本发明涉及一种编织带,特别涉及一种阻燃编织带。
背景技术
编织带一般用做背包中的背带、皮带、拉链织带及服装饰边等,其主要作用是起装饰作用。而编织带一般为丝线编织而成,为易燃物品,一旦被点燃,将会速度燃烧并漫延到与其一起使用的物品,容易烧伤使用者,后果十分严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,提供一种阻燃编织带,该阻燃编织带具有优秀的阻燃效果,不易被点燃,避免了危险的发生。
实现本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种阻燃编织带,包括由若干经线及若干纬线编织而成的带体,所述的若干经线及若干纬线在编织前浸泡于阻燃剂中作预处理,所述阻燃剂的重量百分比的组分为水55%-70%、聚磷酸铵10%-15%、氯化铵10%-15%、分散剂5%-6%,催化剂4%-6%、凝固剂1%-3%。
进一步的,所述催化剂为硅酸。
进一步的,所述分散剂为聚丙烯或聚苯乙烯。
进一步的,所述凝固剂为丙二醇或乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
进一步的,所述阻燃剂的重量百分比的组分为水70%、聚磷酸铵10%、氯化铵10%、分散剂5%、催化剂4%、凝固剂1%。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果为:该阻燃编织带的经线及纬线均浸泡在阻燃剂中作预处理,然后在用于编织成编织带,使该阻燃编织带具有优秀的阻燃效果,不易被点燃,避免了危险的发生。

本实施例1所描述的一种阻燃编织带,如图1所示,包括由若干经线及若干纬线编织而成的带体1,所述的若干经线及若干纬线在编织前浸泡于阻燃剂中作预处理,所述阻燃剂的重量百分比的组分为水70%、聚磷酸铵10%、氯化铵10%、分散剂5%、催化剂4%、凝固剂1%。
进一步的,所述催化剂为硅酸。
进一步的,所述分散剂为聚丙烯或聚苯乙烯。
进一步的,所述凝固剂为丙二醇或乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
该阻燃编织带的经线及纬线均浸泡在阻燃剂中作预处理,然后在用于编织成编织带,使该阻燃编织带具有优秀的阻燃效果,不易被点燃,避免了危险的发生。
