The invention relates to the field of daily cosmetics, in particular to an IPC (industrial personal computer) classification number A61K8/92, and more particularly relates to an amino acid cleansing foam and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Along with the acceleration of the life rhythm of people, the requirements on all-in-one functional products are high, the safety of the products is more emphasized, the pursuit is mild and has no stimulation, and the skin is not injured; and the requirements for makeup removal are gradually enhanced along with the increase of the use amount of the sun protection and the makeup.
Most of the products on the market at present need to be unloaded and washed, and two products are respectively used. The common makeup removing products comprise makeup removing water, makeup removing oil or makeup removing cream, makeup removing emulsion and the like, wherein the makeup removing water is fresh and cool, but the makeup removing cotton is needed, so that the skin is potentially damaged; the cleansing oil or the cleansing cream has good cleansing force, but has thick skin feel, and is required to be emulsified and washed thoroughly, otherwise pores can be blocked to form a closed mouth; the makeup removing force of the makeup removing emulsion is weak. In addition, the current commercial products have poor removal of water and sun, except for the type of make-up remover. Most of the cleansing products on the market at present have no cleansing effect, and the cleansing products have poor moisturizing effect after washing, even some cleansing products have poor storage performance, and the cleansing products are easy to precipitate or delaminate in high and low temperature environments, so that the using effect can be influenced. The applicant finds that the amino acid cleansing foam has excellent cleansing power and moisturizing effect and better high-low temperature stability after a great deal of researches, and the applicant considers that the possible reasons are that specific grease, an emulsifying agent and a cleaning agent are added into a body system, particularly the grease is medium-low polarity grease, the emulsifying agent is polyether nonionic emulsifying agent or polyglycerol nonionic emulsifying agent, and the cleaning agent is prepared by the following components in percentage by mass: (0.8-1.2): the combination of the amino acid surfactant, the alkyl glycoside surfactant and the amphoteric surfactant in the range of (0.8-1.2) can form a micro-emulsion structure, and can cause the product to break emulsion after contacting with the makeup, so that the internal grease is released, and the cleansing agent has excellent cleansing force for removing different makeup. However, the microemulsion can undergo the phenomenon of 'Orshi ripening', so that the particles of the microemulsion become larger gradually to finally break emulsion, the affinity of the microemulsion to grease is enhanced by selecting an emulsifier containing multiple lipophilic ends, the aggregation of the particles of the microemulsion can be prevented by adding a specific amino acid surfactant, and meanwhile, the degree of 'Orshi ripening' of the microemulsion is slowed down by the added medium-low polarity grease, so that the storage stability of the system is excellent under the combined action. In addition, the micelle is increased by a large amount of emulsifying agents with long hydrophilic chains and lipophilic ends, so that irritation caused by permeation of surfactant monomers can be well avoided, and meanwhile, the formation of a micro-emulsion structure further reduces the existence of free surfactant monomers and further improves the mildness, so that the facial cleanser foam can also be used for lips of eyes.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the amino acid facial cleansing foam, which at least comprises the following steps:
(1) Uniformly mixing grease and polyalcohol to obtain an oil phase;
(2) Mixing water, cleaning agent, chelating agent, pH regulator and thickener, and dissolving uniformly to obtain water phase;
(3) Maintaining the oil phase in a stirring state, and slowly adding the water phase;
(4) Finally adding preservative, mixing uniformly, and discharging.
The beneficial effects are that:
(1) The cleansing foam improves the cleansing power and the cleansing power of the cleansing foam through the combination of the grease, the emulsifying agent and the cleansing agent in a specific proportion, and can effectively remove various types of make-up and general dirt and grease;
(2) The system strengthens the affinity to oil by selecting the emulsifier containing multiple lipophilic ends, and the addition of the specific amino acid surfactant can prevent the aggregation of the microemulsion particles, and meanwhile, the added medium-low polarity oil slows down the degree of 'Oryza' of the microemulsion, so that the storage stability of the system is excellent under the combined action;
(3) The micelle is increased by a large amount of emulsifying agents with long hydrophilic chains and lipophilic ends, so that irritation caused by permeation of surfactant monomers can be well avoided, and meanwhile, the formation of a micro-emulsion structure further reduces the existence of free surfactant monomers and further improves the mildness, so that the facial cleanser foam can also be used for lips of eyes.
