Reference is made to fig. 1. The mixing and sorting line comprises a main sorting line, a secondary sorting line 2, a special sorting line 9 and a plastic packaging machine 7. And a conveyor belt is arranged on each sorting, and the cigarettes are mainly conveyed through the conveyor belt.
The main sorting line can still use a high-speed sorting line for cigarettes as disclosed in Chinese patent CN 201020538042.8.
The first half of the secondary sorting line 2, in particular the sorting line 9, i.e. the portion before reaching the end of the secondary sorting line 2, in particular the sorting line 9, can still be used in connection with the sorting device portion (excluding the portion after the switch described later) in which a special-shaped cigarette automatic sorting system and sorting method can be employed as disclosed in the publication of the art of chinese invention, cn201910787015. X.
After dispensing by the vertical dispenser, the gathering point is reached by the conveyor belt.
An aggregation device is provided for aggregating the light special cigarettes 1 and the special cigarettes 10 sorted by the secondary sorting line 2 and the special sorting line 9.
The collecting device is arranged at the end of the secondary sorting line 2 and the special sorting line 9, and comprises a plurality of first temporary storage containers 12 which are in butt joint with the secondary sorting line 2 and come and go between the end of the secondary sorting line 2 and the plastic packaging machine 7, and a second temporary storage container 5 and a third temporary storage container 13 which are respectively connected between the end of the special sorting line 9 and any first temporary storage container 12. The end of the special sorting line 9 is provided with a pushing device for randomly placing cigarettes with the same customer group labels on the special sorting line 9 into one of the second temporary storage container 5 and the third temporary storage container 13.
The light special-shaped cigarettes 1 are conveyed on the secondary sorting line 2, the tail end of the secondary sorting line 2 is provided with a strip cigarette discharging device, the discharging device is composed of a plurality of turning plates 3 arranged on a chain, the left side and the right side of the strip cigarettes are provided with the turning plates 3, after the strip cigarettes are conveyed from the secondary sorting line 2, the strip cigarettes are pushed onto the turning plates 3 through pushing of a conveying belt, the turning plates 3 sink to drive the light special-shaped cigarettes 1 to fall onto a temporary storage platform 4, the temporary storage platform 4 and a bottom plate of a first temporary storage container 12 are at the same level, or the temporary storage platform 4 is 2-5mm higher than the bottom plate of the first temporary storage container 12, openings are formed at the positions, corresponding to the temporary storage platform 4, of the first temporary storage containers 12 (in practice, openings are formed at two sides of all the first temporary storage containers 12, and partition plates are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the temporary storage platform 4, and the pushing plates can push the light special-shaped cigarettes 1 onto the temporary storage platform 4.
A conveying path and a return path which are parallel to each other are respectively arranged between the tail end of the secondary sorting line 2 and the plastic packaging machine 7, and a plurality of first temporary storage containers 12 are longitudinally arranged between the tail end of the secondary sorting line 2 and the plastic packaging machine 7 and run along the conveying path and the return path.
The second temporary storage container 5 and the third temporary storage container 13 are respectively arranged on two conveying paths.
Specifically, the first temporary storage container 12 may be a plurality of boxes arranged on the conveyor belt, or may be a plurality of partitions which are uniformly spaced and perpendicular to the conveyor belt and are fixed on the conveyor belt, the conveyor belt is divided into sections, the first temporary storage container 12 is formed between two partitions, a plurality of partitions form a plurality of temporary storage containers, the conveyor belt rotates, the partitions moving to the upper side of the conveyor belt can be loaded, the conveyor belt forms a conveying path above the conveyor belt, and the partitions below the conveyor belt return, namely form a return path.
When the first temporary storage container 12 for conveying the cigarettes reaches the inlet of the plastic packaging machine 7, a pusher 1515 is arranged, and the pusher 1515 pushes the cigarettes in the first temporary storage container 12 into the plastic packaging machine 7 for plastic packaging and packaging.
