A conveying path and a return path which are parallel to each other are respectively arranged between the tail end of the secondary sorting line 2 and the plastic packaging machine 7, and a plurality of first temporary storage containers 12 are longitudinally arranged between the tail end of the secondary sorting line 2 and the plastic packaging machine 7 and run along the conveying path and the return path.
The second buffer container 5 and the third buffer container 13 are respectively disposed on two sides of the conveying path.

When the second buffer container 5 is used for gathering cigarettes from the customer a, the special sorting line 9 delivers the special cigarettes 10 to the customer B, and the third buffer container 13 completes the task of transporting the special cigarettes 10 from the customer B to another first buffer container 12 for gathering, in accordance with the operating mode of the second buffer container 5.
The pushing device comprises a pull rod 8 parallel to the axis of the special sorting line 9, one end of the pull rod 8 is arranged in a track vertical to the pull rod 8, and the pull rod 8 can reciprocate between the left side and the right side of the special sorting line 9. When the pulling rod 8 moves left, the special-shaped cigarettes 10 are pulled out to the second temporary storage container 5, and when the pulling rod 8 moves right, the special-shaped cigarettes 10 are pulled out to the third temporary storage container 13.
Therefore, the second temporary storage container 5 and the third temporary storage container 13 run alternately, the transfer time of the special cigarettes 10 is saved, the sorting time is saved for the whole production line, and the efficiency is improved.
And a blocking bar 14, which is arranged horizontally above the particular sorting line 9, is perpendicular to the axis of the particular sorting line 9, and moves away from and close to the surface of the particular sorting line 9.
The blocking bar 14 cooperates with the cigarette divider of the particular sorting line 9 when the strip of cigarettes conveyed by the conveyor is for customer a and customer B and arrives consecutively without being broken, for example, customer a is two cigarettes and the rest is for the following customer B. The blocking rod 14 and the smoke separator on the special sorting line 9 of the present invention can refer to the following technologies:

The linear motion mechanism can also be an air cylinder or a synchronous belt or an electric push rod or a screw rod mechanism, and can also be other mechanisms capable of realizing linear displacement of the stop lever. The material poking device is similar to the Chinese patent number: the kick-out device disclosed in CN201720189595.9 has the same structure, and other similar structures can be adopted. The pressing device has the same structure as that disclosed in CN201720189595.9, and other similar structures can be adopted, and the pressing plate does not need to press material directly, and only needs to stop the material after descending. The pressing device also can be not arranged or replaced by a counting device, so that the stop lever can accurately position and stop the number of the cigarettes. The output station can be a conveying belt or a storage platform, and other equipment is utilized to carry out the next process. Other devices, such as a clamping conveyor, for separating the closely arranged cigarettes, which are known structures, may be disposed in front of the input conveyor, and are not described herein.

Claims (10)

