Abstract
The invention relates to a sowing type goods picking method, which comprises the following steps: (1) gathering and picking: sorting out all the required goods bins from the storage area according to the requirement of wave number management, sending the goods bins to a zero-removing sorting area, and placing the goods bins on a sorting line one by one after zero removal in the zero-removing sorting area; (2) cargo separation along the line: the bin to be sorted moves along the production line, and sorting personnel take the goods from the bin according to the sorting strategy of the wave times and place the goods into the sorting bin; (3) collecting cargoes to be transported: and conveying the sorted containers to a delivery area to wait for delivery. The seeding type goods sorting method has the advantages of high efficiency, small occupied area of matched equipment, low error rate of actual operation, flexible method and good compatibility.

Picking is a necessary link of the connection between the warehouse and the order, and today the warehouse can realize automatic management, picking is still a link requiring high participation of manpower, and the efficiency of the picking directly affects the efficiency of the logistics system.
The fruit picking type picking mode is that for each order, picking personnel or hardware equipment go round each goods storage position to remove the needed goods from the goods shelf, and the fruit picking mode is similar to fruit picking and is characterized in that each person only processes one order at a time.
The main drawbacks of this method of picking are the poor efficiency: the fruit picking type sorting machine has the advantages of large walking distance, multiple actions, long time consumption and high error rate for picking fruits, and even though the fruit picking type sorting machine has high response speed to a single order, batch orders are very difficult to process efficiently, and the average time consumption for finishing one order is high. The cost is high: under the same sorting quantity, the occupied area of picking type goods sorting is far large, and the length of a picking type goods shelf and a production line is long, so that the picking type goods sorting mode is higher in the aspects of occupied area, equipment cost, the number of operators, use cost and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the technical problems, the invention provides a seeding type goods picking method, which comprises the following steps:

(3) collecting cargoes to be transported: and conveying the sorted containers to a delivery area to wait for delivery.

The invention also provides a sowing type fruit picking type mixed picking method compatible with the fruit picking type picking method, which is characterized in that in the sowing type picking method, the fruit picking type picking method is adopted to replace the steps of the sowing type picking method in the step of collecting and/or separating the goods along the line.
The sowing type goods sorting method has the advantages of high efficiency, small floor area of matched equipment, low error rate of actual operation, flexibility and good compatibility.

(3) collecting cargoes to be transported: and conveying the sorted containers to a delivery area to wait for delivery.

(2) Cargo separation along the line: the bin to be sorted moves along the production line, and sorting personnel take the goods from the bin according to the sorting strategy of the wave times and place the goods into the sorting bin;
(3) collecting cargoes to be transported: and conveying the sorted containers to a delivery area to wait for delivery.
When high overlapped goods exist in the order, picking fruits and collecting the goods at first, and then sowing the seeds; the method and the pure seeding type are different in that the pure seeding type is often used for collecting goods at one time, the fruit picking type is required for collecting the needed goods point by point from different places, and in the case that the stock is rare or scattered tail bills exist in the stock, the fruit picking type is flexibly combined, so that the picking efficiency can be greatly improved.

Seeding-type sorting is not perfect and has some disadvantages:
1. longer response time of order
Since seeded sorting is a collection of customer orders for sorting, emergency orders for individual customers cannot be responded to quickly. The order response time can be shortened by adopting methods such as multiline parallel, urgent goods first-out and the like. For individual emergency orders, the problem can be solved by adopting an auxiliary manual fruit picking type picking mode.
2. The operation difficulty of the sorting line is slightly larger, and the practical situation shows that as a plurality of orders need to be processed simultaneously in the seeding type sorting process, various differences (variety contact ratio, packaging volume, quantity, physical state and the like) exist among the orders, so that the whole operation difficulty of the sorting process is greater than that of the fruit picking type. This problem can be solved by improving the control flow and enhancing the training of the operation.
3. The management requirement of the process is higher
The working error of fruit picking type sorting only affects one customer, and the seeding type affects a batch of customers. Therefore, the flow management requirement is higher by using the seeding type sorting, and higher requirements are provided for managing an information system, personnel and regulations.
In the order form of the goods with low coincidence degree, for example, each goods only needs a few goods, the seeding meaning is not great, at this time, the goods can be picked and picked directly in the storage area according to the order form, and the 'picking and separating method' is adopted as appropriate, so that the situation that each goods are gathered and picked in the seeding mode is not needed, the goods are distributed along the line, namely, the pure picking mode can be adopted, the goods are directly delivered into the goods distribution box in a point-to-point mode, and the order form to be transported is collected. Or point-to-point fruit picking type is adopted for gathering and picking, namely, the fruit picking type is adopted for collecting the goods from the goods box to be separated from different goods shelves and different areas, then the goods are separated along the line, and finally the goods are collected to be transported. This flexible switching improves the compatibility of the method.

1. A seeding type goods picking method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) gathering and picking: sorting out bins containing certain required goods from the storage area according to the requirement of wave number management, sending the bins to a zero-removing sorting area, removing zero in the zero-removing sorting area, and placing the bins on a sorting line one by one;
(2) cargo separation along the line: the bin to be sorted moves along the production line, and sorting personnel take the goods from the bin according to the sorting strategy of the wave times and place the goods into the sorting bin;
(3) collecting cargoes to be transported: and conveying the sorted containers to a delivery area to wait for delivery.
2. The sowing type picking method according to claim 1, wherein the checking is performed while the goods are sorted along the line, and the checking is performed by checking the number of the goods remaining in the bin to be sorted.

The seed picking method according to claim 1 or 4, characterized in that the picking strategy comprises order batching, wherein a plurality of orders are gathered to perform batch picking operation, and the order batching comprises (1) batching according to the total amount of goods contained in the order; or (2) batching at a fixed picking time; or (3) batching according to fixed order quantity; or (4) batch by path, with the same path being in batches.

The sowing type picking method according to claim 1 or 4, wherein the picking strategy comprises sorting, and the sorting is to sort the goods according to each order while picking the goods, or to sort the goods according to all orders in a combined batch mode and then split the goods according to the orders step by step until all orders are completed.
9. A seeding type fruit picking type mixed picking method is compatible with a fruit picking type picking method and is characterized in that in the seeding type picking method, in the step of collecting picking and/or sorting along the line, the fruit picking type picking method is adopted to replace the step of the seeding type picking method.