The axis of the special sorting line 9 is parallel to the conveying path, and the special sorting line 9 is positioned above the conveying path, and the second temporary storage container 5 and the third temporary storage container 13 are respectively arranged on the two conveying paths. The second and third temporary storage containers 5 and 13 are arranged on a longitudinal rail for moving the second and third temporary storage containers 5 and 13 up and down.
The second temporary storage container 5 and the third temporary storage container 13 can be arranged as a platform which moves vertically up and down, when the platform moves to the upper side, the platform is flush with the special sorting line 9 or slightly lower than the special sorting line 9, the cigarettes on the special sorting line 9 are pulled onto the second temporary storage container 5 and the third temporary storage container 13 through the pulling rod 8, the second temporary storage container 5 and the third temporary storage container 13 move downwards and are flush with the first temporary storage container 12, the second temporary storage container 5 and the third temporary storage container 13 are provided with pushing plates 16, the third temporary storage container 13 is provided with sliding rails 6 for the pushing plates 16 to walk, and the pushing plates 16 push the cigarettes on the second temporary storage container 5 and the third temporary storage container 13 into the first temporary storage container 12.
Of course, the movement of the second temporary storage container 5 and the third temporary storage container 13 is alternated, firstly, the special cigarettes 10 of the customer A on the special sorting line 9 are pulled onto the second temporary storage container 5 through the pulling rod 8, after the cigarettes are obtained by the second temporary storage container 5, the second temporary storage container 5 moves downwards to the first temporary storage container 12, when the light special cigarettes 1 on the first temporary storage container 12 and the special cigarettes 10 on the second temporary storage container 5 are all cigarettes of the customer A, the pushing plate 16 is started, and the special cigarettes 10 are pushed into the first temporary storage container 12 to be completely gathered into the cigarettes of the customer A.
When the second temporary storage container 5 performs the collection of cigarettes of the customer A, the special sorting line 9 transmits the special cigarettes 10 of the customer B, and the third temporary storage container 13 completes the task of conveying the special cigarettes 10 of the customer B into the other first temporary storage container 12 according to the operation mode of the second temporary storage container 5 to complete the collection.
The pushing device comprises a pulling rod 8 parallel to the axis of the special sorting line 9, and one end of the pulling rod 8 is arranged in a track perpendicular to the pulling rod 8, so that the pulling rod 8 can reciprocate between the left side and the right side of the special sorting line 9. When the pulling rod 8 moves leftwards, the special-shaped cigarettes 10 are pulled into the second temporary storage container 5, and when the pulling rod 8 moves rightwards, the special-shaped cigarettes 10 are pulled into the third temporary storage container 13.
Therefore, the second temporary storage container 5 and the third temporary storage container 13 alternately operate, so that the transfer time of the special cigarettes 10 is saved, the sorting time is saved for the whole assembly line, and the efficiency is improved.
Also included is a blocking bar 14 horizontally disposed above the particular sorting line 9 and perpendicular to the axis of the particular sorting line 9 and moving away from and towards the surface of the particular sorting line 9.
The blocking lever 14 is used in conjunction with a separator on the particular sorting line 9, when the cigarettes conveyed by the conveyor belt are of the type of customer a and of the type of customer B, and arrive in succession without breaking, for example, two cigarettes of the customer a and the remainder of the latter customer B. When the cigarette holder is executed, the blocking rod 14 is moved in the track to approach the moving direction of the conveyor belt, and is moved to the pulling rod sweeping area 17, only two cigarettes are left, namely, the rear cigarettes (after two cigarettes) are blocked from entering the pulling rod sweeping area 17, after the cigarettes conveyed by the conveyor belt block the moving direction, a cigarette separator is arranged above the conveyor belt, the cigarette separator is a pressing plate 11 which is pressed down, the pressing plate 11 presses the first cigarette of the cigarettes of the customers B (namely, the cigarette connected with the cigarettes of the customers A), the cigarettes of the customers B cannot move any more, and at the moment, the pulling rod 8 can be started, and the cigarettes of the customers A are pulled into the second temporary storage container 5. When the cigarettes of the customer A are pulled into the second temporary storage container 5, the pressing plate 11 can be loosened, and the cigarettes of the customer B are put into the pulling rod sweeping area 17.
