Abstract
The invention discloses a peony pistil submicron powder micellar solution and a preparation method and application thereof. The peony pistil superfine powder micelle solution comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-9.8 parts of peony pistil ultra-fine powder, 30-40 parts of polyglycerol-4 oleate, 60-65 parts of meadowfoam seed oil and 0.5-3 parts of tocopherol. According to the invention, the stability of the peony pistil ultrafine powder micelle in a solution is regulated and controlled by regulating the proportion of glyceride substances in the peony pistil ultrafine powder, polyglycerol-4 oleate and white pooling seed oil, so that the prepared peony pistil micelle has better stability, can retain effective components in the peony pistil, has the effects of whitening, resisting aging and the like, and has a good application prospect in the field of cosmetics.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of peony processing, and particularly relates to a peony stamen ultrafine powder micellar solution, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The peony has high ornamental value and medicinal value, the carbohydrate content in the stamen of the peony is higher than 55.49 percent, the protein content reaches 24.83 percent and is far higher than the protein content of the petals of the same peony, the fat content in the plant species is medium and low, the total sugar content is 14.24 percent and is far lower than the total sugar content of common energy foods, and researches find that the stamen of the peony has the effects of reducing blood fat, preventing and assisting in treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and the like, has positive auxiliary treatment effects on gastrointestinal dysfunction and constipation, has auxiliary treatment and recovery effects on prostatitis and prostatic hyperplasia, the crude fiber content is higher than the crude fiber content of bee pollen, the VC content is 39.3mg/100g, the VE content is 23.2mg/100g, and belongs to high category in a Chinese food nutrition ingredient table. The peony stamen contains 18 kinds of amino acids, the total amount of the amino acids accounts for 10.56%, the content of essential amino acids accounts for 38.26%, the content of the essential amino acids is higher than that of rose (34.42%) by nearly 4%, 8 kinds of essential amino acids are complete and reasonable, the content of the essential amino acids is 1.47% of glutamic acid at the highest, 0.13% of methionine at the lowest, the content of other 6 kinds of essential amino acids is higher and uniform, and the formed protein content is high and excellent in quality; the peony stamen has reasonable fatty acid composition, the contents of oleic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid are high, the total content of 156 unsaturated fatty acid exceeds 70%, the content ratio of unsaturated fatty acid to saturated fatty acid reaches more than 2.5 and is far greater than the world health organization recommended value (not less than 0.7), and the peony stamen has very reasonable fatty acid composition and high nutritional value. The lutein content in stamen of peony flower is 8.4mg/kg, which shows that the product has the unique functions of improving eyesight and protecting vision, and especially preventing chronic eye diseases such as age-related macular degeneration, cataract and the like.
Although the medicinal value, the food value and the like of the peony are higher, the development and the utilization of deep-processed products of the peony are seriously lagged, and the peony pistil products obtained by the prior art are not easy to store, so that the waste is caused because the utilization rate of effective components in the peony pistil is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a peony pistil submicron powder micellar solution and a preparation method and application thereof aiming at the defects of the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the peony pistil submicron powder micelle solution comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2-9.8 parts of peony pistil ultra-fine powder, 30-40 parts of polyglycerol-4 oleate, 60-65 parts of meadowfoam seed oil and 0.5-3 parts of tocopherol.
The polyglycerol-4 oleate is used as a solubilizer, so that the formation of micro-micelles in the solution of peony pistil micro-powder in scarfing can be ensured; on one hand, the main component of the meadowfoam seed oil is glyceride, so that the micellae can be better suspended in the same oil, and the stable state of the micellae is ensured; on the other hand, the meadowfoam seed oil has good skin permeability as vegetable oil, and can improve the application of the micro-micelle in cosmetics; meanwhile, the tocopherol is added to play an antioxidation role of the peony pistil micelle full-oil system.
