Abstract
一种塑料编织袋的制造方法,其步骤为:(1)制作塑料扁丝;(2)制作双层薄膜;(3)编织膜卷;(4)膜卷放置;(5)膜卷传送;(6)膜卷贴合;(7)膜卷滚压;(8)塑料编织膜收卷;(9)制作塑料膜编织袋。本发明将双层薄膜和塑料膜贴合前进行纤维传送,并对其进行贴合与刮平与滚压的动作形成塑料编织膜,经过刮平与滚压后的塑料膜和双层薄膜具有贴合面整齐、紧密度高和贴合效果好的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及编织袋生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种塑料编织袋的制造方法。
背景技术
塑料内衬编织袋在加工时需要编织膜内贴装塑料薄膜,现有对编织膜内贴装塑料膜进行贴装时首先将两种膜卷进行放卷,并在其内侧面上涂上胶液,通过贴合滚压的方式将其连接在一起,现有对塑料内衬编织袋进行贴合滚压操作时存在的问题如下:.编织膜与塑料膜进行贴合时无法进行对位,使得编织膜与塑料膜之间容易存在一定偏差,造成编织袋的生产效果差,且编织膜与塑料膜还会出现褶皱的现象;编织膜与塑料膜之间滚压时,编织膜与塑料膜外侧的胶液会通过滚压轮传导到编织膜与塑料膜的外侧面上,从而对塑料编织膜的收卷造成影响。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述问题提供了一种内黏膜塑料编织袋的制造方法。
本发明所采取的技术方案:
一种塑料编织袋的制造方法,其步骤为:
(1)制作塑料扁丝:将聚丙烯塑料颗粒通过塑料挤出机挤成塑料条,塑料条经冷却剖片,加热拉伸后,制成塑料扁丝,备用;
(2)制作双层薄膜:分别将乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯塑料和高压低密度聚乙烯塑料经过加热、熔融和塑化,通过双层共挤吹塑薄膜机挤出形成圆筒型的外层为乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯薄膜层、内层为高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层的双层薄膜,收卷制成双层薄膜卷备用;
(3)编织膜卷:使用袋内膜塑料圆织机将步骤(1)得到的塑料扁丝编织成筒布,经提升、收卷生产出塑料膜卷备用;
(4)膜卷放置:将塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷进行分别锁定并放卷,对放卷后的塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷的内侧面采用辊轮进行涂胶处理,使得塑料膜卷和双层薄膜卷的内侧面能够均匀涂胶;
(5)膜卷传送:涂胶后的塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷向前进行传送,导向辊的内端能够分别对塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷进行导向,传送辊的内端能够对塑料薄膜卷与双层薄膜卷贴合前进行传输;
(6)膜卷贴合:塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷穿过传送辊的内侧面后在两个贴合机构上的转动板挤压作用力下进行粘合,刮板能够将粘合后的塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷进行刮平;
(7)膜卷滚压:粘合刮平后的塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷穿过固定轮与下压轮之间,固定轮与下压轮之间的挤压力能够将塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷压实形成塑料编织膜;
(8)塑料编织膜收卷:塑料编织膜继续向右传送并通过收卷机将其进行收卷,通过收卷机的收卷力带动塑料编织膜持续进行粘合收卷;
(9)制作塑料膜编织袋:将得到的塑料编织膜卷进行切割、缝纫完成塑料膜编织袋的制造。
所述的塑料膜编织袋包括外层的由聚丙烯塑料编织而成的塑料膜卷,塑料膜卷内依次设有乙烯-醋酸乙烯醋薄膜层和高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层。
所述的导向辊与传送辊均为工字型滚轮,导向辊与传送辊的工字型滚轮结构能够对塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷进行导向。
所述的转动板内端为向输送前端方向倾斜的弧形结构。
所述的刮板的内端设置有三角形凸起,且刮板三角形凸起的内端为弧形结构,转动板内端的弧形结构能够防止转动板损坏塑料膜或双层薄。
所述的转动板的前后两端均设置有刮动块,刮动块的下端为弧形结构,刮动块的外端向输送前端方向倾斜布置,且刮动块外端的高度高于刮动块内端的高度。
本发明的有益效果:本发明将双层薄膜和塑料膜贴合前进行纤维传送,并对其进行贴合与刮平与滚压的动作形成塑料编织膜,经过刮平与滚压后的塑料膜和双层薄膜具有贴合面整齐、紧密度高和贴合效果好的优点。
具体实施方式
一种塑料编织袋的制造方法,其步骤为:
(1)制作塑料扁丝:将聚丙烯塑料颗粒通过塑料挤出机挤成塑料条,塑料条经冷却剖片,加热拉伸后,制成塑料扁丝,备用;

(3)编织膜卷:使用袋内膜塑料圆织机将步骤(1)得到的塑料扁丝编织成筒布,经提升、收卷生产出塑料膜卷备用;
(4)膜卷放置:将塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷进行分别锁定并放卷,对放卷后的塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷的内侧面采用辊轮进行涂胶处理,使得塑料膜卷和双层薄膜卷的内侧面能够均匀涂胶;
(5)膜卷传送:涂胶后的塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷向前进行传送,导向辊的内端能够分别对塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷进行导向,传送辊的内端能够对塑料薄膜卷与双层薄膜卷贴合前进行传输;导向辊与传送辊均为工字型滚轮;

