Abstract

本发明涉及一种具有阻燃带的卷烟纸的制造装置及制备方法。所述装置,包括相互平行接触且轴向旋转方向相反的第一涂布压榨辊和第二涂布压榨辊,所述卷烟纸穿过所述第一涂布压榨辊和第二涂布压榨辊的接触位置,所述第一涂布压榨辊和/或第二涂布压榨辊的外侧设有上料管,所述上料管上设有多个上料喷嘴。为了在阻燃带卷烟纸的单面或双面印刷阻燃剂,本发明首先通过在卷烟纸原纸的表面涂布氧化淀粉或羧甲基纤维素钠等抗扩散、抗渗透涂层材料,使卷烟纸原纸具有一定的抗扩散和抗渗透作用,达到在印刷阻燃带时减小褶皱的效果;还可以提高卷烟纸的抗张强度,达到提高卷烟纸的表面性能等作用。

Description

一种具有阻燃带的卷烟纸的制造装置及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸张的制造装置和制备方法,特别是涉及一种具有阻燃带的卷烟纸的制造装置及制备方法。
背景技术
一支烟头能毁万顷森林,由于吸烟而引起的火灾案例举不胜举。烟头的中心温度高达700~800℃,燃烧锥的表面温度也有300~500℃,其远远高于纸张、布匹等一般固体可燃物的燃点。利用具有阻燃带的卷烟纸卷制而成的香烟,可以有效提高香烟的安全性(即低引燃性)。
生产阻燃带卷烟纸的一种方法为在卷烟纸原纸上印刷具有一定间隔的阻燃带状涂层。当香烟自然燃烧到该阻燃带区域时,因阻燃带吸收热量并使氧气的进入量减少,从而使香烟自然熄灭;如果在香烟燃烧到阻燃带区域时进行抽吸,则香烟可因获得了较多的氧气而继续燃烧。
由于生产阻燃带卷烟纸的卷烟纸原纸为非印刷类纸张,没有进行施胶。卷烟纸原纸在凹版印刷机上印刷阻燃带状涂层时,带状涂层区域容易产生横向收缩,而非印刷区域通常没有横向收缩,从而极易导致在纸页上产生褶皱现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种在不改变卷烟纸原纸生产技术标准要求的前提下,能够有效减缓或避免阻燃带印刷后产生褶皱现象的具有阻燃带的卷烟纸的制造装置及制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种具有阻燃带的卷烟纸的制造装置,包括相互平行接触且轴向旋转方向相反的第一涂布压榨辊和第二涂布压榨辊,所述卷烟纸穿过所述第一涂布压榨辊和第二涂布压榨辊的接触位置,所述第一涂布压榨辊和/或第二涂布压榨辊的外侧设有上料管,所述上料管上设有多个上料喷嘴。
优选地,所述第二涂布压榨辊外侧设有上料管,且所述第二涂布压榨辊的侧部还设有与第二涂布压榨辊平行接触的涂布计量棒。
优选地,所述第一涂布压榨辊和第二涂布压榨辊的外侧均设有上料管,且所述第一涂布压榨辊和第二涂布压榨辊呈水平或倾斜设置,在所述第一涂布压榨辊和第二涂布压榨辊的接触位置形成料液储存槽。
更优选地,所述第一涂布压榨辊和第二涂布压榨辊轴向两侧的边缘相互齐平,并设有挡料板。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种制备具有阻燃带卷烟纸的方法,所述制备方法包括在卷烟纸原纸正面和/或反面涂布占所述卷烟纸原纸重量0.2~3.5%的抗扩散、抗渗透涂层材料。
优选地,在卷烟纸原纸正面或反面,单面表涂抗扩散、抗渗透涂层材料。
更优选地,在卷烟纸原纸正面和反面,双面浸涂抗扩散、抗渗透涂层材料。
进一步,所述抗扩散、抗渗透涂层材料包括质量浓度为0.3~8%的氧化淀粉或羧甲基纤维素纳。
优选地,所述方法还包括通过印刷工艺在所述阻燃带卷烟纸单面或双面印刷阻燃剂的步骤。
基于上述技术方案,本发明的优点是:
为了在阻燃带卷烟纸的单面或双面印刷阻燃剂,本发明首先通过在卷烟纸原纸的表面涂布氧化淀粉或羧甲基纤维素钠等抗扩散、抗渗透涂层材料,使卷烟纸原纸具有一定的抗扩散和抗渗透作用,达到在印刷阻燃带时减小褶皱的效果。同时,本发明在卷烟纸原纸的表面涂布的抗扩散、抗渗透涂层材料,还可以提高卷烟纸的抗张强度,达到提高卷烟纸的表面性能等作用。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图和实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。
实施例1:
参见图1和图2,其中示出本发明一种具有阻燃带的卷烟纸的制造装置的优选实施例。所述阻燃带2通过阻燃剂印刷设备印刷到卷烟纸1上,如图1所示。本发明所述阻燃带2的宽度为2~8mm。优选地,所述卷烟纸1设有至少两条阻燃带2,相邻两条阻燃带2之间的间距为10~30mm;优选地,本实施例中,阻燃带2为条形,阻燃带2的宽度6mm,相邻阻燃带2之间的间距为19mm。
如图2所示,其中示出了采用单面表涂纸页反面的示意结构。本发明的制造装置包括相互平行接触且轴向旋转方向相反(如图2中箭头所示方向)的第一涂布压榨辊3和第二涂布压榨辊4,所述卷烟纸5穿过所述第一涂布压榨辊3和第二涂布压榨辊4的接触位置,所述第一涂布压榨辊3或第二涂布压榨辊4的外侧设有上料管7;在本实施例中,优选地,所述第二涂布压榨辊4外侧设有上料管7,如图2所示;所述上料管7上设有多个上料喷嘴8;在本实施例中,上料管7上设有多个朝向第二涂布压榨辊4的上料喷嘴8。
进一步,在本实施例中,所述第二涂布压榨辊4的侧部还设有与第二涂布压榨辊4平行接触的涂布计量棒6。
工作时,事先制备好的涂布料液通过上料管7的上料喷嘴8,均匀的喷到第二涂布压榨辊4上,第二涂布压榨辊4上的料液通过涂布计量棒6与第二涂布压榨辊4之间的压力调节进行计量,将多余的料液刮掉,由此,涂布料液在第二涂布压榨辊4上便会形成均匀的料液薄膜,然后经由第二涂布压榨辊4和第一涂布压榨辊3的旋转而转移到卷烟纸5的纸面上。
本实施例采用氧化淀粉作为涂布料液,其配置的质量浓度为3%,并且,氧化淀粉占卷烟纸原纸重量的0.8%,以达到较好的抗扩散、抗渗透效果。
在实际应用中,对于本领域技术人员不难理解,可根据不同地域、不同环境下的温度、湿度等条件,依据具体纸页的褶皱状态、阻燃带透气性要求和干燥能力等因素,对上述浓度和比例进行微调,从而达到最理想的产品状态。
实施例2:
参见图3,其中示出本发明装置的另一种采用双面浸涂纸页的示意结构。在本实施例中,所述第一涂布压榨辊3和第二涂布压榨辊4呈水平或倾斜设置,此种结构使得本发明在所述第一涂布压榨辊3和第二涂布压榨辊4的接触位置处形成一料液储存槽,图3中所示为基本上呈水平状态。所述第一涂布压榨辊3和第二涂布压榨辊4的外侧均设有上料管7,如图3所示,所述第一涂布压榨辊3和第二涂布压榨辊4轴向两侧的边缘相互齐平,并设有挡料板9。由于第一涂布压榨辊3和第二涂布压榨辊4基本上呈水平状态,并且二者轴向两侧的边缘相互齐平,并设有挡料板9,因此,在第一涂布压榨辊3和第二涂布压榨辊4之间的接触区域中,会形成具有一定液位高度的涂布料液,从而使得卷烟纸5能够浸涂于其中,达到涂布液料的目的。
工作时,涂布料液通过两个上料管7分别流到第一涂布压榨辊3和第二涂布压榨辊4上,通过挡料板9的密封作用,会在第一涂布压榨辊3和第二涂布压榨辊4之间形成一定涂布料液液位,卷烟纸5的纸页在第一涂布压榨辊3和第二涂布压榨辊4之间通过,从而完成纸页浸涂涂布料液的工艺。并且,对于本领域技术人员不难理解,通过调节两个上料管7的流量,便能够使上料量等于纸页吸收的涂布料液量,确保涂布料液的液位稳定。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种制备具有阻燃带卷烟纸的方法,所述制备方法包括在卷烟纸原纸正面和/或反面涂布占所述卷烟纸原纸重量0.2~3.5%的抗扩散、抗渗透涂层材料。优选地,抗扩散、抗渗透涂层材料占卷烟纸原纸重量的0.5~2.5%。从而达到更好的抗扩散、抗渗透效果。
本发明方法的一种实施例为:在卷烟纸原纸正面或反面,单面表涂抗扩散、抗渗透涂层材料,如上述图2所示结构的相应工艺过程。
本发明方法的另一种实施例为:在卷烟纸原纸正面和反面,双面浸涂抗扩散、抗渗透涂层材料,如上述图3所示结构的相应工艺过程。
所述抗扩散、抗渗透涂层材料包括质量浓度为0.3~8%的氧化淀粉或羧甲基纤维素纳。优选地,氧化淀粉或羧甲基纤维素纳的质量浓度为1~5%,以达到较好的抗扩散、抗渗透效果。
在完成上述阻燃带卷烟纸原纸的处理工艺后,所述方法还包括通过印刷工艺在所述阻燃带卷烟纸单面或双面印刷阻燃剂的步骤,从而通过在卷烟纸原纸的表面涂布氧化淀粉或羧甲基纤维素钠等抗扩散、抗渗透涂层材料,使卷烟纸原纸具有一定的抗扩散和抗渗透作用,达到在印刷阻燃带时减小褶皱的效果。同时,本发明在卷烟纸原纸的表面涂布的抗扩散、抗渗透涂层材料,还可以提高卷烟纸的抗张强度,达到提高卷烟纸的表面性能等作用。
显而易见,本领域的普通技术人员,可以用本发明的一种具有阻燃带的卷烟纸的制造装置及制备方法,构成各种类型的纸张制造装置及制备方法。

