2)、将配制好的清洗整理液加入到浸染机中,形成清洗工作液,清洗液在浸染机中循环5-10min;然后将清洗工作液加热至60-70℃,放入漂白棉纱绞纱,在浸染机中循环清洗15-20min,再将漂白棉纱绞纱从浸染机中取出,脱水2-3min,最后将漂白棉纱绞纱放入浸染机中,在30-40℃的温水中循环清洗5-10min,完毕脱水3-5min;
B、将清洗后的32s漂白棉纱绞纱(市售的)进行浸渍阻燃整理,浴比1:15-20,浸渍温度30-40℃,浸渍时间2-4H,浸渍阻燃整理工艺配方为:

在本发明中,片碱PJ由无锡大协贸易有限公司生产,乳化剂LF-100由百隆台北有限公司生产,棉耐久阻燃剂FK-103,FK-062树脂,FK-074强力保护剂由北京中纺化工股份有限公司生产。
本发明的防熔阻燃弹性带是采用阻燃氨纶芯,加阻燃涤纶和阻燃棉纱交织皮制造的螺旋编织弹性带。本发明的防熔阻燃弹性带无熔融,阻燃达到美国波音标准(燃烧长度小于20cm,滴焰时间小于5s,余焰时间小于15s),用于消防、实验室、钢铁冶金等紧贴人体皮肤工作服装、鞋帽紧固件,有利于提高使用者的舒适性和安全防护性。

A.配制清洗整理液:片碱PJ浓度0.10g/L,乳化剂LF-100浓度0.45g/L;
B.将配制好的清洗整理液加入到浸染机中,形成清洗工作液,清洗液在浸染机中循环5min;然后将清洗工作液加热至60℃,放入漂白棉纱绞纱,在浸染机中循环清洗15min,然后将漂白棉纱绞纱从浸染机中取出,脱水2min,再将漂白棉纱绞纱放入浸染机中,在30℃的温水中循环清洗5min,完毕脱水3min。
2:将清洗后的32s漂白棉纱绞纱进行浸渍阻燃整理,浴比1:15,浸渍温度30℃,浸渍时间4H,浸渍阻燃整理工艺配方为:

A.配制清洗整理液:片碱PJ浓度0.15g/L,乳化剂LF-100浓度0.50g/L;
B.将配制好的清洗整理液加入到浸染机中,形成清洗工作液,清洗液在浸染机中循环10min;然后将清洗工作液加热至70℃,放入漂白棉纱绞纱,在浸染机中循环清洗20min,然后将漂白棉纱绞纱从浸染机中取出,脱水3min,再将漂白棉纱绞纱放入浸染机中,在40℃的温水中循环清洗10min,完毕脱水5min。
2:将清洗后的32s漂白棉纱绞纱进行浸渍阻燃整理,浴比1:20,浸渍温度40℃,浸渍时间2H,浸渍阻燃整理工艺配方为:

浸渍完毕脱水5min,在100℃烘干40min,然后将绞纱络成筒子纱,形成阻燃棉纱筒子纱。
3:设计防熔阻燃弹性带组织结构时,采用螺旋编织织物结构,织物芯层采用阻燃氨纶丝,线密度1680D,根数10根,织物表层采用32s阻燃棉纱4根并成一股,先连续排列一股阻燃棉纱3个锭子,再采用300D阻燃涤纶1根,接着排列1个锭子,阻燃棉纱锭子与阻燃涤纶锭子比例3:1,经编织形成防熔阻燃弹性带。
实施例3
1:将32s漂白棉纱绞纱进行清洗,具体工艺为:
A.配制清洗整理液:片碱PJ浓度0.13g/L,乳化剂LF-100浓度0.48g/L;
B.将配制好的清洗整理液加入到浸染机中,形成清洗工作液,清洗液在浸染机中循环7min;然后将清洗工作液加热至65℃,放入漂白棉纱绞纱,在浸染机中循环清洗18min,再将漂白棉纱绞纱从浸染机中取出,脱水2min,最后将漂白棉纱绞纱放入浸染机中,在35℃的温水中循环清洗8min,完毕脱水4min;
2:将清洗后的32s漂白棉纱绞纱(市售的)进行浸渍阻燃整理,浴比1:18,浸渍温度35℃,浸渍时间3H,浸渍阻燃整理工艺配方为:

浸渍完毕脱水4min,在110℃烘干35min,然后将绞纱络成筒子纱,形成阻燃棉纱筒子纱;
3:设计防熔阻燃弹性带组织结构,采用螺旋编织织物结构,织物芯层采用阻燃氨纶丝,线密度1680D,根数8根,织物表层采用32s阻燃棉纱3根并成一股,先连续排列一股阻燃棉纱4个锭子,再采用180D阻燃涤纶1根,接着排列1个锭子,棉纱锭子与阻燃涤纶锭子比例4:1,经编织形成防熔阻燃弹性带。

Claims (8)