(9)制作塑料膜编织袋:将得到的塑料编织膜卷进行切割、缝纫完成塑料膜编织袋的制造。
下面将结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细阐述:
一种塑料编织袋的制造方法,其步骤为:
(1)制作塑料扁丝:将聚丙烯塑料颗粒通过塑料挤出机挤成塑料条,塑料条经冷却剖片,加热拉伸后,制成塑料扁丝,备用;
(2)制作双层薄膜:分别将乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯塑料和高压低密度聚乙烯塑料经过加热、熔融和塑化,通过双层共挤吹塑薄膜机挤出形成圆筒型的外层为乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯薄膜层、内层为高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层的双层薄膜,收卷制成双层薄膜卷备用;
(3)编织膜卷:使用袋内膜塑料圆织机将步骤(1)得到的塑料扁丝编织成筒布,经提升、收卷生产出塑料膜卷备用;
(4)膜卷放置:将塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷进行分别锁定并放卷,对放卷后的塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷的内侧面采用辊轮进行涂胶处理,使得塑料膜卷和双层薄膜卷的内侧面能够均匀涂胶;
(5)膜卷传送:涂胶后的塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷向前进行传送,导向辊的内端能够分别对塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷进行导向,传送辊的内端能够对塑料薄膜卷与双层薄膜卷贴合前进行传输;导向辊与传送辊均为工字型滚轮,导向辊与传送辊的工字型滚轮结构能够对塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷进行导向,防止塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷在传送时其前后位置发生偏差;
(6)膜卷贴合:塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷穿过传送辊的内侧面后在两个贴合机构上的转动板挤压作用力下进行粘合,刮板能够将粘合后的塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷进行刮平;转动板内端为向输送前端方向倾斜的弧形结构;所述的刮板的内端设置有三角形凸起,且刮板三角形凸起的内端为弧形结构,转动板内端的弧形结构能够防止转动板损坏塑料膜或双层薄膜,刮板的三角形结构能够对塑料膜或双层薄膜起到刮平的作用,刮板三角形的弧形结构能够防止其损坏塑料膜卷或双层薄膜卷;转动板的前后两端均设置有刮动块,刮动块的下端为弧形结构,刮动块的外端向输送前端方向倾斜布置,且刮动块外端的高度高于刮动块内端的高度,刮动块能够对塑料膜与双层薄膜的外端进行刮胶动作,倾斜布置的刮动块能够将塑料膜与双层薄膜之间的胶液向外侧挤动,从而塑料膜与双层薄膜之间的胶液能够汇集在其外侧,刮动块外端的高度高于刮动块内端的高度可以防止刮动块将塑料膜与双层薄膜之间外端的胶液压到其外侧面上;
(7)膜卷滚压:粘合刮平后的塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷穿过固定轮与下压轮之间,固定轮与下压轮之间的挤压力能够将塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷压实形成塑料编织膜;
(8)塑料编织膜收卷:塑料编织膜继续向右传送并通过收卷机将其进行收卷,通过收卷机的收卷力带动塑料编织膜持续进行粘合收卷。
(9)制作塑料膜编织袋:将得到的塑料编织膜卷进行切割、缝纫完成塑料膜编织袋的制造。

1.一种塑料编织袋的制造方法,其特征在于,其步骤为:
(1)制作塑料扁丝:将聚丙烯塑料颗粒通过塑料挤出机挤成塑料条,塑料条经冷却剖片,加热拉伸后,制成塑料扁丝,备用;
(2)制作双层薄膜:分别将乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯塑料和高压低密度聚乙烯塑料经过加热、熔融和塑化,通过双层共挤吹塑薄膜机挤出形成圆筒型的外层为乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯薄膜层、内层为高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层的双层薄膜,收卷制成双层薄膜卷备用;
(3)编织膜卷:使用袋内膜塑料圆织机将步骤(1)得到的塑料扁丝编织成筒布,经提升、收卷生产出塑料膜卷备用;
(4)膜卷放置:将塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷进行分别锁定并放卷,对放卷后的塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷的内侧面采用辊轮进行涂胶处理,使得塑料膜卷和双层薄膜卷的内侧面能够均匀涂胶;
(5)膜卷传送:涂胶后的塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷向前进行传送,导向辊的内端能够分别对塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷进行导向,传送辊的内端能够对塑料薄膜卷与双层薄膜卷贴合前进行传输;
(6)膜卷贴合:塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷穿过传送辊的内侧面后在两个贴合机构上的转动板挤压作用力下进行粘合,刮板能够将粘合后的塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷进行刮平;
(7)膜卷滚压:粘合刮平后的塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷穿过固定轮与下压轮之间,固定轮与下压轮之间的挤压力能够将塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷压实形成塑料编织膜;
(8)塑料编织膜收卷:塑料编织膜继续向右传送并通过收卷机将其进行收卷,通过收卷机的收卷力带动塑料编织膜持续进行粘合收卷;
(9)制作塑料膜编织袋:将得到的塑料编织膜卷进行切割、缝纫完成塑料膜编织袋的制造。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料编织袋的制造方法,其特征在于,所述的塑料膜编织袋包括外层的由聚丙烯塑料编织而成的塑料膜卷,塑料膜卷内依次设有乙烯-醋酸乙烯醋薄膜层和高压低密度聚乙烯薄膜层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑料编织袋的制造方法,其特征在于,所述的导向辊与传送辊均为工字型滚轮,导向辊与传送辊的工字型滚轮结构能够对塑料膜卷与双层薄膜卷进行导向。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑料编织袋的制造方法,其特征在于,所述的转动板内端为向输送前端方向倾斜的弧形结构。
5.根据权利要求4所述的塑料编织袋的制造方法,其特征在于,所述的刮板的内端设置有三角形凸起,且刮板三角形凸起的内端为弧形结构,转动板内端的弧形结构能够防止转动板损坏塑料膜或双层薄。
6.根据权利要求5所述的塑料编织袋的制造方法,其特征在于,所述的转动板的前后两端均设置有刮动块,刮动块的下端为弧形结构,刮动块的外端向输送前端方向倾斜布置,且刮动块外端的高度高于刮动块内端的高度。
