As shown in fig. 6, the box opening system is positioned between the cigarette replenishment delivery system 2 and the cigarette pack shape conversion system 5. The box opening system comprises conveying equipment, box drawing equipment and box opening equipment, wherein the box drawing equipment is positioned at the front end of the system, the box opening equipment is positioned at the tail end of the system, and the conveying equipment is connected with a cigarette replenishment line, the box drawing equipment and the box opening equipment. And the cigarettes 1 are conveyed to the box-dividing equipment part to complete the cover opening operation of the cigarettes boxes, the cigarettes 1 after cover opening are conveyed to the box-opening station, the box-opening equipment is used for separating the cigarettes boxes from the cigarette stacks, and the separated cigarette stacks are pushed into the downstream cigarette stack shape conversion system 5.
As shown in fig. 7, the cigarette pack shape conversion system 5 is located between the unpacking system and the cigarette pack high-density buffer system 7. The cigarette pack shape conversion system 5 mainly completes conversion from a cigarette pack to a single-layer continuous cigarette 6.
As shown in fig. 8, the high-density buffer system 7 is located between the stack-type conversion system 5 and the stack-type conveying system 3. The high dense buffer memory system 7 of strip cigarette includes strip cigarette moisturizing transfer chain 14, strip cigarette dense buffer storehouse 8, automatic station 9 of selecting, wherein: the strip-smoke dense buffering bin 8 can be arranged in a plurality of parallel or serial composite modes, the mode of strip-smoke dense buffering is a stacking mode, or a tiling conveying mode, and the automatic picking station 9 is arranged at the tail end of the strip-smoke 6 dense buffering system.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the strip-smoke-concentration buffering bin 8 mainly realizes the dense buffering of the strip smoke 6, and the strip-smoke-concentration buffering bin 8 comprises a smoke bin main body 11, a conveying belt 12 and a strip-smoke high-density buffering mechanism 13, wherein: the front end of the conveyer belt 12 is connected with a cigarette replenishment conveying line 14, the rear end of the conveyer belt 12 is connected with the automatic picking station 9, the conveyer belt 12 and a cigarette high-density buffer mechanism 13 are arranged in a cigarette bin main body 11, the cigarette high-density buffer mechanism 13 is arranged right above the conveyer belt 12, and the cigarette high-density buffer mechanism 13 is composed of two sets of chain transmission mechanisms 15 which are arranged on two sides of the conveyer belt 12 and two sets of picking and placing baffle plates 16 which are arranged on the chain transmission mechanisms 15. The cartridge body 11 supports the entire apparatus. Firstly, the cigarettes 6 on the cigarettes supplementing conveying line 14 are conveyed to the conveying belt 12 of the cigarettes gathering and buffering bin 8, and the chain transmission mechanism 15 of the cigarettes high-density buffering mechanism 13 moves upwards synchronously with the baffle plate, so that the cigarettes 6 on the conveying belt 12 are lifted upwards by the baffle plate and buffered; the chain transmission mechanism 15 of the cigarette carton high-density buffer mechanism 13 moves downwards to place the cigarette carton 6 on the conveying belt 12, and the conveying belt 12 supplements the cigarette carton 6 to the automatic sorting station 9 through conveying.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the picking device mounting base 17 is fixed to the ground, a movable rail may be used, and the device main body 18 may be mounted on the base or on the movable rail; the device main body 18 is composed of a plurality of rotating pairs, and the plurality of rotating pairs can realize that the elastic sucker 20 is provided with the clamp 19 and the elastic sucker 20 to move between the picking station and the cigarette carton conveying system 3; the elastic sucker 20 mounting clamp 19 is arranged on the equipment main body 18, meanwhile, the elastic sucker 20 is arranged on the elastic sucker 20 mounting clamp 19, and a plurality of groups of suckers are arranged on the clamp according to the sorting amount requirement, so that the condition that a plurality of cigarettes are sucked simultaneously can be met, and the sorting efficiency of the equipment is improved; the elastic sucking disc 20 can suck cigarettes with different heights, a plurality of groups of elastic sucking discs 20 are arranged on the elastic sucking disc 20 mounting clamp 19, and the elastic sucking discs 20 can stretch up and down in the vertical direction. The elastic sucker 20 can realize the suction and release of a plurality of cigarettes under the pneumatic control, the elastic sucker 20 can adapt to the picking of cigarettes with different heights, and the simultaneous picking of cigarettes with different heights and different quantities can be realized.
The process disclosed by the invention can be suitable for the replenishment and sorting links of the cigarette logistics distribution center with larger sales volume, can optimize the delivery mode of cigarettes, can cancel the traditional cigarette stock system, simplifies and unifies the sorting modes of standard cigarettes and special-shaped cigarettes, and realizes collinear sorting of all-product cigarettes.

Claims (8)

1. An automatic sorting system based on real-time replenishment and high-density buffer storage of cigarettes is used for bearing an upstream tray storage system and a downstream packaging system and comprises a set of cigarette replenishment conveying system (2) and a set of cigarette conveying system (3), and is characterized in that the upstream tray storage system is directly connected with the cigarette replenishment conveying system, the set of cigarette replenishment conveying system (2) is connected with a plurality of sets of box opening and closing systems (4), the box opening and closing systems (4) are connected to a cigarette stack shape conversion system (5), the cigarette stack shape conversion system (5) is connected with a cigarette stack shape conversion system (7), the cigarette stack shape conversion system (7) comprises a cigarette replenishment conveying line (14), a plurality of cigarette high-density buffer storage cigarette bins (8) and an automatic sorting station (9), the cigarette stack shape conversion system (5) is connected to the cigarette high-density buffer storage cigarette bins (8) through the cigarette replenishment conveying line (14), the automatic station (9) at the tail end of the cigarette stack shape conversion system (7) is connected with the sorted cigarette stack shape conversion system (3), and the cigarette stack shape conversion system (3) is arranged between the cigarette stack shape conversion system (3) and the cigarette stack shape conversion system (3) is arranged at the downstream packaging station (3);
when sorting, the differential type cigarette sorting equipment can sequentially sort standard cigarettes and abnormal cigarettes of various specifications which are cached densely according to order content and sequence, then place the standard cigarettes and abnormal cigarettes on a cigarette conveying system for conveying, and then automatically enter a downstream packaging system.

The automatic sorting system according to claim 1, wherein the high-density tobacco rod storage bin (8) can be arranged in a plurality of parallel or serial modes, the high-density tobacco rod storage bin (8) is in a stacking mode or a tiling conveying mode, and the automatic sorting station (9) is arranged at the tail end of the high-density tobacco rod storage system (6).

s4, distributing the cigarettes into single-layer cigarettes by the cigarette supplementing and delivering line, and continuously supplementing the cigarettes to each cigarette high-density cache system;
s5, the differential type cigarette sorting equipment sorts cigarettes buffered on the automatic sorting station according to the order situation, and places the sorted cigarettes on a cigarette sorting conveying line, and the cigarettes are conveyed to a downstream packaging system through the cigarette sorting conveying line.
