The high skin affinity preparation is prepared from a targeting functional substance and bacterial cellulose according to a mass ratio of 40: 1 in the composition of claim 1.
The targeting function: according to the mass ratio of 1: 10: 3 mixing the tetrahydromethylpyrimidine carboxylic acid, water and the hexacyclic stone micro powder, keeping the temperature at 50 ℃, shaking, and heating to 100 ℃ to remove water.

The cleansing oil prepared according to the formulas of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1 and 2 was used for evaluation of the use effect, the number of persons participating in evaluation was 20, the average scores were shown in the following table, and the results are shown in the following table

2. The cleansing oil containing astaxanthin liposome according to claim 1, wherein the high skin affinity preparation is prepared by mixing a targeting functional substance and bacterial cellulose in a mass ratio of 30-50: 1 in the composition of claim 1.

The cleansing oil containing astaxanthin liposomes according to claim 2, characterized in that the targeting function: according to the mass ratio of 1: 8-13: and 2-5, mixing the tetrahydromethylpyrimidine carboxylic acid, water and the hexacyclic stone micro powder, keeping the temperature at 40-55 ℃, shaking, and heating to 100 ℃ to remove water.

s3, mixing astaxanthin with the A phase to obtain a B phase, and coating the high skin affinity preparation on the B phase to obtain the cleansing oil containing astaxanthin liposome.
