石墨烯锂电池,即利用锂离子在石墨烯表面和电极之间快速大量穿梭运动的特性,开发出的一种新能源电池。电池极片是电池中核心的组成部分,在生产电池极片时需要进行粉浆、涂布、碾压和剪切等工序,其中,涂布是生产电池极片的关键工序。
在电极制作过程中,需要使用到涂布装置将电极材料混合制成且具有流动性的涂料涂覆在基材上,而后干燥成型,现有的涂布装置结构简单,不能控制涂布厚度,且在涂布后不能快速干燥定型,可能因涂料的流动而发生下坠,导致涂布不均匀,涂布质量较低。
为解决上述问题,我们提出了一种石墨烯锂电池极片的涂布装置及其涂布方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决背景技术中的问题,而提出的一种石墨烯锂电池极片的涂布装置及其涂布方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种石墨烯锂电池极片的涂布装置,包括涂布装置本体,所述涂布装置本体内从上至下开设有涂布室、干燥室和中转腔,所述涂布室的上侧开口且在开口处固定连接有顶板,所述顶板内开设有涂布口,所述涂布口的两侧内壁从上至下依次转动安装有一对导向辊与一对涂布辊,两个所述涂布辊均连接有第一电机,两个所述第一电机相互远离的一侧均安装有伸缩气缸,所述顶板内开设有涂料腔,所述涂布口的另外两侧内壁且在涂布辊的上方与涂料腔连通有涂料出管,且涂料出管远离涂料腔的一端为下端,所述涂料腔的一侧连通有涂料进管,所述涂料进管上安装有涂料泵与流量阀;所述涂布室内对称设有两个直杆,且直杆贯穿涂布室内壁设置,两个所述直杆相对一端对称固定连接有内铲块,两个所述直杆相背一端对称固定连接有受压块,且受压块呈直角梯形,所述受压块的下端设有斜面,位于涂布室外的所述直杆上活动套接有弹簧,且弹簧的两端分别与受压块、涂布室的外壁固定连接,所述涂布室外设有弧形的联动板,所述涂布室的外壁固定安装有电动伸缩杆,且电动伸缩杆的伸缩端与联动板固定连接,所述联动板的两端均竖直固定连接有竖杆,所述竖杆的上端均转动安装有滚轮,且滚轮与斜面滚动接触;所述干燥室的一侧内壁上下平行固定连接有两个安装板,两个所述安装板之间左右对称设有两个吹风机构,所述中转室的两侧内壁转动安装有计长器。
在上述的石墨烯锂电池极片的涂布装置中,所述吹风机构包括固定在两个安装板相对一侧的滑杆和转动安装在两个安装板相对一侧的丝杆,所述丝杆的上端贯穿安装板设置,所述丝杆与滑杆上共同套设有移动块,所述移动块上倾斜安装有轴流风扇,所述干燥室的内壁且在滑杆远离丝杆的一侧固定安装有滑动变阻器,所述滑动变阻器上滑动有滑片,且滑片与移动块固定连接,所述滑动变阻器、轴流风扇共同与外置电源电性连接,两个所述吹风机构共同连接有驱动机构,所述干燥室的两侧内壁从上至下固定安装有密度逐渐增大的加热管。
在上述的石墨烯锂电池极片的涂布装置中,两个所述第一电机的驱动方向相反。
在上述的石墨烯锂电池极片的涂布装置中,两个所述内铲块内对称开设有呈L型的导流孔,所述涂布室的内底壁且在导流孔的下方固定连接有环形的回收槽。
在上述的石墨烯锂电池极片的涂布装置中,所述移动块内嵌设有与滑杆滑动连接的直线轴承和与丝杆螺纹连接的滚珠螺母。
在上述的石墨烯锂电池极片的涂布装置中,所述驱动机构包括与丝杆过盈配合的蜗轮,所述干燥室的内壁固定安装有第二电机,所述第二电机的输出端固定连接有与两个蜗轮啮合的蜗杆。
一种基于石墨烯锂电池极片的涂布装置的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
1)、电池极片从上至下依次穿过一对导向辊、一对涂布辊、两个内铲块之间、回收槽、依次贯穿涂布室的内底壁、干燥室的内底壁、绕过计长器并贯穿中转室的一侧内壁并连接牵引设备;
2)、根据需要来设定电池极片所需的涂布厚度:通过流量阀改变单位时间内通过涂料进管进入涂料腔的涂料量以及通过伸缩气缸改变两个第一电机/涂布辊之间间距;
