Abstract
The invention discloses a bicontinuous clear and thorough cleansing oil and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of cosmetics. It comprises 75-95% of cosmetic matrix and 5-25% of surfactant by mass percent; wherein the cosmetic matrix is prepared from the following raw materials: the component A comprises: alk (en) ylene hydrocarbon oils and fats: 1-10% of ester grease: 30-80%; the component B comprises: ether-based oil and fat: 1-10% of vegetable oil: 3-15%; and the component C is as follows: antioxidant: 0.01-1%, active ingredients: 0-10% of essence: 0.01 to 0.5 percent. The bicontinuous phase clean and thorough cleansing oil prepared by the invention can be used even if the hand is wet, the bicontinuous phase is formed after the amount of dissolved water is enlarged in the oil, water phase components and oil phase components can be uniformly blended, strong cleansing is not needed, the speed of blending color cosmetics is high, the cleansing oil can be applied after light wiping, the self emulsifying capacity is strong, the washing performance of the nanoscale emulsified particle size is good, and the pure natural vegetable oil in the formula is moist and moist in skin feel and is not sticky, so that the two-in-one effect of cleansing and skin nourishing is achieved.

A preparation method of bicontinuous clean and thorough cleansing oil comprises the following steps:
(1) putting all the raw materials of the component A into an emulsifying pot, putting a surfactant into the emulsifying pot, heating to 80-85 ℃, and stirring or homogenizing to completely dissolve the materials;
(2) cooling to 48-50 deg.C, and adding the component B into emulsifying pot;
(3) cooling to 45-46 ℃, and adding the component C materials: uniformly stirring the antioxidant, the essence and the active ingredients to obtain a base material, and taking out of the pot for later use;
(4) and (4) selecting a disposable plastic packaging bag to carry out sealed filling on the mixed material body.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) in the surfactant industry, polyglycerol fatty acid ester is a novel high-efficiency nonionic surfactant, is prepared by esterifying natural glycerol and fatty acid at high temperature, can be decomposed into glycerol and fat in the metabolic process, is absorbed by a human body or discharged out of the body, has high safety, has the biggest characteristic of being quite stable in alkaline, neutral and acidic environments, has better high-temperature resistance compared with similar products, and also has good emulsifying performance when the salt content is higher; the cosmetic is colorless, tasteless and odorless, is not easy to hydrolyze, and has no adverse effect on the appearance, smell and the like of the cosmetic; has good synergistic effect, and the composite use of two or more than two polyglyceryl fatty acid esters can generate better effect, and can be widely applied to the fields of cosmetics, foods, medicines and the like;
(2) the prepared bicontinuous-phase clean and thorough cleansing oil can be used even if being wetted by hands, the bicontinuous phase is formed after the amount of dissolved water is increased in the oil, water-phase components and oil-phase components can be uniformly blended, strong cleansing is not needed for thick cleansing, the cleansing of color makeup is fast, the cleansing is carried out by light smearing and unloading, the self-emulsifying capacity is strong, the washing performance of nanoscale emulsified particle size is good, and the skin feel of the pure natural vegetable oil in the formula is moist, moist and non-greasy, so that the two-in-one effect of cleansing and skin nourishing is achieved.

