Abstract

本发明涉及一种高性能软质复合镜面人造革及其制备方法。包括基材层、粘接层、软质发泡层和镜面层,所述粘接层位于基材层与软质发泡层之间,所述镜面层位于软质发泡层上表面。制造工艺方法,包括以下步骤:先在基材层上涂刮粘接层,再用平纹离型纸涂刮PVC增塑糊进行高温发泡贴合在粘接层上,或在基材上直涂PVC增塑糊进行高温发泡,制得软质发泡层;然后将镜面材料压延复合于软质发泡层表面上,即制得高性能软质复合镜面人造革。本发明通过采用涂布基材发泡,压延镜面复合加工,解决了两种不同材料改性加工高性能镜面人造革的技术难题,即提高了镜面人造革的柔软度,又提高了表面耐折性能,而且工艺过程简单。

Description

一种高性能软质复合镜面人造革及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种人造革,尤其涉及一种高性能软质复合镜面人造革及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来由于人们对人造革的需求量越来越大,镜面人造革是其中使用量较大的一个品种,而现有镜面人造革以PU(聚氨酯)PVC(聚氯乙烯)为主,多采用离型纸转移涂层,或压延再经发泡炉发泡后压花镜面。采用离型纸转移涂层容易造成表面折皱,耐刮擦性能差,而压延产品因其采用先发泡后压花工艺,都质地较硬,如果质地太软面层的光亮度很难控制一致,因高分子聚合的耐温性能和溶解性能差异无法使用上述工艺进行改性加工,从而很难达到市场所需的各种高物理性能。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,柔软度高,表面不易褶皱,耐折性能高的一种高性能软质复合镜面人造革及其制备方法。
为此本发明所采用的技术方案是:
包括基材层、粘接层、软质发泡层和镜面层,所述粘接层位于基材层与软质发泡层之间,所述镜面层位于软质发泡层上表面。
所述基材层可采用无纺布、梭织起毛布、针织布、针织起毛布或其他纤维。
所述镜面层可采用聚氨酯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯树脂、聚碳酸酯或多种高分子聚合物材料及其改性材料。
所述粘接层可采用水溶型粘合剂、水乳型粘合剂、溶剂型粘合剂或各种固态型粘合剂。
所述软质发泡层由PVC糊状树脂与C7-C16增塑剂配制的树脂增塑糊经转移涂层工艺或直涂工艺经110-250℃高温发泡制得的人造革软质发泡层。
制备高性能软质复合镜面人造革的工艺方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)      将基材进行涂刮或浸轧预处理,然后通过直涂工艺涂刮粘接层;
(2)      用平纹离型纸涂刮PVC增塑糊,然后经高温发泡涂粘接层贴合基材,或者在基材上直涂PVC增塑糊经高温发泡,制得软质发泡层;
(3)      将聚氨酯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯树脂、聚碳酸酯或高分子聚合物材料压延与其改性助剂、增塑剂、热稳定剂、颜料经高温捏合,压延成膜后用高光泽镜面辊将其复合于软质发泡层表面之上,即制得高性能软质复合镜面人造革。
本发明的优点是:
本发明通过采用涂布基材发泡,压延镜面复合加工,解决了两种不同材料改性加工高性能镜面人造革的技术难题,即提高了镜面人造革的柔软度,又提高了表面耐折性能,而且工艺过程简单。

具体实施方式
一种高性能软质复合镜面人造革,包括基材层1、粘接层2、软质发泡层3和镜面层4,所述粘接层2位于基材层1与软质发泡层3之间,所述镜面层4位于软质发泡层3上表面。
本发明所述的基材层1可采用无纺布、梭织起毛布、针织布、针织起毛布或其他纤维。
本发明所述的镜面层4可采用聚氨酯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯树脂、聚碳酸酯或多种高分子聚合物材料及其改性材料。
本发明所述的粘接层2可采用水溶型粘合剂、水乳型粘合剂、溶剂型粘合剂或各种固态型粘合剂。
本发明所述的软质发泡层3由PVC糊状树脂与C7-C16增塑剂配制的树脂增塑糊经转移涂层工艺或直涂工艺经110-250℃高温发泡制得的人造革软质发泡层3。
制备高性能软质复合镜面人造革的工艺方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)      将基材层1进行涂刮或浸轧预处理,然后通过直涂工艺涂刮粘接层2;
(2)      用平纹离型纸涂刮PVC增塑糊,然后经高温发泡涂粘接层2贴合基材层1,或者在基材层1上直涂PVC增塑糊经高温发泡,制得软质发泡层3;
(3)      将聚氨酯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯树脂、聚碳酸酯或高分子聚合物材料压延与其改性助剂、增塑剂、热稳定剂、颜料经高温捏合,压延成膜后用高光泽镜面辊将其复合于软质发泡层3表面之上,即制得高性能软质复合镜面人造革。

Claims (6)

1.一种高性能软质复合镜面人造革,其特征在于,包括基材层、粘接层、软质发泡层和镜面层,所述粘接层位于基材层与软质发泡层之间,所述镜面层位于软质发泡层上表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能软质复合镜面人造革,其特征在于,所述基材层可采用无纺布、梭织起毛布、针织布、针织起毛布或其他纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能软质复合镜面人造革,其特征在于,所述镜面层可采用聚氨酯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯树脂、聚碳酸酯或多种高分子聚合物材料及其改性材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能软质复合镜面人造革,其特征在于,所述粘接层可采用水溶型粘合剂、水乳型粘合剂、溶剂型粘合剂或各种固态型粘合剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能软质复合镜面人造革,其特征在于,所述软质发泡层由PVC糊状树脂与C7-C16增塑剂配制的树脂增塑糊经转移涂层工艺或直涂工艺经110-250℃高温发泡制得的人造革软质发泡层。
6.制备权利要求1所述的一种高性能软质复合镜面人造革的工艺方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将基材进行涂刮或浸轧预处理,然后通过直涂工艺涂刮粘接层;
(2)用平纹离型纸涂刮PVC增塑糊,然后经高温发泡涂粘接层贴合基材,或者在基材上直涂PVC增塑糊经高温发泡,制得软质发泡层;
(3)将聚氨酯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯树脂、聚碳酸酯或高分子聚合物材料压延与其改性助剂、增塑剂、热稳定剂、颜料经高温捏合,压延成膜后用高光泽镜面辊将其复合于软质发泡层表面之上,即制得高性能软质复合镜面人造革。