1. A mixed sorting method of cigarettes in various specifications is used for sorting bulk cigarettes and is characterized in that the sorting method comprises the following steps:
(1) setting standard cigarette packing specifications according to the packing size, and dividing cigarettes with the length change rate of less than 2%, the width change rate of less than 1.7% and the height change rate of less than 5.4% into standard cigarettes compared with the standard cigarette packing specifications;
dividing the cigarettes which have the length larger than the length of standard cigarette packaging specification by 6.38%, the width larger than the width of the standard cigarette packaging specification by 17.51%, and the height lower than the height of the standard cigarette packaging specification by 46.24%, and are not included in the standard cigarettes into light special-shaped cigarettes;
and special-shaped cigarettes which are not included in the standard cigarettes and are not included in the light special-shaped cigarettes;
(2) guiding the standard cigarettes into a main sorting line which can accommodate the standard cigarettes in size and has a sorting speed of more than 10000 cigarettes per hour for sorting;
guiding the light and abnormal cigarette into a secondary sorting line which has at least 20% of the sorting speed of the main sorting line and can accommodate the light and abnormal cigarette and the standard cigarette for sorting;
the special cigarettes are guided into a special sorting line which has at least a sorting speed of not less than 120% of the secondary sorting line and can accommodate any package size for sorting;
(3) the cigarettes sorted out by the secondary sorting line, the special sorting line are marked with customer group labels,
the secondary sorting line, the special sorting line are subjected to doubling at the tail end, and the cigarettes with the same customer group label sorted by the two lines are guided into the same packaging container to form a special-shaped cigarette package;
packaging the cigarettes sorted out by the main sorting line into a packaging body, and marking a customer group label to form a main cigarette package;
the main cigarette packs with the same customer group label are placed in the same dispensing container as the profile cigarette packs.
2. The mixed sorting method for the cigarettes with various specifications as claimed in claim 1, wherein the standard cigarette package specification has a length of 274.5mm, a width of 88.5mm and a height of 45.6 mm;
the length of the light special-shaped cigarette is 280-292mm, the width is 89-104mm, and the height is 25-29 mm.
3. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sorting speed per hour of the secondary sorting line is 2000-;
the sorting speed per hour of the special sorting line is 2400-.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the sorting in the secondary sorting line comprises gathering light profile cigarettes having the same customer group label and grouping the cigarettes into a first buffer container;
the special sorting line is used for sorting, and comprises the steps of gathering special cigarettes with the same customer group labels and summarizing the special cigarettes in one of a second temporary storage container and a third temporary storage container;
the doubling is specifically as follows: incorporating a particular profile cigarette in a second staging container having the same customer group label as a light profile cigarette in one of the first staging containers into the corresponding first staging container; the special-shaped cigarettes in the third buffer container, which are identical to the customer group label of the light special-shaped cigarettes in one of the first buffer containers, are incorporated into the respective first buffer container.
5. The method for mixed sorting of cigarettes with various specifications as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cigarettes are placed in the same distribution container, and the method comprises the following steps: and placing a plurality of main cigarette packages and special-shaped cigarette packages which are distributed in the same geographical area in the same distribution container.
6. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein each dispensing container has a separate identifier and color;
the special-shaped cigarette package further comprises: marking the same identification symbols and colors as those of the distribution container to be put on at least four surfaces of the special-shaped cigarette package;
said constituent primary cigarette pack further comprising: the master cigarette pack is marked on at least four surfaces with the same identifying symbol and color as the dispensing container into which it is to be placed.
7. A mixed sorting assembly line for cigarettes of various specifications, which is used for executing the sorting method of claims 1 to 6 and comprises a main sorting line, a secondary sorting line, a special sorting line and a plastic packaging machine; it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,
the collecting device is arranged at the tail ends of the secondary sorting line and the special sorting line and comprises a plurality of first temporary storage containers, second temporary storage containers and third temporary storage containers, wherein the first temporary storage containers are butted with the secondary sorting line and reciprocate between the tail ends of the secondary sorting line and the plastic packaging machine, and the second temporary storage containers and the third temporary storage containers are respectively connected between the tail ends of the special sorting line and any first temporary storage container; the end of the special sorting line has a pushing device for randomly placing the cigarettes with the same customer group label on the special sorting line into one of the second and third buffer containers.
8. The multiple specification cigarette mixing and sorting line of claim 7,
a conveying path and a return path which are parallel to each other are respectively arranged between the tail end of the secondary sorting line and the plastic packaging machine, and a plurality of first temporary storage containers are longitudinally arranged between the tail end of the secondary sorting line and the plastic packaging machine and run along the conveying path and the return path;
the second temporary storage container and the third temporary storage container are respectively arranged on two sides of the conveying path.
9. The multiple specification cigarette mixing and sorting line of claim 8,
the axis of the special sorting line is parallel to the conveying path, the special sorting line is positioned above the conveying path, and the second temporary storage container and the third temporary storage container are respectively arranged on the two sides of the conveying path; the second temporary storage container and the third temporary storage container are arranged on a longitudinal rail enabling the second temporary storage container and the third temporary storage container to reciprocate up and down.
