and judging whether the order can output the cigarettes from one sub-line, if not, distributing the cigarettes according to a conventional sorting mode, generating a cigarette supplementing plan and optimizing sorting, and if so, outputting the cigarettes from one sub-line, generating a cigarette supplementing plan and optimizing sorting.

The invention has the advantages and positive effects that: the invention provides a sorting method of a full-specification combined cigarette sorting machine, which is suitable for sorting of the full-specification combined cigarette sorting machine, in particular to a sorting method of a C-type cigarette sorting machine. Through the field application of the optimization method, the order optimization comparison shows that the sorting serial number of the C-type combined sorting machine is reduced by 20-25% every day, the number of the combined pieces can be greatly reduced, and the sorting efficiency is improved greatly on a par; the characteristics of more small orders and poor order structure of sorted orders are greatly relieved, the residual cigarette bins of different sorting machines are utilized to the maximum extent, and the adaptability of the sorting lines to the orders is enhanced; the application of the multi-cigarette-bin mode of different kinds of cigarette bins greatly improves the sorting flexibility and the packing link efficiency.

Claims (6)

1. A sorting method of a full-specification combined cigarette sorting machine is characterized by comprising the following steps:
setting a double-cigarette-bin mode or a multi-cigarette-bin mode for sorting machines of different types, and dynamically splitting orders in the double-cigarette-bin mode or the multi-cigarette-bin mode;
and setting a double-cigarette-bin or multi-cigarette-bin mode for the sorting machines of the same type, and dynamically splitting the order under the double-cigarette-bin mode or the multi-cigarette-bin mode.
2. The sorting method of the full-specification combined cigarette sorting machine according to claim 1, wherein the setting of a double cigarette bin or a multi cigarette bin mode for different types of sorting machines specifically comprises: setting a double-cigarette bin mode for two different types of sorters, namely an adjustable vertical sorter and an electronic tag sorter, and dynamically splitting an order in the double-cigarette bin mode of the adjustable vertical sorter and the electronic tag sorter; setting a double-cigarette bin mode for two different types of sorting machines of a horizontal machine sorting machine and a standard vertical machine sorting machine, and dynamically splitting an order in the double-cigarette bin mode for the horizontal machine sorting machine and the standard vertical machine sorting machine;
set up two cigarette storehouses or many cigarette storehouses mode with the sorting machine of the same type and specifically include: the sorting machine with the same type of the horizontal type sorting machine is set to be in a double-cigarette-bin mode, the sorting machine with the same type of the standard vertical type sorting machine is set to be in a double-cigarette-bin mode, and orders under the double-cigarette-bin mode of the horizontal type sorting machine and the double-cigarette-bin mode of the standard vertical type sorting machine are dynamically split.

reading the order, judging whether the cigarettes in the order have an adjustable vertical sorting machine cigarette bin and an electronic tag sorting machine double cigarette bin, if not, discharging the cigarettes from a sub-line where the relative cigarette bin is located in the order, generating a cigarette supplementing plan and optimizing sorting, and if so, entering the next step;
judging the quantity of cigarettes in the adjustable vertical sorting machine cigarette bin and the electronic tag sorting machine double cigarette bins in the order, if the quantity of the cigarettes is less than or equal to M, discharging the cigarettes from the electronic tag sorting machine, and if the quantity of the cigarettes is more than M, discharging the cigarettes from the adjustable vertical sorting machine;
and generating a cigarette supplementing plan and optimizing sorting.

The sorting method of the full-specification combined cigarette sorting machine according to claim 2, wherein the step of dynamically splitting the order in the double-cigarette bin mode of the horizontal type sorting machine and the standard vertical type sorting machine comprises the following steps:
reading an order, judging whether a standard vertical machine sorting machine cigarette bin and a horizontal machine sorting machine double cigarette bin exist in the order, if not, discharging cigarettes from a sub-line where the opposite cigarette bin is located in the order, generating a cigarette supplementing plan and optimizing sorting, and if so, entering the next step;
judging the order condition, if the order can be discharged from the standard vertical machine sorting machine, discharging the cigarettes from the standard vertical machine sorting machine, if the order can be discharged from the horizontal machine sorting machine, discharging the cigarettes from the horizontal machine sorting machine, if part of the order needs to be discharged from the standard vertical machine sorting machine and part needs to be discharged from the horizontal machine sorting machine, judging the quantity of the cigarettes in the standard vertical machine sorting machine cigarette bin and the horizontal machine sorting machine double cigarette bin in the order, if the quantity of the cigarettes is more than N, discharging the cigarettes from the horizontal machine sorting machine, and if the quantity of the cigarettes is less than or equal to N, discharging the cigarettes from the standard vertical machine sorting machine;
and generating a cigarette supplementing plan and optimizing sorting.
