7. A cigarette row replenishment method of the cigarette row replenishment system according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:
(1) the finished cigarette boxes are distributed to an automatic box opening machine through a cigarette carton conveying line, after the cigarette cartons are cut by an adhesive tape and opened, the cigarettes are separated from the paper boxes, and cigarette stacks enter a differential conveying belt;
(2) the carton of cigarettes after unpacking in the step (1) is two stacks of cigarettes which are tightly attached in the forward direction, and the differential speed conveyer belt pulls apart the stacks of cigarettes by the conveying speed difference to separate the stacks of cigarettes into two stacks;
(3) a stopping baffle arranged at the tail end of the differential speed conveyer belt stops and positions the first stack of cigarettes separated in the step (2), and meanwhile, the cigarette stack pushing device pushes the first stack of cigarettes transversely so that the first stack of cigarettes leaves the differential speed conveyer belt and enters the releasing conveyer belt, and at the moment, the cigarette stack pushing device resets;
(4) conveying a second stack of cigarettes to the stopping baffle along with the transmission of the differential speed conveying belt, transversely moving the second stack of cigarettes by the cigarette stack moving device so as to enable the second stack of cigarettes to be close to the first stack of cigarettes and push the first stack of cigarettes to move forwards, and re-stacking the two stacks of cigarettes after releasing the conveying belt, wherein ten cigarettes after re-stacking are arranged in a row for 5 layers;
(5) starting the release conveyer belt, conveying the cigarette stack forwards, blocking 2-5 layers of cigarettes through the gate, enabling only the bottom layer of cigarettes to be separated from the cigarette stack and enter the cigarette conveyer belt, enabling the upper layer of cigarettes to fall, enabling the second layer of cigarettes to fall to the bottom layer and be released out through the gate, and repeating the steps for five times, so that a stack of cigarettes is completely distributed and enters the cigarette conveyer belt;
(6) the cigarette carton released by the release conveyer belt realizes confluence on the cigarette carton conveyer belt, and stops accumulation at the tail end of the cigarette carton conveyer belt, and a continuous cigarette shifting device arranged above the cigarette carton conveyer belt shifts ten cigarette cartons into a smoke discharge conveyer belt in a group;
(7) the system appoints the branch channel according to the quality specification of the smoke exhaust, the pneumatic blocking device corresponding to the branch channel is lifted to block the smoke exhaust, and the pneumatic smoke-poking device arranged above the smoke exhaust conveyer belt pokes the smoke exhaust into the branch channel so as to convey the smoke exhaust to the strip cigarette storage device, thereby finishing the automatic replenishment of the sorting line strip cigarettes.

The cigarette discharging and replenishing method according to claim 7, wherein in the step (5), the releasing conveyer belt is started and stopped intermittently; when the cigarette stacking machine stops, the cigarette stacks after the stack is re-assembled are loaded and buffered; when the cigarette conveying belt is started, the cigarette conveying belt is converged to the cigarette conveying belt in a 10-bar/row mode through the gate.
9. The cigarette row replenishment method according to claim 7, wherein in the step (1), the cigarette stack is 50 cigarettes, and the stack is in a five-piece structure and is specifically arranged in 2 rows, 5 columns and 5 layers.