Claims (9)

1.一种具有阻燃带的卷烟纸的制造装置,其特征在于:包括相互平行接触且轴向旋转方向相反的第一涂布压榨辊(3)和第二涂布压榨辊(4),所述卷烟纸穿过所述第一涂布压榨辊(3)和第二涂布压榨辊(4)的接触位置,所述第一涂布压榨辊(3)和/或第二涂布压榨辊(4)的外侧设有上料管(7),所述上料管(7)上设有多个上料喷嘴(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制造装置,其特征在于:所述第二涂布压榨辊(4)外侧设有上料管(7),且所述第二涂布压榨辊(4)的侧部还设有与第二涂布压榨辊(4)平行接触的涂布计量棒(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制造装置,其特征在于:所述第一涂布压榨辊(3)和第二涂布压榨辊(4)的外侧均设有上料管(7),且所述第一涂布压榨辊(3)和第二涂布压榨辊(4)呈水平或倾斜设置,在所述第一涂布压榨辊(3)和第二涂布压榨辊(4)的接触位置形成料液储存槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制造装置,其特征在于:所述第一涂布压榨辊(3)和第二涂布压榨辊(4)轴向两侧的边缘相互齐平,并设有挡料板(9)。
5.一种制备具有阻燃带卷烟纸的方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法包括在卷烟纸原纸正面和/或反面涂布占所述卷烟纸原纸重量0.5~2.5%的抗扩散、抗渗透涂层材料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备具有阻燃带卷烟纸的方法,其特征在于:在卷烟纸原纸正面或反面,单面表涂抗扩散、抗渗透涂层材料。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制备具有阻燃带卷烟纸的方法,其特征在于:在卷烟纸原纸正面和反面,双面浸涂抗扩散、抗渗透涂层材料。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的制备具有阻燃带卷烟纸的方法,其特征在于:所述抗扩散、抗渗透涂层材料包括质量浓度为0.3~8%的氧化淀粉或羧甲基纤维素纳。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备具有阻燃带卷烟纸的方法,其特征在于:所述方法还包括通过印刷工艺在所述阻燃带卷烟纸单面或双面印刷阻燃剂的步骤。
