Claims (10)

1. The multi-specification integrated sorting method for cigarette cartons by using a multilayer classification method is characterized in that the cigarette cartons to be sorted are split into the following large classifications: comprises standard cigarettes, standard trace cigarettes and special-shaped cigarettes;
the special-shaped cigarette carton is divided into the following classifications according to the cigarette size again: standard fine count cigarettes, and special cigarettes;
the split cigarette to be sorted is respectively sent into a sorting production line for sorting according to each classification, wherein,
guiding the cigarettes with the standard specification into a main sorting line for sorting to obtain a first subclass of each user order;
guiding the micro cigarettes with the standard specifications into a secondary sorting line for sorting to obtain a second subclass of each user order;
guiding the standard fine cigarettes into a micro sorting line for sorting to obtain a third subclass of each user order;
guiding the special cigarettes into a special sorting line to obtain a fourth subclass of each user order;
and combining the first subclass, the second subclass, the third subclass and the fourth subclass of the same user order to obtain the complete order quantity of the same user order.

The multi-specification integrated sorting method for cigarette sticks by the multi-layer classification method according to claim 1, wherein the accumulated sales percentage of the standard-specification cigarettes is more than 70%, the accumulated sales percentage of the standard-specification micro-cigarettes is more than 20%, and the accumulated sales percentage of the special-shaped cigarettes is less than 10%.

The multi-specification integrated sorting method for cigarette sticks by the multi-layer classification method according to claim 1, wherein the first sub-type, the second sub-type, the third sub-type and the fourth sub-type are respectively placed in the classification packages, and marks of the same user order are arranged on each classification package.

The multi-specification integrated sorting method for cigarette cartons by the multi-layer classification method according to claim 3, wherein the first sub-class, the second sub-class, the third sub-class and the fourth sub-class with marks of the same user order are combined to obtain a complete order of the same user order.

The multi-specification integrated sorting method for cigarette cartons by the multi-layer classification method according to claim 1, wherein the main sorting line is a full-automatic main sorting line; the secondary sorting line is an automatic sorting line; the micro sorting line is an automatic special-shaped sorting line; the special sorting line is a manual sorting line.
6. The multi-specification integrated sorting method for cigarette cartons by the multilayer classification method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the special-shaped cigarette cartons are split again according to cigarette carton size, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
counting the number of the special cigarettes on the day;
and (4) screening standard fine cigarettes from the amount of the special cigarettes on the same day, and screening the rest special cigarettes.

The multi-specification integrated sorting method for cigarette sticks by the multi-layer classification method according to claim 6, wherein the screening method comprises the steps of listing the specification and size of each cigarette in all special-shaped cigarette sticks, comparing the specification and size of each cigarette, selecting the interval difference value of the maximum number of cigarette sticks which can be covered in the interval difference value, wherein the cigarette in the interval difference value coverage is a standard fine cigarette, and the rest is special-shaped cigarette, and the length difference value is within a 12mm interval value, the width difference value is within a 15mm interval value, and the height difference value is within a 4mm interval value.

the special cigarettes comprise; the size of the external package is one of 292mm and less than 280mm, the width of the external package is one of 104mm and less than 89mm, and the height of the external package is one of 29mm and less than 25 mm.

when the standard fine cigarette is less than 10000 cigarettes on the day, the standard fine cigarette is guided into a micro sorting line for sorting.
