本发明涉及一种高性能软质复合镜面人造革制造工艺方法。包括以下步骤:先将基材进行涂刮或浸轧预处理,然后直涂粘接层;然后通过平纹离型纸涂刮PVC增塑糊,经高温发泡贴合粘接层上,或在基材上直涂PVC增塑糊经高温发泡,制得软质发泡层;然后将镜面材料压延复合于软质发泡层表面上,即制得高性能软质复合镜面人造革。本发明通过采用涂布基材发泡,压延镜面复合加工,解决了两种不同材料改性加工高性能镜面人造革的技术难题,即提高了镜面人造革的柔软度,又提高了表面耐折性能,而且工艺过程简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种人造革制造工艺方法,尤其涉及一种高性能软质复合镜面人造革制造工艺方法。
背景技术
近年来由于人们对人造革的需求量越来越大,镜面人造革是其中使用量较大的一个品种,而现有镜面人造革以PU(聚氨酯)PVC(聚氯乙烯)为主,多采用离型纸转移涂层,或压延再经发泡炉发泡后压花镜面。采用离型纸转移涂层容易造成表面折皱,耐刮擦性能差,而压延产品因其采用先发泡后压花工艺,都质地较硬,如果质地太软面层的光亮度很难控制一致,因高分子聚合的耐温性能和溶解性能差异无法使用上述工艺进行改性加工,从而很难达到市场所需的各种高物理性能。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种既可以解决镜面人造革柔软度差,又能够解决表面耐折性能差,工艺过程简单的一种高性能软质复合镜面人造革制造工艺方法。
为此本发明所采用的技术方案是:
包括以下步骤:
(1)      将基材进行涂刮或浸轧预处理,然后通过直涂工艺涂刮粘接层;
(2)      用平纹离型纸涂刮PVC增塑糊,然后经高温发泡涂粘接层贴合基材,或者在基材上直涂PVC增塑糊经高温发泡,制得软质发泡层;
(3)      将聚氨酯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯树脂、聚碳酸酯或高分子聚合物材料压延与其改性助剂、增塑剂、热稳定剂、颜料经高温捏合,压延成膜后用高光泽镜面辊将其复合于软质发泡层表面之上,即制得高性能软质复合镜面人造革。
本发明的优点是:
本发明通过采用涂布基材发泡,压延镜面复合加工,解决了两种不同材料改性加工高性能镜面人造革的技术难题,即提高了镜面人造革的柔软度,又提高了表面耐折性能,而且工艺过程简单。
具体实施方式
一种高性能软质复合镜面人造革制造工艺方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)      将基材进行涂刮或浸轧预处理,然后通过直涂工艺涂刮粘接层;
(2)      用平纹离型纸涂刮PVC增塑糊,然后经高温发泡涂粘接层贴合基材,或者在基材上直涂PVC增塑糊经高温发泡,制得软质发泡层;
(3)      将聚氨酯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯树脂、聚碳酸酯或高分子聚合物材料压延与其改性助剂、增塑剂、热稳定剂、颜料经高温捏合,压延成膜后用高光泽镜面辊将其复合于软质发泡层表面之上,即制得高性能软质复合镜面人造革。

1.一种高性能软质复合镜面人造革制造工艺方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将基材进行涂刮或浸轧预处理,然后通过直涂工艺涂刮粘接层;
(2)用平纹离型纸涂刮PVC增塑糊,然后经高温发泡涂粘接层贴合基材,或者在基材上直涂PVC增塑糊经高温发泡,制得软质发泡层;
(3)将聚氨酯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯树脂、聚碳酸酯或高分子聚合物材料压延与其改性助剂、增塑剂、热稳定剂、颜料经高温捏合,压延成膜后用高光泽镜面辊将其复合于软质发泡层表面之上,即制得高性能软质复合镜面人造革。
