Description

Skin cleaning composition and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to a skin cleaning composition, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
In recent years, with the improvement of national income and consumption capability, chinese cosmetics have been greatly developed, which are not available, and consumers actively select various cosmetics to protect and modify skin. Daily-use make-up (including BB creams, lipsticks, lip colors, eyebrow pencils, eye shadows, blushers, etc.) and sun-protection products all contain a large amount of grease, wax grease, silicone oil or oil-dispersion components, and are strong in skin adhesion and difficult to clean with conventional cleansing products on the market, for example: the protective film formed on the skin surface by the sun cream, the pollution particles attached to the barrier cream, the color makeup attached to the mucous membrane of the eyes, blackhead dirt caused by sebum oxidation at the root of eyelashes and deep in pores, dirt attached to the old and waste cutin and the like are difficult to clean, and the following skin problems are easily caused: meibomian gland blockage, dry eye, pigmentation, skin aging, pore blockage, comedones, etc., and even causes an impaired skin barrier. Therefore, the cleansing products are continuously expanded in the market as transition products for connecting the makeup and the skin care products.
The cleansing products commonly used in the market at present comprise cleansing cream, cleansing milk, cleansing gel, cleansing oil, cleansing water, cleansing wet tissue and the like; more makeup removers and makeup removers are used. The cleansing water mainly uses the principle of surfactant micelle to remove makeup, has fresh texture, but has relatively poor makeup removing capability, the commonly used surfactant contains PEG, has large using amount and potential irritation, has bitter taste when used for lips, and is easy to damage skin by repeatedly wiping with cleansing cotton when the cleansing water is used. The cleansing oil is prepared by dissolving cleansing oil by using oil and fat according to a similar compatibility principle, has strong cleansing capability, but is greasy in skin feel after washing, easy to be acne-closed and needs to be further cleaned by using facial cleanser. The two types of common cleansing products have low viscosity, are easy to run off when being smeared, are inconvenient to use and have waste of products. In addition, the existing commercial cleansing products often contain mineral oil, polyethylene wax and the like, and skin allergy is easy to cause when the purity of the components is insufficient, so that along with rapid permeation of color makeup habits, fine and upgrade of skin care requirements and acceleration of life rhythm, the development of a mild cleansing product which does not damage sebum membranes, protects skin barriers and is easy to use is particularly important.

the viscosity profile of the skin cleansing compositions of examples 1 to 4 was measured at 25℃ using a Haake Mars Modular Advanced Rheometer System rheometer using a frequency sweep mode, rotor P35/Ti, and the results are shown in FIG. 5. As can be seen from FIG. 5, the viscosity of the skin cleansing compositions of examples 1 to 4 decreased rapidly as the shear rate increased. From this, it is apparent that the skin cleansing compositions of examples 1 to 4 have excellent spreadability, and the viscosity of the skin cleansing composition decreases during the spreading process.
(4) Particle size testing:
the particle size of the skin cleansing composition samples in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 2 was measured using a malvern nanoparticle size analyzer, and the specific test method was: firstly, preparing a sample into a 0.1% aqueous solution, uniformly dispersing, taking 1mL of the solution, placing the solution into a sample cell of a particle size analyzer, and measuring the particle size of the sample at 25 ℃. The results are shown in Table 2. As can be seen from table 2: the skin cleansing compositions of examples 1 to 4 had particle diameters between 0.1 and 1 μm, and had smaller particle diameters than those of comparative examples 1 to 2.
(5) Safety evaluation:
human skin patch test:
number of human subjects: 5 people;
age: between 25 and 45 years old;
gender: female;
the patch method comprises the following steps: the normal skin on the curved side of the forearm of the subject was cleaned and wiped dry, the protective paper of the plaque test tape was removed, 0.1g of the test substances in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were dropped into the plaque tester, the plaque test tape was firmly stuck from bottom to top, stuck flat and air was discharged with a palm light pressure. After 24 hours, the test substance was removed, and skin reactions were observed at 0.5 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, and 48 hours after the removal, and the results were recorded according to the skin reaction classification standard in the cosmetic hygiene Specification, and the specific results are shown in Table 2 below.
Eye and lip irritation test:
the subjects applied make-up products to the skin at the corners of the eyes and lips, and after 10 minutes, applied and removed make-up using the skin cleansing compositions prepared in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 2. In use, the skin cleansing composition is first applied uniformly to the eyes and lips, gently massaged, and after about 1 minute the eye and lip irritation is evaluated. The results are shown in Table 2.
Table 2 skin cleansing composition particle size and irritation

(6) And (3) testing the cleansing effect:
number of human subjects: 5 people;
age: between 25 and 45 years old;
gender: female;
the testing method comprises the following steps: the normal skin on the curved side of the forearm of the subject was cleaned and wiped dry, and a waterproof eyeliner, lipstick, BB cream was applied to the forearm, dried for 10min, and 0.1g of the skin cleansing composition test sample of examples 1 to 4 and comparative example 2 was added dropwise, and the skin cleansing composition was subjected to circling massage, then to a small amount of water massage, and finally to rinsing with water and wiping off water. The average score was calculated from 5 scale comparisons of skin cling, spreadability, cleaning power, rinse-out, and moisturization.