3)、与步骤2)中同理,通过电动伸缩杆伸缩,使受压块受到水平方向的作用力,改变内铲块与电池极片之间间距;
4)、第二电机选用伺服电机,并通过伺服驱动器设定第二电机正反转的时间,第二电机通过相互啮合的一个蜗杆和两个蜗轮将转矩传递给丝杆,使移动块在丝杆上往复直线运动,使轴流风扇带动热空气对电池极片上的涂料吹干且避免下坠;
5)、经过计长器的电池极片实时被统计长度,以便后续剪切再加工。
与现有的技术相比,本石墨烯锂电池极片的涂布装置的优点在于:
1、在涂布辊向内啮合的过程中,不断将涂料涂布在电池极片是侧表面,通过改变流量阀改变单位时间内进入涂料腔内的涂料量,通过改变两个涂布辊之间间距改变单位时间内电池极片的涂布厚度;
2、电动伸缩杆推出联动板、竖杆和滚轮,滚轮与受压块接触的过程中对其产生朝向电池极片的水平分力,进而与涂布辊同样地改变与内铲块与电池极片之间间距,对除指定厚度的涂料铲除,且铲除的涂料通过导流孔导入回收槽内进行重新回收利用;
3、移动块随着丝杆的转动而往复直线运动,在移动块逐渐向上移动的过程中,滑片在滑动变阻器上滑动,以此减小滑动变阻器在与轴流风扇、外置电源所在电路的总阻值,增大所在电路的电流强度,轴流风扇的风力逐渐增大,以此避免涂料在电池极片侧表面发生下坠,导致涂布厚度不均的情况;
4、本发明可自由控制涂布厚度,提升涂布质量,且在后续烘干时根据高度改变风力大小,使涂布更均匀。

参照图1-4,一种石墨烯锂电池极片的涂布装置,包括涂布装置本体1,涂布装置本体1内从上至下开设有涂布室3、干燥室4和中转腔5,涂布室3的上侧开口且在开口处固定连接有顶板2,顶板2内开设有涂布口,涂布口的两侧内壁从上至下依次转动安装有一对导向辊6与一对涂布辊7,两个涂布辊7均连接有第一电机,两个第一电机相互远离的一侧均安装有伸缩气缸,需要说明的是,第一电机与涂布辊7可在水平方向移动,涂布辊7包括插设在轴线上的辊轴,将辊轴两端与轴承座进行连接,且在涂布室3的内壁开设与轴承座滑动的滑槽,顶板2内开设有涂料腔8,涂布口的另外两侧内壁且在涂布辊7的上方与涂料腔8连通有涂料出管12,且涂料出管12远离涂料腔8的一端为下端,涂料腔8的一侧连通有涂料进管9,涂料进管9上安装有涂料泵10与流量阀11;
涂布室3内对称设有两个直杆13,且直杆13贯穿涂布室3内壁设置,两个直杆13相对一端对称固定连接有内铲块14,两个直杆13相背一端对称固定连接有受压块16,且受压块16呈直角梯形,受压块16的下端设有斜面,位于涂布室3外的直杆13上活动套接有弹簧17,且弹簧17的两端分别与受压块16、涂布室3的外壁固定连接,涂布室3外设有弧形的联动板19,涂布室3的外壁固定安装有电动伸缩杆18,且电动伸缩杆18的伸缩端与联动板19固定连接,联动板19的两端均竖直固定连接有竖杆20,竖杆20的上端均转动安装有滚轮21,且滚轮21与斜面滚动接触;
干燥室4的一侧内壁上下平行固定连接有两个安装板24,两个安装板24之间左右对称设有两个吹风机构,中转室5的两侧内壁转动安装有计长器34,为现有技术。
吹风机构包括固定在两个安装板24相对一侧的滑杆26和转动安装在两个安装板24相对一侧的丝杆25,丝杆25的上端贯穿安装板24设置,丝杆25与滑杆26上共同套设有移动块30,移动块30上倾斜安装有轴流风扇31,干燥室4的内壁且在滑杆26远离丝杆25的一侧固定安装有滑动变阻器33,滑动变阻器33上滑动有滑片32,且滑片32与移动块30固定连接,滑动变阻器33、轴流风扇31共同与外置电源电性连接,两个吹风机构共同连接有驱动机构,干燥室4的两侧内壁从上至下固定安装有密度逐渐增大的加热管23。
两个第一电机的驱动方向相反,参照图1,则两个第一电机的驱动方向一个为顺时针,一个为逆时针,带动两个涂布辊7向内啮合转动,对电池极片的两个侧面同时进行涂布。
