Abstract

本发明公开了一种改进后的自动涂布机及自动涂布方法,包括机体、可调涂布辊组、刮刀装置以及循环装置,所述机体包括机箱和两个机架,所述机箱上口为凹槽形的矩形箱,所述机架为长方体,所述机架固定在机箱两端上,所述机箱与机架形成凹槽,所述机架之间设有可调涂布辊组和刮刀装置,所述可调涂布辊组包括上涂布辊和下涂布辊,所述刮刀装置包括刮刀、连接螺栓和调节螺栓,所述机箱内设有循环装置,所述循环装置包括供漆管、循环泵、调节阀以及喷漆管,所述喷漆管平行设置在上涂布辊之上。本发明的优点在于,通过循环装置和刮刀装置的设置,降低生产成本,提高涂漆质量,同时通过液位感应器的设置,减少人工看管,提高工作效率。

一种改进后的自动涂布机及自动涂布方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂布技术领域,具体为一种改进后的自动涂布机及自动涂布方法。
背景技术
传统的PCB板涂漆时是采用滚轮式涂油的操作方式,传统的滚轮是硬塑滚轮,根据PCB板涂漆时厚度的不同需求,生产者必需更换半径大小不同的硬塑滚轮来适应PCB板涂漆厚度不同的要求,造成生产成本高,工作效率低,同时,在传统的PCB板在涂油输送的过程中,由于底面与传送滚轮的表面接触,涂漆很容易粘在滚轮上,造成PCB板涂漆不均匀,产品质量差,成品率低等。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:现有涂布机构造成PCB板涂漆不均匀,产品质量差、生产成本高以及工作效率低。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种改进后的自动涂布机,包括机体、可调涂布辊组、刮刀装置以及循环装置,所述机体包括机箱和两个机架,所述机箱上口为凹槽形的矩形箱,所述机架为长方体,所述机架固定在机箱两端上,所述机箱与机架组合形成凹槽,所述凹槽内设有涂料,凹槽底部设有排漆口,所述机架之间设有可调涂布辊组和刮刀装置,所述可调涂布辊组包括上涂布辊和下涂布辊,所述刮刀装置包括刮刀、连接螺栓和调节螺栓,所述刮刀两端通过连接螺栓分别固定在可调螺栓的螺栓头以及螺栓位置,所述可调螺栓的螺栓头以及螺栓位置分开固定在两个机架之间,所述机箱内设有循环装置,所述循环装置包括供漆管、循环泵、调节阀以及喷漆管,所述供漆管一端连接凹槽的排漆口,一端连接循环泵,所述循环泵连接喷漆管,所述喷漆管平行设置在上涂布辊之上。
优选地,所述机架上设有平行的腰形通槽,所述可调螺栓穿过腰形通槽将刮刀固定在机架上,所述腰形通槽的上端设有标尺。
优选地,所述上涂布辊和下涂布辊之间间距的调节范围为0-10mm。
优选地,刮刀的长边一端设有刀刃,刮刀的两端部设有通孔。
优选地,所述可调螺栓与刮刀连接的端部设有凹形槽,并保证刮刀能够插入凹形槽。
优选地,所述喷漆管设有若干个喷口,并保证喷口的范围覆盖上涂布辊。
优选地,所述凹槽内的涂料高度大于下涂布辊下端的高度。
优选地,所述机架底端设有液位感应器,所述液位感应器的高度大于下涂布辊下端的高度。
优选地,所述液位感应器连接报警系统。
优选地,本发明还提供一种改进后的自动涂布机及自动涂布方法,包括如下步骤:
1).将上涂布辊和下涂布辊的间距调整到需要位置;
2).将刮刀与可调涂布辊组的间距调整到所需位置;
3).在凹槽内加入涂料,并保证完全浸润液位感应器;
4).启动可调涂布辊组和循环装置中的循环泵,将涂料输送到喷漆管内,对上涂布辊进行浸润;
5).刮刀对上涂布辊和下涂布辊的涂料进行刮涂均匀;
6).将PCB板输送至可调涂布辊组进行涂布;
7).当凹槽内的涂料下降到液位感应器下面时,报警系统启动报警,进行人工加入涂料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1.通过循环装置的设置,实现了涂料的充分使用,降低生产成本,并保证了上涂布轮始终浸润涂料,提高PCB板涂漆的质量。
2.通过上涂布辊和下涂布辊设有可调节范围,实现不同厚度PCB板的涂漆,提高工作效率;同时通过刮刀装置的设置,提高上涂布辊和下涂布辊上的涂料分布均匀,进一步的提高涂漆质量。
3.通过液位感应器的设置,对涂料的液位进行监控,减少人工看管,提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
为便于本领域技术人员理解本发明技术方案,现结合说明书附图对本发明技术方案做进一步的说明。
参阅图1至图3,本实施例公开了一种改进后的自动涂布机,包括机体1、可调涂布辊组2、刮刀装置3以及循环装置4,所述机体1包括机箱11和两个机架12,所述机箱11上口为凹槽形的矩形箱,所述机架12为长方体,所述机架12固定在机箱11两端上,所述机箱11与机架12组合形成凹槽13,所述凹槽13内设有涂料5,凹槽13底部设有排漆口14,所述机架12之间设有可调涂布辊组2和刮刀装置3,所述可调涂布辊组2包括上涂布辊21和下涂布辊22,所述刮刀装置3包括刮刀31、连接螺栓32和可调螺栓33,所述刮刀31两端通过连接螺栓32分别固定在可调螺栓33的螺栓头以及螺栓位置,所述可调螺栓33的螺栓头以及螺栓位置分开固定在两个机架12之间,所述机箱11内设有循环装置4,所述循环装置4包括供漆管41、循环泵42、调节阀43以及喷漆管44,所述供漆管41一端连接凹槽13的排漆口14,一端连接循环泵42,所述循环泵42连接喷漆管44,所述喷漆管44平行设置在上涂布辊21之上。
进一步的,所述机架12上设有平行的腰形通槽(图中未示),所述可调螺栓33穿过腰形通槽将刮刀31固定在机架12上,所述腰形通槽的上端设有标尺(图中未示),使得刮刀装置3够在腰型槽内移动,可以控制刮刀31与可调涂布辊组2之间的间距,。
进一步的,所述上涂布辊21和下涂布辊22之间间距的调节范围为0-10mm,保证涂布机可以对不同厚度的PCB板进行涂料,不需要更换涂布辊,提高工作效率。
进一步的,刮刀装置3中刮刀31的长边一端设有刀刃311,提高刮图效果,刮刀31的两端部设有通孔312,所述可调螺栓33与刮刀31连接的端部设有凹形槽,并保证刮刀能够插入凹形槽,再通过连接螺栓32穿过通孔312进行固定连接。
进一步的,所述喷漆管44设有若干个喷口441,并保证喷口441的范围覆盖上涂布辊21,使得上涂布辊12的涂料5分布均匀。
进一步的,所述凹槽13内的涂料5高度大于下涂布辊22下端的高度,所述机架12底端设有液位感应器6,所述液位感应器6的高度大于下涂布辊22下端的高度,保证下涂布辊22始终浸润在凹槽13内的涂料5中,所述液位感应器6连接报警系统(图中未示),当涂料5下降到液位感应器6下面后,报警系统启动报警,提示操作人员加入涂料5。
进一步的,自动涂布方法包括如下步骤:
1).将上涂布辊21和下涂布辊22的间距调整到需要位置;
2).将刮刀31与可调涂布辊组2的间距调整到所需位置;
3).在凹槽13内加入涂料5,并保证完全浸润液位感应器6;
4).启动可调涂布辊组2和循环装置4中的循环泵42,将涂料5输送到喷漆管44内,对上涂布辊21进行浸润;
5).刮刀31对上涂布辊21和下涂布辊22的涂料5进行刮涂均匀;
6).将PCB板输送至可调涂布辊组2进行涂布;
7).当凹槽13内的涂料5下降到液位感应器6下面时,报警系统启动报警,进行人工加入涂料5。