The blocking rod 14 and the smoke separator on the special sorting line 9 of the invention can refer to the following technology:
the CN201821192137.1 cigarette output device comprises a frame, an input conveyer belt, a stirring device and an output station, wherein the input conveyer belt, the stirring device and the output station are arranged on the frame according to a production line, a blocking device for blocking the input conveyer belt from entering cigarettes is arranged on the frame, the blocking device comprises a linear motion mechanism arranged on the frame and a stop lever arranged on the linear motion mechanism, and the stop lever is driven by the linear motion mechanism to reciprocate along the conveying direction of the input conveyer belt. The linear motion mechanism is an electric cylinder, the stop lever is arranged on a piston rod of the electric cylinder, the electric cylinder is arranged on one side of the input conveyer belt opposite to the output station, and the upper end face of the stop lever is lower than the lower end face of the material stirring device. The frame is positioned above the input conveyer belt and in front of the material stirring device, and a material pressing device for blocking the strip cigarettes from advancing is arranged on the frame. The material pressing device comprises a material pressing cylinder arranged on the frame and a material pressing plate arranged on a piston rod of the material pressing cylinder.
The linear motion mechanism can also be an air cylinder or a synchronous belt or an electric push rod or a screw rod mechanism, or can be other mechanisms capable of realizing the linear displacement of the stop lever. The stirring device and Chinese patent number: the material pulling device disclosed in CN201720189595.9 has the same structure, and other similar structures can be adopted. The above-mentioned pressing device is the same as the pressing device disclosed in CN201720189595.9 in structure, and other similar structures can be adopted, and the pressing plate can also not directly press the material, and only the material blocking can be realized after the pressing plate descends. The pressing device can be replaced by a counting device or not, so that the stop lever can accurately position the quantity of the blocking cigarettes. The output station can be a conveyer belt or a storage platform, and other equipment is utilized to carry out the next process. Other devices, such as a clamping conveyor belt, may be disposed in front of the input conveyor belt, for separating the cigarettes closely arranged, which is a well-known structure and will not be described herein.
Examples one and two of the present invention may be combined.

Claims (9)

1. The mixed sorting method of the cigarettes with various specifications is used for sorting bulk cigarettes and is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) Setting standard cigarette packaging specifications according to packaging sizes, and comparing the standard cigarette packaging specifications with standard cigarette packaging specifications, dividing cigarettes with the length change rate lower than 2%, the width change rate lower than 1.7% and the height change rate lower than 5.4% into standard cigarettes;
dividing cigarettes which are not included in the standard cigarettes into light cigarettes, wherein the length of each cigarette is more than 6.38% of the length of the standard cigarettes in the standard cigarettes, the width of each cigarette is more than 17.51% of the width of the standard cigarettes in the standard cigarettes, and the height of each cigarette is less than 46.24% of the height of each cigarette in the standard cigarettes;
and a special smoke not included in the standard smoke and not included in the light-type smoke;
(2) The standard cigarettes are guided into a main sorting line which can accommodate the standard cigarettes and has sorting speed exceeding 10000 cigarettes per hour for sorting; packaging cigarettes sorted by the main sorting line into a package body, and marking a client group label to form a main cigarette package;
(3) The light special-shaped cigarettes are guided into a secondary sorting line which has a sorting speed of at least 20% of that of the main sorting line and can accommodate sorting of the light special-shaped cigarettes and standard cigarettes for sorting; marking the sorted cigarettes with customer group labels, collecting the light cigarettes with the same customer group labels, and summarizing the cigarettes into a first temporary storage container;
directing the special cigarettes to a special sorting line having a sorting speed of at least 120% or more of the secondary sorting line and accommodating any package size for sorting; marking the sorted cigarettes with customer group labels, collecting special cigarettes with the same customer group labels, and summarizing the special cigarettes in one of a second temporary storage container and a third temporary storage container;
(4) Merging the secondary sorting line, the special sorting line and the tail end, and guiding cigarettes with the same customer group labels sorted by the two lines into the same packaging container to form special-shaped cigarette packages;
the method comprises the following steps: the special cigarettes in the second temporary storage container and the third temporary storage container which are the same as the customer group labels of the light special cigarettes in one of the first temporary storage containers are merged into the corresponding first temporary storage container to form special cigarette packages;
(5) The main cigarette package and the special cigarette package with the same customer group label are placed in the same distribution container.