1.一种防熔阻燃弹性带,其特征在于采用阻燃氨纶作为芯层,皮层采用阻燃涤纶和阻燃棉纱交织而成,阻燃氨纶和交织的阻燃涤纶和阻燃棉纱的重量比例为30-40:8-10:62-50,阻燃氨纶和交织的阻燃涤纶和阻燃棉纱通过螺旋编织机编织形成螺旋编织物结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防熔阻燃弹性带的制造方法,其特征在于采用螺旋编织织物结构,芯层的阻燃氨纶丝的线密度为1280D-2080D,3-15根;表层采用16-64s阻燃棉纱2-6根并成一股,1-7个锭子,再采用150-300D阻燃涤纶1-3根,1-3个锭子,棉纱锭子与阻燃涤纶锭子比例1-7:1,阻燃氨纶丝和交织的阻燃涤纶和阻燃棉纱经编织形成防熔阻燃弹性带。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防熔阻燃弹性带的制造方法,其特征在于采用螺旋编织织物结构,芯层的阻燃氨纶丝的线密度为1680D,6-10根;表层采用32s阻燃棉纱2-4根并成一股,3-5个锭子,再采用150-300D阻燃涤纶1根,1个锭子,棉纱锭子与阻燃涤纶锭子比例3-5:1,阻燃氨纶丝和交织的阻燃涤纶和阻燃棉纱经编织形成防熔阻燃弹性带。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的防熔阻燃弹性带的制造方法,其特征在于阻燃棉纱通过清洗漂白棉纱绞纱和阻燃整理得到,其中所述的漂白棉纱绞纱清洗液配方为:片碱PJ浓度0.05-0.35g/L,乳化剂LF-100浓度0.25-1.05g/L;清洗液在浸染机中循环3-15min,再加热至50-80℃,清洗10-30min,脱水1-4min,最后在30-40℃的温水中循环清洗5-12min,完毕脱水3-6min。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防熔阻燃弹性带的制造方法,其特征在于阻燃棉纱通过清洗漂白棉纱绞纱和阻燃整理得到,其中所述的漂白棉纱绞纱清洗液配方为:片碱PJ浓度0.10-0.15g/L,乳化剂LF-100浓度0.45-0.55g/L;清洗液在浸染机中循环5-10min,再加热至60-70℃,清洗15-20min,脱水2-3min,最后在30-40℃的温水中循环清洗5-10min,完毕脱水3-5min。
6.根据权利要求4所述的防熔阻燃弹性带的制造方法,其特征在于阻燃棉纱通过清洗漂白棉纱绞纱和阻燃整理得到,其中所述的漂白棉纱绞纱阻燃整理配方为:棉耐久阻燃剂FK-103浓度为200-350g/L,FK-062树脂浓度40-80g/L,磷酸(85%)浓度6-15g/L,MgCl2浓度1-4g/L,FK-074强力保护剂浓度6-15g/L,JFC渗透剂浓度1-4g/L,采用浸渍法,浴比1:10-20,浸渍温度25-50℃,浸渍时间1-6H,浸渍完毕脱水2-6min,在100-120℃烘干20-50min。
7.根据权利要求4所述的防熔阻燃弹性带的制造方法,其特征在于阻燃棉纱通过清洗漂白棉纱绞纱和阻燃整理得到,其中所述的漂白棉纱绞纱阻燃整理配方为:棉耐久阻燃剂FK-103浓度为250-300g/L,FK-062树脂浓度50-60g/L,磷酸(85%)浓度8-12g/L,MgCl2浓度2-3g/L,FK-074强力保护剂浓度8-12g/L,JFC渗透剂浓度2-3g/L,,采用浸渍法,浴比1:15-20,浸渍温度30-40℃,浸渍时间2-4H,浸渍完毕脱水3-5min,在100-120℃烘干30-40min。
8.一种防熔阻燃弹性带的制造方法,其特征在于采用阻燃氨纶作为芯层,皮层采用阻燃涤纶和阻燃棉纱交织而成,阻燃氨纶和交织的阻燃涤纶和阻燃棉纱通过螺旋编织机编织形成螺旋编织物结构;按以下方法制造:
A、将32s漂白棉纱绞纱进行清洗,具体工艺为:
1)、配制清洗整理液:片碱PJ浓度0.10-0.15g/L,乳化剂LF-100浓度0.45-0.50g/L;
2)、将配制好的清洗整理液加入到浸染机中,形成清洗工作液,清洗液在浸染机中循环5-10min;然后将清洗工作液加热至60-70℃,放入漂白棉纱绞纱,在浸染机中循环清洗15-20min,再将漂白棉纱绞纱从浸染机中取出,脱水2-3min,最后将漂白棉纱绞纱放入浸染机中,在30-40℃的温水中循环清洗5-10min,完毕脱水3-5min;
B、将清洗后的32s漂白棉纱绞纱进行浸渍阻燃整理,浴比1:15-20,浸渍温度30-40℃,浸渍时间2-4H,浸渍阻燃整理工艺配方为:

浸渍完毕脱水3-5min,在100-120℃烘干30-40min,然后将绞纱络成筒子纱,形成阻燃棉纱筒子纱;
C、设计防熔阻燃弹性带组织结构,采用螺旋编织织物结构,织物芯层采用阻燃氨纶丝,线密度1680D,根数6-10根,织物表层采用32s阻燃棉纱2-4根并成一股,先连续排列一股阻燃棉纱3-5个锭子,再采用150-300D阻燃涤纶1根,接着排列1个锭子,棉纱锭子与阻燃涤纶锭子比例3-5:1,经编织形成防熔阻燃弹性带。