1.一种改进后的自动涂布机,其特征在于:包括机体、可调涂布辊组、刮刀装置以及循环装置,所述机体包括机箱和两个机架,所述机箱上口为凹槽形的矩形箱,所述机架为长方体,所述机架固定在机箱两端上,所述机箱与机架形成凹槽,所述凹槽内设有涂料,凹槽底部设有排漆口,所述机架之间设有可调涂布辊组和刮刀装置,所述可调涂布辊组包括上涂布辊和下涂布辊,所述刮刀装置包括刮刀、连接螺栓和可调螺栓,所述刮刀两端通过连接螺栓分别固定在可调螺栓的螺栓头以及螺栓位置,所述可调螺栓的螺栓头以及螺栓位置分开固定在两个机架之间,所述机箱内设有循环装置,所述循环装置包括供漆管、循环泵、调节阀以及喷漆管,所述供漆管一端连接凹槽的排漆口,一端连接循环泵,所述循环泵连接喷漆管,所述喷漆管平行设置在上涂布辊之上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进后的自动涂布机,其特征在于:所述机架上设有平行的腰形通槽,所述可调螺栓穿过腰形通槽将刮刀固定在机架上,所述腰形通槽的上端设有标尺。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进后的自动涂布机,其特征在于:所述上涂布辊和下涂布辊之间间距的调节范围为0-10mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进后的自动涂布机,其特征在于:所述刮刀的长边一端设有刀刃,刮刀的两端部设有通孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进后的自动涂布机,其特征在于:所述调节螺栓与刮刀连接的端部设有凹形槽,并保证刮刀能够插入凹形槽。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进后的自动涂布机,其特征在于:所述喷漆管设有若干个喷口,并保证喷口的范围覆盖上涂布辊。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进后的自动涂布机,其特征在于:所述凹槽内的涂料高度大于下涂布辊下端的高度。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进后的自动涂布机,其特征在于:所述机架底端设有液位感应器,所述液位感应器的高度大于下涂布辊下端的高度。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种改进后的自动涂布机,其特征在于:所述液位感应器连接报警系统。
10.采用权利要求1至9中任意一项所述的一种改进后的自动涂布机的自动涂布方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1).将上涂布辊和下涂布辊的间距调整到需要位置;
2).将刮刀与可调涂布辊组的间距调整到所需位置;
3).在凹槽内加入涂料,并保证完全浸润液位感应器;
4).启动可调涂布辊组和循环装置中的循环泵,将涂料输送到喷漆管内,对上涂布辊进行浸润;
5).刮刀对上涂布辊和下涂布辊的涂料进行刮涂均匀;
6).将PCB板输送至可调涂布辊组进行涂布;
7).当凹槽内的涂料下降到液位感应器下面时,报警系统启动报警,进行人工加入涂料。