2. The method for mixing and sorting the cigarettes according to the multiple specifications of claim 1, wherein the standard cigarettes are 274.5mm long, 88.5mm wide and 45.6mm high in package specification;
the length of the light special-shaped smoke is 280-292mm, the width is 89-104mm, and the height is 25-29mm.
3. The multi-specification cigarette mixing and sorting method according to claim 1, wherein the sub-sorting line has a sorting speed of 2000-2500 pieces per hour;
the sorting speed of the special sorting line is 2400-2800 pieces per hour.
4. The method for mixed sorting of multiple regular cigarettes according to claim 1, wherein the multiple regular cigarettes are placed in the same dispensing container, specifically: and placing the main cigarette packages and the special cigarette packages which are distributed in the same geographical area into the same distribution container.
5. The multi-format cigarette mixing and sorting method of claim 4, wherein each of the dispensing containers has a single identification number and color;
the special-shaped cigarette package also comprises: marking at least four surfaces of the special-shaped cigarette package with the same identification symbol and color as the dispensing container to be placed;
the said constitution main cigarette package still includes: the same identification number and color as the dispensing container to be placed in is marked on at least four surfaces of the main cigarette package.
6. A multi-specification cigarette mixing and sorting line for performing the sorting method of claims 1-5, comprising a main sorting line, a secondary sorting line, a special sorting line, a plastic packaging machine; it is characterized in that the method comprises the steps of,
the device comprises a plurality of first temporary storage containers, a second temporary storage container and a third temporary storage container, wherein the first temporary storage containers are in butt joint with the secondary sorting line and come and go between the tail end of the secondary sorting line and a plastic packaging machine, and the second temporary storage container and the third temporary storage container are respectively connected between the tail end of the special sorting line and any first temporary storage container; the end of the special sorting line is provided with a pushing device which can randomly put cigarettes with the same customer group labels on the special sorting line into one of the second temporary storage container and the third temporary storage container.
7. The multi-specification cigarette mixing and sorting assembly line of claim 6, wherein the multi-specification cigarette mixing and sorting assembly line comprises a plurality of cigarette mixing and sorting units,
a conveying path and a return path which are parallel to each other are respectively arranged between the tail end of the secondary sorting line and the plastic packaging machine, and a plurality of first temporary storage containers are longitudinally arranged between the tail end of the secondary sorting line and the plastic packaging machine and run along the conveying path and the return path;
the second temporary storage container and the third temporary storage container are respectively arranged on the two conveying paths.
8. The multi-specification cigarette mixing and sorting line according to claim 7, wherein,
the axis of the special sorting line is parallel to the conveying path, the special sorting line is positioned above the conveying path, and the second temporary storage container and the third temporary storage container are respectively arranged on the two conveying paths; the second temporary storage container and the third temporary storage container are arranged on a longitudinal rail which enables the second temporary storage container and the third temporary storage container to move up and down in a reciprocating way.
9. The multi-specification cigarette mixing and sorting assembly line according to claim 8, wherein the pushing device comprises a pulling rod parallel to the axis of the special sorting line, and one end of the pulling rod is arranged in a track perpendicular to the pulling rod, so that the pulling rod can reciprocate between the left side and the right side of the special sorting line; also included is a blocking bar horizontally disposed above the particular sort line and perpendicular to the axis of the particular sort line and movable away from and toward the surface of the particular sort line.