两个内铲块14内对称开设有呈L型的导流孔15,涂布室3的内底壁且在导流孔15的下方固定连接有环形的回收槽22,电池极片铲除的涂料可通过导流孔15流入回收槽22内。
移动块30内嵌设有与滑杆26滑动连接的直线轴承和与丝杆25螺纹连接的滚珠螺母,通过滑杆26与直线轴承的滑动连接,滚珠螺母与丝杆25的螺纹连接,对移动块30进行限位。
驱动机构包括与丝杆25过盈配合的蜗轮27,干燥室4的内壁固定安装有第二电机28,第二电机28的输出端固定连接有与两个蜗轮27啮合的蜗杆29,第二电机28通过相互啮合的蜗杆29与蜗轮27将转矩传递给丝杆25。
下面根据使用方法来具体阐述下本装置的工作原理:
一种基于石墨烯锂电池极片的涂布装置的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
1)、电池极片从上至下依次穿过一对导向辊6、一对涂布辊7、两个内铲块14之间、回收槽22、依次贯穿涂布室3的内底壁、干燥室4的内底壁、绕过计长器34并贯穿中转室5的一侧内壁并连接牵引设备;
2)、根据需要来设定电池极片所需的涂布厚度:通过流量阀11改变单位时间内通过涂料进管9进入涂料腔8的涂料量以及通过伸缩气缸改变两个第一电机/涂布辊7之间间距;
涂料泵10通过流量阀11、涂料进管9不断向涂料腔8内加入涂料,涂料在涂料腔8内液面高度不断升高直至达到涂料出管12的高度,并通过涂料出管12流出至涂布辊7,在涂布辊7向内啮合的过程中,不断将涂料涂布在电池极片是侧表面,通过改变流量阀11改变单位时间内进入涂料腔8内的涂料量,通过改变两个涂布辊7之间间距改变单位时间内电池极片的涂布厚度。
3)、与步骤2)中同理,通过电动伸缩杆18伸缩,使受压块16受到水平方向的作用力,改变内铲块14与电池极片之间间距;
此步骤是为了适应步骤2),在电池极片从上向下传动的过程中,直杆13在弹簧17的弹性力下使两个内铲块14处于最远位置,受压块16处于最远离涂布室3外壁的位置,当需要改变内铲块14与电池极片的位置时,电动伸缩杆18推出联动板19、竖杆20和滚轮21,滚轮21与受压块16接触的过程中对其产生朝向电池极片的水平分力,进而与涂布辊7同样地改变与内铲块14与电池极片之间间距,对除指定厚度的涂料铲除,且铲除的涂料通过导流孔15导入回收槽22内进行重新回收利用。
4)、第二电机28选用伺服电机,并通过伺服驱动器设定第二电机28正反转的时间,第二电机28通过相互啮合的一个蜗杆29和两个蜗轮27将转矩传递给丝杆25,使移动块30在丝杆25上往复直线运动,使轴流风扇31带动热空气对电池极片上的涂料吹干且避免下坠;
作为此处的另一实施方式,可以将第二电机28替换为常用电机,丝杆25替换为往复丝杆,以此替代伺服电机以及控制伺服电机往复正反转;
移动块30随着丝杆25的转动而往复直线运动,在移动块30逐渐向上移动的过程中,滑片32在滑动变阻器33上滑动,以此减小滑动变阻器33在与轴流风扇31、外置电源所在电路的总阻值,增大所在电路的电流强度,轴流风扇31的风力逐渐增大,以此避免涂料在电池极片侧表面发生下坠,导致涂布厚度不均的情况,与此同理,在轴流风扇31逐渐下移的过程中,风力逐渐减小,这是因为在干燥室4内处于最下端的电池极片上的涂料已经干燥凝固,密度逐渐增大的加热管23使得干燥室4内从上至下的温度逐渐升高,需要说明的是,加热管23并连接有温控器,此为现有技术,以此控制加热管23的启闭。
5)、经过计长器34的电池极片实时被统计长度,以便后续剪切再加工;
计长器34在电池极片绕过时,不断计算其长度,便于后续处理。

所述涂布室(3)内对称设有两个直杆(13),且直杆(13)贯穿涂布室(3)内壁设置,两个所述直杆(13)相对一端对称固定连接有内铲块(14),两个所述直杆(13)相背一端对称固定连接有受压块(16),且受压块(16)呈直角梯形,所述受压块(16)的下端设有斜面,位于涂布室(3)外的所述直杆(13)上活动套接有弹簧(17),且弹簧(17)的两端分别与受压块(16)、涂布室(3)的外壁固定连接,所述涂布室(3)外设有弧形的联动板(19),所述涂布室(3)的外壁固定安装有电动伸缩杆(18),且电动伸缩杆(18)的伸缩端与联动板(19)固定连接,所述联动板(19)的两端均竖直固定连接有竖杆(20),所述竖杆(20)的上端均转动安装有滚轮(21),且滚轮(21)与斜面滚动接触;