Example 2 is the same as example 1 except for SUNSOFT Q-172Y-C and SUNSOFT Q-102H-C, the addition amount of SUNSOFT Q-172Y-C is reduced by 4% compared with example 1, and the addition amount of SUNSOFT Q-102H-C is reduced by 3% compared with example 1; example 3 is the same as example 1 except for the addition amounts of SUNSOFT Q-172Y-C and SUNSOFT Q-102H-C, the addition amount of SUNSOFT Q-172Y-C is increased by 3% as compared with example 1, and the addition amount of SUNSOFT Q-102H-C is increased by 2% as compared with example 1; example 4 is the same as example 1 except for SUNSOFT Q-17D-C, and the addition amount of SUNSOFT Q-17D-C is reduced by 1% as compared with example 1; example 5 the same proportions of components except for corn germ oil and rice bran oil as in example 1, the amount of corn germ oil added was reduced by 4% as compared with example 1, and the rice germ oil was reduced by 1% as compared with example 1, and the evaluation results were as follows:
in example 2, the amount of SUNSOFT Q-172Y-C and SUNSOFT Q-102H-C added was decreased, the time for fusing color cosmetics by massaging after applying to the face became long, the makeup removing effect by wet and dry hands became weak, the rinsing time became long, and the score was 3 points. The SUNSOFT Q-172Y-C and SUNSOFT Q-102H-C in example 3 were added in increased amounts, the combined makeup application time, and makeup removal effect by wet and dry hands were similar to those of the control example, the washing time was shorter, but the hand-dry feeling was observed after washing, and the score was 4. In example 4, the amount of SUNSOFT Q-17D-C added was reduced, the makeup removal effect was achieved by blending the makeup time, the wet hand and dry hand, and the rinsing time were similar to those of the control example, but the dry feel was not good after rinsing, and the score was 4. In example 5, the addition amounts of the maize germ oil and the rice germ oil were reduced, the makeup removing effect by combining makeup application time and wet and dry hands, and the washing time were close to those of the control example, but the moisturizing and moistening feeling after washing was not good enough and was scored as 4 points. The combination of various ratios and types of example 1 are superior to other prior art. Particularly, when the addition amount of SUNSOFT Q-172Y-C is 9%, the addition amount of SUNSOFT Q-102H-C is 8% and the addition amount of SUNSOFT Q-17D-C is 3%, all indexes can reach the optimal state, and the method is beyond the reach of any prior art and has obvious advantages. Comparative tests were also conducted during the study, and the use effect of the cosmetic composition using other proportions or compositions was not as good as that of example 1.

the component B comprises:
ether-based oil and fat: 1-10%;
vegetable oil and fat: 3-15%;
and the component C is as follows:
antioxidant: 0.01-1%;
active ingredients: 0 to 10 percent;
essence: 0.01 to 0.5 percent.

The bicontinuous phase cleansing oil according to claim 1, characterized in that the ester oil adopts: caprylic/capric triglyceride, ethylhexyl palmitate, isopropyl myristate, dioctyl carbonate, isoamyl laurate, butylene glycol dicaprylate/dicaprate, glycerol tri (ethylhexanoate), cetyl ethylhexanoate, di-C12-13 alcohol malate, diisostearyl malate, pentaerythritol tetra (ethylhexanoate), pentaerythritol tetraisostearate.

The bicontinuous phase cleansing oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vegetable oil or fat comprises: at least one of corn germ oil, wheat germ oil, rice germ oil, jojoba seed oil, shea butter, camellia seed oil, sweet almond oil, castor oil, grape seed oil, sunflower seed oil, high oleic sunflower seed oil, avocado oil, safflower oil, rosehip oil, borage oil, blackcurrant seed oil, macadamia nut oil, cocoa butter, mango seed oil, evening primrose oil, coconut oil, meadowfoam seed oil, linseed oil, sea buckthorn oil, and perilla oil.

The bicontinuous phase cleansing oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is selected from the group consisting of: di-tert-butyl-p-cresol (BHT), tert-Butyl Hydroxyanisole (BHA), gallate, tocopherol acetate, tris (tetramethylhydroxypiperidinol) citrate, octadecanol di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyhydrocinnamate, pentaerythritol tetrakis (bis-tert-butyl hydroxyhydrocinnamate), benzotriazolyl dodecyl p-cresol, and sodium benzotriazolyl styrene-butadiene-phenol sulfonate.

The bicontinuous phase cleansing oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the active ingredients are: at least one of ganoderma lucidum extract, angelica sinensis extract, walnut kernel extract, gardenia fruit extract, ginseng root extract, wolfberry fruit extract, rhodiola rosea root extract, astragalus membranaceus root extract, polygonatum odoratum extract, poria cocos extract, phytosterol/octyldodecanol lauroyl glutamate, carrageen crispus extract, hydrolyzed pansy extract, shea butter unsaponifiable matter, centella asiatica extract, elderberry fruit extract, sesame seed extract, 4-tert-butylcyclohexanol, white tea extract, fucus extract, Sichuan valley seed extract, aloe extract, ascorbic acid, arbutin, snow lotus extract and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate.
