技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,具体涉及一种具有蝶板和阀杆纠偏功能的蝶阀。
背景技术
蝶阀又叫翻板阀,是一种结构简单的调节阀,可用于低压管道介质的开关控制的蝶阀是指关闭件(阀瓣或蝶板)为圆盘,围绕阀轴旋转来达到开启与关闭的一种阀。
目前市面上使用的蝶阀,阀体与阀座分离设置,并在阀体与阀座的接触面上添设密封垫,利用螺栓将阀体与阀座连接,确保其密封性防止介质流入影响蝶阀的正常使用,且在蝶板上通过螺栓及压环固定有多层次密封圈。
但本申请发明人在实现本申请实施例中,发现上述技术中仍存在以下问题:
1、在阀杆穿过蝶板之后,往往需要采用定位销将阀杆与蝶板的销孔之间进行定位,从而保证阀杆与蝶板之间的对位精准度,然而,阀杆及蝶阀会随着环境温度而改变温度,一旦温差过大,会引起与销孔的热胀冷缩,进而使销孔位置偏移,使定位销无法装入,只能依赖工具敲入,而工具敲入的定位销无疑会造成位于定位销四周的阀杆及蝶板形变,直接导致密封性能大大降低;
2、由于阀体与阀座分离设置,在介质长时间的冲击下,阀体与阀座之间的夹紧件和密封垫会受到磨损,影响蝶阀的密封性,并且蝶板与阀座之间的多层次密封圏通常由二层或二层以上的金属与非金属片状材料复合而成,当管道内介质压力较高、流速较快的时候,多层次密封圈内的非金属片状材料极易被冲刷,也会影响蝶阀的密封性。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种密封性能更好,使用寿命更长的具有蝶板和阀杆纠偏功能的蝶阀。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:包括阀体、阀杆以及蝶板,所述的阀体内设有流道,所述的阀杆驱动蝶板旋转构成流道的切断与流通,所述的阀体包括左阀体和右阀体,所述的阀体内设置有与蝶板密封配合的阀座,所述的蝶板设置有供阀杆穿过的对位安装孔,其特征在于:所述的对位安装孔与阀杆之间设置有将蝶板与阀杆之间进行校位的校位装置,所述的校位装置包括操作杆、校位块及对位螺杆,所述的阀杆位于与蝶板对应的位置横向设置有校位腔,所述的校位腔横向两侧分别设置有校位口,所述的校位块的数量为两个并分别与校位口相对应,两个所述的校位块之间压缩设置有校位弹簧,所述的校位腔分别与各校位口衔接并引导校位块移动的校位坡面,所述的校位坡面随着远离阀杆中心高度逐渐增加,所述的校位块设置有与校位坡面贴合的移动斜面,所述的校位弹簧使两个校位块伸出对应的校位口,并与对位安装孔的孔壁开设的校位槽构成对位配合,所述的校位槽截面呈梯形,且较大端朝向校位口,所述的阀杆位于校位腔上方沿竖向设置有与校位腔联通并供操作杆竖向移动的操作通道,所述的操作杆上端作为人为按压的按压端,下端作为传动端,所述的操作杆的操作端被按压时传动端挤压各校位块上方,使校位块沿校位坡面回位至校位腔内,所述的操作杆位于校位腔下方沿竖向设置有与校位腔联通的校位通道,所述的对位螺杆与校位通道螺纹配合,所述的对位螺杆下端作为驱动其旋转的操作端,上端作为校位端,所述的对位螺杆旋入校位通道时挤压各校位块下方,使校位块沿校位坡面外移,直至到达与校位槽完全对位的锁死位置。
通过采用上述技术方案,由校位装置代替定位销,由于校位块之间设置有校位弹簧,即使存在热胀冷缩的情况发生,也能够将位置进行补偿,避免无法安装或蛮力安装的情况发生,在阀杆从阀体上方伸入蝶板的过程中,先借助工具按压操作杆使校位块回缩至校位腔内,直至校位块与蝶板位置相对,松开操作杆阀杆继续下降,待校位块与校位槽位置相对应时校位块在校位弹簧作用下复位至校位槽内,发出振动反馈及声音反馈,随后借助工具旋转操作端,使对位螺杆旋入校位通道时,使校位块沿校位坡面外移,配合校位槽的梯形坡面,直至到达与校位槽完全对位的锁死位置,实现完全精准对位,从而保证密封性能更好,使用寿命更长。
本发明进一步设置为:所述的操作通道上端设置有沉孔,所述的操作杆位于沉孔内设置有沿沉孔升降的复位部分,所述的复位部分与沉孔底部之间压缩设置有将操作杆向上复位的复位弹簧。
通过采用上述技术方案,在操作杆未进行按压时,复位弹簧会自动将操作杆向上复位,便于操作杆进行按压操作的同时对位螺杆上升时无需克服操作杆重力,使调整更为顺畅、省力。
本发明进一步设置为:所述的阀座包括位于蝶板两侧的左阀座和右阀座,所述的左阀座与左阀体一体设置,所述的右阀座与右阀体一体设置,所述的左阀座和右阀座与蝶板之间呈硬密封配合。
通过采用上述技术方案,左阀座与左阀体一体设置,该右阀座与右阀体一体设置,从而增强了阀座与阀体的强度,避免了传统蝶阀的阀体与阀座通过螺栓连接,在介质的长时间冲击下磨损严重的问题,使得蝶阀的密封性更稳定,延长了蝶阀的使用寿命,且位于蝶板两侧的左阀座和右阀座,能分别与蝶板两侧之间呈硬密封配合,从而增强了蝶板两侧的双向承载能力,使密封性能更稳定,实现蝶板的双向密封。
本发明进一步设置为:所述的左阀座和右阀座的内周面作为与蝶板密封配合的阀座密封面,所述的阀座密封面随着远离蝶板的方向直径逐渐缩小。
通过采用上述技术方案,阀座密封面随着远离蝶板的方向直径逐渐缩小,形成斜面,从而避免了介质直接与密封面接触以及缓解了对密封面某一处的冲击,进而缓解了密封面的磨损,使密封性能更稳定,当介质从一侧流入时,另一侧的斜面起到支撑的作用,并在正交分解的作用下,将力分散,从而使支持更稳定并降低密封面的磨损,左阀座和右阀座的内周面分别作为与蝶板两侧密封配合的阀座密封面,从而增强了蝶板两侧的双向承载能力,使密封性能更稳定。

5.根据权利要求1所示的一种具有蝶板和阀杆纠偏功能的蝶阀,其特征在于:所述的蝶板两侧沿边缘分别设置有环形槽,所述的环形槽内设有密封环,所述的密封环为金属,所述的蝶板上设有压环,所述的压环固定于蝶板并将密封环按压于环形槽,所述的密封环向外延伸与右阀座与左阀座相抵构成右阀座和左阀座与蝶板之间的硬密封配合。
6.根据权利要求1所示的一种具有蝶板和阀杆纠偏功能的蝶阀,其特征在于:所述的左阀体与右阀体呈非对称设置,所述的左阀体与右阀体之间设有增加密封性的密封垫片,所述的左阀体设置有供阀杆穿过的上阀杆孔和下阀杆孔,所述的上阀杆孔上方环绕阀杆设有供填料装入的填料槽,所述的填料槽上还设置有将填料压紧的填料压盖,所述的填料压盖通过螺栓连接于左阀体上方。
7.根据权利要求6所示的一种具有蝶板和阀杆纠偏功能的蝶阀,其特征在于:所述的阀杆底部设置有端盖,所述的端盖与下阀杆孔下端构成密封配合。