所述干燥室(4)的一侧内壁上下平行固定连接有两个安装板(24),两个所述安装板(24)之间左右对称设有两个吹风机构,所述中转室(5)的两侧内壁转动安装有计长器(34)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯锂电池极片的涂布装置,其特征在于,所述吹风机构包括固定在两个安装板(24)相对一侧的滑杆(26)和转动安装在两个安装板(24)相对一侧的丝杆(25),所述丝杆(25)的上端贯穿安装板(24)设置,所述丝杆(25)与滑杆(26)上共同套设有移动块(30),所述移动块(30)上倾斜安装有轴流风扇(31),所述干燥室(4)的内壁且在滑杆(26)远离丝杆(25)的一侧固定安装有滑动变阻器(33),所述滑动变阻器(33)上滑动有滑片(32),且滑片(32)与移动块(30)固定连接,所述滑动变阻器(33)、轴流风扇(31)共同与外置电源电性连接,两个所述吹风机构共同连接有驱动机构,所述干燥室(4)的两侧内壁从上至下固定安装有密度逐渐增大的加热管(23)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯锂电池极片的涂布装置,其特征在于,两个所述第一电机的驱动方向相反。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯锂电池极片的涂布装置,其特征在于,两个所述内铲块(14)内对称开设有呈L型的导流孔(15),所述涂布室(3)的内底壁且在导流孔(15)的下方固定连接有环形的回收槽(22)。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种石墨烯锂电池极片的涂布装置,其特征在于,所述移动块(30)内嵌设有与滑杆(26)滑动连接的直线轴承和与丝杆(25)螺纹连接的滚珠螺母。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种石墨烯锂电池极片的涂布装置,其特征在于,所述驱动机构包括与丝杆(25)过盈配合的蜗轮(27),所述干燥室(4)的内壁固定安装有第二电机(28),所述第二电机(28)的输出端固定连接有与两个蜗轮(27)啮合的蜗杆(29)。
7.一种基于如权利要求1-6所述的石墨烯锂电池极片的涂布装置的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)、电池极片从上至下依次穿过一对导向辊(6)、一对涂布辊(7)、两个内铲块(14)之间、回收槽(22)、依次贯穿涂布室(3)的内底壁、干燥室(4)的内底壁、绕过计长器(34)并贯穿中转室(5)的一侧内壁并连接牵引设备;
2)、根据需要来设定电池极片所需的涂布厚度:通过流量阀(11)改变单位时间内通过涂料进管(9)进入涂料腔(8)的涂料量以及通过伸缩气缸改变两个第一电机/涂布辊(7)之间间距;
3)、与步骤2)中同理,通过电动伸缩杆(18)伸缩,使受压块(16)受到水平方向的作用力,改变内铲块(14)与电池极片之间间距;
4)、第二电机(28)选用伺服电机,并通过伺服驱动器设定第二电机(28)正反转的时间,第二电机(28)通过相互啮合的一个蜗杆(29)和两个蜗轮(27)将转矩传递给丝杆(25),使移动块(30)在丝杆(25)上往复直线运动,使轴流风扇(31)带动热空气对电池极片上的涂料吹干且避免下坠;
5)、经过计长器(34)的电池极片实时被统计长度,以便后续剪切再加工。
