背景技术

4)处理:将半成品衬布浸泡在柔软剂酸溶液中,浸泡温度为35-55℃,浸泡时间为30-70min,然后烘干,烘干温度为100-150℃,烘干时间为20-50min;
5)涂布:烘干后将步骤4)得到的半成品衬布放到涂布机上进行涂布,制得衬布;
6)卷绕:将步骤5)涂布后的衬布,经切边计长然后进行卷绕。

4)处理:将半成品衬布浸泡在柔软剂酸溶液中,浸泡温度为50℃,浸泡时间为40min,然后烘干,烘干温度为150℃,烘干时间为30min。柔软剂酸溶液包括以下组分:酯基季铵盐30g/L、冰醋酸4g/L。
5)涂布:烘干后将步骤4)得到的半成品衬布放到涂布机上进行涂布,制得衬布。
6)卷绕:将步骤5)涂布后的衬布,经切边计长然后进行卷绕。

此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (7)

1.一种阻燃柔软的服装用衬布的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)拉伸:称取以下按照重量份数的原料:阻燃腈纶20-70份、竹炭纤维10-60份、天丝1-15份、阻燃粘胶3-35份,然后对阻燃腈纶、竹炭纤维与天丝分别进行拉伸;
2)梭织:将步骤1)拉伸好的阻燃腈纶、竹炭纤维与天丝进行梭织;
3)热轧粘合:对步骤2)织好的纤维网采用阻燃粘胶进行热轧粘合,从而得到半成品衬布;
4)处理:将半成品衬布浸泡在柔软剂酸溶液中,浸泡温度为35-55℃,浸泡时间为30-70min,然后烘干,烘干温度为100-150℃,烘干时间为20-50min;
5)涂布:烘干后将步骤4)得到的半成品衬布放到涂布机上进行涂布,制得衬布;
6)卷绕:将步骤5)涂布后的衬布,经切边计长然后进行卷绕。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃柔软的服装用衬布的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤1)中,称取以下按照重量份数的原料:阻燃腈纶25-65份、竹炭纤维15-55份、天丝3-12份、阻燃粘胶5-30份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的阻燃柔软的服装用衬布的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤1)中,称取以下按照重量份数的原料:阻燃腈纶30-60份、竹炭纤维20-50份、天丝5-10份、阻燃粘胶8-25份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃柔软的服装用衬布的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤4)中,浸泡温度为40-50℃,浸泡时间为40-60min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃柔软的服装用衬布的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤4)中,烘干温度为125-150℃,烘干时间为30-40min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃柔软的服装用衬布的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤4)中,柔软剂酸溶液包括以下组分:酯基季铵盐20-40g/L、冰醋酸1-8g/L。
7.根据权利要求6所述的阻燃柔软的服装用衬布的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤4)中,柔软剂酸溶液包括以下组分:酯基季铵盐25-30g/L、冰醋酸3-5g/L。
